Merriam-Webster defines "wall" as "a means of access" or "a usually swinging or sliding barrier by which an entry is closed and opened." Wait, nope, my mistake. That's the Elden Ring definition of "wall"—and as spotted by Polygon's Mike Mahardy, apparently the Tina Tina's Wonderlands one, too.

Dead By Daylight 6th anniversary event leaks

It looks like details around the Dead By Daylight 6th anniversary event have leaked. The birthday celebration will likely drop in the multiplayer horror game in June, and if these rumours are accurate, will feature new maps, characters, and "community challenges".

According to various details uncovered by multiple dataminers like Leaks By Daylight and DBDLeaks, Dead By Daylight's sixth anniversary celebration is expected to include a new Anniversary tome with two new maps, as well as new killer and survivor. The newly-introduced community challenges will include things like breaking 2 million pallets, or succeeding at skill checks 10 million times.

The survivor is said to be an original character named Haddie Kaur, who would have the ability to blind killers. The killer has not yet been named, and it's unclear whether it'll be an original or licensed character - though, typically, a licensed killer would not be paired with an original survivor. Either way, the killer is expected to be able to enter and exit lockers, and have a perk related to pallets.

Terraria potions: how to make a crafting station

How do you make a crafting station in Terraria and start brewing potions? Although you can find these consumable items in the world hidden in pots, chests, or from enemy drops, it's always useful to keep some handy. To craft your own potions, you'll need to make a crafting station.

Terraria potions come in the form of healing or mana recovery, or they can grant special buffs such as decreasing enemy spawn rate or slowing falling speed, especially useful for taking on bosses. There are a few different types of potions - food and drink, recovery, and buffs - which can usually be crafted, found in the world, or bought from an NPC. Flasks are also a type of potion that provide battle effects, such as imbuing your weapon with fire or other elemental damage - you can only create these at an imbuing station.

When you start out in Terraria, having a couple of basic recovery potions is the best way to venture out further into the world, so first, you'll want to make a crafting station in Terraria. Here's how.

The Witcher season 3 has started filming – here's the plot

The Witcher season 3 has entered production, and Netflix has revealed a summary of the new season's plot. We've got a behind-the-scenes image, as you can see above, featuring Henry Cavill, Freya Allen, and Anya Chalotra on a break in full Geralt, Ciri, and Yennefer dress. The location is snowy and there's a horse, so there's your big single-scene spoiler for today.

"As monarchs, mages, and beasts of the Continent compete to capture her, Geralt takes Ciri of Cintra into hiding, determined to protect his newly-reunited family against those who threaten to destroy it," the official plot blurb goes. "Entrusted with Ciri's magical training, Yennefer leads them to the protected fortress of Aretuza, where she hopes to discover more about the girl's untapped powers; instead, they discover they've landed in a battlefield of political corruption, dark magic, and treachery. They must fight back, put everything on the line - or risk losing each other forever."

A third season of the show was announced - with a very quick teaser video - before season 2 was even released. Showrunner Lauren Schmidt Hissrich told TechRadar last year that the new season would largely be based on Time of Contempt, the second full novel in Andrzej Sapkowski's series.

People prefer to update Windows 10 than upgrade to Windows 11

Microsoft's latest operating system might be shiny and new, but an AdDuplex report for March suggests more people are choosing to update Windows 10 than upgrade to Windows 11. According to the Windows update data, only 20% of gaming PCs and laptops made the jump with an OS revamp, while 21% are making do with an alternative refresh.

At the moment, over 50% of users have chosen not to update Windows 10, and 80% of PCs still haven't made the upgrade to Windows 11. Since February 7% more users have downloaded build 21H2, but the number of people upgrading to the brand new iteration of Windows only increased by 0.4%.

It's worth noting that while some users might ignore the chance to install Windows 11 for free, strict TPM requirements mean the upgrade isn't available on some PCs. There is a workaround for machines that don't meet Microsoft's system requirements, but the latest build of the OS will brandish unsupported hardware with a watermark and Windows updates will be unavailable.

The 'real' Monkey Island 3 is coming this year

It's not an April Fool's joke - the 'real' Monkey Island 3 is coming from the adventure game series' original creators, and the Return to Monkey Island release date is down for this year. It's a collaboration between Lucasfilm Games and Devolver Digital and is set after the events of Monkey Island 2.

On April Fool's day, Monkey Island series creator Ron Gilbert posted a joke on his Grumpy Gamer blog that he's "decided to make another Monkey Island", which no one took seriously. Today, Return to Monkey Island is announced, with Gilbert confessing that he "felt bad about the April Fools' joke, so over the weekend I whipped up the game so no one was disappointed".

Return to Monkey Island is the sixth game in the long-running pirate game series, however, it'll be canonically set as an alternate Monkey Island 3. Ron Gilbert has stated many times that LucasArts' own Curse of Monkey Island - which was made after he left the company - took the series in a very different direction from how he envisioned it, so his third game will pick up after Guybrush is trapped as a little kid in the Big Whoop carnival at the end of Monkey Island 2.

Fortnite Omni Chip locations week 3

Want to know how to get Fortnite Omni Chips? It's an all-out war in the popular battle royale game, as the Imagined Order invades the otherwise calm island. One of the early unlocks in this season's Fortnite battle pass is the Omni sword, a customisable harvesting tool that costs seven battle stars.

So, where can you find Fortnite Omni Chips? As soon as you unlock the new sword, you get four Omni Chips to spend immediately and can earn more by completing season challenges. You use these chips to unlock new styles, and each individual style costs anywhere from four to six chips. However, after unlocking the Omni Sword, you'll also get quests that require you to find more chips at specific locations on the new Fortnite map. Finding these chips is easier said than done, especially when everyone's running around using the new Fortnite sprint mechanics.

To help you collect these chips as painlessly as possible and help you to unlock all of the Omni Sword styles, we have put together some maps showing all the Fortnite Omni Chip locations for each week, including the nine Omni Chips you can get in week 3 of Chapter 3 Season 2.

This Pokémon-based Terraria mod is a

A group of fans is making a Terraria mod that ought to scratch the itch of any Pokémon fan who fancies some creature catching on our native platform. We may never get an official Pokémon game for PC with all the typical bells and whistles you'll see in Scarlet or Violet, but that's not stopping modders from filling the void.

Terramon is an upcoming mod for Terraria that'll feature plenty of pocket pals, catching, and battling. One of the developers tells me that it's been in development since 2019, though work is on and off. "It's not my main focus which is why even now, in 2022, it's barely completely finished," Jamz tells us. "It's more of a passion project I work on when I have time. Sometimes when I have bursts of energy I'll work on it for longer."

The mod's conception arrived as another project went awry, with Jamz believing that a mashup of Pokémon and Terraria would "just fit well together". You can currently play a work-in-progress version of the mod, though Jamz says it's essentially just a "pets mod with some unique features like a catching mechanic and advanced user interfaces".

The best life games on PC in 2022

What are the best life games on PC? Well, it depends on what you're looking for and what kind of fantasy you envision. Daily life might be demanding and exhausting at times, but life games offer a chance to unwind and have greater control over someone else's existence.

It's more than just farming and dating – though there's plenty of that as well. The best life sims probe what it means to be alive, and maybe try transforming into a cat as well because why not. Like life itself, life games come in all forms, and while your mind might leap to games like Stardew Valley and other stalwarts when the genre comes up, there are a host of inventive takes on the formula.

We've sorted through the clones and copies to pick out some of the best life games on PC. Some reward careful management and creativity. Others ask you to be as strange as possible, but will reward you for it anyway, and some have touching stories to tell that might just reveal something about yourself in the process.

World of Tanks developer pulls out of Russia and Belarus

Wargaming, publisher of the popular free-to-play games World of Tanks and World of Warships, announced today that it has ceased operations in Russia and Belarus, and will close its original studio and former headquarters in Minsk.

A post to the company's Linkedin profile says the decision comes after a weeks-long "strategic review of business operations worldwide," and that its live games business in Russia and Belarus has been transferred to Lesta Studio, a former Wargaming studio that no is no longer affiliated with the publisher. Wargaming says that its games will remain available in those countries "during the transition period," but it is currently unclear what will happen once the exit from Russia and Belarus is completed.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has rattled Wargaming. Its creative director, Sergey Burkatovsky, departed the company after voicing support for the Russian armed forces in a now-deleted post on his Facebook page. Wargaming disavowed his remarks, telling Russian-language gaming site Cyber Sports that Burkatovsky's comments do not align with the position of the company. A former Wargaming developer, 'Vitaliy T.', urged the company to use its games to educate Russian players about the true horror of the ongoing war.

These Call of Duty-inspired Fortnite maps are incredible

Players have made a Fortnite map based on Call of Duty and you can try it yourself right now. Fortnite Creative allows players to build a wide variety of modes, and often the inspiration for these comes from other popular games. It's no real surprise, then, that one of the most interesting creative takes is based on a small multiplayer game you may have heard of called Call of Duty.

YouTuber Ali-A and Team Atomic created the mode and the maps, and it all works thanks to a few small tweaks to the Fortnite formula. For starters, your weapons no longer have ammo to worry about, you just need to reload when a magazine runs out. Furthermore, you're not going to find too many items dotted around. Instead, you need to play the mode and earn gold to buy new items for your loadout.

It gives the whole thing an almost RPG game feel, as you grind out gold to unlock new weapons, and then use those new weapons to help you get more gold. It's not just basic weapons either - players can choose different types for both tactical and lethal slots. There's even a prestige system, although we've not put enough time in to test how well that works yet.

Steam Deck Q2 pre-orders kick off this week

We've officially entered the second quarter of 2022, and Valve has confirmed Steam Deck Q2 pre-order customers should receive order emails starting this week. The handheld gaming PC pioneer also asks Q1 customers to check either their email or the Steam desktop app, as you'll only have 72 hours to purchase the portable.

Steam Deck Q2 preorders will be processed between April and June, which means Valve appears to be on track. As a result, eager fans have celebrated the only way they know how – by posting memes. On Twitter, one fan shares a Kung-Fu Panda gag that reads "my time has come", while another uses an Elmo Rise gif to herald the fact they're in the Q2 tranche of pre-orders.

Of course, some fans are still battling with Valve's expected order availability information, as some Steam Deck pre-orders were previously shifted to Q3 2022. This means that if you jumped on the bandwagon slightly later than everyone else, the portable might not reach your palms until as late as September.

Halo Infinite season 2 multiplayer maps, modes, and playlists teased

343 Industries has detailed a load of Halo Infinite Season 2 changes coming to the FPS game thanks to Season 1 community feedback. Last week, fans were promised that Halo Infinite Lone Wolves details were coming "really soon" and here's the first batch, it seems.

In the new Season 1 outcomes report, the Halo Infinite team reveals the "key feedback areas" it is focusing on for Season 2 of the multiplayer game, as collected from player surveys, telemetry data, and direct feedback on the forums and social media. While the report doesn't "cover all the upcoming work" coming in Season 2 and beyond, the developer provides a lot of changes that are.

While we already knew the Halo Infinite Season 2 release date and that there will be at least one new map for Arena and Big Team Battle, the report details many improvements and quality-of-life changes that should help Halo Infinite feel better - including more accessibility options and playlists that include King of the Hill and Attrition game modes.

Here's how Solasta co-op works in the DnD game's Lost Valley update

You're getting the Solasta multiplayer experience when a new update launches this month. The Dungeons and Dragons-based cRPG has been well supported since its launch in May of 2021, with both free and paid DLC adding campaign content and even a dungeon creator. This month, though, you'll be able to experience the standout tactical RPG with friends in the upcoming DLC Lost Valley.

The multiplayer is a free update that will coincide with the Lost Valley drop, and will be compatible with all other Solasta content. That means groups of two-to-four players can roll new characters and play through the original Crown of the Magister story together, as well as all of the additional content since launch. We called the original story serviceable in our Solasta review, with some standout characters and hit-or-miss plot, though tackling it with a group of friends is bound to spice that up even further.

Lost Valley itself is a brand new 20-hour campaign which will find a party of adventurers stuck in a place called The Valley of Dominion, where warring factions and hostile new environments complicate your primary goal of locating a missing agent from the Principality.

Hexa-core CPUs now dominate Steam as Intel 12th gen grows

The latest Steam hardware survey marks the beginning of a new era of PC gaming, as hexa-core processors are finally more popular than their quad-core brethren, and it's safe to assume Intel 12th gen CPUs are to thank for this. While the adoption of AMD Ryzen chips undoubtedly contributed greatly to the prevalence of more cores in the best gaming CPUs, the latest statistics suggest team blue may be clawing back its market share of old.

Valve finds that 34.22% (+1.19%) of Windows gaming PCs now use a hexa-core processor, versus 33.74% (-1.27%) that are currently using quad-core chips. This is likely down to the increased amount of Intel 12th gen processors finding their way into systems, with the company's overall market share among Steam users growing to 69.32% (+0.26%.) Meanwhile, AMD's shrank to 30.66% (-0.26%), its lowest since December 2021.

Given that the Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 consoles both use octo-core Zen 2 CPUs, it's no surprise that more of the best PC games need more cores to get them up and running. Even the Elden Ring system requirements demand a hexa-core processor in order to meet its minimum specs, and it definitely won't be the last videogame to do so.

Power up your gaming PC with a free Intel CPU sticker

If your custom rig lacks an Intel CPU sticker, or you couldn't resist peeling it off your new Intel Alder Lake laptop, you could grab a replacement case badge for free. While the company has offered this service for a while, an enthusiast on Reddit has shared their experience with the program, which looks to be fast and efficient.

In a recent post, Excellent-Ad-7062 shared a photo of their brand new Intel CPU sticker alongside an order letter. In the included note, the company thanks the enthusiast for "consistent and proper use" of its brand identity, but also says sticking the badge to a PC's front bezel "will help ensure we consistently meet our brand promise to deliver innovation, intelligence, reliability, and leading-edge technology."

Outside of brand awareness, it's hard to see why popping an Intel sticker on your gaming PC case would benefit the company's performance. Sure, seeing an impressive rig at a LAN event wearing the badge could sway you to pick up one of its best gaming CPUs, but it'll take more than waving banners to stay ahead of competing products like AMD's Ryzen Zen 4 CPUs. That said, replacement product stickers are still a nice gesture, and it shows that Intel cares about the long-term commitment of its customers.

PUBG x Nier skins are out now, and the bundle costs $50

April 4, 2022: The PUBG Nier skins are now available, and they're freaking players out.

Last month it was rumoured that PUBG Nier skins were coming to Grafton's still-popular battle royale game, now the PUBG Battlegrounds x Nier Automata crossover is finally here - and it's a little pricey for anyone who wants the full set.

While Nier Automata was pretty successful for Platinum and Square Enix, the series doesn't seem to have made enough money to persuade the publisher or director Yoko Taro to make a Nier 3. Apart from a remake of the first game, Nier Replicant, the only way fans can play as 2B or the series' other characters are through crossovers with other games - like, er, Fall Guys.

The PUBG x Nier crossover includes skins based on 2B and 9S from Nier: Automata alongside Kainé and Nier himself from Replicant. PUBG's developer confirmed this after the rumour, and the event is kicking off in the game right now - although you'll have to spend a good chunk of G-coins to get all four skins, it seems.

AMD Radeon software tinkers with your Ryzen CPU settings

Your gaming PC's AMD Radeon software could tweak your CPU settings without your consent, according to findings by Igor's Lab. The German publication says the issue is linked to integration between AMD's Ryzen Master and Adrenalin version 22.3.1, and the hiccup provides the program with access to overclocking tools without the user knowing.

Feedback suggests that the AMD Radeon software anomaly only occurs with AMD graphics and processor pairings, as both use the Ryzen Master SDK. This means if your rig is rocking the best graphics card from Nividia alongside a Ryzen CPU, or even an Intel Alder Lake chip with a Radeon GPU, the settings in question should still be out of reach.

As for which settings are actually affected, AMD's Adrenalin software apparently enables Precision Boost Overdrive when any GPU profile is applied, including the automatic default. Since the best gaming CPU options have built-in protection, any unknown settings changes shouldn't cook your chip. However, Igor's Lab has reason to believe the AMD Adrenalin software can change boost frequency and restrict power through the now accessible settings, something that could impact system stability.

There are 2,000 Steam Deck Verified games, but 1,000 Unsupported

The Steam Deck Verified games list now numbers over 2,000, Valve confirms. The list, which includes "Playable" games, has doubled in less than a month - but unfortunately, so has the Steam Deck Unsupported games list, which numbers over 1,000 at this point.

Since the Steam Deck released in February, the team at Valve has been working to check out all of the thousands of games on Steam to see if they're compatible with the Steam Deck. The games marked as "Verified" or "Playable" have quickly grown, and Valve now reports that it has "recently passed 2,000 Verified and Playable titles for Steam Deck, over half of which are Steam Deck Verified."

That means roughly 1,000 games each for Verified and Playable. Unfortunately, PCGamesN checked the SteamDB list for Steam Deck "Unsupported" games - meaning, the ones that won't work at all on the system - and it also numbers over a thousand, or 1,032 at the time of writing. So, around 3,000 games have been thoroughly checked for Steam Deck compatibility, and a third aren't compatible.

Halo Infinite officially launched last December, receiving rave reviews from critics and fans - including Brendan's review here at RPS. It peaked with over 200k viewers on Twitch. And for many content creators like Kevin Lynch, aka KevinKoolx, December marked their best month ever in terms of engagement on YouTube and Twitch. Halo, after a decade of somewhat divisive releases, was back. It's hard to overstate how impressive a feat this was, since the Halo fanbase is almost as divided as the Star Wars one - a seemingly trivial topic like the inclusion of sprint is just one of many decade-long points of contention. But somehow with Halo Infinite 343 Industries created an experience that almost every type of Halo fan could rally behind. But now, just four months after launch, Infinite is struggling to retain its playerbase.

Now the Twitch peaks are below 10k and dropping, with the averages even lower. Lynch says February was his worst month views-wise in over a year. You'd expect some tail off after launch for any game, but every content creator I've spoken to echoes this sentiment: engagement for Infinite is abnormally low for a live service-game at the beginning of its multi-year journey, especially for a franchise as big as this. The game plays great, so what's the problem? I spoke to a number of different streamers and content creators to get their point of view.

Fire Emblem Heroes Music Video Stars Ash and Veronica

There's a new Fire Emblem Heroes music video designed to promote the game, and it features Ash and Veronica with the summoner. In it, the three "perform" a remixed version of a track from the title. "Lonely Puppeteer" is a major theme in Book 6 of the story, with both heroines featuring promptly in the latest chapters.

Here is the Fire Emblem Heroes music video. Given the season, this is a "Lonely Puppeteer (Spring Remix)" take on the tune. Ash plays the guitar during it. Veronica is on the violin. The Summoner is more of a background character here, as they only play the tambourine while the other two characters perform.

As for the song, people might remember hearing that recently. "Lonely Puppeteer" is the music that appears in the background of the Fire Emblem Heroes Book 6 opening movie. You can watch that below and compare the two. Keep in mind that it does show how the latest installment in Fire Emblem Heroes begins, with the Summoner, Ash, Veronica and Elm in the midst of a fight.

Fire Emblem Heroes is available on Android and Apple iOS devices. The most recent April 2022 banner added a Legendary version of Nanna.

Azumarill Joins Pokemon Unite This Week

The next Pokemon Unite character is Azumarill. The new character will join the game on April 7, 2022. As usual, people will need to acquire the Pokemon's license to play as them in-game. Also, folks will likely start out as Marill in Pokemon Unite before leveling up to that form while playing.

To go along with the announcement, there's a brief trailer showing Azumarill in-battle in Pokemon Unite. This will be a melee All-Rounder character. However, some of the attacks in the video do involve some water elements. (As a reminder, Azumarill is a fairy and water-type Pokemon.) Near the end, people can see it square off against Pikachu.

The official moveset for Azumarill hasn't been revealed yet.

Azumarill follows the debut of two other characters. Both Hoopa and Duraludon showed up in Pokemon Unite over the last two months. The mythical Pokemon showed up first. After that, the Pokemon Sword and Shield characters showed up after the Pokemon Day 2022 events ended.

Pokemon Unite is available for the Nintendo Switch and mobile devices, and Azumarill will appear in-game on April 7, 2022.

Bandai Namco revealed that Cygames Pictures is working on an anime adaptation of The Idolmaster: Cinderella Girls U149 manga series. The manga's creator, Kyowno, drew a congratulatory illustration featuring Arisu Tachibana and the title's idol producer. Though Bandai Namco published a trailer for the new anime adaptation on YouTube, it is region-locked to Japan only.

Bandai Namco first revealed the U149 anime adaptation at the Cinderella Girls 10th Anniversary M@GICAL WONDERLAND concert in early April 2022. On the first day, it published the short version of a special animation titled "Eternity Memories." The company will publish the full version of the latter video in Summer 2022.

The Idolmaster: Cinderella Girls U149 is an ongoing manga title based on the Cinderella Girls sub-series. New chapters appear every Saturday on the Japanese mobile app Cycomi. The first two chapters are available to read on the app's website.

Puchimas received two anime seasons in 2013 and 2014.

The Idolmaster: Cinderella Girls U149 anime will air on Japanese television. Bandai Namco and Cygames will reveal its airing schedule at a later time.

FFVII Remake Chocobos

From Shinra Tower's sanitary facilities to the price of admission for the hottest ticket in town, Square Enix has gotten into the habit of dropping factoids and trivia about the world of Final Fantasy VII, particularly as imagined in FFVII Remake. The latest additions concern Chocobos, the iconic mascot of the Final Fantasy franchise. The official FFVII Remake account shared some concept art of Midgar's favorite giant yellow riding bird and facts about them.

The tweet shared three pieces of Chocobo artwork from FFVII, as well as trivia about the many Chocobo-themed products to be found in Midgar, such as Chocobo-scented laundry-soap. In the original PS1 game, players could breed Chocobos for racing at the Gold Saucer. Breeding a special Black Chocobo was also the only way to obtain the game's most powerful summoning Materia.

The first FFVII Remake Chocobo art piece is concept art showing Chocobos from the side and rear. Compared to other depictions of Chocobos from elsewhere in the franchise, Final Fantasy VII Remake's versions had somewhat thicker necks and chests. They also have a brighter yellow color, a smoother coat of feathers, more upturned tail, and smaller head plumes.

Chocobo Concept Art

The second art piece showed a Chocobo-drawn cart.

The third piece of artwork was a concept for the "Chocobo Pop Beans" food stall found in the Wall Market section of the game. The snack is called "Chocobo Bean Popcorn" in the FFVII  Remake English localization. According to the tweet, and a 2020 interview with Co-director Motomu Toriyama, Chocobo Pop Beans are made by frying the special "Chocobo Bean," named so for their resemblance to the animal's clawed foot. The beans retain their shape even when popped, and taste similar to "average movie-theater popcorn." Consuming them quickly causes the eater to emit burps that sound like the Chocobo's "Kweh!"

Chocobo Bean Popcorn

Final Fantasy VII Remake is available on the PS4, PS5, and PC. The versions on PS5 and PC are known as Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade and contain extra content. The next installment of the FFVII Remake series is in development.

Bandai Namco new logo presentation featuring Gundam

Bandai Namco Holdings published a new Purpose page on its website to mark the official adoption of its new logo in the 2022 fiscal year. There are two new videos shown on the page. Both of them feature Gundam as one of Bandai Namco's flagship franchises.

The Dance and Music version imagines the life-sized RX-78-2 Gundam—presently stationed in Yokohama, Japan—walking freely without getting attached to its port. The Products and Services version begins by showing a Gunpla runner, with its parts eventually forming the Mobile Suit. The latter video also features Bandai Namco's staple game franchises Taiko no Tatsujin and Pac-Man.

Bandai Namco revealed its new logo on October 1, 2021. The company officially enacted its logo replacement at the start of the 2022 fiscal year, which began on April 1, 2022.

The company group has also since completely owned the Gundam franchise. It turned Gundam's licensor Sotsu into its subsidiary in March 2020. While Sunrise has been affiliated with the group since 1994, Bandai Namco merged the anime production company to form Bandai Namco Filmworks in the 2022 fiscal year. Despite the company reorganization, the group still lists Sotsu and Sunrise copyrights when it included the Gundam in its videos.

In late March 2022, Bandai Namco and Sunrise revealed a teaser trailer for the 2022 anime show Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury and a Metaverse project based on the Gundam franchise.

Chrono Cross Radical Dreamers

Chrono Cross: The Radical Dreamers Edition releases this week, and Square Enix opted to promote the upcoming remaster with some artwork of its characters. The large-format crowd piece was created by Chrono Cross character designer Nobuteru Yuuki. Yuuki also acted as character designer for the original Trials of Mana, Solatorobo, and anime series like Space Battleship Yamato 2199 and Escaflowne.

The art, which shows many characters from the Chrono Cross remaster's main cast, is also the cover of the April 7, 2022 issue of Famitsu magazine's print edition. The official Twitter account shared a 4K-resolution version for people to download.

Radical Dreamers Edition

The shot itself features Serge, Leena, Korcha, Mojo, Guile, Lynx, Viper, Harle, Riddel, Marcy, Pip, Janice, NeoFio, Draggy, Starky, Kid, Poshul, Mel, Razzly, Leah, and Van. It's not the whole roster, though, as Chrono Cross has forty-five playable characters.

The Chrono Cross remaster upgrades the game's graphics and adds various features. These include updates to the PS1-era 3D models, higher-resolution character illustrations, higher-quality background music, and HD fonts for onscreen text. Players can toggle the visual options on and off based on their preferences. The game will also include the original Radical Dreamers - Le Trésor Interdit - visual novel, which formed the basis of the Chrono Cross story. This will be the first time it has been released outside Japan.

Elden Ring Starscourge Radahn

Bandai Namco has rolled out another Elden Ring update, which further adjusts the Starscourge Radahn boss fight. The update has rebalanced the fight yet again. However, instead of making the boss easier for players, the patch notes reveal that some of Radahn's attacks had their power unintentionally lowered. This has now been fixed, though the patch notes do not elaborate on which attacks have had their power increased with the update. [Thanks, Game Watch!]

Outside of the adjustment changes to Starscourge Radahn, Elden Ring has seen numerous updates. Some have added entirely new NPCs into the game, or fixed bugs concerning the continuation of NPC questlines. Several performance issue patches have also rolled out. Other updates have included quality of life features, such as marking NPCs on the player's map automatically.

In March 2021, Bandai Namco announced it had plans to expand Elden Ring as a brand. This came alongside the announcement that the title had officially sold 12 million units worldwide. However, Bandai Namco has not elaborated on what any potential extended media could be for Elden Ring. In the past, FromSoftware IPs like Bloodborne and Dark Souls have received official comic series.

Elden Ring is available for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.

Nearly a year after the release of the Look Back one-shot, Chainsaw Man creator Tatsuki Fujimoto plans to release another one-shot manga later next week. The entirety of the 200-page one-shot manga will release via Jump Plus on April 11, 2022. Shonen Jump will announce further details at a later date. [Thanks, ryokutya!]

Shonen Jump and Chainsaw Man editor Shihei Lin announced the one-shot via their personal Twitter account. While details are still scarce, the upcoming manga will be a lengthy 200 pages, Fujimoto's longest one-shot so far. The official Chainsaw Man Twitter account also announced the one-shot, stating that it would be available on the Shonen Jump Plus website and app.

Fujimoto is widely known for being the creator of the Chainsaw Man series, which will receive an anime adaptation produced by MAPPA later this year. The second part of the manga series will also start in early Summer 2022. Back in July 2021, the artist released a one-shot manga titled Look Back for free on Shonen Jump Plus. The one-shot became a viral hit on Japanese social media and garnered over 2.5 million views in a single day, breaking previous site records.

Tatsuki Fujimoto's untitled one-shot manga will release on April 11, 2022. It's unclear whether the upcoming one-shot will be available in English. However, it's worth noting that Look Back received a simultaneous English release via Viz Media and Manga Plus.

Elden Ring Radahn BuffElden Ring, the latest title from developer FromSoftware, is no stranger to throwing its players into some tricky challenges. In fact, one of its hardest fights was against Starscourge Radahn. This hulking behemoth was once able to decimate players with high damaging ranged attacks and a frantic flurry of combos. However, after patch 1.03, Radahn's damage output was reduced enough to make the fight much easier. Well, after the latest update for Elden Ring, it looks like Radahn got a re-buff and is back to normal. The update goes live today and only brings one change to the game. It fixes "a bug in the balance adjustment" for Starscourge Radahn after the power of some attacks was "unintentionally reduced." What this means is that this boss is likely back to where it was before. For some, that's bound to be good news. But for others, it's understandable if you aren't exactly pleased.   To no one's surprise, Elden Ring is indeed a...

Vanguard Flipped Screen BugSince the launch of Call of Duty: Vanguard, players have been greeted with more than enough bugs and glitches. Although efforts have been made to eliminate bugs and improve stability, there is still a lot of work to be done across each of the targeted titles. Now, a strange bug is appearing in Vanguard which is flipping the screens of players who are unlucky enough to fall victim to it.
