It's only been two days since Pokemon TCG Pocket came out and already, it's surpassed over ten million downloads worldwide. It reached this milestone in around 48 hours.
Pokemon TCG Pocket is what it basically says on the tin. It's an app version of the Pokemon TCG, where you can have a virtual deck and play against your friends or strangers. There are also simpler rules than in the original game, making it more accessible for those who felt like the card game was a bit too complicated to pick up.

There are multiple starter decks and boosters that you can get in the game, though there, of course, microtransactions as well. It's worth noting that although there are over ten million downloads, that doesn't necessarily mean that ten million people downloaded and play the game. Like with any gacha game, some people are in the camp of rerolling accounts until they get something good or what they want. Since the method to reroll requires reinstalling the game and making a new account, that could account for a percentage of the overall downloads.

Sanrio has uploaded a playlist for the 50th anniversary and birthday of Hello Kitty. It's available on Spotify and in total, there are 41 songs in the playlist, amounting to 2 hours and 15 minutes.
According to the Sanrio Tweet, these are all familiar songs from the Hello Kitty franchise. Songs include MAISONdes's "Popcorn!!", JO1's "Infinity", One Direction's "Live While We're Young", and Dua Lipa's "Houdini". Some of these songs are likely there because the artists are fans of the mascot, or made a reference to her at one point.
In October 2024, Dua Lipa uploaded a picture of herself wearing a Hello Kitty bra. Again in October 2024, JO1 attended the Hello Kitty 50th anniversary part. During that time, Takumi Kawanshi and Junki Kono mentioned they'd love to collaborate with Hello Kitty some day. One Direction collaborated with Hello Kitty in 2013.
Since November 2023, Sanrio has been releasing merchandise for the 50th anniversary of Hello Kitty. Companies like Lotte, Casio, Clinique, and CASETiFY also collaborated with Sanrio to release commemorative merchandise featuring the famous mascot. There is also an event ongoing in Hello Kitty Island Adventure focusing on her birthday. This event will last until November 15, 2024.

Sun-Star, a stationery brand, and Atlus have teamed up to release keychains of the characters from Persona 5 Tactica. You have until December 1, 2024 to pre-order them and then they'll ship out in late February 2025.
Each keychain costs 880 JPY after tax, which would convert to $5.75. There are twelve variations, letting you get the Phantom Thief outfits for everyone. The keychain shows them posing while their codename appears next to them. Exceptions are Erina (Elle) and Toshiro, who just appear in their normal outfits.
As a note, you cannot choose which keychain you get. This is like a lottery blind box in which you can purchase a random keyholder, or ten random keyholders to improve your chances of getting who you want. The Persona 5 Tactica keychains are also available via Premium Bandai, which means that you need to be in Japan in order to access the site and order from it. Those outside of Japan may want to use a proxy service of some kind, as this might also guarantee you getting exactly who you want.
Persona 5 Tactica is the spin-off game of the widely popular Persona 5. It takes place within the story of the original game, but the Phantom Thieves have to save an alternate world from war and oppression. Unlike the original's turn-based RPG elements, Tactica is an SRPG in the vein of the Fire Emblem series or Triangle Strategy.
Persona 5 Tactica is available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, Windows PC, and Nintendo Switch.

A new trailer for Puella Magi Madoka Magica Walpurgisnacht Rising has come out, with Homura as the star of the show this time. Technically, she always is, but this trailer includes a few more scenes that are from Homura's point of view.

There are some new scenes, such as one of Madoka and all of the other versions of her looking down at something. There's also one of a lizard running into Homura before wings burst out of her back. Yet another new shot is one of Mami wrapping herself up in her ribbons, seemingly while in the midst of battle. As per usual with Madoka Magica, the latest trailer for the movie is a little difficult to comprehend. But surely, when we see them in the theater, it'll all make sense.
Walpurgisnacht Rising will be the newest movie for the Puella Magi Madoka Magica franchise, and it'll canonically take place after Rebellion. Aniplex and SHAFT originally announced the movie back in April 2021 as part of the Puella Magi Madoka Magica 10th anniversary. Though there was radio silence for a few years since that announcement, there have been a lot of trailers and news for the movie in 2024 as we approach its release window.
Puella Magi Madoka Magica: Walpurgisnacht Rising will come out in Winter 2025.

In an interview with Yasunori Sakuda, the producer of Venus Vacation Prism: Dead Or Alive Xtreme, or VV Prism, he stated that there are no plans to release any DLC for the title. This is due to how VV Prism works and how difficult it would be to add new girls later on. [Thanks, Game Watch!]
Near the end of the interview, Game Watch asks whether or not there will be no girls or episodes available later as DLC. Sakuda replies that there won't be due to how the system works. In Dead Or Alive Xtreme Venus Vacation, you only had to pick one girl to get close to per run. However, Venus Vacation Prism: Dead Or Alive Xtreme focuses on asking "Under these circumstances, which girl do you want to get closer to?" and wanted players to enjoy how their relationship affects the story. This makes each scenario more involved, with lots of scenes where the girl you choose interacts with others.
Sakuda concluded that leaving the possibility of DLC open would require the team to remake the game. After Game Watch concedes that it sounds difficult, Sakuda says that it's not impossible to add new scenarios or episodes. However, whether or not Koei Tecmo does that depends on the reception of the game.
Venus Vacation Prism: Dead Or Alive Xtreme will come out on March 6, 2025 for the PS4, PS5, and Windows PC.
