Digimon Story Time Stranger offers plenty of unique costumes for you to unlock for your Tamer, and many of them can be earned for free.
Costumes might not offer any in-game advantages during a battle, but they help your Tamers stand apart. Some of the options won't be available if you haven't ordered the Ultimate Edition. That said, the in-game shop allows you to purchase new apparel with credits.

How to change your costumes in Digimon Story Time Stranger
You'll unlock the option to purchase costumes for the first time after completing the Time Stranger main mission. This will unlock the costume shop in the Shinjuku East Shopping District. You can equip your purchased costume from the Costumes tab in the Digivice Agent menu.

Raichu ex is by no means a strong card or a deck to be played in ranked, but for those who happen to pull a couple of them and want to create a fun little Electric-type deck to play against friends, I did some slight testing this morning to find a workaround to help you.
As I'm trying to build a fun deck here, I decided to focus on some easy-to-get free cards that won't be hard to get on top of the Raichu ex, which appears in today's drop event. So if you want to put something quick together, taker a gander at what I have created!
Best Raichu ex deck list in Pokémon TCG Pocket
Most of the deck revolves around stacking up Magneton with its ability to get additional Electric-type Energy and then using a card like Elemental Switch to put that Energy onto your Raichu ex. Oricorio is also there to be an anti-ex card and offer some freedom to switch your strategy as needed.
There is room for shifting things around here, though, like removing the Red and Sabrina in favor of putting in a Magnezone to make the most of this energy switch formula, or obliterate Oriocorio if you want to get most of your cards from Genetic Apex.
Alternative variants also include using Pikachu ex or Pachirisu ex instead of the Magnemite base if you want to have some more options. There's also plenty of space for item cards, but going on the theme of a free-ish deck, this is what I came up with, so you hopefully don't need to open that many packs to find the cards you need for it.
There are plenty of other options, though, so let me know what decks you've made in the comments below for some other alternative takes and thoughts on how to get the best out of Raichu ex.

Digimon Story Time Stranger offers 475 different Digimons to scan and obtain in the game.
Like Digivolution lines in the game, the total options remain initially hidden. You'll have to encounter them in the wild, and add when the scan rate is over 100%. This guide will provide the complete list if you want to collect all of them.
