Judah Richardson: Fog of War will be changed. The full circle reveal area is being removed with the player's reveal area being more of a cone. This represents the player's POV and can be blocked by objects. If you want the full circle reveal, then you need the Team Link perk. As for Tac-Deploy, the duration under which it can remain active has been reduced while its cooldown time has been increased.
