Infinity Castle Zenitsu DLC Comes to Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles 2

Aniplex, CyberConnect 2, and Sega shared the release date for the Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles 2 Zenitsu Agatsuma (Infinity Castle) DLC. He'll debut on December 2, 2025, and there's a new trailer showing this version of the character off.

As with other DLC characters, getting this pack means you'll only be able to use Zenitsu (Infinity Castle) in the Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles 2 Versus mode. He won't show up in story or anything like that. However, because we aren't earning things tied to him in other modes, you automatically get access to his decorations, profile photos, and quotes when you get the add-on.

We can see hints at this new version of Zenitsu's movesets in the first trailer below. He's using a Thunder Breathing style as usual. I do think it seems to show him perhaps using Godlike Speed and God of Fire Thunder here.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LxMaia85m5Y

Two DLC characters are available now. Muzan Kibutsuji arrived via a free update in September 2025. Kaigaku showed up as the first paid character at the end of October 2025. Doma and Infinity Castle versions of Akaza, Giyu Tomioka, Shinobu Kocho, and Tanjiro Kamado are also on the way.

Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles 2 is available on the Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC, and the Infinity Castle version of Zenitsu Agatsuma will appear on December 2, 2025.

NieR: Automata Now Backward Compatible With Switch 2

Nintendo and Square Enix announced that the Switch version of NieR: Automata is now among the backwards compatible Switch 2 games. It updated the official eShop product page for the title to reflect the change on November 25, 2025. This also applies to the physical copies of the game, which is currently on sale for $35 on stores like Amazon for Black Friday 2025. [Thanks, My Nintendo News!]

Square Enix didn't get into the exact changes and issues that came up in this new patch. The update on the product page now appears immediately after the screenshots and pricing. The initial summary noted that it is now "supported." Clicking on the message for additional details noted the patch arrived to add compatibility on November 25, 2025. The only patch notes stated, "Previously identified issues have been resolved with an update."

The Switch version of NieR: Automata now playable on the Switch 2 is the End of YoRHa Edition. That means you get the base game and 3C3C1D119440927 DLC. That essentially adds more challenging fights and cosmetics.

This comes as a major NieR: Automata crossover comes to another Square Enix game. On November 27, 2025, FFVII Ever Crisisis getting an event based on the game. 2B will appear, and Tifa and Yuffie will get themed costumes and weapons.

NieR: Automata is available on the Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and it is backwards compatible with the Switch 2 via a new patch. The anime adaptation is streaming on Crunchyroll.

the forge race tier list and guide

The best Race in The Forge Roblox depends on what you need for your build whether it's more damage or progression boosters. In general, the higher rarity races are better but there are some exceptions. That's why this The Forge race tier list will guide you through the best ones.

The Forge Best Race Ranked

the forge race tier list

In general the best Race in The Forge is the Angel and the Demon because they give you the best DPS/Mobility in the game. If you want to focus on progression boosters then the Dwarf is the fastest at mining and Human has an EXP boost. Otherwise, follow this tier list and I'll explain the rankings for all races individually below.

Race roll odds (Check out how to reroll your race below)

  • Common (Starting or 25%)
  • Uncommon (14% to 15%)
  • Rare (8% to 10.5%)
  • Epic (6% to 7%)
  • Legendary (1.25% to 1.75%)
  • Mythic (0.5%)

S-Tier Races

S-Tier Races Why S-Tier Race Abilities

Angel
Mythical
• Angel is the best defensive race in the game focused around buffing dashes
• They make it so you do them more often and they have a longer invulnerability window while boosting Stamina
• The luck boost is great for farming and you can get a little DPS boost with Smite but it's not as high as the Demon's damage boost
Wings:
-20% Dash Cooldown
+50% Dash Distance
+15% Longer Dash IFrame
+20% Movement Speed
+25% Jump Boost
+20% Stamina.

Mighty Clover: +50% Luck Boost.

Smite: 50% chance to call upon Smite on-hit for 30% of physical damage.

Holy Hand: Have infinite stamina while below 20% health.

Demon
Mythical
• Demon is the best DPS race in the game focused on dealing high physical and fire damage
• Demon's scale with weapon damage thanks to their passives and Devil's Finger + Cursed Aura
•  They also boost your Fire damage so the best rune is Flaming Spark
• The flame damage buff also buffs your Backfire
• Overall this is the best race if you want to deal the most damage
Demonic Powers:
+20% Movement Speed
+20% Attack Speed
+20% Physical Damage
+20% Stronger Fire Damage
30% Height
+10% Width & Depth

Backfire: 25% chance to burn the enemy when damage is taken.

Cursed Aura: While in combat have a small area around you that deals 10% damage of your weapon per second.

Devil's Finger: When you dash, teleport with hellfire particles and have 20% chance to create a hellfire circle dealing 45% of your weapon damage per second for 3 seconds to enemies inside.

Golem
Legendary
• Golem is an alternative to Angel for the best defensive race in the game but instead of tanking with dashes, Golem tanks with HP
• You'll get both a higher HP pool and every second attack will do 25% less damage
• This is best combined with Runes like Drain Edge and Chill Dust to keep your HP high and lower enemy attack speed
Tank:
+30% Health
-10% Movement Speed
+30% Size.

Heavy Hitter: +15% Attack Speed with heavy weapons.

Stone Heart: 50% chance to lower incoming damage by 25%.

A-Tier Races

A-Tier Races Why A-Tier Race Abilities

Dragonborn
Legendary
• Dragonborn is an offensive and defensive mix pulling more on the DPS side
• You get a free physical damage boost and the Dragon's Breath is more free DPS most of the time
• The cool thing is that you don't have to pay anything like the Shadow pays HP
Durable Scales: +20% Max HP and +10% Height.
Sharp Fangs: +12% Physical Damage.

Dragon's Breath: 40% chance to burn enemy and deal 30% of weapon's damage per second for 3 seconds.

Dwarf
Epic
• Dwarf is the best progression race that you can combine with a lot of Miner Shards for farming ore
• You should reroll race when you're farming enemies or going for bosses though
Heavy Short: -20% Height, -5% Movement Speed.
Gifted Miner: +15% Mining Damage, +5% Better Forge.

Critical Mining: 20% chance to deal +50% damage to rocks.

Shadow
Epic
• Shadow is a worse version of Dragonborn but it's still a better DPS boost than the races below
• You get some movement and stamina with a DPS boost from the attack speed and physical damage
• You also get some HP value 15% of the time when you get hit
Shadow Pact: +15% Movement Speed, +10% Attack Speed, +10% Stamina, +5% Physical Damage, -10% Health.
Phantom Step: Upon taking damage, there is 15% chance to turn into a shadow to dodge the attack.

B-Tier Races

B-Tier Races Why B-Tier Race Abilities

Minotaur
Legendary
• Only good for Rage Mark and Rot Stitch builds that want to focus on dropping low and not taking any more damage
• The Runes along with Bull's Fury will give you a huge damage boost
• That said, this is only good until you get races like Angel and Demon
Beast:
+20% Health
-10% Movement Speed
-10% Stamina
+10% Height
+20% Width & Depth

Bull's Fury: While under 50% Health, activate Rage Mode; increasing movement speed and physical damage by 30%.

Orc
Rare
• Similar to Shadow but I prefer Shadow since it has better mobility and can dodge attacks Heavy: -10% Stamina, -10% Movement Speed.
Muscular: +10% Physical Damage, +15% Health, +10% Size.

Zombie
Uncommon
• Actually has a place among a few builds that go for Drain Edge runes for crazy high dungeon sustain
• Just make sure to stay out of combat for a bit if you take heavy damage to regen HP up with Mutated Genes
Rotten: -25% Health.
Mutated Genes: +2% health regeneration every 5 seconds.
Absorb: 15% chance to convert incoming damage to health.

C-Tier Races

C-Tier Races Why C-Tier Race Abilities

Human
Common
• A boring race but you can technically use it for farming with that nice XP boost
• I would just go for a more fun race instead
Blessed: +3% Luck and +3% Extra XP.

Elf
Uncommon
• Angel is better for Luck chance but it's hard to get so Elf is pretty good to switch to as a beginner for a nice Luck Bonus
• Overall it's not that worth it and a better race will serve you well
Superior Genes: +15% Stamina and +5% Height.
Glorious: +7% Luck Boost.

D-Tier Races

D-Tier Races Why D-Tier Race Abilities

Goblin
Rare
• Similar to Elf in that it can get you a nice boost when shopping but is otherwise useless Tiny: -15% Health, -15% Size.
Sneaky: +15% Movement Speed, +10% Attack Speed with daggers.
Bargain: 12% discount when shopping.

Undead
Rare
• IMO the worst race in the game since you don't want to be randomly taking damage for the reflect
• Plus, that HP regen has such a long cooldown that it's unreliable
Fragile Bones: -12% Health.
Sharp Surface: Reflect 10% of the damage taken.
Second Chance: Refills 50% of health when health is under 10%, every 5 minutes.

How to Reroll Race in The Forge

how to reroll race in the forge

You can get your race from the Wizard NPC at his tower. To reach it, go toward the Cave entrance and make a left when you're near it. Continue down the road passing Tomo the Explorist and you'll reach the Wizard Tower. Go inside and talk to the Wizard and you can then spin for races via the Gacha system (See odds above).

the forge rune tier list and guide

There are various Runes to slot in your equipment and the best Runes in The Forge are those that are active all the time rather than in specific scenarios. You want runes that give you the best DPS and progression or allow you to stay in the dungeons for longer. Here's my The Forge Rune tier list and guide.

Best Runes in The Forge Ranked

the forge rune tier list

Runes drop from enemies so you can pretty easily farm them once you have a good weapon. Especially the Zombie Brutes for the best runes in The Forge. This rune tier list has a specific ranking criteria where all runes S to B-tier can be effective either as primary runes or supporting runes. That said runes in C and D-Tier are underpowered because they have conditions to activate which is not optimal. I'll explain individual ranking reasons for all runes below as well as their effects.

Related: The Forge Race Tier List (Check out for best Rune & Race combinations)

S-Tier Runes

S-Tier Runes Why S-Tier Rune Effects

Drain Edge
• The best defensive rune in the game allowing you to stay in dungeons longer farming essence
• Goes really well with Golem but also amazing for pretty much any build
Possible Traits:
Life Steal I: Heal ?% of physical damage dealt on-hit.
Fracture: ?% extra stun damage on-hit.

Drops From:
Brute Zombie

Blast Edge
• The best DPS rune in the game because it deals AOE damage allowing you to pull and farm multiple zombies at once Possible Traits:
Explosion I: Cause explosion at location of victim, dealing ?% of weapon damage as AOE damage. ?% chance on hit.
Critical Chance I: Increases the chance of landing a critical hit by ?%.

Drops From:
Delver Zombie
Brute Zombie

Miner Shard
• The best progression rune in the game for faster ore farming Possible Traits:
Yield I: ?% chance to drop 1 extra ore from mines.
Swift Mining I: ?% faster mining.
Mining Power I: ?% extra mine damage.

Drops From:
Delver Zombie

A-Tier Runes

A-Tier Runes Why A-Tier Rune Effects

Flaming Spark
• A good alternative to Blast Edge but it's a single-target damage source
• Great for farming Brute Zombies, elite enemies and bosses
• Deals the most DPS out of all the elemental damage-over-time runes
• Goes really well with Demon
Possible Traits:
Burn I: Deals ?% of weapon damage as fire per second for ? seconds. ?% chance on hit.
Fracture: ?% extra stun damage on-hit.

Drops From:
Elite Zombie

Chill Dust
• Excellent debuff to lower the damage enemies deal
• It's a great alternative defensive choice
• Amazing support rune
Possible Traits:
Snow I: Applies ?% attack speed and movement speed slow for ? seconds. ?% chance on hit.

Drops From:
Elite Zombie
Brute Zombie

B-Tier Runes

B-Tier Runes Why S-Tier Rune Effects

Venom Crumb
• An alternative to Flaming Spark dealing less damage but can still be a good DPS boost Possible Traits:
Poison I: Deals ?% of weapon damage as poison per second for "x" seconds. ?% chance on hit.

Drops From:
Zombie
Elite Zombie

Forst Speck
• It's similar to Chill Dust in that it can reduce the damage you take since the enemy is frozen and gives you a DPS window
• It's just a bit more awkward to proc since it has a cooldown so I put it lower in B-Tier
• It's still pretty good as a support rune
Possible Traits:
Ice I: Freezes enemies for ? seconds with a ?% chance on hit. Has a cooldown of ?.
Critical Damage: Increases the damage of critical hits by ?%.

Drops From:
Elite Zombie

C-Tier Runes

C-Tier Runes Why C-Tier Rune Effects

Rage Mark
• On paper this rune is great but then you realize it's optimal to dodge/parry attacks and stay high HP
• This means that this rune doesn't activate
• Good for beginner players who are learning dodging/parrying
• The Stamina boost is decent but nothing powerful

• Note: This is really good for Minotaur builds that want to purposely stay at low HP for a damage increase

Possible Traits:
Berserker I: Boosts physical damage and movement speed by ?% for ? seconds. Has ? seconds cooldown. Activates when health is below ?%.
Endurance I: Gives ?% more stamina.

Drops From:
Elite Zombie
Brute Zombie

Ward Patch
• Not only are you looking to take as little damage as possible in this game but this rune even has a proc chance
• This means that even if you make a mistake and get hit it's still not guaranteed to proc
• Not the best rune to use
Shield I: Reduce incoming physical damage by ?%. Has ?% chance per hit.
Phase I: ?% longer invincibility on dash.

Drops From:
Zombie
Elite Zombie
Brute Zombie

Rot Stitch
• Similar to Rage Mark where you're not seeing much use out of this rune if you're not at low HP
• Since you're trying to avoid damage and stay high HP this Rune usually doesn't see much use
• Also, like Rage Mark, this can be good for a build that wants to stay low HP like the Minotaur race builds

Toxic Veins I: Deals ?% poison damage around the character for ? seconds. Has ? seconds cooldown. Activates when health is below ?%
Endurance I: Gives ?% more stamina.

Drops From:
Zombie

D-Tier Runes

D-Tier Runes Why D-Tier Rune Effects

Briar Notch
• This rune only sees any real value by constantly taking damage which is not realistic in this game since you want to avoid damage
• It's not even good on builds that want to stay low HP since you can't take damage on those builds
• IMO, the worst rune in the game
Thorn I: Reflect ?% physical damage taken. Maximum damage given limits at ?% max health of user. ? seconds cooldown.

Drops From:
Zombie
