     League of Legends ranks explained

What are LoL ranks? While you can play normals, or even ARAMs in League of Legends, there is only one real way to challenge yourself and realize your true potential: ranked play. Ranked matches pit you against plays of a similar skill level, with each match being a true test of your prowess. Every player is assigned a specific League of Legends rank, with wins seeing you gain LP and rise the ranks, and losses doing the opposite.

LoL ranks are essentially how the game grades its players. Anyone you see playing on the League of Legends pro scene will regularly reach the peak, earning themselves the Challenger rank, while we mere mortals may sit towards the bottom of the pile, in Bronze, or even Iron. Utilizing the best LoL champions will obviously increase your chances of climbing the ranks, but depending on where you are, just playing what you're comfortable with is usually the best way to go.

One of the greatest RPGs in PC history is now available for free

Before New Vegas, before Bethesda, before the Capital Wasteland, there was Fallout, the upstart 1997 RPG from Interplay. Initially worked on by a solitary programmer, the legendary Tim Cain, Fallout would eventually become one of the most beloved and influential games in PC history. Skyrim, Starfield, and of course Fallout 4 - they all owe a debt of inspiration to the pioneering original. And now, as part of your Amazon Prime Gaming subscription, you can play and own Fallout for absolutely nothing. If you want to see where it all started and get yourself a healthy dose of '90s nostalgia in the process, this one is a must.

Best Valorant crosshair codes – fun, streamer, and pro crosshairs

What are the Valorant crosshair codes? Crosshairs in the Riot Games FPS are more complex and customizable than ever, thanks to a recent update. With a complex-looking string of numbers, letters, and symbols, you can change your in-game sights to match players from your favorite esports teams such as DRX, Fnatic, or The Guard, or make your own entirely.

Many of the best PC games with pro teams like to come up with ways for FPS game players to show allegiance to their favorite players. For example, Rainbow Six Siege has charms and Valorant has gun buddies. Custom crosshairs take things to another level though, and can even help you achieve a similar level of accuracy as the pros, too. Different colors or sizes can make your crosshair stand out more, potentially affecting your accuracy. We've collected Valorant crosshair codes for all of the big teams in one place, so you don't have to go hunting around too much to equip your favorite Valorant characters with your chosen sight. Jump to the bottom if you need to know how to import Valorant crosshairs.

Resident Evil Reverse is less popular on Steam than the actual Bible

Somewhere, in the distant, indefinable future of videogames, there is a good multiplayer version of Resident Evil. RE Outbreak had the right idea - it remains the closest we've come. Resident Evil 5 and RE6 might also broadly count as 'multiplayer,' insofar as they allow online co-op; you could say the same for Resident Evil Revelations 2. But that's stretching the definition a bit far. With RE4 Remake done and dusted, and rumors swirling about either a full Resident Evil 9 or a remake of Code Veronica, maybe, just maybe, Capcom will take another lunge at the multiplayer dream. Until then, we can only mourn the previous attempt, Resident Evil Reverse, which now officially has fewer players on Steam than a digital version of The Bible - and even The Bible only has 19 players.

Best budget gaming PC 2024: great cheap builds

Picking the best budget gaming PC for your needs will ensure you get the performance that matters to you without spending more than you need. It's all about compromises and knowing where you can make concessions to price without necessarily tanking gaming performance.

Each cheap desktop option in this guide will bring you solidly into the gaming sphere for considerably less cash than a flagship gaming PC. The convenience of a prebuilt PC means you avoid having to learn how to install a graphics card or how to install a power supply, and you of course get a warranty.

But while top-end rigs, which combine the very best gaming CPUs and best graphics cards, are not purchases that can be made lightly, a cheap gaming PC will allow you to play the majority of titles for a fraction of the price.

We've picked out high-quality, low-cost PCs (under $1,5oo/£1,000) that are still able to fling frames around without a care and nail 1080p gaming in the best PC games. Once you've got a cheap gaming PC in your arsenal, you can start wading into the exciting world of more demanding, next-gen PC games.

Best Metroidvania games on PC in 2024

What are the best Metroidvania games on PC? With mechanics that have spread to all genres, few things beat a good, traditional, and sprawling Metroidvania. Mostly 2D with some straightforward combat, tricky platforming, light RPG mechanics, and abilities to find that help you explore castles, alien-infested planets, dungeons, caves, whimsical forests, and so on, it's quite difficult to put down a Metroidvania until you've beaten every boss and revealed every nook on the map. Exploration is key here, so if you're looking for 2D action platformers without much in the way of it, you won't find them here.

Nintendo's Super Metroid and Konami's Castlevania: Symphony of the Night popularized the Metroidvania genre, but they aren't available on PC. For Nintendo, it's understandable – they're notorious for keeping their franchises on their systems – but for some reason, Konami hasn't brought the best Metroidvania game to PC yet. While we wait for them to get around to giving us a hopefully remastered taste of Alucard's journey through Dracula's Castle, there are quite a few other Metroidvania games to play on PC – some recent, many of them cheap, and a few of them some of the best PC games ever made.

Best turn based RPGs on PC 2024

What are the best turn based RPGs? These games are about character evolution; the nature of progression and the choices you can make means that your abilities and journey may never entirely be the same across multiple playthroughs. They're also about offering robust combat mechanics and making the best use of your squad as a team working towards a common goal.

While this list may have a lot in common with our guide to the best RPG games, turn based RPGs tend to focus more on squad-based combat and have roots in the classic tabletop RPGs of old. Games in this niche are often similar to turn-based strategy games, though to make the distinction relevant, we're focusing on games with more pronounced RPG features. Let's look at some of the best turn-based RPGs on PC.

Payday 3 maker Starbreeze has a new strategy game you can try for free

Between Command and Conquer, Cities Skylines 2, and Civilization, what I like in city builders and strategy games is that everyone, basically, does anything I tell them to do. Run a scouting mission deep into enemy territory, even though we're just three basic infantry units on 25% HP? No problem. Spend the last of our budget building ten new fountains to try and boost citizen morale? You got it, boss. But a new survival-driven strategy roguelike, published by Payday 3 creator Starbreeze, flips that formula on its head. The world is dark and dangerous, and resources are scant. But you also need to contend with the strong personalities and individual wills of your people. They won't just do as they're told - you have to be more subtle. Brutal and occasionally bleak, Starbreeze's new strategy game will also be available to try for free at the soon-to-arrive Steam Next Fest.

Confession time, folks. Of all the games shown off during The Game Awards last December, Tales Of Kenzera: Zau was the one I glossed over the most. Listen, it was very early in the morning at the time, and it must have come at a peak eyes-glazing-over moment for me. However, having now played the first 30 minutes of Tales Of Kenzera thanks to its just-released early Steam Next Fest demo, I have seen the error of my ways. The demo might only cover the game's opening, but this 2.5D Metroidvania already looks to be quite the promising newcomer in this ever-crowded genre - so much so that it may even be able to go toe to toe with Ubisoft's Prince Of Persia: The Lost Crown. Yep, I went there.

There's life in the ol' Alan Wake 2 yet. Last year's multimedia horror extravaganza game has a new patch, and of note is that it includes chapter select but, interestingly, also the "much-requested option to tune down the horror flashes", according to the notes here. What is a horror flash, you ask? It's that thing where a horror game or film or TV show suddenly flashes up a semi-transparent image of like, a monster, or a screaming woman, or a big weird eye. It's bloody complicated!) as a flimsy excuse to talk about indie games. Plus: Steam Next Fest kicks off next week, and there were indie game demos a-plenty, so we talk about some favourites of those, too. Plus: we've been playing JRPGs! And I was wrong, it's episode 4. I mean, why waste them when you're a young telekinetic hellbent on getting your revenge on the cult that raised you and held you hostage for your entire life? One bullet goes a long way when you can alter the path of its trajectory with each fresh kill you land - as long as they're visible in your immediate eyeline, that is. There are no swoopy swerves going on here, and the thrill of each level is working out the best (and quite literal) angle of attack to take down every last target. I've been playing the first handful of levels of Children Of The Sun over the last week or so, and no word of a lie, this murderous mix of Hitman, Holedown and Sniper Elite has shot straight into my gooey, beating heart.

Surprise, miners. Deep Rock Galactic: Survivor, the Vampire Survivors-like spinoff that puts a bullet heaven twist on one of the PC's best co-op games, is launching into early access just a couple of weeks from now. It'll be out on Steam from February 14th, incidentially gifting the possibility for all kinds of cheap Valentine's Day slogan gags. You are my Rock and Stone? My Ommoran Heartstone belongs to you? Drill you be Mine? Hilarious. Also, there's a trailer.

A great 3D platformer seems to be a rare and special thing these days. I think Psychonauts 2 was the last one that really took my breath away, but outside of that (as well as obviously every 3D Nintendo platformer), I often struggle to think of many games that could be considered its equal. There's always something holding them back, isn't there? Whether it's a wonky camera, slightly unwieldly controls, or the platforming itself is just a little too pedestrian to ignite the imagination.

So where does Penny's Big Breakaway fit into the equation? This is the next game from former Sonia Mania dev Christian Whitehead's new studio, Evening Star, and yep, you can definitely tell this was made by some real Sonic heads. Penny and her (strangely toothy) sentient yo-yo, err, Yo-Yo, feel like a ball of energy just waiting to bust out across the colourful scenery of their home world of Macaroon, and golly, they sure can fly with just a couple of timely button presses. Alas, there is a but. For me at least, Penny and Yo-Yo are perhaps a bit too energetic for my platforming tastes, and having spent a few hours with an early preview build, I often found them quite a rambunctious pairing to keep under control.

You know what game I've been secretly hankering for after playing so much Palworld recently? It's Lightyear Frontier, the upcoming farming/crafting mech adventure game from Frame Break and Amplifier Studios, and happily, we now know when it's finally coming out. Lightyear Frontier will be launching into early access on both Steam and Game Pass on March 19th, and you can go and play a demo of it right now, too. The demo is technically part of Steam Next Fest next week, but it's live now for all to enjoy (just like every other Steam Next Fest demo, it seems).

RPS Game Club is back in action for 2024 today, and our first pick of the year is the exceedingly good Cobalt Core, a spaceship roguelike deckbuilder where you're slipping and sliding out the way of incoming missiles to get to the bottom of why you and the rest of your animal pals seem to be stuck in a pesky timeloop. I had an absolute blast with it when it came out at the end of last year, and really, this is just the perfect excuse to shove it back in front of your faces again.

hakurei reimu nendoroid 2.0

Good Smile Company is re-releasing the 2.0 Touhou Project Reimu Hakurei Nendoroid. She'll come out in July 2024 for Japan and Q4 2024 for North America.

For those in Japan, she'll cost 6800 JPY, which is approximately $46.30. If you purchase her from the North America shop, it will cost you $33.99. The updated Reimu Hakurei Nendoroid originally came out in June 2020, and it was an upgrade of the original 2011 Nendoroid. Both versions of the little figure have very similar face plates and optional parts. However, the 2.0 Nendoroid has a more modern aesthetic.

Here's a closer look at this Touhou Project Reimu Nendoroid:

The Reimu Hakurei 2.0 Nendoroid will come with three face plates, which is standard for most Nendoroids. You can give her a standard cheery expression, a combative serious expression, and a cute relaxed expression. As for the optional parts, you can decorate her with her prayer rod, charm cards, a donation box, a cup of tea, and kneeling parts. With these parts, there is a wide variety of poses you can have display your Reimu. Unlike the original version of the Nendoroid though, the 2.0 edition will not come with a yin-yang stand.

The Reimu Hakurei 2.0 Nendoroid is available for pre-order from Good Smile Company.

Switch Otome Games Aksys Reveals New Switch Otome Games, Tokyo Xanadu eX+

During the February 2024 All Aksys event, the company revealed details about the Tokyo Xanadu eX+ Switch versions and four otome games. Despera Drops and Tengoku Struggle: Strayside are new original titles, while Radiant Tale: Fanfare and Virche Evermore Epic: Lycoris are fan discs. There's a Spirit Hunter: Death Mark II Switch, PS5, and PC February 15, 2024 release date confirmed as well.

As a reminder, Tokyo Xanadu eX+ is a Persona-like RPG from Nihon Falcom. Like the other title, people follow high schoolers with special Soul Devise abilities that allow them to protect the real world by heading into the Other World. The eX+ version adds additional content like insight into the character White Shroud. Tokyo Xanadu eX+ showed up on the Switch in Japan in June 2023, and is heading westward in June 2024. Aksys will also sell its four-CD soundtrack.

Tengoku Struggle: Strayside is one of the Aksys Switch otome games we already knew about. For this event, we got a release date. People will hepp the princess of the Underworld hunt down escapees on April 4, 2024. The standard version launch copies come with character cards, while the limited edition will include a soundtrack.

Despera Drops is the other entirely new otome game. It will be on the Switch in 2025. It follows a young college student named Mika Amamine who is held as a suspect in a murder, but then escapes with six criminals. All seven are pursued by the police and people who are after her specifically.

As for the two otome fan discs, they'll both be out in 2024. Radiant Tale: Fanfare, the follow-up to the supernatural story about a circus gathering a certain sort of energy to save a prince, will be out in Summer 2024. That has five new epilogues for the existing love interests and two new routes with people you couldn't pursue before. Meanwhile Virche Evermore Epic: Lycoris will appear in Fall 2024 and involves five new side stories that follow the original game.

5 Cool Things You Probably Missed in the Death Stranding 2 Trailer

At the January 2024 State of Play, a Death Stranding 2 trailer appeared and featured tons of crazy stuff! Higgs is back with an electric guitar that he also uses to attack with electricity and slashes! There's a metal ninja that makes BB sounds! Fragile's got a second pair of hands around her neck! But there are other possibly neat or maybe important things you might have missed too.

5 Cool Things You Probably Missed in the Death Stranding 2 Trailer
Image via Kojima Productions

Fragile smokes cigarettes that give off BTs (Beached Things)

I'm leading with this one, because it is the part that freaked me out the most. At the 8:13 mark of the Death Stranding 2 trailer, we get this scene of Fragile having a cigarette. After her extra pair of hands around her neck (which are also a thing I want to know more about) light it, she starts crying. This is something that happens when people like her and Sam ended up exposed to the Chiralium, and a response that comes when they're near BTs. When I first watched the trailer, I thought it meant that there was a BT suddenly showing up at a peaceful moment and that was our hint something was wrong.

Instead, upon watching it a second time and looking closer, I noticed when she exhaled the smoke from the cigarette that she actually blew out BTs. Which also makes it seem like maybe something is wrong?!

Image via Kojima Productions

The winged cat looks like it's part BT?

At the 4:33 mark, we see one of Fragile's new allies with a cat that has BT elements to it. The cat has wings, the same inky color, golden eyes, and is just weird! Like you may have caught the moment when the trailer aired, but not realized how inky and unusual it is. It seems like it is some sort of mix of both beings, and it gets me wondering what is going on with it and if we could see this with other characters.

5 Cool Things You Probably Missed in the Death Stranding 2 Trailer

The puppet's framerate is weird!

Part of the Death Stranding 2 reveals involved a person who appears to be a puppet. The character is introduced at the 2:53 mark, and Fragile gives him to Sam. The thing is, the puppet moves at a halting frame rate. Everyone else moves at a normal one. Perhaps whoever this is happens to be a person at another location (or even on the Beach), and the delay is caused by that distance? Something's definitely going on with this lil' friend, and I'm betting it's tied to the Beach.

Image via Kojima Productions

A ring replaces the Death Stranding cuff links

This one comes up at the very end of the State of Play Death Stranding 2 trailer! Sam is lying on his bed, just as he would in the original game. In that first entry, when he'd lie down his cuff links computer would connect to the bed. This was a computer and vitals system that could provide information for Sam, and it seemed that would be a way to update. Well, the Bridges cuff links are gone, but there's now a ring on his right thumb we can see at the 9:09 mark that may serve a similar purpose.

Image via Kojima Productions

Moby Dick is on Sam's shelf

This could be nothing, but it could also be something? The book Moby Dick is on the shelf above Sam's bed at the 9:09 mark. We know in Death Stranding 2 that he's working for Fragile's group Drawbridge to again reconnect people. However, we also know that something seems to have happened to Lou, and Sam is searching for truth and information about her. Ahab had his white whale he fixated on and pursued, leading to his ruin. Maybe Sam's on a similar sort of quest that could become his downfall.

And in case you missed that Death Stranding 2 trailer, here it is again:

Death Stranding 2 will come to the PS5 in 2025.

Metal Gear REX model kit by Kotobukiya

Kotobukiya is restocking its Metal Gear REX plastic model kit, and it has also opened a new pre-order batch. The kit originally appeared as early as 2019, and it has also received multiple restock batches since then. The next batch of the kit's stocks will appear in April 2024.

The package will come with around 401-600 parts. When completed, the 1/100 scale unit will stand at approximately 220mm (~8.66 inches) tall. The owner will also be able to open and close the cockpit and missile hatches.

The set will also include 1/100 scale figures of Liquid Snake, Solid Snake, and Gray Fox the Cyborg Ninja. The owner can place Liquid Snake's sitting figure inside Metal Gear REX's cockpit. Meanwhile, the Cyborg Ninja figure will have a lying-down variation to help recreate the event cutscene at Shadow Moses in Metal Gear Solid.

Some sample images for the kit are available right below. But while the samples show the kit and figures already painted, the actual package will come with unpainted parts, so the owners will have to apply their own paints.

The restocked kit will have a price tag of 10,780 yen (~$73.5). Although Kotobukiya's online shop is exclusive to Japan, people can also order the kit from other outlets. For instance, AmiAmi supports worldwide shipping of the kit at a discounted price of 8,620 yen (~$58.19).

The model kit's restocking follows a reignited public interest in the Metal Gear Solid series after Konami released Metal Gear Solid Master Collection Vol. 1 in October 2023. Uniqlo has also re-released its collection of Metal Gear-themed T-shirts that initially came out in 2012.

The newly restocked plastic model kit of Metal Gear REX will be officially available in April 2024.

star rail black swan

HoYoVerse has released a Myriad Celestia trailer for Black Swan, who will make her debut in Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.0. The trailer also features Robin, whom we saw in trailer for 2.0.

You can watch the trailer here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rPAw4l2rUr8

The trailer shows how Black Swan uses her powers as a fortune teller, as well as how she can use dreams, or memories, as a medium for activating them. It also shows a lot of scenes in Penacony, which has a bright "never-sleeping" city vibe. Because it takes place in a dream, there are a lot of bizarre phenomena in this trailer, such as Black Swan emerging from a sign to pick up a drink. Other characters that make a cameo in this trailer include Acheron, Sunday, Robin, and Duke Inferno.

On HoYoLab, you can check out more information on Black Swan's character and kit animations. She can use normal Tarot cards to tell fortunes as well. She also gives insight on the Memokeepers' philosophy. They gather memories so that after the world ends, the Aeon Fuli can use the stored memories to recreate the world.

As a reminder, Black Swan will be a five-star wind Nihility character. Like Kafka, she will specialize in DoT and she has her own unique debuff, Arcana. She can stack Arcana onto an enemy, with more stacks dealing more damage over time. She will run with Misha, who will be a four-star ice Destruction character.

Honkai: Star Rail is readily available for the PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. Version 2.0 of Honkai: Star Rail will go live on February 6, 2024.

persona 3 reload evoker replica

Cerevo, along with Atlus, is developing a 1/1 replica of the Evoker from Persona 3 Reload. You'll be able to check out a prototype of it at Wonder Festival 2024 Winter.

This news came out during the Persona 3 Reload livestream that Atlus held on January 31, 2024. It was a special miniature event to commemorate the upcoming release of the game. According to the stream, the Evoker will be to scale and Cerevo developed it under the supervision of the Persona 3 Reload team from Atlus.

The Evoker model has several gimmicks. For one, it can transform into Theurgy Mode, and you can also make it give off light. It can also play the Persona summoning voice lines from all the SEES members, as well as play battle music. Cerevo is currently developing more functions, so the final product will likely have even more gimmicks. It will also come with a case, which will look like an attache case.

Each Persona game introduces a new way of summoning a Persona in battle. For example, in Persona 4, characters break a card and in Persona 5, they remove their mask. In Persona 3, characters use the Evoker in a way that looks like they are committing suicide. In the lore of the game, this is to evoke a sense of fear and stress, which helps to manifest a Persona. Unfortunately, Cerevo will likely not make it possible for you to summon a Persona with its Evoker replica.

Persona 3 Reload will come out on February 2, 2024 for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and Windows PC.

Get ready for Ed release in Street Fighter 6

Capcom announced the exact release date for Ed in Street Fighter 6. When it released a teaser trailer in January 2024, it noted that the Street Fighter V debutant would appear in February 2024. The company has since confirmed that Ed will be available on February 27, 2024.

To help players hype up Ed's release, Capcom has also released a new Fighting Pass titled "Ed Arrives!" This pass adds a photo frame featuring Ed and a Neo Shadaloo device wallpaper. It also comes with an avatar gear set, a new emote, three title bars, and five stickers that include a chibi artwork of Falke.

In addition, the pass features the 1991 beat 'em up arcade title Captain Commando as a playable classic game. It also brings in three BGMs from Street Fighter V: Ed's Theme, Falke's Theme, and Balrog's Theme. As a side note, the latter is alternatively titled M. Bison's Theme in the Japanese version, as that is what the boxer is known as in the country, owing to the name swaps made in the series' localization.

persona 3 reload aigis

Maaya Sakamoto, the voice actress for Aigis, shared some of her thoughts about Persona ahead of the release of Persona 3 Reload. She talked about how she recorded her lines for the remake, as well as what she thinks about her character.

In the interview, she stated that she was worried that she wouldn't be able to accurately portray Aigis again, since it'd been so many years since she originally voiced her. However, she was able to easily recapture the essence once recording actually started. She was also impressed anew at the story, and thinks that the reason it doesn't feel outdated even after so many years is because the themes of Persona 3 Reload are so universal. She also states that she's excited to meet everyone—both new and returning players—as Aigis once more.

At the beginning of the interview, Sakamoto also talked about how recording for the original Persona 3 went. She reminisces that back then, voice actors recorded their lines separately so she had to imagine everyone else's performances as she gave hers. However, they all recorded together for the drama CD, which came out later, and remembers that they had a really fun time together.

Maaya Sakamoto is a prominent voice actress and singer who has been active since 1992. Aside from her role as Aigis, she voiced Aerith and Lightning in the Final Fantasy series, Jeanne d'Arc in the Fate series, and Ciel in Black Butler. She also performed songs that appear in games and anime, as well as release her own singles.

Persona 3 Reload will come out for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and Windows PC on February 2, 2024. You can also read Megumi Toyoguchi's interview here.

riviera remaster

Sting announced a release date for the Nintendo Switch version of Riviera: The Promised Land Remaster. It will come out on February 29, 2024 for 2860 JPY ($19.50).

The remastered version will have several new features, as well as additional content from the original. Riviera: The Promised Land originally came out in 2002 as a fantasy RPG that you could play on the go. It used to be on devices like the GBA and the PSP. The remaster will boast upscaled graphics, a text log, variations in the pixel art, autosave, fast forward, a return function, and an EXP boost feature. The EXP boost will let you adjust how many more or less EXP you gain per battle, which can be a way to alter how difficult or easy the game is.

As for new functions and features, there will be new difficulty and play modes, hints on how to obtain items, and NG+. Clearing the game will unlock additional content as well. Sting will post more information in the future via its official Twitter (X) account.

Riviera: The Promised Land is a turn-based RPG with some strategy and dating sim elements. You play as Ein, who is a Grim Angel, who fights to seal away the four Accursed. Four heroines accompany him, and how you react to them will affect your relationship with them, as well as the game's ending.

Riviera: The Promised Land Remaster will come out on February 29, 2024 for the Nintendo Switch. In the future, it'll also be available for the Windows PC via Steam and mobile devices. There is no news about an international release yet.

Palworld Patch Notes Reveal You Can't Steal Other Players' Pals

Pocketpair released a new Palworld update on all platforms, and the patch notes reveal other players Pals now can't be stolen and the save issue tied to capturing over 7,000 pals is in the process of being fixed. While one issue is completely repaired, more work needs to be done on the other.

Rather than some sort of Palworld take on Pokemon's Team Rocket, the one bug simply had to do with a glitch people could exploit. If one person in multiplayer's Pal was too weak, another person could catch it with a Pal Sphere. That first player would then completely lose access to the character.

As for the save file fix, that isn't completely repaired yet in Palworld. If someone is playing and hits that 7,000 Pals mark after downloading the update, it will be fine. They won't experience the game crashing that others are. However, if someone experienced that issue before the patch, they'll find they still can't play and use that save data just yet.

Here are the full Palworld patch notes for 0.1.4.0 on Steam and 0.1.1.3 on the Xbox One and Xbox Series X from the Pocketpair social media announcement, which go over the fixes for the save problem and theft of Pals.

▼Major Fixes

・Fixed an issue where the game would crash under certain conditions

・Fixed an issue where if another player's pal/base pal had HP 30% or less, it could be captured by using a sphere.

・Fixed an issue where enemy pals would get stuck in walls due to charge attacks.

Implemented the first fix for an issue where the game would always crash and save data would be corrupted when the guild's total number of pals captured reached around 7000.

*The game no longer crashes even if the total number of captured objects exceeds 7000.

However, save data that has already been in this state (in the case of a server, the server's world data) prior to this update will still be unable to load.

We are continuing to work on fixing this issue permanently.

▼Key Configuration

・Added support for mouse side keys and numeric keypad in keyboard key configuration.

*Further improvements are currently planned, such as support for interact key configuration.

▼Player Issues

・Fixed an issue where players on dedicated servers and co-op (online) were receiving damage twice.

・Specifications have been changed so that you can move at extremely low speed even when you have exceeded the weight limit.

・Players will no longer pass through walls when dismounting.

・Fixed an issue where capture power strengthened by Lifmunk Effigies was reset when using memory reset drugs.

・Fixed an issue where armor could be equipped in the wrong slot.

・Adjusted camera positions of several Pals to make it easier to see when mounted.

▼Base Issues

・Specifications have been changed so that Pals who are manually assigned to a breeding farm will not become hungry and their manual assignments will not be removed.

・The key to lift Pals has been changed from F → V (Pad: X → Y) in order to prevent accidents.

・Reduced the speed and range of fire spreading on wooden buildings.

・Fixed an issue where manual work assignments could not be set at all under certain circumstances.

・Fixed an issue where extremely high-level Relaxaurus would attack the base during raids.

・Added several measures to prevent base Pals from getting stuck.

・Fixed an issue where Pals would get stuck while transporting items and would drop them on the spot.

・Fixed an issue where Pals at the base would continue to cut down trees that were already cut.

・Fixed an issue where Pals at the base were on the verge of death due to unexplained falling damage.

・Fixed an issue where Pals at the base would float under some conditions.

・Fixed an issue where if a farm was built on the second floor or above, work pals would be unable to move on the floors below.

▼Other

・Corrected incorrect text

・Measures have been added to prevent cheating and stealing other players' Pals.

・Many other minor fixes such as the addition of a UI key guide.

As a reminder, one of the last patches fixed a major loading screen issue and worked to stop cheating.

Palworld is available in early access for the PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X.

This one is reserved exclusively for four Pals that make the four "Legendary Bosses" of Palworld. The only way to get these Legend Pals is through capturing them. They will always be captured with the Legend Passive Skill that sets them aside from other Pals. The four Legend Pals are: Jormuntide Paladius Frostallion Necromus Screenshot: PC Invasion These Pals are incredibly hard to fight and even harder to capture.      Diablo 4 Best Seneschal Construct Barbarian BuildsOne of the new Aspects introduced in Season 3 of Diablo 4, but how can you get it for yourself? This Legendary Aspect is a Defensive type usable by any class. You can attach this Aspect onto Chest Armor, Pants, Helms, Shields, and Amulets, and it'll help boost your defense. Here's how to get it. Diablo 4: Where to get Juggernaut's Aspect Some players online have been confused as to how they can get their hands on this Legendary Aspect. It's a lot easier than you may realize. You can get the Juggernaut's Aspect in Diablo 4 through the Season 3 Journey rewards. Although you have a chance of gaining this Aspect through random Legendary item drops, your chances are slim. You'd have to farm multiple Dungeons and World Bosses just for the chance of seeing it. The better way of obtaining the Juggernaut's Aspect is to simply complete the fifth Chapter called "Slayer" in the Season 3 Journey. Screensh...

Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League JokerAs a live service game, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is set to get a ton of new content in post-launch patches containing new characters, locations, weapons, and more. The game is currently in Season Zero, but Season One is arriving soon with more content for players to enjoy. Suicide Squad Season One Release Date Season One of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is set to launch in March 2024. There isn't a specific date available yet, but fans have been speculating that the season will release on March 5, 2024. This is the day that the game releases on the Epic Games Store as well as the end of the current Twitch Drops campaign featuring skins for the four base game characters. Because everything lines up perfectly (and that date also marks five weeks after the early access launch of the game), it's a safe assumption that Season One of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will begin on March 5, 2024. If it doesn't kick off exactl...

Petting Lunaris In PalworldLunaris is a Pal that only appears as a Field Boss in Palworld. This means that it's rather tricky to catch one, and you'll have to keep waiting for the boss to respawn in between attempts. It looks like breeding is the only other option. Lunaris breeding combinations in Palworld Most Pals in Palworld have numerous breeding combinations, and Lunaris isn't any different. Breeding offers a way to streamline the process of acquiring the Pals you want, even before the recommended levels of catching them in the wild. As the results of breeding are fixed, you can rinse and repeat to get as many Lunarises as your heart desires. There are many breeding combinations for Lunaris, but I'll present the easiest ones that don't require super powerful Pals — or Lunaris herself.
