Lifeweaver, Overwatch 2's new support hero, has a pretty high skill ceiling. There's an argument to be made this is because he's not a great healer, and his support kit requires a pretty strong game sense to get the most out of. It's still unclear how Lifeweaver might play into the competitive meta, if at all, and for…

Genshin Impact codes April 2023 – redeem free primogems

Looking for Genshin Impact codes? Gathering currency in Genshin Impact can be quite the grind - while you can earn Mora and Primogems by completing quests such as daily commissions, an injection of extra funds will always be gratefully received. Fortunately, the developers occasionally send out free gifts in the form of Genshin Impact codes that can be redeemed online. Most codes also only work for a limited time - so it's a good idea to redeem them as soon as possible in case you miss out. Codes can only be redeemed once per account.

Genshin Impact codes are released periodically, frequently appearing in Hoyoverse's special programs that reveal information about future updates coming to the free PC game soon, but also to celebrate milestones or to coincide with new Genshin Impact events.  Here are all the current Genshin Impact codes for April 2023, and how to redeem them.

     The best Cyberpunk 2077 mods

Recently there have been a few newsworthy Cyberpunk 2077 mods. Most of them have focused on making the game run at more playable frame rates or improving its visuals on certain rigs. All vital stuff considering Cyberpunk 2077 was, on release, an absolute state for all but the highest specs.

It helps that CD Projekt Red has released its own REDmod tools for free, allowing everyone to install Cyberpunk 2077 mods through a dedicated client they can download from Steam or GOG. This release comes as we're also seeing mods that alter the range of facial features, change your looks in small ways after character creation, and even access stuff we were never meant to see. That last one's important as it adds new functionality to the cyberpunk game. What starts with a shove one day could evolve into giving your character superpowers.

GTA podium car: here's what vehicle you can win in GTA Online

What is the GTA podium car this week? GTA Online vehicles are expensive things, so we're happy to take a spin on the Diamond Casino's Lucky Wheel to get a discount. Winning isn't guaranteed, sure, but it isn't out of the question, either. Look, we don't have a problem - leave it alone.

Finding out what is the GTA podium car is simple enough - it's winning it that's the challenge. You can spin the Diamond Casino's Lucky Wheel once daily, and each Podium Car refreshes after seven days on a Thursday. Basically, you have seven shots to get the vehicle of that given week. If you own a Penthouse, you can spin it for free, but if you don't, it's $500 a spin. Don't fret if you don't win, as you can try for something else.

You have a one in 20 chance of getting the podium vehicle, a car discount, or a mystery prize. There's a four in 20 chance of getting clothes, chips, and cash. Finally, there's a five in 20 chance of getting RP. On that note, here's everything you need to know about this week's GTA podium car.

It shouldn't come as a surprise to learn that Mojang, the developers of the Minecraft games, have added cooperative play to their latest Minecraft adventure. The Piglins have decided they want to rule the Overworld, so it's up to you and your friends to stop them in their tracks.

In this action and strategy game hybrid, Minecraft Legends has players commanding an army from a third-person perspective to take on the Piglins. The invasion from The Nether is so severe that former hostile enemies like Creepers and Skeletons can be recruited to help you battle against the corrupted forces. What are the new and returning Minecraft Legends mobs? Look no further, as we've listed every critter, creature, and monster you're likely to encounter in Minecraft Legends. From the Piglins invading the Overworld, to the Creepers you form an alliance with (hey, wait, what?!), there are plenty of familiar faces for fans of the original Minecraft, as well as Minecraft Dungeons.

The story of Minecraft Legends is just that: legend, so how much of it is true and how much has been altered over the years remains unknown. Some find it hard to believe, for example, that we ever lived in harmony with the skeletons and zombies of the Overworld. I for one like to think it's true, though. Believe it or not, as you relive the story come the Minecraft Legends release date, working with these mobs will be critical to saving the world, so here's all the Minecraft Legends mobs - hostile or otherwise - that you might meet in the strategy game.

GTA 6 release date rumours, news, and speculation

Want to know more about the GTA 6 release date? Given how many years it takes to create open worlds of the same calibre as GTA V, it's no surprise that Rockstar Games has already spent years developing GTA 6. Like most developers, Rockstar prefers to keep its secrets close to its chest until they're close to the end of development, so we may not see any official GTA 6 gameplay for some time.

Early gameplay footage of GTA 6 recently surfaced online, along with lines of source code from the game itself. Rockstar has issued a statement on Twitter which confirms that an unauthorised third party managed to access and download information from their systems, including development footage for the open-world game. However, its statement notes that the developers don't believe this leak should impact the development of their long-term projects or disrupt their live service games.

So this is an unusual one. Assassin's Creed Black Flag, one of the best pirate games and proudly part of the AC series all-time top five is getting a sequel. With Ubisoft busy working towards the Assassin's Creed Mirage release date, AC Infinity, and the Japan-based Assassin's Creed Codename Red, a follow-up to Black Flag - focusing on the exploits of Edward Kenway - is a massively welcome addition to the currently burgeoning AC canon.      The best adventure games on PC 2023

Looking for the best adventure games on PC? From 1976's text-based Adventures – that gave the genre its name – through the point-and-click golden age of the '90s and up to more modern fare, few genres have endured quite so well as the adventure game. That multi-decade lifespan has produced some of the most astounding titles, so it is certainly a struggle to narrow down a list of the best adventure games.

Adventure games have prospered thanks to a focus on story and character. That, and a few tricky brain teasers, as opposed to violence, set the genre apart. Characters usually get by through talking or thinking instead of resorting to fighting – though, Full Throttle protagonist Ben might have a few things to say about that. These games are absolute classics and make up some of the best PC games ever made.

Looking for the best parkour games on PC? Walls suck. Sorry, we said it, walls are the worst. We would far prefer a world where we could just walk straight to our destination without having to navigate around buildings and houses. There are plenty of action-adventure games that agree with us, with many modern games allowing the player to traverse the world by scaling sheds, clambering over condos, and aggressively ascending architecture whenever it dares to get in our way.

Freerunning across a map, soaring over walls, and throwing in some neat-looking twirls and flips in a virtual space is what we're all about.      How long is Dead Island 2?

How long is Dead Island 2? Well, as you might expect, that's not the most straightforward question to answer. As with most games, including prior Dead Island games, there are different levels of completion that can lead to wildly different gameplay times. That said, we asked the incredibly dapper Dan Evans-Lawes, Dambuster's technical art director, who told us roughly how long we can expect to spend in the Dead Island 2 campaign.

Dead Island 2 is a gruesomely brilliant, or brilliantly gruesome, zombie slaughterfest, taking place about ten years after the original Dead Island. You might be a different character in a different story, but as we discuss in our Dead Island 2 preview, the feel of the game is the same as you'd expect, with a main storyline taking place parallel to the usual NPC side quests and collectibles, which you can choose to explore or ignore. Depending on how much of a completionist you are then, the answer to "How long is Dead Island 2?" can vary.

Frogwares are in a bit of a tight spot at the moment, being as they are a Ukranian studio. If I was trying to make video games in a warzone and: a) my last game was a big sexy prequel to my long running Sherlock Holmes series; b) the one before that was a Lovecraftian detective game with pretty recent assets; and c) my back catalogue contained a Lovecraft-themed Sherlock Holmes mystery, then I'd probably do what they've done with Sherlock Holmes The Awakened. Which is to remake the old Lovecraft-themed Sherlock Holmes game, but with new assets.

It's also got new puzzles and areas, and a slightly rewritten story to account for this being a sequel to Sherlock Holmes: Chapter One. It's a smaller, less ambitious game than Chapter One with some jank knocking around, and I wouldn't recommend it if you're not a fan of the series, but you know what? I think there's a glimmer of greatness in the very fact of its constraints.

'The Tank', I'll admit, is a monumentally uninspired name for the mace-wielding brick privy of a man I'd bestowed the dubious honour of soaking up hits in place of my squishier mercs, but when sandbox tactical RPG Wartales let me assemble a party of 12 mad lasses and tapped chaps, the stash of good nicknames was always going to be the first casualty. So, The Tank he lived, and also died. Questing endlessly in this grimy medieval world won't cut it. You'll also need to keep your troupe paid and fed, so when evening fell to find nought but a handful of foraged mushrooms and a single mouldy apple I'd pried from the fingertips of a disemboweled bandit, it was time to get creative.

"Waste not, want not", said the Earl of Human Sandwich, the inventor of cannibalism (I'm told). With this in mind, I'd invested one of my early 'Knowledge Points' into a tech that let me repurpose my dearly departed as delicious drumsticks. Slain friendlies don't disappear after battle. Instead, you'll find their tastefully dressed corpses in the loot menu afterwards. Ghoulishly, the 'loot all' option doesn't add their cadavers to your inventory with the rest. You'll have to manually drag them over, giving you just enough time to consciously make the decision to either bury or eat them. I did not bury him.

Koei Tecmo announced that the final demo for Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is once again available to download on PCs via Steam. However, it will only be available until April 18, 2023. After that date, it will disappear from the store. This re-release of the trial version is in commemoration of the Steam Eastern Game Fest.

You can see the announcement from the official Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty Twitter account here below.

The final demo includes Chapter 1: Village of Calamity and Chapter 2: Two Chivalrous Heroes from the full game, and it will also allow players to try out the online multiplayer options. Just like last time, any progress made in the Wo Long demo will carry over to the main game if it is also purchased. In addition, players who beat the first chapter and transfer data will receive the in-game item "Crouching Dragon Helmet."

Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty is currently available on the PS4, PS5, Windows PC, Xbox Series X, and Xbox One. Players can claim and play the final demo from April 11, 2023, through April 18, 2023, only on the Steam store. The Steam Eastern Game Fest is also running through April 18, 2023.

Immediately after sharing one Genshin Impact soundtrack EP featuring Sumeru tracks and a five-star character, HoYoVerse uploaded a second one that stars Nilou. Like Nahida, she's one of the two focus characters for the first half of the 3.6 update. Her music video also focuses on three songs often heard in the region.

While Nilou is known for her dancing, she doesn't actually do so in the music video accompanying the Genshin Impact Twirling Radiance Throughout the Seasons soundtrack EP. During "Flickering Shadows of Trees," she's standing alongside the river that runs past the avidya Forest and Ardrvi Valley in Sumeru. "Many Colored Smiles and Tears" is set in Sumeru city and features her walking around, visiting the Grand Bazaar, and meeting a dog. Finally, "A Whisper of Evening Star" has her sitting outside the city.

As a reminder, the Thoughts Like Wind and Dew EP released alongside 3.6 also featured three songs heard in the Sumeru region.

Nilou is one of Genshin Impact's five-star Hydro characters. She wields a sword and is known for her different stances that can influence her attacks.

Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and Nilou is a part of the 3.6 banner until May 2, 2023.

Escape Monsters, Decipher a Language and Fall in Love in Homicipher

Designed, written, and illustrated by indie developer Yatsunagi and published by Gamera games, Homicipher is an upcoming adventure-horror game about being trapped in another world with supernatural beings. While some of these creatures may not be initially hostile, they all speak an unknown language you will have to decipher through context clues and body language to avoid getting killed. Additionally, Homicipher teases the possibility of falling in love with some of these mysterious, dangerous men, due to its dating sim elements.

You can watch the trailer below:

[embed]https://youtu.be/4_4Szhmat7M[/embed]

There are currently five mysterious "Men of the Other World" listed as Homicipher romance options for the dating sim elements. They are Mr. Crawling, Mr. Silver Hair, Mr. Chopped Head, Mr. Gap and Mr. Hood. The Steam page also promises more characters. Some of these men, like Mr. Silver Hair and Mr. Chopped Head, appear initially friendly or at least not immediately hostile. Others, like Mr. Gap, are shown reacting violently to incorrect choices. Characters with obscured or missing features like Mr. Hood or Mr. Chopped Head may present additional challenges when deciphering context clues. It may be hard to read the body language of someone without a body, after all.

Homicipher currently has no release date, but you can follow or wishlist the game on Steam for more updates as they are published.

Next Them's Fightin' Herds DLC Character Is Velvet's Father Stronghoof

The latest Them's Fightin' Herds DLC character is another parent, with Velvet's father Stronghoof joining the roster. He's the second "adult" and tribe leader to show up in game, as he leads Reine City's Deerfolk. People can get him and his Reine Ramparts stage in the $19.99 Season Pass or alone for $4.99.

Here's the trailer introducing Stronghoof, which also features Chris Sabat's voice acting. His abilities allow him to summon icy weapons, like axes, hammers, and shields. He's also accompanied by an ice sprite, like his daughter, with his named Vetr.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZpYQbp1aewU&ab_channel=ModusGames
Sabat may sound familiar. He's known for his roles as both Piccolo and Vegeta in Dragon Ball, Zoro in One Piece, All Might in My Hero Academia, and Garland in Final Fantasy games.

This leaves two more Them's Fightin' Herds Season 1 Pass DLC characters. If it follows the current pattern, that means two more "adults" could become playable. We know of Adobo the Alpake from Paprika's story. Pom's brother Woogums has been mentioned in-game as well. The first character in this initial season pass was Arizona's father and Cattlekind leader Texas.

Them's Fightin' Herds is available for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC, and the Stronghoof DLC character is available now.

Genshin Impact Spring Wonderland Appears Ahead of Fan Art Special Program

Ahead of the Genshin Impact HoYoFair Spring 2023 Fan Art Special Program on April 15, 2023, HoYoVerse kicked off a Spring Wonderland web event. This time around, people don't earn Primogems or in-game items they can use. Instead, it's a chance to get a sneak peek at art, get an avatar frame for their HoYoVerse account, and get an entry for the livestream's contest's real-world prizes. It will end on April 14, 2023, which gives people a few days to still take part.

To take part, you'll need to visit the official web event website and log into your account. As this doesn't involve any in-game prizes and only a HoYoLab avatar frame and contest, there is no Adventure Rank requirement.

Once you start the game, you'll find the Traveler in a simple platformer. You can move left and right or jump. Each "scene" involves clues to acquire that also increase your character's HP by one. You can also find fragments as you walk through each level. Getting those fragments give the player access to a trailer, the avatar frame, and the contest entry. Every level is fairly straightforward, with enemies like Slimes and Floating Hydro Fungus showing up. However, there are spots when walls or floors will need to be attacked with a sword to destroy them and get fragments.

After completing all three levels, click the View Progress button. You then get a code for the raffle. The official tweet showcased some of the prizes. One is a Ganyu figure. There are also acrylic standees, mouse pads, plushies, and pins to win. People can retweet a specific tweet to win a blind box as well.

Here's a teaser trailer, to give people an idea of what to expect from the Genshin Impact HoYoFair Spring 2023 Fan Art Special Program.

Genshin Impact is available on the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and the Spring Wonderland event runs until April 14, 2023. The Genshin Impact HoYoFair Spring 2023 Fan Art Special Program will appear on April 15, 2023

Hear the Street Fighter 6 Lily and Zangief Theme Songs

Capcom offered a chance to hear the Street Fighter 6 theme songs for Lily and Zangief. The company turned to Twitter and YouTube to offer a chance to listen to both tracks. Zangief's appeared first and is called "Red." Lily's debuted on April 11, 2023 and is "Diosa Del Sol."

First, here's Zangief's Street Fighter 6 theme song. It is an entirely new track for him. You can hear string instruments, like a violin, playing during it.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o6caXwwXbjk&ab_channel=StreetFighter

Next, here's the Lily Street Fighter 6 theme song "Diosa del Sol." Guitars feature heavily in it.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JMgyoSS6hO8&ab_channel=StreetFighter

While Street Fighter 6 tracks aren't focused on as often, Capcom shares match footage fairly frequently. These developer matches show off both new and returning characters. Cammy and Manon faced off in one recent clip. Another video starred Lily and E. Honda. However, in the past the company did offer a chance to hear Chun-Li, Luke, and Ryu's new songs and get an idea of what to expect from the new tracks for each character.

Street Fighter 6 will appear on the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC on June 2, 2023. Hori is making a themed fight stick for the game. It will appear in arcades after launch. It will also appear at Evo 2023.

Lifeweaver New Hero Gameplay Trailer Overwatch 2 Youtube 1 39Overwatch 2 Season 4 has introduced a new support hero for players to try out, Lifeweaver. However, his loaded kit has somewhat complicated his keybinds for many players, leading to some calling him a "clunky" hero to play. Many are calling for Lifeweaver's abilities to be rebound to different keys, and one player even took it upon themselves to show what that might look like using the Workshop. Reddit user u/SammyIsSeiso created a special game mode with the Workshop feature to make a version of Lifeweaver with rebound abilities. Currently, Lifeweaver must use a key to swap weapons from damage to healing, similar to a character like Mercy or Torbjorn. However, this new version of Lifeweaver rebinds his healing and damage to left-click and right-click respectively, similar to characters like Kiriko or Moira. The user also moved his Platform Pet...
