No, not a Khajiit. Now, the mod that turns the RPG game into a crazy cat person simulator has received an overhaul to be "more lightweight, intuitive, and immersive". And add cat-napping. The well-regarded Skyrim mod A Cat's Life launched in 2020 with the express purpose of adding cat ownership to the fantasy game. With the mod, you can feed, pet, and adopt cats off the streets, or head to one of two brand new cat shops in Whiterun and Riften to buy one directly, along with various feline supplies. There's even a new achievement called "crazy cat person." Now, A Cat's Life 2.0 is here, which modder Darkfox127 describes as a "completely rescripted version of the mod built almost from the ground up to be more lightweight, intuitive and immersive." The overhaul adds more polish, more options, and - if you're an evil, thieving sort - cat-napping, if you want to live out your cat-stealing fantasies. PCGamesN Saturday, June 18, 2022 9:53 AM  With summer rapidly arriving for many of us, any respite from the increasing heat is welcome - and now you and your Stardew villagers can stay cool with this Stardew Valley mod that lets you build your own classic-style ice cream truck in the farming game. The Daphne's buildable ice cream truck mod, created by Stardew Valley 'aesthetic mods' creator Abi Wabi, does exactly what it says on the tin, letting you place the truck anywhere on your farm. You can choose between pink, blue, and green variants of the truck, which also features its own unique NPC, the titular Daphne. Once the truck has been built, Daphne will send the player a letter, which begins a small event that introduces her. The ice cream truck requires a few other mods to be installed first, including Solid Foundations and the Shop Tile Framework - the latter of which allows the truck to function as a shop. Ice cream is already a part of Stardew Valley by default, being purchasable from Alex's stall during summer, but having convenient access to it right on your farm is an adorable and welcome touch. PCGamesN Saturday, June 18, 2022 9:33 AM  Among Us developer Innersloth has revealed a few of its Among Us 2 plans for the scrapped sequel, which was stabbed in the back in 2020 to take the original game "to the next level." Those plans include the expansion of roles and items to pick up, but Innersloth admits that development didn't get "very far at all." In a recent Reddit AMA, the team behind Among Us at Innersloth answer fans' questions about the game, from comments on the game's cultural impact to whether cats will be coming as pets (probably, yes). However, the team also offer a few hints about the cancelled Among Us 2 and where that was headed. "There's tons of stuff left out," explains Innersloth co-founder and Among Us designer Puffballs. They explain how the team's goal was "changing the formula a bit," with additions like being able to pick up items and "requiring the impostor to use a weapon to kill". It would've had bigger maps too, but Puffballs admits all these changes "would've made the game a lot more complicated." PCGamesN Saturday, June 18, 2022 6:54 AM  Elder rifts are a big part of the Diablo Immortal leveling process, and a key way to net yourself those delicious endgame legendary gems that help to build out your character in the RPG game. Following the discovery that these gem drops can be affected by a 'hidden' premium currency, one streamer discovered that even your fancy endgame gear doesn't seem to matter in the dungeons. During his latest stream, Diablo Immortal player Quin69 runs an endgame elder rift at max level completely naked, and finds that not only is he able to complete it but it is almost as fast as running rifts in his full endgame gear set with 3,000 resonance. Resonance is an endgame stat that improves the bonus on your legendary gems - and Quin69 has a lot of it, having spent almost $24,000 NZD on rolling for gems without ever receiving a 5-star drop. In the clip, Quin69 finishes the elder rift in just shy of three minutes, which is a fairly standard time to clear one of these endgame challenges - if anything, it's on the quicker side. He even says that the mobs that appeared were some of his least favourite to deal with, yet he managed to fly through the rift wearing absolutely nothing. Thanks to a Valve leak, we know the Steam Summer Sale start date is closer than you think. As per usual, the details of the next big Steam sale have leaked in advance, and this time it seems to be Valve's fault. The video below was posted unlisted to the official Steam channel, but obviously, the internet dug it up. The video not only confirms when the Steam Summer Sale will start, but also that it'll contain some sort of RPG game quest - as well as revealing plenty of the games on offer. He appears every weekend to sell the game's most coveted items in exchange for Legendary shards, but if you're a casual player with limited shards to spend, it can be hard to know which of his wares is most worth your investment. That's where we come in. As of June 12, 2020, it appears that Xûr is back to providing random rolls - so the Exotic merchant is providing more excitement than he has in a long time. Xûr appears every Friday at 10am PDT / 1pm EDT / 6pm BST, and will stick around until the Tuesday reset. We'll update this guide shortly after he arrives, so if you're reading this, you need only read on to learn where he is, and which are the best items he's selling this week. Now we're in Beyond Light territory, but Xûr's first appearances have been at the usual spots - so maybe don't expect too many surprises from the merchant in the new year of Destiny content. VIZ Media will release Demon Slayer: The Art of Demon Slayer art book in 2023. It will feature artwork by the series' creator Koyoharu Gotouge. It will include a collection of various works. More information about the collection will appear in the future. That extra information will include a potential price point and a more concrete release date. However, this was a limited time offer that extended until May 23, 2021. In February 2021, it was announced the series sold over 150 million copies worldwide. However, the success of the series extends beyond the manga. On May 24, 2021 it was announced Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Mugen Train made 51.7 billion yen, about $477 million, globally. It was also the first Japanese film to have ever grossed over 40 billion yen domestically. It grossed over $44 million within North America during its time in theaters. The movie continued to break box office records while in cinema, eventually unseating Studio Ghibli's Spirited Away as the largest grossing film in Japan. Demon Slayer art book will release sometime in 2023. VIZ Media also localized the manga. The anime is out on Crunchyroll.
