There are a few Like a Dragon: Ishin substory side quests that involve players needing to give correct answers, and "Talkin' Tosa" is one of them. When Kiryu is walking around Kawaramachi in Rakunai, to the northeast of Nichibuza, there will be a chance to help a man named Fujie translate a letter from someone who uses a lot of regional slang. In order to get all the rewards, you need to keep coming back and translating additional notes.
Here are all of the "Talkin' Tosa" Like a Dragon: Ishin answersFirst, you need to head to that corner and talk to Fujie. I saw "Talkin' Tosa" show up in Like a Dragon: Ishin chapter four, so check for it then. You'll need to respond with these three answers when he asks about the first letter.
After that, you have to leave for a while. Go take on another substory or fight some enemies. Complete some story quests. When you come back, you'll need to help Fujie decipher another three phrases.
Again, you need to give Fujie time for the next letter to arrive. This means running more errands, then heading back to this corner of Rakunai. Once again, you need to answer three questions. In order, they are:
You're almost done! The last step in the Like a Dragon: Ishin "Talkin' Tosa" substory involves leaving again for a bit, then returning to that same spot. When you do, you'll close out the questline. By the time it is done, you will have gotten a Fine Silk Fabric, a Phoenix Feather, a Platinum Chunk, and 350 Virtue for your help. The Yakuza games are huge, multi-chapter affairs, and spin-off Like a Dragon: Ishin is no different. This might leave you wondering how many chapters are in Like a Dragon: Ishin? Well, there are 14 ahead of you, with the final one being an epilogue. However, it is important to note that it does take a few chapters for the game to open up and stop holding your hand. Editor's Note: There will be spoilers for Like a Dragon: Ishin in the chapters' names below.
Here's the full list of how many chapters are in Like a Dragon: Ishin. While you can freely walk around Tosa in chapter 1, it is a rather small space. Also, while chapter 2 does take you to Kyo for the first time, it's still a bit limited. I found chapter 3 is when the game really starts to let you explore a bit, but it won't be until chapter 4 that you'll find the sudden, inexplicable "crowds" of people keeping you from certain locations.

Publisher FuRyu is asking what it is to be "human" with what looks to be a new RPG. The company opened a teaser site for a new project called Crymachina, and more should be revealed by March 2023. [Thanks Famitsu!] The teaser site for Crymachina opened on February 22, 2023. At the moment, it just includes a blank screen with the game's logo, a schedule for March 1, 2023 at 12pm JST, and a countdown. There are also platform logos for the PS4, PS5, and Nintendo Switch. Finally, the Crymachina teaser site asks a question in Japanese: "What is human?" Scrolling down leads to voiced answers from fourteen unnamed characters, ranging from "Humans are stupid," to "Humans are confidential." One answer even mangles the Japanese translation of a quote from the French philosopher Pascal, saying "Humans are a thinking reef." The correct quote refers to man as a "thinking reed," but the Japanese replaces the character for "reed" ("ashi", or "葦") with the character for "horse mackerel" ("aji", or "鯵"). A press release accompanying the opening of the teaser site refers to Crymachina as a a "completely new" title. The official Twitter account bills it as an action RPG. FuRyu itself is no stranger to high-concept RPG entries. It published the Caligula Effect games, as well as 2022's Monark. Crymachina is in development for PS4, PS5 and PC. The Evo 2023 game lineup was revealed on February 21, 2023, and both new and old fighting games will appear. Staples like Dragon Ball FighterZ, Guilty Gear Strive, and Tekken 7 will all return. In addition, some new games will appear. The announcement of Evo 2023 titles kicked off with the upcoming Street Fighter 6. The organizers also noted there will be a $25,000 prize pool for each game. Also, on the main stage the top six players will appear. Evo community tournaments will be back. Attendees can also attend panels and see a showcase. Cygames will also hold a prerelease tournament for Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising. Here is the official game lineup for Evo 2023, with Street Fighter 6 being the first of the lot revealed.
To compare, these titles appeared at Evo 2022.
Finally, they confirmed that there will be free water at Evo 2023, as well as free bottles for those who register.

Nippon Ichi Software is the developer behind the mysterious new "Superpowers x School RPG," officially titled Xicatrice. The company released an announcement trailer detailing its cast of characters, along with new details about the story, gameplay elements, and screenshots. It will release in Japan on June 29, 2023 for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, and PS5. [Thanks, Denfaminico Gamer!] In Xicatrice, the player assumes the role of a teacher at a Japanese high school in a world where supernatural powers exist. As a teacher, the player is the leader of the RAUR 302nd Squad (Reserve Anti-abnormal Unusual-talent Team). They must offer guidance and support to the cast of seven protagonists with superpowers and help them overcome their emotional scars. The player is a former member of the police force that lost their ability to use superpowers. The story starts when they are assigned as the head teacher to a class of superpowered teenagers. The Doki Doki Literature Club Natsuki Nendoroid has a release date, as the character will head out later this year. She'll debut in Japan first in August 2023. Then in October 2023, she'll show up in North America. She will cost ¥7,500/$55.99. There will also be a Good Smile Company official storefront pre-order bonus of an additional purple, kitty cupcake accessory. She has smiling, shocked, and upset face plates. Another look reflects certain events in the story. She can also be posed holding a cupcake that looks like a kitten or her Parfait Girls manga volume. Additional body parts let her be posed as though she is sitting. She comes with a poem too. Certain extra parts let you place dialogue boxes in front of her, including an unnerving one.
