The survey revealed that the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 is now the second favorite GPU for Steam players, showing a huge 34% percentage increase in market share since the last survey in August, with the RTX 4060 Ti and the laptop version of the RTX 4060 following closely behind. While the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4060 and the RTX 4060 Ti are great cards for 1080p gaming, they're not the very best graphics cards out there, but that's not the point. When you've paid a large sum of cash to get the best gaming SSD possible, you're going to want it to be running at full speed on your new AMD system, so this is a big problem. At the end of September 2024, Bandai Namco announced it was working on a Mobile Suit Gundam Trading Card Game. Now there's a new trailer showing some of the cards and playing field. In that video, the company also confirmed it will debut in 2025. However, a Gundam Card Game Edition Beta will launch on December 7, 2024.
This video builds upon the original teaser announcement. That first one hinted at the logo and atmosphere. One of the initial cards shown this time is the Gundam RX-78-2. It appeared alongside what looked to be a card with the GAT-X105 Strike Gundam on it. Both Unit and Pilot cards will appear in the game, with a Pilot card that looked like it featured Amuro Ray art on it appearing at the 40 second mark behind the RX-78-2. A Banagher Links Pilot card is highlighted 43 seconds into the video, followed by what seemed to be a Wing Gundam and a take on XVX-016 Gundam Aerial.
Here's the full teaser for the card game. It features English text, and the announcement confirmed that the game will be available in English, Japanese, and Simplified Chinese when it launches.
The official site featured a few other cards. If you check the Gundam Card Game Edition Beta page, it shows the Gundam RX-78-2, XXXG-01W Wing Gundam, and GAT-X105 Strike Gundam Unit cards and Amuro Ray and Heero Yuy Pilot cards. A The Witch and the Bride Command card appeared and featured Suletta and Miorine on it.
The Gundam trading card game will launch worldwide in 2025, but the Gundam Card Game Edition Beta will appear before that on December 7, 2024.

Square Enix reported that Final Fantasy XIV was once again hit by DDoS attacks. The North American, European, and Japanese versions of the Lodestone all reported on the potential outages, which started on October 2, 2024, and reported when it ended on October 3, 2024.
In particular, the Final Fantasy XIV DDoS attacks were directed at the North American Data Centers and their Worlds. When they started at 7:19pm PT/10:19pm ET on October 2, 2024, Square Enix noted that people could find themselves unable to log in or being disconnected when they did manage to get online. The Japanese Lodestone updated when things seemed to wane, and the message there then reiterated that Square Enix would be working to counteract these attacks going forward.
We've been seeing Final Fantasy XIV DDoS attacks hit rather regularly since before the release of the Dawntrail expansion. It was one of the points that came up during the Letter from the Producer Live LXXXI in May 2024. He discussed a major one that happened earlier that month, noted Square Enix is exploring counter-measures, and mentioned the company will be proactive about reporting when they happen. Prior to this latest one, we saw a few others, with one happening at the end of August 2024.
Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC.

There's new activity on the Umamusume: Pretty Derby social media account, and we're starting to see character profiles appear for horse girls like Special Week. This new post tied to the mobile game could be a sign that the launch is drawing nearer, as the previous ones involved the console and PC game Umamusume: Pretty Derby - Party Dash and its DLC.
Special Week is considered one of the main characters in Umamusume: Pretty Derby. She featured prominently as one of the possible party members in Umamusume: Pretty Derby - Party Dash, as she is one of the most vocal members of Team Cosmos. She also is one of the stars of the anime, which is streaming on Crunchyroll.
The new profile for her brings up her history and background. Compared to some of the other horse girls studying at Tracen, Special Week comes from a more rural background. She grew up in the country with her mother's friend following her mom's death. She's known for her enthusiasm and dedication to people important to her, in particular Silence Suzuka.

Special Week may sound familiar, as she's voiced by Azumi Waki. Waki voiced characters in a number of other mobile games, such as Charlotte in Genshin Impact, Peony in Fire Emblem Heroes, and Sanae in The Idolmaster: Cinderella Girls. Most recently, she's been in anime series like Frieren as Kanne and Too Many Losing Heroines as Karen.
There's no English, worldwide release date yet for Umamusume: Pretty Derby, though it was reconfirmed in June 2024, and it is available in Japan.

Megahouse shared new photos of and details about the upcoming Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War figure of Orihime Inoue joining its Gals line of merchandise. While pre-orders are about to begin at Premium Bandai in Japan on October 4, 2024, we won't see her launch until February 2025. She'll cost 26,180円 (~$179). Worldwide orders haven't opened for her yet.
As this is a figure based on one of the most recent arcs in Bleach, this version of Orihime Inoue may look a bit different than we remember. She's in an almost entirely white outfit, which takes more cues from the Hueco Mundo arc in the story. She is also in the midst of using Koten Zanshun to attack for this pose.
Here's a closer look at how the Orihime figure will look after it is released.
Orihime is one of the characters who hasn't been confirmed for the new Bleach video game yet. While we know Ichigo, Rukia, Uryu, and Chad will appear in the Bleach Rebirth of Souls roster, she hasn't been confirmed yet.
The Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War Orihime Inoue figure will launch in Japan in February 2025, and there's no expected worldwide release window for it just yet. However, as Megahouse products do appear worldwide, we should see that happen eventually next year. The Bleach anime, including Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War, can be found on Disney+ and Hulu. Part 3 of Thousand-Year Blood War anime adaptation kicks off on October 5, 2024. Viz Media handles the manga outside of Japan.

We know that the Silent Hill 2 release date is October 8, 2024, but now Konami and Bloober Team also announced the exact launch times. Depending on where you live and how you get your copy, you could be playing it on October 7, 2024.
For most places, the PS5 launch time is generally 12am local time on October 8, 2024. This is true of places like Hong Kong, Istanbul, London, New York, Paris, Riyadh, Sao Paulo, Sydney, Tokyo, and Warsaw. The one exception is Los Angeles, where people who picked up the PS5 version of Silent Hill 2 can start playing at 9pm PT on October 7, 2024.
It's when it comes to the PC version of the game that the release times get scattered due to how Steam works. Here's the list of when it will be available in various time zones. Note that in North America, people in the Central or Pacific ones will be able to start playing on October 7, 2024. (I also included the notable cities tied to each time zone on the map to help with picking out regions.)

However, in some cases there could be people who are already playing Silent Hill 2 remake ahead of the official release date and launch times. This is because some are already reporting finding physical copies in the wild. There are reports on Reddit from people who already found copies of Silent Hill 2 or got their copy sent to them early. However, since this is a remake of an over 20 year old game, at least spoilers aren't an issue.
Silent Hill 2 remake will come to the PS5 and PC on October 8, 2024, though that might be October 7, 2024 depending on where you live. It is a PS5 console exclusive for a year.

Lingsha in Honkai: Star Rail is a 5-star Fire Abundance character, and it can be a little complicated when working out her best build for your needs. You'll need to balance several stats between her Light Cones and Relics, as well as think in advance what teams or characters you'll likely run her with.
For starters, Lingsha is a character who specifically needs three things: Break Effect, SPD, and ATK. On paper, Lingsha scales off ATK. However, her Bonus Ability Trace, Vermilion Waft, increases her ATK and Outgoing Healing based off her Break Effect. You should really prioritize her Break Effect to take advantage of this bonus. As well, Lingsha lacks a panic button heal (in other words, her Ultimate is not a heal in the same way that Bailu's or Natasha's are) so if you're worried about her performance as a sustain, you'll want to give her plenty of SPD.
When you're putting Light Cones or Relics on your Lingsha build, you should aim for: 2500-2800 ATK, 200-250% Break Effect, and minimum 134 SPD. Of course, if you want to run her with Talia, you'll need 145. Keep in mind that you can also take characters like Ruan Mei into consideration when looking at these numbers, since Lingsha won't be alone on the field.
