But what do you plan to do with all this extra leisure time? Here's what we're playing this weekend!

The Great Ace Attorney

The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles sales numbers have, according to publisher Capcom, surpassed half a million copies worldwide. The game released on Nintendo Switch, PS4, and PC in July 2021, meaning the game managed this feat just under nine months after launch.

Capcom celebrated the sales milestone with some commemorative art on Twitter.

The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles is a single title that packages the two existing Great Ace Attorney titles. They were previously exclusive to Japan, both on the Nintendo 3DS and on mobile platforms. Thus, the Great Ace Attorney Chronicles sales figures are the first ones to include overseas audiences. Compared with previous entries in the series, Chronicles ranks lower than 2019's console release of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy. The latter game was an HD rerelease of the first three titles in the Ace Attorney series, and reportedly reached about 816,000 copies sold by late 2020.

The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles is a period spin-off of the modern-day Phoenix Wright titles. Where the original games starred the titular lawyer, Chronicles is set in 19th century Japan and Britain. Also unlike its predecessors, Chronicles uses 3D graphics for its character models rather than 2D sprites. It focuses on Phoenix's ancestor, Ryunosuke Naruhodo, a Japanese student aspiring to study law in order to transform Meiji-era Japan's legal system. In his travels between the two countries, Ryunosuke solves cases, finds contradictions in witness testimonies, and investigates in cooperation with famed British detective "Herlock Sholmes."

The Great Ace Attorney Chronicles is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and PC. Check out Siliconera's official review of the game. The Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney trilogy is available on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One, and will replace the current Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy HD app on iOS and Android.

Shirogane Noel Figma

Pre-orders have opened for a Max Factory figma of hololive VTuber Shirogane Noel. The figure will come with three faceplates and a variety of bonus parts referencing the character's background. The figure will cost $89.99 and ship sometime in June 2023. Pre-orders will be open until May 25, 2022, or while supplies last.

Shirogane Noel is a member of hololive's third generation of VTubers, alongside members like Usada Pekora and Houshou Marine. She is known for clumsiness and penchant for eating, among other things. She is the fourth member of her generation to receive a figma release.

The figma recreates the character's basic outfit, down to finer details such as her utility belt and metal breastplate. Shirogane Noel will come with three different faceplates with a standard expression, a smiling face with closed eyes, and an angry face. The figma is fully poseable, allowing for a wide range of movement and positioning.

Optional bonus parts include a giant beef bowl and chopsticks, her mace, a pair of sunglasses, a baby rattle, and a milk bottle. Additionally, she comes with an ungloved left hand part with a ring on her ring finger. Pre-orders from the Good Smile Company store will also include a special beef bowl with Shirogane's emblem.

You can get a better look at the Shirogane Noel figma in the screenshots below:

The figure's painted prototype appeared earlier last month. Past hololive figma include Shiranui Flare, Usada Pekora, and Uruha Rushia. Furthermore, Good Smile Company recently revealed that Nendoroid figures of Shirogane Noel and Shiranui Flare were in development, among others.

The Shirogane Noel figma is available for pre-order on the Good Smile Company website. The figure will cost $89.99 and ship sometime in June 2023. Pre-orders are open until May 25, 2022, and are in limited supply.
