PCGamesN Wednesday, December 18, 2024 7:47 AM  The plumbing around the new Nvidia GeForce RTX 5000 launch appears to be springing leaks everywhere, with the latest one coming directly from Nvidia graphics card partner Inno3D. The company recently posted a teaser on its website about what to expect from the company at CES, which appeared to spill the beans on a number of new features coming with the new gaming GPU range. Nvidia is widely expected to unveil the new RTX 5000 GPU range at the CES tradeshow in January 2025, including the flagship RTX 5090, although the company itself has been tight-lipped about what it's going to announce. However, in its teaser, Inno3D said it planned to highlight a number of "AI-accelerated capabilities" at the show, and they appear to suggest new features that Nvidia will be introducing with its new GPUs. PCGamesN Wednesday, December 18, 2024 7:43 AM  Marvel Rivals developer NetEase Games is asking players not to modify any of the game's files, especially around config changes, warning that it can lead to "unexpected issues." Some settings aren't available in the front end of Marvel Rivals itself, so players are adding config scripts into the game files to improve their overall experience. While NetEase doesn't completely specify the consequences of making these changes, the studio does promise that further optimizations for the game's controls are coming in future updates, so even if you aren't fully satisfied with the configuration settings right now, it might be safer to wait. In yet another hollow display of solidarity in the name of "Liber-tea", they've teamed up with the loathsome fascists of Killzone, the elderly shooter series from Sony and Guerrilla Games. From today, you'll be able to buy weapons, armour and cosmetics belonging to Killzone's despicable stormtroopers from the Helldivers Superstore, and there's the suggestion of an additional Killzone-themed reward depending on the fortunes of the so-called Galactic War, a xenocidal bloodbath couched as an exercise in bringing "freedom" to the huddled masses of the upstanding socialist Automatons, the blameless wildlife of the Tyranids, and the Wellsian cosplayers of the recently added Illuminate faction.
