Genshin Impact hangout events were released back in update 1.4 - they're story heavy branching quests that allow us to spend time getting to know various four-star characters who don't otherwise get much focus in the story. Each hangout event costs two story keys to unlock, but once they're unlocked, you're free to replay them as many times as you wish. Story keys are obtained for completing eight daily commissions after reaching Adventure Rank 26. To access hangout events, you must have completed the quest 'Prologue: Act III – Song of the Dragon and Freedom'. There are multiple endings available for Sayu's hangout event - and each ending gives you rewards and a unique hangout memory postcard. As you play through the event and reach different points in the story, you unlock progress on a quest progression map, allowing you to drop back in at any point to try out an alternate path. After the anime game's latest bout of new content went live this week, various dataminers took to social media to share details about Update 2.3, namely some information about Arataki Itto and Gorou's banner. Lumie shares on Twitter that the two will reportedly be a part of the same banner, and it'll be the second one of Update 2.3, arriving on December 14. Lumie also shares that Itto will be a five-star character, whereas Gorou is currently classified as four stars. Reportedly, there's little information on the first banner, though it'll be a character re-run. Genshin Intel, meanwhile, has shared information about the characters' movesets, constellations, and skill upgrade costs. Itto is reportedly a claymore user who can fling a bull called Ushi after opponents to deal geo damage. The gang leader can also go into a raging oni state, which sees all of his regular moves deal geo damage. Catchily titled Update 47581, the patch brings an anniversary bash, "tons of Inca gameplay improvements and balance tweaks", new maps, additional Inca cards, and more. Celebrating the overhauled strategy game's launch this time last year, the in-game bash is a "new and unique event", the AoE devs explain, which is now live until October 26. Players get missions to complete while it's in full swing, with each bringing in-game rewards when beaten. For example, if you win a single-player skirmish or multiplayer game while playing as the Americans or British you'll get a profile icon, or if you train 50 artillery units from either the artillery foundry, fort, siege workshop, or palace, you'll earn a "birthday cake cannonball mod". Sweet? There'll be one mission a day to complete and, while you don't have to complete them on consecutive days to get the rewards, to keep the goodies you've earned after the event wraps up, you will need to log into your Xbox Live account at some point beforehand.
