NEO: The World Ends with You Announced
A follow-up to the 2007 JRPG classic, Square-Enix announced that NEO: The World Ends with You will come out for the PlayStation 4 and the Nintendo Switch in the summer of 2021.
Much like the previous entry, players will be transported to the streets of the Shibuya as they participate in the "Reapers' Game." This game of life-or-death will put players in the shoes of Ringo as they take part in a battle for their survival.
Designed around a comic-book style, players will be able to enjoy the sights of Shibuya and dive into fast-paced battles against a wide variety of monsters. Players will also be able to take on missions along the way.

Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales Gets Family Behind the Scenes Trailer
All would-be web slingers can now meet the talented performers who brought the characters of Insomniac Games and PlayStation Studios' Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales to life with the latest video for the game.
Nadji Jeter, who plays Miles Morales, talks about how players will see Miles' world, who he really is, and what he is all about in the game. He also mentions that Miles has similar powers to Peter Parker, but can move a little faster.
Griffin Puatu, who plays Ganke Lee, talks about how the story of the game is rooted in tragedy and how Miles became his own Spider-Man. He stresses the fact that the game is exciting, action-packed, and emotional.
Finally, Jacqueline Pinol (who plays Rio Morales) talks about how Miles is a little lost after the death of his father. She also mentions how Brookyn and Spanish Harlem play a big role in the overall world of the game.

Whiteboyz Wit Attitude: The Pursuit of Money Review
Hailing from Mt. Vernon, Illinois, this dynamic duo was formed in 2007 after they heard Soulja Boy's "Crank That Soulja Boy" and realized that they can do better. What follows is a self-described journey of banging beats, epic flows, and lyricism.
This is where the player comes in. One of three different interactive music videos can be chosen, each with a different playstyle.
"Wear the Purp" has players mimicking a number of movements with their mouse and arrow keys to earn points, all while a music video is played in the background. It's clear that this was quickly ported from the PlayStation 4 version of the game – the gyro controls of the console edition don't quite translate to the PC. In addition, moving a mouse in a circular motion is less than intuitive. It's not a deal breaker, but it's not as streamlined as it should be.
"Mt. Vernon, Illinois" changes things up a little bit by putting players into a car and having them drive an officer back to the station. As players ride along at a steady clip, they must jump over livestock, blast boxes, shoot matching pictures, and make rival riders go boom. The loose aiming takes some getting used to, but the endless runner-style setup is entertaining nonetheless.
Finally, "Moneyz in the Bank (For Real)" transports players to the dance floor in an attempt to get that skrilla. Much like the Dance Dance Revolution series of games, players must line up the icons to the dashboard, netting points in the process. It's simple, but it works.
These three minigames might seem a bit simple at their core, and they are, but Whiteboyz Wit Attitude truly excels in its humor. These two embrace their personas with gusto – you can tell that they're having an absolute blast as they're pouring grape soda on each other and shopping for ugly blazers. It's offbeat humor would be right at home with the Eric Andres and Tim and Erics of the world in how absolutely offbeat it all is. It's not for everyone, but it does have an earnest charm to it not often seen these days.
For those who can't get enough, a number of achievements can also be yours. Players can compete to beat the WWA's high score in each music video, and there are also achievements tied to each point threshold. These three interactive music videos can be completed in around 20 minutes, but it certainly doesn't overstay its welcome.
Move over, Eminem: The Whiteboyz Wit Attitude are here to steal the show. The gameplay might be overly basic, but their sheer style and humor gives these two some serious clout.

Lost Potato Review
A single screen roguelike, Lost Potato throws players a curveball from the outset: you can't damage enemies. Rather, the key to victory comes from knocking enemies into hazards like spikes and projectiles. It takes some finagling, but the arc of your swing quickly becomes your best friend, with players lining things up with the use of the WASD keys and the left mouse. Controller support is also available, through the development team stated that a mouse and keyboard setup is preferred.
It might seem counterintuitive, but this combination works surprisingly well. Enemies can sometimes be dumber than dirt, running into traps and offing themselves before you even get a chance to interact with them. However, when there are multiple foes, laser beams, pieces of poo, and projectiles to deal with, even the slightest advantage is a much welcome blessing. The average loadout features a paltry two hearts and not much else, so players are at a distinct disadvantage right from the outset. Things move at a fast clip, and taking damage or clearing a level changes things up a great deal.
In true roguelike fashion, players will be raising their potato up to new heights in Lost Potato. Every three levels has an oasis where players can increase their health, number of spikes, range, speed, or any number of other factors. With dozens of levels to take on and conquer, players can be absolutely an absolutely unstoppable potato as runs progress. There's just enough variety to make multiple playthroughs seem fresh, which is a godsend when it comes to a genre like this.
If anything, that's one of the greatest strengths of Lost Potato – it doesn't overstay its welcome. Each stage is over in a matter of seconds, and each run typically lasts a few minutes. While it is true that it is simple to a fault, that also proves to be one of its strengths. What you see is what you get – no more, no less.
Also staying true to its roguelike roots are its unlockables for subsequent runs. Eyepatches, bandanas, and eyebrows can all be unlocked that affect health, speed, and other variables. Each has their own benefits and drawbacks, so what might work for one person would be better suited for another. There's a fair amount of cosmetics that can be unlocked, which encourages a fair amount of replayability. There are also a handful of achievements to be had.
Lost Potato is simple by design, but that also proves to be one of its greatest strengths. This bite-sized roguelike might not make waves in the space, but it has the fundamentals down and is perfect for small play sessions.

The Cayo Perico Heist Coming to GTA Online
On December 15, Rockstar Games will once again raise the stakes with the biggest GTA Online update yet: The Cayo Perico Heist.
With this update, players will set out to infiltrate the remote island compound of the world's most notorious drug dealer. Players will be transported to Cayo Perico, one of the most secure private islands worldwide. While there, they will contend with heavily armed security forces and can escape with valuable evidence, art, gold and drug money. It's up to players to choose their approach, tools, and crew.
This Heist will give players the chance to play everything solo or with up to three other players. New vehicles and tactical weapons, new social spaces to dance and party (complete with world-class DJs), and new radio stations with more than 100 new songs. A heavily armed (yet versatile) submarine HQ with plenty of other surprises will also be included.
More details will be released in the future.

Triple and Double Awards in GTA Online This Week
A new batch of rewards, bonuses and discounts are available this week in Rockstar Games' GTA Online.
Players will be able to earn Triple Rewards in all Land Races through November 25. New Gameplay Trailer for Cyberpunk 2077 Released
Following up on the Xbox gameplay trailer earlier this week, CD PROJEKT RED has released more than five minutes of new gameplay footage of their upcoming title Cyberpunk 2077.
The video, which can be seen below, features a number of never-before-seen interactions and action scenes. Details regarding this title's story are put on display, along with the backgrounds and motivations of a number of its characters. The primary objective of the mercenary V is shown, and players can also check out some of the many side activities they will be able to indulge themselves in.

Cyberpunk 2077 features actor Keanu Reeves in a starring role as Johnny Silverhand, and also features singer Grimes as the voice of the frontwoman of Lizzy Wizzy and the Metadwarves. Seven and a half hours of music have been recorded from numerous licensed artists, which can be heard via in-game radio stations.
The final release of the game will come out on December 10th, 2020 for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. The game can also be played via backwards compatibility on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox Series S/X. Later on, a free upgrade that takes full advantage of next-gen hardware will come out for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions of the game.

Cosplay Wednesday – Demon's Souls' Garl Vinland
Remastered for a new generation, Bluepoint Games' Demon's Souls for the PlayStation 5 is finally here. In honor of this game, Gamers Heroes takes a look at a cosplay of Maiden Astraea's guardian Garl Vinland.
German cosplayer and Demon's Souls aficionado Corroder666 suits up as Garl Vinland in these shots. Most parts of his costume are made out of fiberglass and wonderflex, though there are also some parts that have some hollow card construction.
He showed off this particular German cosplay championship, and packed some serious weaponry, measuring out at 1.8m long and 0.6 meters thick.

To mark the release of Halo 4 for the PC version of the Master Chief Collection, 343 Industries and Xbox Game Studios have released a launch trailer for the game.
In the campaign of this title, the Master Chief finds himself shipwrecked on a mysterious world. While there, he must uncover the sinister secrets of an ancient alien race (one that splintered off from remnants of the Covenant) as he attempts to find a way home. 25 multiplayer maps and an updated armor customization system will also be included.
Spartan Ops will also be included with this release. Picking this up after Halo 4's campaign, players will enlist aboard the UNSC Infinity to experience innovative episodic fiction-based co-op missions.
The PC version of the game supports 4K UHD at more than 60 frames per second, ultrawide support, customizable mouse and keyboard support, FOV customization and other additions.

Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Review
Another year means another Call of Duty game. This time around, veteran developers Treyarch look to bring the sixth installment of the Black Ops series to current and next-generation hardware with the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Promising the same thrilling multiplayer, the return of the fan-favorite Zombie Mode, and an entirely new campaign, Cold War looks to carry on the Black Ops name…but does it do enough?
Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Review
The campaign in Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War takes place in the early 1980s and serves as a narrative bridge between Call of Duty: Black Ops and Call of Duty: Black Ops II. It follows CIA agent Russell Adler and his elite crew of soldiers as they attempt to track down Perseus, a Soviet Union spy who is looking to turn the tide of the Cold War.
One of the immediate standout elements of the campaign is the attention to detail on its fantastic cast of characters. The facial animations, the voice acting, the lip syncing – they all come together to deliver some of the best visuals the franchise has seen to date. While the campaign is short, and not quite worth the price of entry alone, it's a much-welcomed addition for an aging FPS fan that struggles to keep up in other areas of the Call of Duty experience.
For a first in the Call of Duty series, Cold War introduces player choice throughout the story campaign. Many of these offer an illusion of choice, providing options that have little to no effect on the story itself. However, others are major; major enough to determine the outcome of the entire Cold War era. I played through the campaign a couple of times, switching up the choices and decisions I made. For a franchise that is synonymous with fast-paced, arcade-like multiplayer action, having this depth and variation in the main campaign was a surprise, and one that I really enjoyed. Your choices will result in the deaths of allies, the fate of your enemies, and the very survival of the free world. It is probably the most fun I've had in a Call of Duty story in many years.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War's story may have pushed the narrative in new and creative directions, but for the most part, the rest of the game remains much in the same. Multiplayer returns, arguably the series' biggest appeal – even after releasing the same game year after year. If you're a fan of the Call of Duty formula, there's everything you could want in a multiplayer experience.
A few new modes add some much-needed refreshment to the experience. An arsenal of guns that can be customized more than you'll ever need to customize anything. Not that the range of arsenal matters, because nearly all lobbies are filled with players running the same weapons and kits. Ongoing challenges, achievements, and tasks give you plenty to aim for as you load into the next lobby, so there's a lot to do if you're willing. One of the few changes to multiplayer that I noticed, was the the extension of the Kill Cam.
Instead of highlighting a single or end of round kill, it now highlights the "best play" seen in the round. While a few are worthy of watching, more often than not it's just player after player running into bullet fire. Making matters worse, they are way too long. On a few occasions, the play of the round replay was longer than the round itself. Not a common occurrence I'd admit, but in a game that is so heavily focused on ramming you into the next lobby and game as quickly as possible, it feels counter productive.
For me, the appeal of Call of Duty's multiplayer has dwindled over the years, and Cold War does nothing to reignite my passion for the genre. I will say, however, that the map design is the best I've seen in Call of Duty in years. Each map is well designed, keeps the action fluid, and allows for a constantly evolving battlefield throughout the different game modes available. In the more recent Call of Duty games, I often found myself sighing in disbelief as yet another boring map is forced into rotation. However, after a few days in the multiplayer of Cold War, there is not a map I didn't enjoy.
If the campaign and multiplayer don't take your fancy, Zombies Mode makes an epic return in Cold War. Continuing the trend of previous games, it combines an intriguing survival experience with a interesting, but often hidden, narrative that rewards players for exploration and creativity. Digging into the various secrets and hidden aspects of Zombies has always had a strong appeal, and much of that appeal remains in Cold War.
Much like multiplayer, Zombies Mode is more of what you would expect in a Call of Duty zombies mode, but there are some minor differences. The fixed characters of previous versions are no more, allowing players to choose Operators from the multiplayer component of the game, bringing with them their own unique, custom loadout. This replaces the 10-15 minutes of mundane pistol and knife action at the start of every round, creating a faster and more action-packed introduction each time.
Call Of Duty: Black Ops Cold War is another solid entry in the Call of Duty franchise. Fantastic shooting, great visuals, a strong story – fans of the series will find a lot to love in the latest entry. Unfortunately, for anyone else, it's just another Call of Duty game that relies entirely on the same old multiplayer and zombies to carry it through.
