When it comes to The Do-Over Damsel Conquers the Dragon Emperor, it might seem a bit off-putting for a pre-teen to be the influential heroine who will save the day. Even with ensuing volumes of the manga making clear what kind of person she is. You really need a lot of evidence through clear situations to make the case. With volume 5 of The Do-Over Damsel Conquers the Dragon Emperor, the manga provides a lot of prime examples of how important, valuable, and strong Jill is due to both her innate abilities, hard work, and knowledge of her past life.

At the very start of volume 5 of The Do-Over Damsel Conquers the Dragon Emperor, we're already in a position where Sarasa Nagase uses the manga to highlight how capable and responsible is. Because Hadis is in hiding, Jill is in-training in disguise alongside Camila and Zeke with Princess Elentzia and her Dragon Knights. She's setting herself up as a cadet and, because of Elentzia's dragon attacking her, is taking advantage of the fact that it seems like she has no affinity with dragons. So from the start, we see how she's being depended upon to gather information, assess situations, and prepare when Hadis needs to be in hiding as a result of the false Dragon Emperor's actions.
This also means we get a great example of Jill using her knowledge of the past to assist with her strategies in the future. Back in the original timeline, her fiance Prince Gerald basically spied on her throughout her school years and life via his ally, friend, and minion Lawrence Marton. Lawrence appears to be quite friendly. Jill only realized exactly what he had been capable of and doing for years after Gerald's betrayal and her death. So now when she meets her as a Dragon Knight cadet, she immediately acts in a way that gets in the way of his plans, keeps him from sowing doubt, and allows her to perhaps mitigate some possible damage. (It's not the only way her past helps her potential future in this volume, so keep your eyes open!)
Jill's instincts and intuition are on full display in volume 5 of The Do-Over Damsel Conquers the Dragon Emperor manga too. When observing Hadis' siblings Elentzia and Risteard, she's able to pretty accurately discern their character. It's especially impressive with Risteard, since there are time when he says something or gets so worked up that it could seem villainous. But no, she assesses them as well as she did people like Hadis, Camila, Zeke, and Lawrence.
Finally, we see Jill's straight-up combat prowess. At a point in this volume, she needs to use force to get her point across. First, she knows the right time to get serious. Then, she's good at making use of her capabilities to get things done. More importantly, she even adjusts for her own shortcomings. It's great to see how she handles herself.
I absolutely love when the story in The Do-Over Damsel Conquers the Dragon Emperor shows how practical Jill's knowledge of her past life can be alongside her general strength and intelligence, and volume 5 of the manga includes multiple examples of how capable she is. We get a sense of her intuition when she observes a potential enemy and Hadis' siblings. We note how dragons react to her. We see her skill with the blade. She also makes good use of what she knows happened in the previous timeline to keep history from repeating. It really showcases what a strong heroine she is.
Volume 5 of The Do-Over Damsel Conquers the Dragon Emperor is available now, and Yen Press will release volume 6 of the manga on September 23, 2025. An anime is available, and it is streaming on Crunchyroll.

Sequence of Solitude is a new 4-star Bow in Genshin Impact that you can obtain from the Whirling Waltz event in version 5.6. Thanks to the beta leaks, we already have info on the weapon's stats and materials required to level it up.

Stats and effects
Below are all the stats and effects of the Sequence of Solitude at level 90 R5 in Genshin Impact, per the beta leaks via Hakushi.in:
Sequence of Solitude has a low Base ATK, which shouldn't be surprising since it is a 4-star weapon. Meanwhile, its second stat has a huge HP% bonus, so the number of characters who can use it is very limited. Furthermore, the Sequence of Solitude's passive effect lets the equipping unit deal an AoE DMG once every 15 seconds, which isn't great for a DPS unit.
Materials
Listed below are all the materials you will need to farm to level up Sequence of Solitude in Genshin Impact:
You can obtain the Gear drops by defeating the Clockwork Meka enemies in Fontaine. Meanwhile, the Cold-Cracked Shellshard, Warm Back-Shell, and Blazing Primshell can be obtained by defeating the Furnace Shell Mountain Weasels in Natlan.
Lastly, the Ancient Chords are weapon ascension materials that you can only obtain from the Echoes of the Deep Tides domain on Monday, Thursday, and Sunday.
Best characters for the Sequence of Solitude
Diona and Sigewinne are the best characters who can use the Sequence of Solitude. Both are pretty decent healers who scale with HP, so the new 4-star Bow can be a good F2P option. Since Diona can also provide a shield that absorbs DMG based on her Max HP, the high HP bonus from the weapon's second stat will increase the team's survivability rate as well.
While Diona and Sigewinne aren't known for dealing good damage, the Sequence of Solitude's passive allows them to deal an AoE DMG once every 15 seconds, so it can be a nice bonus for them.
You can also give the new 4-star event Bow to Yelan since she's also an HP scaling unit. It won't be her best weapon, but it can work as an F2P option.

With the announcement of Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion's remaster, Bethesda noted that there were voice lines added to the new game. They didn't revoice the whole thing, because how could you possibly replace Sir Patrick Stewart as Emperor Uriel Septim? The additional voice actors help to break things up.
One of the original game's constraints in 2006 was memory. The sheer amount of voice files meant they didn't have room for as many unique voices as they wanted. Now, every race has a unique voice actor to help keep it all fresh.
That said, they did make sure to retain a lot of the charm of the original. Oblivion has been memed on for almost 20 years now. They were keenly aware that getting rid of some of the sillier voice acting would be more of a detriment than not for most fans.

Unlike real life, BitLife has no seasons since each age-up is a six-month or one-year skip. However, that doesn't mean we can't have some fun seasonal challenges, with Hot Wet Summer being one of many examples.

BitLife's Hot Wet Summer challenge has five tasks to complete:
There are quite a few twists and turns during this challenge. While becoming a lifeguard and water slide tester is simple, the last two tasks are tricky. Nonetheless, you won't need any expansions or special career packs for them, as they're almost entirely luck-based.
Be born in Brazil
Your first task of BitLife's Hot Wet Summer challenge is to be born in Brazil. You can pick whichever place in Brazil and gender you wish to use as long as Brazil is your birth country. You can also emigrate at any point, but this isn't required for the challenge.
Although you don't need a specific Looks stat at the beginning for this challenge, having high stats will help you with the fourth task later on. Try to make a character with high Looks; we can raise it slightly later, but avoiding plastic surgery minimizes the risk of a botched procedure messing with your chances of becoming a famous film star. Until then, let's focus on two other jobs.
Become a lifeguard
Unlike the other two jobs on our list, becoming a lifeguard doesn't require aging up to 18 and finding a full-time job. Instead, once your character becomes a teenager and unlocks part-time work, age up and check the part-time job list, aging up as needed until you find a Lifeguard position. It'll appear with an "SOS" emoji next to its name.
Become a Water Slide Tester
The first full-time position on our list is a Water Slide Tester. Head into your full-time job list and scroll to the bottom until you see this position. If you don't see it right away, close and reopen your BitLife app or age up. It'll appear with a blue bikini icon next to its name.
While a part-time lifeguard position doesn't require an interview, becoming a full-time Water Slide Tester does. Apply for the position and pass the interview to land the job, letting you complete this challenge's third task.
Become a famous Film Star
Although I won't elaborate on what, exactly, this entails, let's just say you won't need the Actor career pack for this. Instead, head into your full-time job listings and refresh your options by aging up or closing and reopening the app. Your goal is to find any option related to BitLife's adult film industry, ideally, one related to acting or camera work, before applying. Doing this narrows your results, making it easier to become a film star.
Once you find a film star role, apply and pass the interview to land the job. From here, it's just a matter of aging up, working hard, and putting in extra hours until your character becomes famous. The duration of time required varies, but it shouldn't take longer than a few in-game years. Alternatively, you can use the Hollywood Star to make it instant.
Push someone off a cliff
Yep, this challenge takes a wild turn. For this last task, head into Activities, Crime, and Murder. Your victim choice is up to you, but you'll have higher odds of succeeding if you pick someone randomly. The important part is picking Push off Cliff as your method. If you don't see it right away, close and reopen the Murder menu.
If you have the Assassin's Blade, you can finish this attempt without fail. Otherwise, there's a chance the victim will retaliate, killing your character. Unfortunately, this means you'll have to start from the beginning or use BitLife's Time Machine mechanic to go back in time. You may also get caught by the police, but this doesn't matter as long as the attempt is successful.
Once you take on all three jobs and toss someone off a cliff, you'll complete BitLife's Hot Wet Summer challenge, rewarding you with a cosmetic prize.

Symphonist of Scents is a 5-star Polearm and Escoffier's signature weapon in Genshin Impact. It will be available on the banner during the first phase of version 5.6, and its stats and materials have already been leaked.

Symphonist of Scents has a nice Base ATK, and its second stat gives a nice CRIT DMG bonus. This alone makes Escoffier's signature weapon a good stat stick on almost all the Polearm characters in Genshin Impact. Additionally, the weapon's passive effects provide a ton of ATK. However, one-third of the effects can only be triggered after the character equipping the weapon heals someone.

You can farm the following items to level up Escoffier's signature weapon:
The Sacred Dewdrops are weapon ascension materials that can be farmed in Fontaine's Echoes of the Deep Tides domain on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. For the Drop of Tainted Water, the Scoop of Tainted Water, and the Newbow Tainted Hydro Phantasm, you can defeat the Tainted Water-Spouting Phantasm and Tainted Water-Splitting Phantasm.
Lastly, you can farm the Transoceanic Pearl, Transoceanic Chunk, and Xenochromatic Crystal by defeating the Fontemer Aberrants in Fontaine, such as Armored Crab, Ball Octopus, Blubberbeast, and Hunter's Ray.
Best characters for Symphonist of Scents
Escoffier is naturally the best character who can use Symphonist of Scents in Genshin Impact since it is her signature weapon. The 5-star Polearm gives her everything she needs to get the best out of her abilities. The CRIT DMG bonus increases Escoffier's off-field damage output, and the load of ATK boost increases her healing.

I've seen tons of funny moments during my 800 hours playing Disney Dreamlight Valley. With its Alice in Wonderland update officially out, I expected some fever-dream-like moments, especially thinking about that scene from the original movie. What I wasn't expecting was a tiny, teapot-dwelling Alice to appear.
When you first unlock and enter Alice's realm, everything looks as normal as you'd expect in an Alice in Wonderland world. Sure, there are weird things everywhere, but you can at least make sense of them. Well, mostly. It isn't until you get to Alice's third friendship quest that you see a hilarious—albeit sad—moment of a tiny Alice hiding in a teapot within her own home.
In the quest's context, this is initially a funny moment that turns sad once you realize why she's in this teapot. The mission starts with Alice being excessively happy, turning this moment into an unexpected twist that your character isn't used to navigating. Until that realization hits, however, this tiny teapot and Alice combo can make just about anyone chuckle for a few minutes.
Imagine if this was a furniture item you could place in your house. It'd be a little messed up, but at least it'd also be funny. Maybe we'll get a variation of it one day that doesn't involve Alice herself sitting inside the teapot. You can even give her ice cream, which makes this even cuter and stranger despite her circumstances.
The Alice in Wonderland update, in general, is bizarre. Its introductory quest starts unlike any other before it, with a rabbit hopping around your village and leading you right to the realm's secret entrance. From there, you're met with singing flowers, pencil-headed birds, and tiny flowers that can magically transform into patterns on the floor. That's not even mentioning the Cheshire Cat's magic, which makes for wacky antics throughout the Alice realm's entire storyline.
Although it takes a while to find Alice and her tiny teapot, the story leading up to it is some of the strangest I've ever witnessed. Sure, it isn't as lengthy and comprehensive as previous adventures in the Aladdin or Mulan realms. Despite that, it does include some interesting gameplay mechanics that prove just how different Alice in Wonderland is from other Disney works.
With all that said, a tiny Alice in a teapot is still one of the funniest things I've seen in Disney Dreamlight Valley recently, and I hope we see a lot more of this in future updates. You'll have to finish the Alice in Wonderland realm storyline and a few of Alice's friendship quests first, but it's worth it if you want to experience this moment as well.

Where to find Glow Dust in Oblivion Remastered
You can get Glow Dust in Oblivion Remastered by opening crates and the like, as well as by defeating Will-o-the-Wisps. The best way to get the ingredient early on, however, can be done by purchasing it from Ogier Georick at The Main Ingredient and Claudette Perrick at The Gilded Carafe for around 70G each.
Calindil on Mystic Emporium can also sell the item if you visit the store after reaching level 50 in Mercantile. All stores are located in the Imperial City's Market District.
Keep in mind that the stores in Oblivion Remastered start to gradually restock their goods after a few in-game days. In other words, once you purchase all of the above, your only reliable farming method will be to either hunt the Whisps or to fast-forward.
The best place to find Will-o-the-Wisps in Oblivion Remastered
Although they can be spotted all over the game's map, you can find large numbers of Will-o-the-Wisps in Oblivion Remastered within the areas marked below, located north of Leyawiin and at the heart of the Blackwood region. The enemies will only start showing themselves in the wild after you go above level 11. If you are still making your way there, you can also fight three of them during the Mystery at Harlun's Watch quest, no matter your level.
When in battle, Will-o-the-Wisps can only be harmed by spells, silver weapons, or enhanced ones capable of dealing magical damage. Entering a fistfight with the spirits also becomes an option when at or above Hand to Hand level 50 (Journeyman). But be careful, as apart from being extremely elusive, due to their lack of proper form, the Whisps can also drain your Health and Magicka at record speed.

Most MMOs I've played let you change your hair, pick a body type, maybe throw on a cool scar—and that's about it. It gets the job done, but let's be real, it's kind of forgettable. Dune: Awakening, on the other hand, redefines character creation. It's precisely what MMO players like me have been waiting for.
One of the first things that caught my eye was the thoughtful attention to detail—features you don't often see in games, such as the colors of the eye's sclera or even a sunburned look. My favorite, though, has to be the dark circles slider. I've always had them, and while I don't love them in real life, it's nice to see them represented in a way that makes them feel more normal.
Out of all the features, the tattoos were particularly intriguing. While the selection isn't vast, there's just enough to add a personal touch to both the body and face. These designs are not only visually striking, whether it's the space-inspired Solar Sleeve or the enigmatic eclipse facial covering, but each one is tied to Dune's deep lore. The Chakobsa Sigil, for example, comes from an ancient hunting language, and the Sapho mark on the lips is a familiar sight for fans of the films. I'll admit I'm not deeply versed in the Dune book series or movies, but having that connection to its lore made me curious to explore the meaning behind each tattoo.
The tattoos also add to the realism by offering a slider to adjust their age—a small detail that could have easily been overlooked. In fact, every aspect of Dune: Awakening is layered with depth, even in the more standard features. There are sliders for every angle of your character's eyes, mouth, and even eyebrows. The makeup options are equally impressive, matching the artistry of the tattoos. I'm rarely drawn to makeup designs in MMOs, as they tend to lack intricacy. But these carry such a distinct Dune flair that they feel essential rather than decorative. It's as if the character's body is a true work of art, carefully crafted and shaped by the world to which it belongs.
Character customization isn't just about looks; it's also about the backstory that provides starting skills. I appreciate that it doesn't stop at a single background; it gives you three, covering your homeworld, caste, and mentor. The mentor, in particular, is something I've never seen in an MMO or any other genre. You get to decide who trained you, whether it was a legendary swordmaster, a master of physical prowess and manipulation, a mentalist focused on reconnaissance and strategy, or a trooper specializing in offense and demolition. It's a creative way to influence your abilities, but even more than that, it adds a meaningful dimension to the storytelling. I like having a character that I know rather than feeling detached and left with only a shell of one.
The Homeworld background will undoubtedly make any Dune fan happy, especially with the option to choose Caladan, the birthplace of the iconic House Atreides. I know I said I'm no lore expert, but even I recognize Paul Atreides—it's hard to miss the Timothée Chalamet phenomenon, no matter what fandom you're in. Each homeworld, including Chusuk and Giedi Prime, comes with a unique dialogue trait and emote. An emote tied to a specific background is a refreshing touch, and I can already picture MMO players using it to show off their origins to others in the game. The last background relates to your social class, ranging from low to high status. Outside of the dialogue trait, I'm curious to see how this will influence your journey, as everyone starts with the same equipment, regardless of their social standing.
Once everything's set, you'll see your character in action during a high-stakes cutscene with the Reverend Mother. It's exciting to see your choices come to life until it all gets covered up with clothing and a mask. That seems to be the norm nowadays with gear, but the Dune: Awakening official page does mention a transmog system, so your character won't stay hidden for long. Additionally, I understand why characters are covered up, as it would be quite unrealistic for them to be running from sandworms and the sun with no protection.
Dune: Awakening is a breath of fresh air that I didn't even know I was craving in an MMO. From the moment I started customizing my character, I was completely captivated. It's not about changing up a few looks here and there—it's about creating someone who feels real. The level of detail, like the tattoos with real meaning and the emotes tied to your homeworld, had me genuinely excited to dive deeper into the game. As someone who's played countless MMOs, I've never felt so connected to a character before, simply through customization. Whether you're a Dune fan or someone looking for something different, Dune: Awakening offers a level of character creation that was enough to hook me, and I can't wait to see how it resonates with others when it finally launches.

Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is a massive game, with a 30-hour storyline and dozens more hours of extra content in the open world, including collectibles.
One such collectible is Lost Gestrals, which are introduced to you early on in the story. There are nine of them that were misplaced by the bad parent, Sastro, and you can find them all on the open-world map to help out the chef.
Here's where to find all Lost Gestrals in Expedition 33 and what you can unlock for finding them.

Where to find all Lost Gestrals in Expedition 33
The first Lost Gestral is found as part of progressing the storyline. Once you progress through Flying Waters, move northeast to find Esquie's Nest. The Gestral will be standing around outside. When you collect this first Gestral, Sastro can then be found in camp where they will be collecting all their lost children.
Here's what finding all of the Lost Gestrals will get you from Sastro in camp:
The rest of the Lost Gestrals, found below with map locations and descriptions, can be found in order as you progress through the game and unlock Esquie's abilities to swim, fly, and dive.
1- Esquie's Nest
The first Lost Gestral is found as part of progressing the storyline and is impossible to miss. Once you progress through Flying Waters, move northeast to find Esquie's Nest. The Gestral will be standing around outside, and this one will kick off the quest for you.
2- Stone Wave Cliffs
The next Lost Gestral can be found off to the right of the entrance to Stone Wave Cliffs, behind a giant Bourgeon boss, which you must defeat to pick up the next little guy and send him home.
3 - White Woods
The third Lost Gestral is found on the island where the White Woods location is. He can be found tucked in a corner next to a big vase. Now it's time to keep heading north towards the Paintress and her Monolith, while also finding Gestrals along the way.
The rest of the Lost Gestrals can be found once you have unlocked the ability to swim, and then eventually, to fly to make everything a bit easier, but that doesn't happen until the end of Act Two near the end of the game.
4 - Mime Island
The next Gestral is behind a couple of Mimes that you can battle, hidden among other pots and rocks on this island south of the Axon known as The Reacher.
5 - Coastal Cave
Hidden next to some big Nevron enemies, this guy is tucked next to some big jars near the entrance to the Coastal Cave area.
6 - Monoco's Station
This guy can be found northeast of the entrance to Monoco's Station, taking cover between a couple of trees.
7 - Endless Night Sanctuary
Once you enter act three and can fly with Esquie, you can get these final three Gestrals, starting with this one whose paintbrush head has taken the shape of the trees surrounding him, so he's hard to miss.
8 - Forest Clearing
West of Visages and slightly northeast of The Reacher, this forest clearing area houses our penultimate Lost Gestral, once again accompanied by some big pots.
9 - Floating Island
The final Lost Gestral can be found high in the sky on a floating island, due south of the Endless Tower location. If you haven't found him, keep flying upwards, and you will eventually spot him on this island in the sky.
