Sundays are for waking up in a cold sweat at 6AM. It never ends. The monkey of life will never be off your back. You're trapped. You try to get up, and your legs don't work. You fall down, but don't feel anything. What hell is this, you wonder in horror.

Somwhere above you, something moves. You lie frozen in place as it creeps closer, and closer, and closer. Then BOOM, it's right on top of you. It's your mum, but her face is obscured by Dagoth Ur's mask from Morrowind. She takes one look at you and gasps. "Oh no," she screams. "You've caught the disease!" Tears in her eyes, she brings you a mirror. Adrian Edmondson stares out of it, winking cheekily. "It's twenty-twenty-smegging-six," your mum howls. "Why hasn't he gone away yet!"

Li'l Miss Vampire Can't Suck Right Volume 2 Focuses on Relationships

In the first Li'l Miss Vampire Can't Suck Right manga volume, a lot of the focus is on establishing Luna Ishikawa as a character and her starting to work on her ability to suck blood with classmates Tatsuta Ootori and Eiko Sakuma. Now that the second volume is here, that leaves room to show further development with the two of them and her other friends and classmates. Because now that her secret is out about not being able to properly suck blood, everyone can be more open, honest, and supportive.

Editor's Note: There will be mild spoilers for volume 2 of the Li'l Miss Vampire Can't Suck Right manga below.

The thing is, there are so many moments in this second volume of Li'l Miss Vampire Can't Suck Right that show both how Luna and Tatsuta's relationship is growing and how she's really connecting with classmates. And in every case, it's universally positive. But what helps here is the whole volume is dedicated to showing how this openness is helping Luna in every aspect.

For example, one of the first signs is Luna connecting with another classmate named Misa Kusunoki. Misa seems like an aloof, tough sort of person. But like Luna, she's someone who could be mistaken to have a certain type of personality based on her appearance. But throughout this interaction, we see she's not as unflappable as she seems. Especially since this "cool girl" experiences extreme pain and freaks out after Luna bites her when she offers her blood, even though Tatsuta and Eiko experienced no issues.

Another really lovely and heartening part comes from a chapter about Luna's birthday. She's shown to be really excited about the day, but also worried. Because when she started at the school, she kept up this air about herself and wasn't open. So she's wondering if people will even know and do anything. The resulting moments are even more heartening for so many reasons. For one, we see many ways in which people paid attention. They then responded in ways that showed how much they care about the character.

But one of my favorite parts has to do with an overarching narrative element coming up throughout the second volume of the Li'l Miss Vampire Can't Suck Right manga. Luna's never been able to go on a trip before because of the blood sucking thing. Because of her new friends, she's going to get that chance. So across multiple parts, we see Tatsuta suggesting it and him, Eiko, and Misa doing what they can to make it safe and possible for Luna. So much so that the trio makes a "Caregivers" group chat to compare notes, things they should be aware of to ensure a vampire would be safe at the beach, and so on. It's just so heartening and sweet.

Which means that Li'l Miss Vampire Can't Suck Right continues to be this sweet and feel good manga even throughout the second volume. All the developments here are gradually building to show the consequences of Luna opening up in the first. Her accepting the fact that she isn't perfect and doesn't need to hide that is resulting in folks helping her get better and opening their hearts to her, which results in her finding friends and even possibly love.

Volumes 1 and 2 of the Li'l Miss Vampire Can't Suck Right manga are available now, and Yen Press hasn't shared a release date for the third yet. The anime is streaming on Crunchyroll

Players chasing Butterfly in Heartopia

The Meteor Shower event in Heartopia is an occasion like no other, and there are Starfall Shards to find all over the map.

Starfall Shards are rare materials that are only available during Meteor Shower. These are rare events that happen occasionally. Hence, it should be your top priority to find Starfall Shards, and this guide will help figure out the exact locations.

All Meteor Shower Starfall Shards locations in Heartopia

Starfall Shards appear all around the Onsen Mountain once the event begins. Since they're spread all around the map, pick a side to begin at. While the exact spawn point might not be in the open, their locations remain the same. The image below has markers for all nine node locations that you can mine.

You'll need to wait for multiple Meteorite Shower events if you wish to unlock all the rewards. You can keep track of the next event using your smartwatch. You can check out next week's weather to prepare early. You'll want to be looking for a moon icon surrounded by stars, and the event happens for a limited time.

Starfall Shards come in limited amounts, and they have separate colors. When you mine a node, you'll get three/four pieces of the same color. You can also find white Starfall Shards that can be converted to different colors from Doris.

A combat encounter in No Rest For The Wicked

The Copper Ore is one of the most heavily used resources in No Rest for the Wicked, and it has plenty of utilities.

Copper Ore, compared to rarer metals, is easier to find. However, the overall supply is limited, and the resource is required in larger amounts. If you're a beginner who has started playing after the Together update, things can appear to be quite confusing.

This guide will list all known ways to get and then use Copper Ore in No Rest for the Wicked.

How to find Copper Ore in No Rest for the Wicked

Copper Ore can be found in different regions. As I mentioned earlier, they're not very hard to find. You can find them in Orban Glades and Mariner's Keep. However, The Shallows (starter area) is arguably the best zone to look for farming Copper Ore. Look for pickaxe symbols to find ores as you explore different areas (refer to the screenshot below).

The region has several deposits that you can find pretty early in your game. Just roam around the first fire pit, and you should be able to find the deposits. To mine the ore, you'll need a Copper Pickaxe. You can find the Copper Pickaxe as part of the loot, but the exact time will be random.

Once you find the Pickaxe, approach a deposit. Press the action button when the Pickaxe hits the ore deposit, and you'll start adding Copper Ore to your inventory. Ores have limited capacity, and you'll fully deplete a node by harvesting all the available resources.

If you've finished looting all the deposits, don't worry. A fog of war periodically takes over the lands in No Rest for the Wicked, which automatically resets all enemies, resources, and more.

How to use Copper Ores in No Rest for the Wicked

Copper Ores will be required for in-game progression since they're a core part of the crafting system. They're heavily needed for rebuilding various settlements. You'll also need to convert some of them to Copper Ingots as well. Ideally, you should only make ingots (with any metal) in limited quantities. It's better to hold ores in your inventory, so that you can use them as seems fit.
