PCGamesN Monday, March 7, 2022 7:09 PM  American Truck Simulator's California is getting a big revamp in an incoming free update, and the devs at SCS Software have spent the past few months giving details on what the rework is going to add - and what it's taking away. Today, it's all about the bridges, including one that the devs have just found room to implement. "One major addition to the California rework is the introduction of the Carquinez bridge," the devs say in the latest blog post. "Constructed in 1958, it is an important link that connects the bay area to Sacramento and northern Cali, and one that we could not miss in adding into the rework. Previously, we had thought it would not fit due to the scale of the map. However, thanks to the hard work of the team (and the remaking an entire part of California) players will have the pleasure of driving on this essential connection of the state's road network." The devs also highlight the reworked Richmond-San Rafael bridge here, which is a bit ironic, since San Rafael will no longer exist in ATS with the new California. |

People can now pre-order the Venti Nendoroid through Good Smile Company. However, this isn't an open one. Rather, this is one of the situations in which only an unspecified number of limited pre-orders are available. The figure is expected to ship in September 2022 in Japan. The North American debut will follow in November 2022. It will cost $60.99/¥6,005. The official pre-order announcement also confirmed the accessories included with the Venti Nendoroid. When Good Smile Company first shared details about it, it showed off three face plates, a bow, and a lyre. The official product page confirmed these are replicas of the Skyward Harp and Der Frühling. This marks the third Genshin Impact Nendoroid so far. The first two were figures of Aether and Lumine. Good Smile Company hasn't announced any additional ones since their reveals. However, the company did announce other kinds of figures inspired by the game. In particular, there will be two different versions of Mona out there. One is a $193.99 scale figure. The other is a $94.99 figma. Both are based on her original outfit. The Genshin Impact Venti Nendoroid will come to Japan in September 2022 in Japan and to North America in November 2022, and pre-orders are open until April 7, 2022. Another charity bundle appeared on Itch.io, this time organized by Necrosoft Games to benefit various organizations to help people in Ukraine. As of March 7, 2022, 732 developers and creators contributed 991 video games, games, comics, books, game assets and tools, and soundtracks to the cause. All money earned will go to International Medical Corps and Voices of Children. The former will be offering medical care to people affected by the war, while the latter specifically helps children in the region. The goal is to raise $1 million by March 17, 2022. Here are some of the more notable titles included in the Itch.io Bundle for Ukraine. It is important to note that with past bundles for causes like Palestinian aid and racial justice and equality, additional games were added while the bundles were live.

How fitting it is that Asobo's own Jorg Neumann has been the one to confirm that mouse and keyboard support will be coming to the service sometime in the near future. As spotted by Windows Central, Neumann confirmed the new functionality is on its way during a recent developer Q&A stream for the sim. This will be "platform-level support," meaning that every user will be able to enjoy the new functionality. "Obviously, mouse and keyboard works for our sim," Neumann said.
