Next on the chopping block is the game's beloved Forsaken expansion. The developer announced that the Forsaken campaign and The Tangled Shore destination will enter the Destiny Content Vault (DCV) on February 22, the launch day of the game's next expansion: The Witch Queen. This also includes all of the Year 4 seasonal content, including The Presage and Harbinger Exotic missions. The Dreaming City, however, will continue to be available as a destination. Not everything in Year 4 will be going away, you'll still be able to jump into The Proving Grounds strike, The Warden of Nothing strike, as well as The Battlegrounds activities. Bungie is also combining Battlegrounds with strikes in the new Vanguard Operations playlist, which will be available for free to all players on February 22. Read more |

The test kicked off Wednesday for pre-order players and EA Play members, and the beta will open up today to everyone else. However, the test was supposed to kick off at 12am PT, 3am ET, 8am UK, but this has now been delayed by two hours. DICE will be performing server maintenance before it opens the floodgates. League of Legends patch 11.20 has sailed onto the MOBA game's live battlegrounds and its follow-up has now hit the PBE for its fortnight of testing. So, let's see what's in store for League of Legends patch 11.21, shall we? If you've been keeping a close eye on League's Twitter channels, you've probably had an early peek at the batch of new skins headed its way with 11.21. This patch is all about the Dragonmancer alternate universe, with new styles for Kai'Sa, Karma, Thresh, Volibear, and Yasuo on the way. The latter two are particularly special, with Volibear getting a Prestige Edition, while Yasuo's two skins are legendary variants, bringing new voiceovers, as well as new animations, VFX, SFX, and more. You can check all of these out in the New Champion Skins section below. Elsewhere, we've got a VFX update coming up for The Dark Sovereign, Syndra with 11.21. "Similar to the previous VFX updates we've made in the past (Ziggs, Zilean, Malzahar, etc), we're working on updates to the visual effects (VFX) of champions whose spell effects are in need of some love," senior visual effects artist Riot Sirhaian explains. "An old legend among the people of the south tells of a forbidden love between a human and a goblin. Yajouj the human became smitten with Majouj the goblin. In the legend, Majouj is taken away by force from Yajouj's house and thrown into an endless abyss where she eventually perishes. Unbeknownst to Yajouj, he set out to find his soulmate but got lost in the bottomless abyss and lost his life in this pursuit. That's not the end of this legend though, ultimately, their souls need to be reunited in death. A union to surpass the abyss. The souls of the two lovers are to find a way out of there."

The developer mentions that racing in Elite is not particularly accessible, so the idea with Fly Dangerous is to provide a "ground-up reimplementation of a similar-enough flight model to provide a training ground and common set of tools to track leaderboards, ghosts and general tom-foolery". Sounds like it could be fun and just recently Alpha 6 was released adding in a new ship, customization for ships, a new biome map and the start of upgrades for the Time Trial mode to have some actual maps and progression.
