The inspirations from Stalker and Fallout are clear - it's a post-nuclear apocalypse where you need to scrounge for supplies, ally yourself with warring factions, and complete quests to earn better gear and increase your chances of survival. Beyond that however, this is a uniquely flexible sandbox, an anything-can-happen world where every NPC is an individual and all the systems are dynamic. You really have to experience it for yourself. I think, in time, The Callisto Protocol will earn a reputation as an underappreciated gem - the first half of Striking Distance's horror game is especially effective. This is not the murmuring of some poor sod on a nineteen-hour Dota 2 binge who's started thinking that the crumbs in his keyboard resemble a viable snack, but a bold new reality, one I recently found myself staring down during a trip to Asda. The supermarket chain – third biggest in the UK by turnover and purveyors of ill-fitting clothes and surprisingly good doughnuts alike – has added light-up gaming mice, keyboards, and headsets to its mountain of own-brand wares. Asda being what it is (Americans, if you're unfamiliar, think Walmart with less gun violence), it's all dirt cheap as well. £17 for a full-size keyboard. £16 for an FPS mouse. Overwhelmed with curiosity, I ended up taking home a complete starter set (keeb, different mouse, headset, and mousemat) for £45, or about a third of the price of the Logitech G515 Lightspeed TKL that I'd shortly kick off my desk. Could this be a new frontier in affordable PC hardware, bringing tech to the masses in a way no specialist retailer ever could, or should supermarkets stick to cereal and meal deals? Surely the Asda Tech (real name) 4-in-1 Gaming Kit would have the answers. |

Fullcock will release water guns that look like the weapons Knives and Vash wielded in the original Trigun anime. Pre-orders are available until September 18, 2024 and the water guns will come out in December 2024.
Each gun looks quite realistic, but they're made of ABS plastic. Fullcock has also listed specific information on each gun, such as the type of gun the characters used. In terms of pricing, Knives's and Vash's normal guns both cost 5500 JPY ($37.45). Meanwhile, the Vash's first gun model will cost 4950 JPY ($33.70). This was the gun that he used up to episode 3.
There are some other notes about the water guns. When you get them, you will need to put the grip together with glue (which Fullcock will not supply). As well, you shouldn't aim the gun downwards, as this can cause water to leak out. In terms of its usage in a water fight, these Trigun water guns aren't the best. You'd be better off putting these guns on display and then buying a Super Soaker instead if you're in it to win it.
Trigun is a popular space western that ran from 1995 to 1996, and then 1997 to 2007. The anime series for it aired from April 1998 to September 1998. Trigun Stampede is a reimagined version of the series that started airing in 2023. It follows Meryl Stryfe and Milly Thompson, two insurance workers, who come across The Humanoid Typhoon, Vash the Stampede. While Vash is a skilled gunman and accidentally destroyed a city (causing him to have a huge bounty on his head), he is actually a pacifist with a mysterious past.
The Fullcock Trigun water guns are open for pre-order until September 18, 2024. They'll come out in December 2024.

Entergram announced that it will stop development on the sequel for Aquarium, which was the romantic visual novel made by Minato Aqua of hololive. This is due to Aqua's graduation, which will take place on August 28, 2024.
The full announcement is available on the company's X (formerly Twitter) account. It apologizes to everyone who was waiting for a new Aquarium game, but hopes that people can understand the reasons as to why it had to. At the end of the message, it reminded people that the current Aquarium game is still available online and you will be able to buy it even after Minato Aqua graduates.
Minato Aqua announced her graduation on August 6, 2024, stating that she would graduate on August 28, 2024. The talent behind the personality said that this was due to creative differences with Cover and hololive, though didn't give more reason beyond that. She doesn't want people to speculate online about her reasons. Minato Aqua debuted with hololive on August 8, 2018 as part of the company's second generation. Other VTubers who debuted alongside her include Oozora Subaru and Murasaki Shion. As of the time of writing, Aqua has over 2.08 million subscribers on her YouTube channel.
Aquarium is available on the Windows PC, Nintendo Swich, and PS4. The Aquarium sequel is no longer in development.

The Disney Dreamlight Valley website has uploaded its roadmap for 2024. New characters will include Timon & Pumbaa, Jafar, and Tiana.
For starters, a free August 2024 update will introduce Tiana from The Princess and the Frog to the valley. You'll also be able to get the Tiana's Palace and Star Path decoration. In the same month, the A Rift in Time expansion pass will introduce a new story in which you infiltrate Jafar's palace to stop his evil plan. This will be paid DLC.
October 2024 will have a smaller update to fix issues with the game. However, it will introduce Timon & Pumbaa in a storyline that takes you back to The Lion King. Finally, in late 2024, it look like Sally from The Nightmare Before Christmas may take center stage, as the picture shows a dress that looks like hers. However, there's no information on that as of yet.\
Other future updates for Disney Dreamlight Valley include fixes based on player feedback. There will be changes to the Furniture and Wardrobe menus, as well as ways to get more space in the valley if you have a really full one. There will be cross-platform multiplayer for PlayStation consoles as well.
Disney Dreamlight Valley is a life simulation game in which you live in a magical valley alongside classic Disney characters. It's very similar to Animal Crossing in that you can interact with the residents, fix up the valley, and rearrange items around the valley or your house. However, there is an overarching story in this game.
Disney Dreamlight Valley is readily available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, iOS, Nintendo Switch, and Windows PC.

HoYoVerse has released a new Collected Miscellany trailer for Emilie, the newest character in Genshin Impact. As a reminder, she is a 5-star Dendro Polearm character from Fontaine.

It's also available in Mandarin Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.
The trailer is over five and a half minutes long, as it focuses on teaching players how to use Emilie. It also shows her combat animations in battle. Her Skill creates a Lumidouce Case that can deal AoE Dendro DMG. If an opponent affected by Burning is nearby, then the Lumidouce Case will collect Scents they give off, leveling up after a certain amount to deal one extra Puff of Puredew Dendro DMG. Her Elemental Burst is to create a powered up version of the Lumidouce Case, and this one does not have the ability to gather Scents.
As so much of Emilie's kit revolves around these off-field forms of Dendro DMG, as well as the Burning effect, she would work well as a sub-DPS to a Pyro character. You can also combine her with other Pyro effects too. Characters that work well with Emilie include Xiangling, Arlecchino, and Lyney. You can also use her as a normal Dendro unit with characters like Fischl or Yelan.
Genshin Impact is readily available on the PS4, PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. Emilie is available to pull from in Genshin Impact until August 27, 2024.
