The Umamusume Japanese Twitter account has announced a new playable scenario, along with five new horse girls. There is also a teaser for the music video of "Umasugi! Gourmet Parade," which will be a new song in the new scenario.
The name of the new Umamusume scenario can translate to "Harvest! Full Stomach! Bountiful Food Festival," and it'll go live on June 26, 2024. Horse girls who'll play an important role in the new story include Special Week, Haru Urara, Rice Shower, and Nishino Flower. According to the introduction video, you'll have to harvest vegetables and make food with them. Food will help improve how many stats level up when you're training your horse girl.
As for new horse girls who'll either become playable or play an important role in the upcoming scenario, we have: Dream Journey, Bueno Vista, Believe, Calstone Light O, and Durandal. All of these horses were or are race horses in real life.
The new scenario (as well as new banners) will come out right when the current banner for Jungle Pocket ends. Jungle Pocket's banner was part of the marketing for the Beginning of a New Era movie. For a month, you'll be able to watch the first seven minutes for the film via the Toho Movie YouTube channel.
Umamusume: Pretty Derby is readily available on mobile devices and Windows PC in Japan, with the "Harvest! Full Stomach! Bountiful Food Festival" scenario going live on June 26, 2024. An English version is also in development.

Capcom announced the re-release of a hoodie based on Khezu, the pale wyvern from Monster Hunter. This updated version of the hoodie will be available for purchase through the eCapcom online store, with pre-orders now being accepted in Japan. The hoodie is priced at 8,800 yen (approximately $55) and will be released on October 17, 2024. [Thanks, Game Watch!]

The hoodie is inspired by Khezu, a recurring monster from the Monster Hunter series known for its distinctive form and large mouth. The design includes a hood with fang imagery and printed wings on the back. The hoodie is a free-size product, also known as the Japanese equivalent of "one size fits all." Its dimensions are 75 cm in length (29.5 inches), 61 cm in body width (24 inches), 59 cm in shoulder width (23.2 inches), and 62 cm in sleeve length (24.4 inches).
This announcement follows the previously announced Khezu-themed slippers, which are priced at 2,970 yen (approximately $19). Those are designed to look as if the wearer's feet are being eaten by Khezu.
Pre-orders are currently open, and the hoodie is expected to start delivery on October 17, 2024. The hoodie will be available on eCapcom, Amazon, Rakuten, and DMM.com. The next mainline Monster Hunter game will be Monster Hunter Wilds in 2025 for the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC.

Bandai Namco announced that Blue Protocol Chapter 6, titled The Secret Forest, will appear on June 26, 2024. In addition, the X (formerly Twitter) official account for the game shared a video showcasing the new dungeon and field being introduced in the new content.
The video offers a brief look at three of the new forest Dungeons, these being Tuonera Visiting Path, the Flower Path Copse, and the Ancestor Graveyard. Furthermore, the new Koaniani Woods field is also showcased in the video, with Ururau Village being one of the new areas belonging to this new map. While not showcased in the video, another dungeon appearing in the new chapter is the Zeluma Mine.

The Blue Protocol development team recently confirmed in an interview with Famitsu that the team is making efforts to address the game's underperforming numbers by reworking some core aspects of the game, as well as planning more challenging content, and analyzing game and player data to find out areas of the game where players numbers are diminishing.
Blue Protocol is available for the PS5, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC in Japan. The game is set to release worldwide sometime in 2024. Version 1.06.000 of the game comes out on June 26, 2024, and it will introduce "Chapter 6 - The Secret Forest" as well as the new Beyond update.

Back in May 2024, Square Enix teased a FFVII Ever Crisis summer event that would involve characters like Lin and Yuffie. Now it confirmed that Summer's Here: Fireworks on the Beach will start on June 26, 2024.
The announcement was accompanied by an initial trailer for the story portion of Summer's Here: Fireworks on the Beach. It shows Yuffie in her new swimsuit. Cloud and Aerith are wearing their costumes from last year's event. However, the teaser trailer suggests Tifa could also be getting a new swimsuit, as the outfit she is wearing during the story segment looks different than her lifeguard gear from 2023. A new Flan boss is also teased. However, we don't get to see Lucia in the video.
While other characters are preparing to take clothes off for the summer heat, young Sephiroth put more on. He got new Natant Jacket gear. It is basically a down jacket on top of his The First Soldier uniform, which you can see below.
This will be the second summer event in FFVII Ever Crisis. The first appeared back in September 2023. It involved a Watermelon Tonberry boss and special equipment for Aerith, Cloud, Tifa, and Zack.
FFVII Ever Crisis is available for PCs and mobile devices, and the Summer's Here: Fireworks on the Beach event begins on June 26, 2024.

A new demo trailer appeared for the upcoming Genshin Impact character Sigewinne, ahead of the launch of her banner on June 25, 2024. The trailer shows off her style and personality, as well as some of her attack animations and skills.
The character demo features Sigewinne hosting a tea party for Navia, Clorinde, and Lynette, though other characters like Chevreuse and Freminet make brief cameo appearances. Sigewinne goes on to explain the revitalizing properties of the Romaritime flower, and then she recounts the story of her hunt for them via illustrated cards. Along the way, she is accosted by a number of crab enemies, who she dispatches with her bow and bubble-based abilities. She then serves her guests tea brewed with the petals of the flower.

Sigewinne will appear on the banner alongside Rosaria, Noelle, and Gaming as the featured four-star characters, as detailed by HoYoverse earlier in June 2024. Sigewinne will become available in Genshin Impact on June 25, 2024. The game itself is readily available on the PC, PS4, PS5, and mobile devices.

Bandai Namco shared details about the formal debuts of Project Im@s va-liv, the Vtuber group affiliated with The Idolmaster franchise. The three Vtubers in this group are in the process of making their proper debuts as Live Streamer Idols with new songs under production.
Project Im@s va-liv consists of three members: Manaka Tomori, Cosmo Kamizuru, and Sara Letora Oliveira Utagawa—the latter of which is depicted as a half-Brazilian. The three Vtubers made their original debuts in early May 2023. They also appeared at Bandai Namco's Tokyo Game Show 2023 streams.
A major turning point was made when Bandai Namco held "The Last Statement" online live concert at the end of March 2024. The company concluded that all three members had cleared the final examination to become Live Streamer Idols. The va-liv Vtubers have since been affiliated with 876 Production, the same agency featured in the 2009 DS game The Idolmaster: Dearly Stars.
Bandai Namco also revealed that the idol Vtubers will receive new songs. D.watt, Steaka, and Ohtora & NewK will compose new songs for Manaka, Cosmo, and Letora, respectively. Bandai Namco will publish these songs via its Asobinotes brand, which also handles tracks from Hatsuboshi Gakuen: The Idolmaster.
The Project Im@s va-liv Vtuber idols' formal debuts will culminate with the Producer Meeting event titled "From Now On!!!" Bandai Namco will hold this event physically at the Garden Shin-Kiba Factory in Tokyo, Japan, on September 28, 2024.

The leak suggested the game will use a common control scheme with buttons like X, Y, and RT/RB, though this may change as development progresses. Hiro Mashima, the creator of Edens Zero, previously showed interest in game development. His involvement in this project likely continues his exploration into the world of 3D games, utilizing engines like Unreal Engine 5 and tools like Blender. Mashima worked on characters for the upcoming title Farmagia. Also, a new Fairy Tail game based on his series is on the way and appeared at the June 2024 Nintendo Direct.
The Edens Zero anime series was released globally on Netflix, with season 2 and the recap on Crunchyroll. Edens Zero follows Shiki Granbell, a boy embarking on a voyage aboard the titular starship in search of the goddess of the cosmos. Joining him is Rebecca Bluegarden and her cat Happy. Mashima is the author of renowned manga series such as Fairy Tail, Rave Master, Edens Zero, and Dead Rock. This new title will mark the second based on the series, as Edens Zero: Pocket Galaxy service ended in February 2024.
The Edens Zero game is in development. The anime is streaming on multiple services. Viz Media handles the manga outside of Japan.

Nihon Falcom opened a new webpage to mark the 20th anniversary of the Trails RPG series, which is originally known in Japan as Kiseki, and the company has also revealed a new lineup of merchandise. All of the new products feature characters from the series to celebrate the major anniversary milestone.
The Trails series 20th anniversary merchandise lineup ranges from tin badges to tote bags. The company sells the items through its own Falcom Shop website, and it also supports international orders. People living outside Japan can pay with MasterCard, Visa, or UC credit cards. Falcom can deliver the items to almost all countries and regions worldwide covered by Japan Post's EMS, with an exception for APO and FPO addresses.

In addition, Falcom is also offering free bonus items for people who make purchases of over ￥5,000 yen on its web store, while stocks last. The company will add a random illustration card based on one of the five major sub-series and a promotion card of either Estelle or Joshua from the upcoming Trails Trading Card Game.
The 20th anniversary of the Trails series falls on June 24, 2024. It marks exactly 20 years since Nihon Falcom released the first Trails in the Sky for PC in Japan on June 24, 2004.

VSPO, the Virtual eSports Project agency running in Japan since 2018, announced its first English Vtubers will be Arya Kuroha, Jira Jisaki, and Remia Aotsuki. Their debut streams will be held on June 29, 2024.
The reveal of the VSPO English Vtubers first happened the evening of June 23, 2024. An animated trailer appeared introducing the three of them. That's also when it was revealed that all three of their YouTube channels are already live. No name for the generation was mentioned.
We did know that an English generation was on the way. Back in September 2023, VSPO opened auditions. At the time, it specifically mentioned it was only looking for English Vtubers.
As for the official schedule for debut streams, where's when you can watch the VSPO Vtubers Arya, Jira, and Remia. A first collab stream wasn't mentioned. However, things will kick off with Remia's first, followed by Arya and Jira. Placeholders are already live on all three accounts.

There have been five new members of VSPO in 2024, counting the first three English performers. In March 2024, Tsumugi Kokage joined the company. Then in May 2024, Sendo Yuuhi debuted. Both of them appeared on their own, outside of any groups.

Shueisha announced that the My Hero Academia manga series will end after the next 5 chapters. The ending of the series will appear in the double issue 36 and 37 of the Weekly Shonen Jump magazine, which will release on August 5, 2024.
By the time the My Hero Academia manga ends, the series will have reached 430 chapters in total. The announcement of the conclusion of the manga series originally appeared during the latest Jump Press presentation broadcasted on June 24, 2024 in Japan.
In addition, My Hero Academia author Kohei Horikoshi shared some words about the announcement. The original message appeared during the aforementioned broadcast, as well as on the My Hero Academia official X (formerly Twitter) social media accounts. In it, Horikoshi apologized for taking the last two weeks off, and said that his schedule has been incredibly busy as of late. Horikoshi also thanked fans for continuing to read the series for the last 10 years.

Zenless Zone Zero developer HoYoverse released a convention schedule for 2024, as well as announced a creator's roundtable event featuring the producer and director of Street Fighter 6. A "full reveal" for the roundtable event is promised for June 29, 2024, while the game itself will appear at conventions in Taipei, Seattle, and Cologne.
The "Zenless Dazzle Expo" event is set to appear at six conventions between July and October 2024, though HoYoverse stated that more events may be added in the future. Attendees can expect playable demos of Zenless Zone Zero, as well as gifts and some undisclosed "surprises."

Additionally, HoYoverse teased the roundtable collaboration featuring developers of both Zenless Zone Zero and Street Fighter 6. We'll learn more about that on June 29, 2024. The accompanying teaser video shows several guests, including Street Fighter 6 Producer Shuhei Matsumoto and Director Takayuki Nakayama, and suggests the event might also involve them playing games together.

Kotobukiya revealed a new prototype for a figure based on Joshua Bright on its official X account. This figure will feature his appearance in The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC—the second entry in the Trails in the Sky series.
The figure will also include the twin swords that Joshua uses as his weapons of choice. However, the published prototype is still mostly unpainted—save for the eyes. Therefore, it will take quite some time until the company finishes painting the prototype and puts the figure up for pre-orders.

The new Joshua figure will help complement Estelle Bright's figure, which has been available for pre-orders since November 2023. Kotobukiya also tweeted a reminder that it will release Estelle's figure in June 2024. The company's Japanese online store has specified June 26, 2024, as the exact release date for the latter, even though it has already run out of stock.
The new figure featuring Joshua Bright from The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky SC is still under development. It will take more time until Kotobukiya finishes painting the prototype and put the figure up for pre-orders.

Indie VTuber Dokibird now has a new model, with artist "Kanamesigogo123" as the designer. This design will also appear on an upcoming Hyte PC case of Dokibird.
The new model retains Dokibird's sort of cocky expression, as well as her blonde hair and green eyes. However, there are also major differences to her hair and overall design. Dokibird in the past had her hair in pigtails, with a white ribbon on her right and a black ribbon on her left. She also had a blue hat and was wearing a sort of dress with a jacket.
Her new design has shorter hair, with messy feathery strands around her face. Her outfit shifts from a feminine one with white, black, and blue to one that makes her look like a sheriff. There are belts around her, complete with bullets and a gun. There is also an animal hanging out on her head.

In the past, she was a conman and thief. Now she's a bounty hunter. In her reveal stream for her new outfit, Dokibird showed off the upcoming Hyte case that features her new look. It'll be a black and gold case, and you'll be able to check it out at Anime Expo 2024.
Dokibird is an independent VTuber with over 742,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel. Other Dokibird merchandise you can get includes a YouTooz figure. Pre-orders will close on July 9, 2024.
