How To Download NieR Reincarnation, Yoko Taro's New Game
Square Enix will be launching NieR Reincarnation on February 18 in Japan, and several Yoko Taro and NieR fans are wondering how to download the game. Yoko Taro, who admitted he never spent money to pull the gacha in mobile games, might be pulling on NieR Reincarnation. This should give you high hopes for the game's quality. So let's check out how to download it/
First off, Square Enix just started the pre download for NieR Reincarnation. So you can theoretically download the game right now. However, players living outside Japan, and I assume this is the case for most people reading this, will be unable to download the game directly from either the App Store or Google Play. The reason is, both are region-locked, or Japanese apps can only be downloaded when connecting with a Japanese account.
How To Download NieR Reincarnation Japanese Version on Android
There are several easy ways to circumvent the problem, but only on Android. The easiest way is to use QooApp. Without creating an account, QooApp lets you download Japanese mobile games regardless of your region. This way you'll be able to play NieR Reincarnation at launch. You can download QooApp through your phone on Google Play.
The other way is to install an Android emulator on your PC like Bluestacks, and then install QooApp on it.
Once you've gotten into QooApp, simply search for NieR Reincarnation, download the game, and you're done.
NieR Reincarnation Release Date
NieR Reincarnation will be launching on February 18 JST midnight. This means February 17, 10 AM ET. (Click here for a table with other time zones).
Keep in mind however that mobile games tend to have many issues at launch, most notably bugs and saturated servers. You might have a very hard time playing NieR Reincarnation at launch even if you do manage to download it.
With that said, producer Yosuke Saito mentioned on one of the NieR Reincarnation official live streams that Square Enix spent a lot of money to get beefy servers. You can read more details from the stream here.
You can also catch the first ten minutes of gameplay here. Lastly Square Enix also announced a Yoko Taro manga will begin soon. All details here.
Square Enix will also launch NieR Replicant Ver 1.22 on April 24, 2021, for PS4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.
NieR Reincarnation Opening Movie
Square Enix announced NieR Reincarnation in the west but with no release date yet. The game is currently being localized:
We are currently in the process of localizing the English version of NieR Re[in]carnation.
As soon as we decide on the dates for pre-registration and launch, we will let everyone know.
I apologize for the long wait and ask for your kind understanding. https://t.co/988Zj39udq

Genshin Impact Rosaria Leaks Explained – Why We Should Wait And See
Genshin Impact, during the Dragonspine event, introduced a brand new character called Rosaria, and she's been the talks of several leaks and datamining for months now. However, there are several points we should keep in mind regarding Genshin Impact leaks, especially when related to currently unplayable characters like Rosaria.
Who is Rosaria in Genshin Impact?
Rosaria is a sister of the Favonius Church in Mondstadt. However, Rosaria doesn't act with the other nuns. According to Barbara, who is pretty much the church's boss, Rosaria believes in the Anemo archon Barbatos, but never prays.
miHoYo first revealed a screenshot of Rosaria during the Version 1.2 reveal stream. She was later formally introduced, with her name and seiyuu, by the Japanese official Genshin Twitter account.
In the Japanese dub, Rosaria is voiced by Ai Kakuma, a pretty popular seiyuu. Her biggest role recently is Edelgard in Fire Emblem Three Houses. Ai Kakuma also voices Ion in Surge Concerto, Isuzu Sento in Amagi Brilliant Park, Sora Ikushima in Tokyo Xanadu, and Rami Amasaki in Super Robot Wars T. She's also the current voice of Yuri Sakazaki in SNK's KOF series.

When Will Rosaria Become Playable In Genshin Impact?
There are several characters appearing in Genshin Impact who aren't obtainable through the gacha yet. La Signora and Scaramouche are both good examples. While they're antagonists and part of the Harbingers, Childe, another Harbinger, did get a gacha banner. As such, the other Harbingers could definitely be playable one day.
Rosaria is not an antagonist, so while she only made an appearance during the Dragonspine event, it's even more likely she will be playable someday.
However, we can't be sure of when for several reasons. Because there's no guarantee the leaked content will be the same in the final game.
Closed Beta Tests of Future Genshin Impact Versions and NDA
Right now, miHoYo is holding private Closed Beta Tests for future Genshin Impact versions and content. miHoYo recruits players for these tests on the official Genshin Impact Discord. Moreover, miHoYo makes any player who participates in the Closed Beta Test sign a Non Disclosure Agreement.
The NDA means it's illegal to share screenshots or any information from the Beta Test. Leaks come either from these tests, or from datamined content. And miHoYo has been taking legal measures against both.
What's important to note is that everything included in these Beta Tests is still under development. This is the same for datamined content. It's all subject to change. Needless to say, it's unlikely a character's Vision and Weapon type will be changed mid-development. However, their Elemental Skill, Elemental Burst, Talents, Constellation, and overall stats will definitely be changing. Same with the details of their gacha banner and their release dates.
There's absolutely no guarantee information from the tests or datamined content will turn out the same in the official game. It's a different matter than leaks such as the story behind the possible Genshin Impact daily Resin pass.
One good example is how Ayaka and Xiao were both playable in one of the pre release Closed Beta Tests of Genshin Impact. Back then, miHoYo allowed anyone to share screenshots and gameplay of the tests, so you can easily find gameplay with Ayaka and Xiao. And yet, despite these tests being held before release, Ayaka still isn't playable. And Xiao was only added on February 3, months later.
Another point to note is how leaks can sometimes be leaked by Chinese players. In the past, before the launch of Version 1.1, plenty of misinformation was being passed by, due to mistranslated leaks.
Datamined content should be taken with a grain of salt as well as it's even more fickle. Datamined content usually wasn't even implemented in a Closed Beta Test yet, and is even more likely to change.
Characters can even change after release depending on fan feedback. Like what happened with Zhongli's buff. Note though it's seen as taboo in games with gacha elements to nerf characters post release. So we should be expecting buffs for any changes happening to a character after they were officially released.
Genshin Impact and the Hu Tao Leaks
The final and biggest example why we should always look at the broad picture when it comes to Genshin Impact leaks. In case you missed it, a certain character called Hu Tao was leaked as playable for 1.3. Hu Tao's existence isn't a secret. Several characters mention her ingame already. You can learn a lot about Hu Tao by raising the Friendship levels of Liyue Harbor characters such as Qiqi or Xiangling. The leaks pointed at Hu Tao being added to the game together with Xiao at the release of Version 1.3, All That Glitters.
In the end, though, a Hu Tao gacha banner did not happen, and following Xiao, we'll be getting a banner for Keqing.
That's all regarding Genshin Impact leaks, Rosaria, and unreleased characters. And remember, you'll always be better off not spending your money on the gacha. Especially if you're basing yourself on leaks to decide who to pull for.
In an interview with DualShockers, miHoYo previously teased Inazuma is the next of the seven regions of Teyvat to be added to the game. The region was later confirmed ingame to be the next destination as well. We don't know when it'll be added, however. Future regions and characters have also been revealed.
miHoYo recently gifted its employees a mountain of hardware on top of bonuses, following the game's success. Lastly, be sure to read all the dates and times for the ongoing Lantern Rite Festival events.
Genshin Impact is available on PC, PS4, PS5, and Mobile. A Switch version was announced.

If the Leaks Are True, Call of Duty Korea Might Be On the Horizon for 2021
Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War or COD Blops: CoW (an abbreviation I've been trying to make a 'thing') is one of the best-selling games in the US ever, according to IGN. Each year, developers Raven Software, Treyarch, and Infinity Ward switch off to develop a new entry in the series. The campaign for COD Blops: CoW (seriously, let's make it a thing) was set in the early 1980s and was centered around, you guessed it, the Cold War. If recent leaks are to be trusted, then the series might be jumping forward 30 years for Call of Duty Korea.
Call of Duty 2021 will reportedly be set in the 1950s.
The Korean War started in 1950 so good chance it will be based around that.
(Source: @ModernWarzone) pic.twitter.com/A4HJZNpuDH
— Okami (@Okami13_) February 15, 2021
@ModernWarzone on Twitter, a reliable COD leaker, claims that the next entry in the franchise will be set in the 1950s. A little world history knowledge tells us that the Korean War lasted from 1950 to 1953 which would make a good setting for the 2021 COD. Remember to take this information with a grain of salt, however, as it is still a leak.
Recent Call of Duty games have centered their campaigns around historical wars such as WWII and the Vietnam War, so a 'Call of Duty Korea' would fall right into place with recent entries.
While ModernWarzone has been reliable in the past with COD leaks, there is no concrete evidence yet to confirm or deny their claims. Activision hasn't said anything either way and most likely won't until they're ready to make their announcement. Currently, the publisher is busy with their newly announced second season of Call of Duty: Warzone releasing later this month.
Because of how quick the turnaround is between COD games, leaks like this are pretty common. Last year, the setting and part of the title for COD Blops: CoW were leaked nearly six months before its release.
For more on Call of Duty make sure to check out our review of COD Blops: CoW right here. You can also follow our coverage of all new Warzone updates right here.

Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 UK Update is Live Now
Last year's Microsoft Flight Simulator reminded many flight sim fans of why they love the genre. Its realistic plane models, incredible real-time weather tracking, and hyper-detailed cockpit interiors allowed gamers to escape the confines of their homes. This proved to be especially important in a year of lockdowns and quarantine. Today, the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 UK update went live for fans all around the world.
According to a Microsoft blog post, the update features "high-resolution 3D photogrammetry for the renowned cities of Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, London and Oxford, five new meticulously hand-crafted airports (Barra, Liverpool, Land's End, Manchester-Barton and Out Skerries), visual and logistical improvements to 85 more area airports, and improved digital elevation information across the U.K."

The Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 UK update is the third in a series of World Updates that Asobo Studios has been rolling out for the game. Each update focuses on a different part of the world to fill with high-res assets and hyper-detailed monuments. World Update 1 focused on detailing Japan and World Update 2 completed the USA. World Update 4 was announced to cover France and Benelux and was set to release sometime in March, however, with World Update 3's delay, it's likely that the initially announced release schedule might have shifted around.
World Update 3 is free for all Microsoft Flight Simulator owners and is live now.
The game is available on Xbox Game Pass for PC, Windows 10, and Steam, but is scheduled to come out on Xbox Series X | S this summer. Make sure to check out our review of the game right here and stick with DualShockers for all future Flight Simulator updates.

Crimson Heist – Rainbow Six Siege Next Operation Teased
A new era for Rainbow Six Siege is about to begin. Operation Crimson Heist is the official name of the game's Year 6 Season 1 content which will probably dropped around the end of this month. No further information available at the moment for Crimson Heist R6 Siege operation.
Today, the official Rainbow Six Siege Twitter account shared the very first look of the next season in the game. Probably, Crimson Heist is going to feature only one new operator similar to the last two seasons as you can see a man with orange glasses in the official Crimson Heist image.
Getting the job done can sometimes require a more creative approach. pic.twitter.com/AjrU2TEJnB
— Rainbow Six Siege (@Rainbow6Game) February 16, 2021
The latest season of the game which is spending its final days, brought in Aruni as a brand new defender to the game. Currently, she is one of the strong operators in the game thanks to her smart entry-blocking gadget and useful weapons. If you haven't unlocked the operator yet, make sure to jump into the Road to the S.I. 2021 this weekend and pick her as all the operators are unlocked in this limited-time mode.
As the very first season of the Year 6, fans are super excited to see what Ubisoft Montreal will be added to the game by the arrival of Crimson Heist R6 Siege operation. Aside from the operator(s), it's important to see what changes and features have been prioritized in Year 6. During the four seasons of Year 5, Ubisoft reworked a bunch of maps, applied some changes to Tachanka, and added some new features such as Hard Breach gadgets and new sights. However, no new map has been added over the course of Year 5, which might be an anticipated move for Year 6.
Rainbow Six Siege is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC. The Xbox Game Pass subscribers can play it for free.

Yoko Taro Manga Biography Announced – Here's How You Can Read It
Square Enix announced a new Yoko Taro biography manga. The manga will be serialized starting February 21, 2021. The manga is officially titled 真説ゲームクリエイター伝:ヨコオタロウ編 , which can be translated to something like Verified Game Creator Biography: Yoko Taro Chapter.
Note that Verified Game Creator Biography is an already ongoing manga drawn by Kenji Yoshida. Sometimes, it focuses several chapters on a specific developer. This is what's happening with Yoko Taro, and he's the next featured developer. The manga series also actually have an official English name, but it's typical Engrish: Game Creators of Biography.
On the latest NieR Reincarnation stream, series producer Yosuke Saito shared some additional details. He mentioned the manga is incredibly fun, and how it will also include details on all of Yoko Taro's life as a developer. Including tidbits from Yoko Taro's student life.
Moreover, the manga is based on Yoko Taro's own words as he was interviewed for the occasion. The manga is also officially described as "a manga adaptation of Yoko Taro's life".
Yoko Taro also tweeted about his manga biography. We translated the tweet below:
Yoko Taro: "It seems like my life is getting a manga adaptation (Saying it like I'm unconcerned). By the way, NieR Automata's character designer Akihiko Yoshida was also featured in this manga series in the past".
自分の人生がマンガになるそうです(他人事みたいに言う)。
ちなみに、現在はオートマタキャラデザの吉田明彦さんのエピソードが掲載されているので、以下リンクから是非。

— yokotaro (@yokotaro) February 16, 2021
How to read the Yoko Taro Manga Biography
Verified Game Creator Biography is serialized on Cygames' manga app Cycomi here. This will be the official way to get a hold of it, Some of the manga chapters are behind a paywall. And you need to download the Cycomi app to read all of it. This is way too complicated and with several approaches depending on where you live and what kind of payments methods are accepted. So can't help you there.
The Yoko Taro chapters will start being serialized starting February 21, 2021. And needless to say it'll only be in Japanese, so you won't get anything if you don't know the language.
With that said, NieR is an incredibly popular and mainstream franchise since NieR Automata. Yoko Taro is one of the most popular Japanese developers out there nowadays too. So there will probably be other means to get this manga. Some fans might end up sharing fan translations, so Google is your friend.
NieR Reincarnation will be launching on February 18 in Japan on mobile. Square Enix announced the gacha JRPG outside Japan as well. However, with no release date. The game is getting regular live streams in Japan, announcing new content.
The remaster of NieR Replicant will be launching worldwide on April 24, 2021, for PS4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam. The remaster will be out two days earlier in Japan.
Yoko Taro and Yosuke Saito are also working on two new games at Square Enix.

The Division 2 Update 1.31 Fixes the Missing Volumetric Fog on PS5
Recently, Ubisoft revealed upcoming maintenance for The Division 2 servers fixing one of the issues on the PS5 version of the game. Now, The Division 2 Update 1.31 is live and according to the patch notes, it has fixed the missing volumetric fog on PS5. It's yet to be seen whether the new update will affect other problems of the game on new consoles or not.
The majority of the PS5 players of the game are already asking Ubisoft for rolling out some immediate fixes after The Division 2 Update 1.31 for tackling the crash issues. It seems a considerable number of players are still facing serious problems on PS5 and PC. It's yet to be revealed whether there would be more small updates and hotfixes until the launch of the next Title Update, but some players have fixed their crash problems on PC temporarily by verifying the game files and changing the DirectX version to 11 on Windows 10. If you can't fix the issues on your own, make sure to contact Ubisoft's support team and report the bugs and technical problems you face in the game.
The Division 2 players were a little bit worried about the future of the game in the coming years recently, but the developers reassured fans with an official statement regarding the continuous support of the game in the future. As per Massive Entertainment, The Division 2 is supposed to get more new content later in 2021.
With The Division 2's rough financial launch back in 2019, Ubisoft started an early sale with heavy discounts later in the launch year, which raised the speculation around canceling the plans for the next entries of the franchise.
The Division 2 is now available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC.

Xbox Game Pass February 2021 – Ranking The Second Wave of Games
Microsoft's Xbox Game Pass is easily the most popular gaming subscription service around. On February 16, Microsoft officially announced which games would be joining Xbox Game Pass in the second half of February. There are some real gems coming this month, but out of the seven games coming to console and PC, which ones are worth diving into first?
7. Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire (2018) – February 18
Pillars of Eternity II is the sequel to its 2015 RPG developed by Obsidian Games. Both the original Pillars of Eternity and its successor received high praise from RPG fans, with some critics even stating that Pillars of Eternity II is as close to a perfect RPG as you can get. However, some players have criticised the game's combat and lacklustre story. If you're a fan of RPG's then Pillars of Eternity II is definitely worth trying out and drawing your own conclusions about. Here at DualShockers, we gave the game a solid seven out of ten.
6. Elite Dangerous (2014) – February 25
This one might only appeal to those hardcore space flight simulation enthusiasts, but if you tick that box then Xbox Game Pass in February will be right up your alley. In this space simulation, players can explore a 1:1 scale open-world representation of the Milky Way Galaxy. Players are able to mine, trade, explore, bounty-hunt, and more in order to earn more money and merit. For those with access to Game Pass on PC, using a full HOTAS setup would be the way to go for Elite Dangerous.
5. Wreckfest (2014) – February 18
Wreckfest is a racing video game developed by Bugbear entertainment. The demolition style in Wreckfest will leave you smiling ear to ear if you're a fan of that sort of thing. Xbox has provided the perfect game to sit back, relax, and have some dumb fun with when you need it most. The game is a cross between Flatout and Destruction Derby, so if you've enjoyed either of those two then Wreckfest is definitely worth playing.
4. Killer Queen Black (2019) – February 23
Killer Queen Black is a fantastic little indie game, great for those that enjoy the competitive strategy platform genre. Developed by BumbleBear Games, the chaotic platformer can be played with up to eight friends. The art style has been improved upon from when the game was originally released in arcades.
3. Code Vein (2019) – February 18
Code Vein is an action-RPG developed by Bandai Namco Studios. The game has been compared to the popular Dark Souls series. The RPG is set in a post-apocalyptic dystopian environment and is played from a third-person perspective. It's tonnes of fun for fans of the RPG genre, and for those like me that are too scared to jump into the difficulty of Dark Souls, this could be right up your street.
2. Superhot: Mind Control Delete (2020) – February 25
Superhot: Mind Control Delete is a beautifully executed first-person shooter. It's actually a standalone expansion for the original Superhot and doesn't require the main game to play. However, if you're looking for an FPS game that's full of soul and artistic gameplay, it might be worth picking up the original Superhot before delving into the expansion.
1. Dirt 5 (2020) – February 25
Dirt 5 is a racing game developed by Codemasters. The triple-A title is the headliner for Xbox Game Pass in February. The fifth instalment in the Dirt series is much more of an arcade racing game, unlike its predecessors that are more racing simulators. The game lacks customisation options but is a must-play for anyone interested in racing games. After only launching in November of 2020, fans are getting a great deal again with Xbox Game Pass this month. Dirt 5 has also been fully optimised for the new Xbox Series X and S.
