NBA 2K24 codes February 2024 – all locker codes

February 9, 2024: We added a new NBA 2K24 code for the Lunar New Year to our list.

What are the active NBA 2k24 codes? Every new game in the 2K sports series has a selection of freebies given away, and the latest in 2K's basketball games is no exception. There are plenty of NBA 2K24 locker codes to redeem for new player cards, XP boosts, and MyPlayer gear, among others. However, you'll need to be quick in order to snag them for yourself.

This is because many of the early NBA 2k24 codes are exclusive to relatively small thresholds of players. Some freebies in this series of sports games come and go like whispers in the wind, so you need to act fast. However, we're now starting to get some freebies that are sticking around for longer, so we've gathered these NBA 2k24 locker codes to give you a little boost.

Luckily, even if you're starting this Roblox experience, there are plenty of Anime Last Stand codes to grab tons of free emeralds and rerolls. While you're here, there are other tower defense games available to play on the platform, and you can get free stuff for them, such as Tower Defense X codes and All Star Tower Defense codes, or perhaps Blox Fruits codes or Project Slayers codes would satisfy your anime game desires.

Turtle Beach Stealth Ultra controller review – good, but not great

Every so often, a controller comes along that tries its hardest to revolutionize how we play games. The Turtle Beach Stealth Ultra is no different in its goals, with it taking the best parts from other products and packing them all into one convenient unit. Most prominently, it includes a display that can be used to check on the status of the controller, customize its settings, and even have it read out your Whatsapp messages. It's an interesting addition but elsewhere this controller doesn't do anything truly unique from a control perspective, merely refining what other controllers started.

There are some things to like about the Turtle Beach Stealth Ultra, but it's a stretch to call it one of the best PC controllers on the market right now. A few recurring software and connectivity issues that are now fixed should provide hope that the initially rough launch is behind us, but I'm cautious that these problems could rear their ugly heads once again and spoil what could otherwise be a great gaming peripheral.

Baldur's Gate 3. You've heard of it, I've heard of it - at this point, your gran's heard of it. Larian's Dungeons and Dragons-inspired epic was 2023's biggest success story, scooping up countless awards for every accolade under the sun. A huge part of the game's success, however, is its characters - Astarion especially.      The best JRPGs on PC 2024

What are the best JRPGs? JRPGs are a very different beast from Western RPGs, and the genre has significantly evolved since the early days of both the classic NES-era Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy games.

The very best JRPGs range from vast open-world adventures to more refined turn-based combat as seen in tactical RPGs. Some JRPGs do away with traditional fantasy in favor of a more realistic setting; others focus on adding to the game's overall package to flesh out the world. Either way, the best JRPGs bring a different flavor than what you can expect from the best RPGs in the West and could be considered some of the best PC games to fans of the genre.

New roguelike deckbuilder is suddenly one of Steam's most played games

You take Slay The Spire's robust, imaginative deckbuilding systems, Dead Cells' often brutal roguelike difficulty curve, and, erm, poker, and you get what seems on paper to be an extremely unusual twist on traditional card games. But somehow, it works - and works exceptionally well. Despite a delightful deluge of games at Steam Next Fest, one perhaps unlikely candidate has managed to play its way into the most popular list. We've seen horrors, RPGs, FPS games, and survival sims, but a variation on poker where four of a kind is a lousy hand and you can draw three different jokers is a new one on us. Nevertheless, if you want to try what is suddenly one of Steam's most popular games, it's available right this second.

My excitement for Final Fantasy VII Rebirth went into overdrive this week. Not only did we get 20 more minutes of its gorgeous open worlds, mini-games and story nuggets to gawp over this week thanks to Sony's dedicated State Of Play stream for it, but the internet has also been awash with previews, interviews and all sorts of other Final Fantasy-shaped goodies. Honestly, it's like a second Christmas for me over here at the moment, it's great.

But one thing that really stuck out to me this week was a comment made by series producer Yoshinori Kitase in an interview with our friends at Eurogamer. When they asked him why remake Final Fantasy 7 at all, his response hit me much harder than I was expecting. He said that the original FF7 is "probably going to be always that game my dad played, and I don't want it to be that." Aside from making me crumble to dust with irrelevancy, this really got me thinking about older games, the way we play them now, and just what role remakes and remasters have in today's PC gaming landscape. So come and feel incredibly old with me as I try and get my (very jumbled and loosely-related) thoughts in order.

When playing any character-driven videogame I sometimes experience a sensation akin to my eyes unfocussing, and remember that I'm not, strictly speaking, controlling a body in a world, but interacting with a simulation that includes representations of a body and a world. The character is just an interfacial node in a vast tangle of visible and invisible elements; by moving the character, I cause objects, surfaces, creatures to load or unload, spring into motion or change colour and a million things besides.

Some games foreground these interdependencies by fictionalising the simulation as a giant organism or ecosystem, a more intriguing kind of "living, breathing" environment which is aware of your presence within it. Amongst these games is Ultros, a side-scrolling, psychedelic metroidvania - or as developers Hadoque might prefer, "gardenvania" - which launches next week.

Dolls Nest - mecha musume girl customization example

Nitroplus published a new trailer for Dolls Nest. Even though the trailer is officially titled "Dolls Nest Story PV," it also includes a sneak peek of the customization and action gameplay in the upcoming mecha musume/girl action game. The Japanese game publisher has also opened a Steam page for the title.

When Nitroplus uploaded the first teaser trailer in late October 2023, it barely provided any details about Dolls Nest other than that it is slated to appear on Steam. With this new trailer, the studio also announced a 2024 release window for the game.

Users on YouTube and X/Twitter have been comparing Dolls Nest to Armored Core, and the newly published trailer further reinforces that idea. The character customization examples shown in Dolls Nest so far include the spider-like quad legs and tank-like caterpillar treads. Meanwhile, the action gameplay footage features sideway boosts that are used frequently by Armored Core players. The video also teases battles against gigantic machines in a similar fashion to Armored Core VI: Fires of Rubicon.

The new trailer is available to watch below via the NitroArts YouTube channel:

Dolls Nest will be available worldwide on PCs via Steam in 2024. The game is so far slated to support Japanese voiceovers with Japanese and English subtitles.

Each one is designed to resemble the mascot character that accompanies the player during the campaign, right down to the different possible hairstyles a person can set for them. Interview: Turning Jujutsu Kaisen Into a Fighting Game With Cursed Clash

Given the nature of the series Jujutsu Kaisen, a fighting game based on it only seemed to make sense. And so, now there's one available worldwide. Siliconera spoke with Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash Producer Misaki Kai to learn more about how characters were picked and gameplay was implemented for this latest take on the series.

Jenni Lada: When did work start on Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash?

Misaki Kai:We have talked with Shueisha, the IP owner, for a while regarding the project, but the development itself took around two and a half years.

How familiar were you with the series before you started working on the game?

Kai: Personally, I was already a fan since it was still serialized in JUMP GIGA. I remember how happy I was as a fan when it was later serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump.

There are 16 playable characters in Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash. How did you determine who would and wouldn't make it in for this first fighting game?

Kai: Of course, on top of the main characters like Yuji Itadori, Megumi Fushiguro, Nobara Kugisaki, and Satoru Gojo, we based our selection of the characters to whom have had major roles and battles in the series.

As for Yuta Okkotsu and Suguru Geto, on top of their popularity for their appearances in the movie Jujutsu Kaisen 0, we feel that their unique combat styles would make it even more interesting for players to play, hence our decision to include them into the roster.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4IURSdpRZlo&ab_channel=BandaiNamcoEntertainmentAmerica

How did Byking's past experience with anime fighting games like My Hero One's Justice and Ultra Rumble influence Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash?

Kai: For this game, we highly value how the characters are going to be represented in the game, and with Byking's track record in making captivating character-based action in their previous entries, we believe that they have brought the best out of the Jujutsu Kaisen characters in Cursed Clash.

What kinds of gameplay elements did you include to capture the use of curses from the original series?

Kai: Each character has its own detailed settings and characteristics; therefore, we prepared special gauges for each character that would fit their characters' traits. Taking that into account, indeed it took a little bit of time for us to find and adjust into the right game balance, but we hope that you'll be able to experience unique fights in every character available in the game. Make sure to try every single one of them!

Which Jujutsu Kaisen character or characters did you want to bring into Cursed Clash, but didn't make it into the fighting game? What would you like to do with them in a future game if a sequel does end up happening?

Kai: For me… it was Junpei Yoshino.

We mentioned our basis in our character selection in the previous question, but Junpei Yoshino was a very important character for Yuji Itadori, as he has influenced him in his way of life as a Jujutsu Sorcerer. For various reasons, we were not able to implement him in this game.

However, I'm really looking forward to the opportunity to make that battle happen someday.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash is available on the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. The anime is streaming on Crunchyroll. Viz Media handles the manga outside Japan.

Pokemon 'Tadaima' Anime Short Shows People and Pokemon Heading Home for New Year's

Ahead of the Lunar New Year, The Pokemon Company International and Hanmu Chunhua (HMCH) shared a new Pokemon anime short called "Tadaima." The over two and a half minute short features lots of people and their Pokemon heading home to spend time with family and friends for the holiday.

Every "story" in the Pokemon "Tadaima" short is told entirely without dialogue. For example, around the three second mark we see a young man boxing with a Lucario. At the 1:06 point, that same character reunite with his mother, who then embarrasses him with her concern over a boxing injury to his face. The first portion of the video covers people getting ready or heading out, followed by them all traveling back in different ways. After that, we see folks reunite, all before everyone starts celebrating the Lunar New Year with fireworks, festivals, and loved ones.

Here's the full Pokemon "Tadaima" short:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DtQv2mcClsg&ab_channel=%E3%83%9D%E3%82%B1%E3%83%A2%E3%83%B3%E5%85%AC%E5%BC%8FYouTube%E3%83%81%E3%83%A3%E3%83%B3%E3%83%8D%E3%83%AB

People may recognize Hanmu Chunhua's art style from another anime aside from this new Pokemon cartoon. The studio is also behind the animated adaptation of All Saints Street. That is streaming on Crunchyroll.

This Pokemon short isn't the only recent anime style cartoon designed to celebrate the Lunar New Year. HoYoVerse also shared a Honkai: Star Rail one as well. That starred Guinaifen, Sushang, and a number of Xianzhou Luofu characters celebrating the occasion.

The latest Pokemon games are Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, which are available for the Nintendo Switch.

Hololive EN Vtuber Kiara Takanashi Returns Next Week

Kiara Takanashi, a member of the Hololive English Myth Vtuber group, announced on social media that she expects to return to her activities on February 13, 2024. She went on hiatus in the middle of January 2024.

Back on January 18, 2024, Kiara noted she'd been taking her first major break to "detox" for the sake of her mental health and well being. At the time, she said it would last for "about 3 weeks." In her latest update, she said she actually expected to perhaps return between February 10-11, 2024. However, she noted that a technical issue got in the way.

Here's the Kiara Takanashi tweet teasing her return. She also showed an image showing that she's also around "watching" ahead of her return.

https://twitter.com/takanashikiara/status/1755673571249004618

While Kiara was on break, she did still have content appearing regularly on her channel. She'd prepared a number of YouTube shorts to share. For example, one involved her showing off the Tales of Symphonia Marion Crepes crepes. She showed how the Lloyd and Zelos crepes ended up looking. In another one, she showed the Hololive EN Myth Smol keychain gacha machine. She ended up getting three Calliope Moris and a Gawr Gura.

People can once again catch Kiara starting on February 13, 2024, though she hasn't specified an exact time or topic for her return stream yet.

persona 3 reload elizabeth's compendium pouch

Atlus is selling a pouch that looks like the Compendium book Elizabeth holds in Persona 3 Reload. You can get it from Amazon for around 3,190 JPY (~$21.35).

The pouch is fairly small, with its dimensions clocking in at 135 x 200 x 40 millimeters. You can use it for items like your stationery or make-up. The pouch looks like a book, with an Arcana card charm on the zipper. When you open it inside, there are two main compartments, as well as a sleeve on one side. It's got a dark blue interior, complete with a pattern of the Velvet Room V and the Arcana mask on the back of the Persona 3 Reload Tarot cards.

Here's a closer look at the book Elizabeth from Persona 3 Reload holds recreated as a bag:

As a note, Takarajima, the company that created the book, offers international shipping. You can order it directly from Takarajima's site, or from Takarajima's Amazon page. The Persona 5 Tactica Lavenza's Compendium pouch that Takarajima sold in the past is also still available for purchase. In fact, Amazon suggests buying the Persona 3 Reload and Persona 5 Tactica pouches together.

Persona 3 Reload is readily available for the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC. The Persona 3 Reload Elizabeth's Compendium pouch is readily available for purchase from Amazon and Takarajima.

fate/samurai remnant dlc

A new trailer for the first DLC of Fate/Samurai Remnant appeared, with Ibuki-Douji taking the main stage. The DLC "Record's Fragment: Keian Command Championship" will come out on February 9, 2024.

You can watch the trailer here:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NOE8StiXRMo

The trailer starts with setting the stage. Gilgamesh has organized a competition for all Masters and Servants to participate in. You'll be able to play as the other Master teams aside from Iori and Saber, with them interacting with each other and fighting each other in a tournament. Ibuki then shows up as an enemy.

For this DLC, there will be multiple endings depending on the Master/Servant duo you chose, and Gilgamesh will also appear as an ally. You will also be able to play as Ibuki in the DLC. Finally, if you clear certain conditions, you'll be able to use Gilgamesh and Ibuki in the main story as Rogue Servants.

Aoi Yuki will reprise her role as Ibuki in the Fate/Samurai Remnant DLC. Since her debut in 1996, she has become a prominent voice actress with many credits in anime and video games. Some of her more well-known roles include Futaba in Persona 5, Madoka in Puella Magi Madoka Magica, and Iris in Pokemon: Best Wishes.

Fate/Samurai Remnant is readily available for the PS4, PS5, Windows PC, and Nintendo Switch. The "Record's Fragment: Keian Command Championship" paid DLC will appear on February 9, 2024.

Baldur's Gate 3 Patch Will Add More Romance for Valentine's Day

Larian Studios announced the next Baldur's Gate 3 patch will offers some tweaks to the romance options. The developer specifically noticed that kissing will be better when the update arrives the week of February 11, 2024.

There will be three specific additions in the update. While one involves an additional update for people who are building relationships, the other two don't. If someone is going through the permadeath Honor mode, they will have new Legendary Actions they can get and use. Also, while the kissing will be updated at the camp, there will also be other new actions. These will be idle animations for people you recruited who are hanging around.

While there is no full trailer showing what to expect from the next Baldur's Gate 3 patch, Larian shared a brief clip showing how the new kissing option looks for romance options. That announcement also confirmed we'll see bugs squashed in the update as well.

https://twitter.com/baldursgate3/status/1755980870664466761

One of the last updates for the game focused on a more critical issue. Back in January 2024, Larian fixed Error 544 for the PS5 version. That one made it possible for people to save properly again.

Baldur's Gate 3 is available for the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC.

Persona 3 Reload TartarusInstead of multiple dungeons, Persona 3 Reload features one long mega dungeon called Tartarus. Climbing the floors of this seemingly never-ending tower is a core part of the game, but just how high does Tartarus go? As you explore Tartarus in Persona 3 Reload, you'll encounter new blocks with wildly different visual styles and all-new enemies to fight. Your progress will also occasionally be blocked by barriers that won't open up until later in the story, so you won't truly know where Tartarus ends until the end of the game. How Long is Tartarus in Persona 3 Reload? Screenshot: PC Invasion Still, it's good to have a general idea of how many floors there are in Tartarus so you can plan your schedule and know how long you'll need to grind in between the classes and Social Link hangouts. There are 264 floors in Tartarus in Persona 3 Reload. You'll clear all 264 floors by the end of the game, and it's a good idea to knock out roughly 30...

Suicide Squad Kill The Justice League Captain Boomerang WinAs you play through the storyline of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, you'll increase your story score and climb the online leaderboards, making all your friends jealous of your progress. Story score doesn't always work as expected, though, so how do you increase it and what does it represent? What is Story Score in Suicide Squad KTJL? Story score is a number that represents your progress through the main storyline of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. It's meant to be a quick way for other players to determine how many chapters you've completed, how strong your characters are, and how many side quests you've done. It's not strictly related to main campaign progress. You can still be very far in the story and have a low story score if you ignore side missions and don't level up your characters, for example, or you can be in the opening chapters of the game and amass a high story score by completing Riddler challenges and S...

Prince of Persia is back after a long and heart-wrenching absence. But it's not the The Sands of Time remake that has been promised for years now. Nah, this is a whole new Prince of Persia in 2.5D, a smaller project from developer Ubisoft Montpellier and proof that Ubisoft can still produce some fantastic games. Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown is a great Metroidvania title that looks great, plays better and shows us that there's still plenty of sand left in the hourglass for the series. The story is a little weak and maybe it's a bit longer than it needs to be, but that doesn't stop The Lost Crown from achieving excellence.
