     All Runescape Dragonwilds skills

What are the best Runescape Dragonwilds skills? A lot of what you do in Runescape Dragonwilds is available to you from the off: chopping trees, mining rocks, and cooking a meal or two. These are the basic building blocks of your journey, and you'll find that the more you do a particular activity, the better you get at it, and occasionally, you'll unlock a new skill that will benefit you greatly.

Surviving in Runescape Dragonwilds can be a bit of a struggle sometimes, especially when you consider that there's a rather large dragon out for your blood. The skills you unlock as you progress through the ranks are invaluable and include everything from increased crafting potency to helping you once you get a bow and arrow. Here is every skill you can unlock in Runescape Dragonwilds and what they do in the survival game.

Runescape Dragonwilds just dropped in early access, but there's one problem

I love a shadow drop. There was Hi-Fi Rush, then The Finals, and now there's Jagex's highly anticipated Runescape Dragonwilds, which adds some survival flair to the MMORPG's sprawling fantasy universe.  Despite only being revealed earlier this month, it's live right now in early access, meaning you can step into the next chapter of Gielinor's ongoing saga as soon as you've finished reading this article. There's one thing that's worth knowing in advance, however, so don't abandon me just yet.

How to fast travel in Runescape Dragonwilds

Wondering how to use fast travel in Runescape Dragonwilds? While it's sometimes relaxing to take a stroll around Bramblemead, there are many dangerous enemies and events that make travelling a nightmare. You never know when you're going to become hunted by a group of goblins, or when a dragon will decide to attack the area you're in.

By utilizing the fast travel system in Runescape Dragonwilds, you can avoid all this hassle by instantly jumping across the map. You do have to do some legwork to get your lodestones up and running in the co-op game, but once you've got a good set of armor and weapons, you should have no problems acquiring the necessary items.

How to craft a bow in Runescape Dragonwilds

Want to craft a bow in Runescape Dragonwilds? To hunt the deer roaming around Bramblemead, you're going to need to get your hands on some ranged weaponry. Thankfully, the process of procuring a bow is straightforward, assuming you know what to look out for.

During your first few hours in Runescape Dragonwilds, you'll likely stumble on the main necessities as you make your way through the wise old man's quest in the co-op game. The exception to this is the bow, which you need to hunt deer. The survival game makes you jump through extra hoops to secure both the bow and some arrows, but once you have it, you might not want to use your melee weapon ever again.

The changes follow a series of issues with cheating, as bad actors run rampant across Challenge Quests and clog up the leaderboards. Going forward, however, these players won't be a problem.

This new Asus mini gaming PC is just 2.2-inches thick, still fits an Nvidia RTX

It has been a few months since the latest Asus ROG NUC mini gaming PC was unveiled on the CES 2025 show floor, but it looks like it's gearing up for a release. According to recent reports, the next-gen ROG NUC is set to launch by the end of the month, with updated specs that include a laptop-grade Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 gaming GPU.

Asus has been making its own mark on the NUC lineup since it took over from Intel, and given the specs we've seen, it's fair to say that this is a gaming rig that is likely to join the best mini gaming PCs out there. Asus isn't reinventing the wheel with this one, however, with a chassis that looks a lot like last year's model, although with an expected boost in the specs department.

It was always going to end badly for Thillmann The Braggart. 30 gold, he told the brigands. He'd pay them 30 gold each if they could knock up a stew so disgusting that even he - Kobmanhaven's most famous glutton - couldn't keep it down. Whether Thillmann actually had the coin on him, they never found out. Seconds after he raised the first reeking spoon of what he suspected was mostly reindeer shit to his lips, he projectile vomited straight in the face of their leader, and they jumped him.

Death comes quickly in the turn-based tactics and open-world merc work of Battle Brothers, and victory comes hard. Really, it's the stories of the mercs you hire, and their emergent traits and peccadilloes, that make the game what it is. Still, Thillman was possessed of the sort of cocksure spirit that makes a man far less cognisant of sharp objects than he should be, although you couldn't fault his reasoning: he was still alive, so as far as fate had proven to him up until now, nothing could kill him. I can only apologise for adding to the bastard's delusions. The boys and I happened to be passing by at just the right time to save him from those brigands, and he's been with us ever since.

For years now I have watched Haenir's putrid action-horror game Blight: Survival like a miasmatic knight errant squinting through the bushes at a peasant-shaped mushroom. I reached out to the devs for an interview a while ago, and received no reply. I wasn't hugely surprised by their silence: Blight began life as a two-person project, and is a long way from release. Still, there's been some ominous movement of late: the developers have unveiled a new biome and enemies, and are now fielding applications for very limited closed playtesting.

Horror is escaping a melted flesh abomination, but to pull off true terror, you need to have a gleefully murderous human get right up in my face and grin about whatever nasty human stuff they're planning to get up to. Like a Dragon Yakuza Kazuma Kiryu figure by Kotobukiya

Kotobukiya has opened pre-orders for its upcoming figure featuring Kazuma Kiryu, the first protagonist of Sega's Yakuza game series, which is nowadays known formally as Like a Dragon. The company will release the figure in October 2025.

The figure will have a scale of 1/6 with a total height of around 29 cm (~11.41 inches). Kotobukiya will depict Kiryu in a pose where he is about to launch a punching attack with meticulous detail to the attire, including the watch under the sleeves. However, the figure will be completely static without any swappable or movable parts.

This figure will have a tax-inclusive price tag of 27,500 yen (~$192). People who place orders for the figure on the Japan-exclusive Kotobukiya Online Shop by May 27, 2025, can get an exclusive acrylic block featuring the dragon tattoo motif on Kiryu's back. Those who reside outside the country can alternatively order the figure via AmiAmi, which supports worldwide shipping with a discounted price of 26,120 yen (~$182).

Here are some of the sample images for the upcoming figure:

Kotobukiya is not the only company working on a figure based on Kazuma Kiryu. Good Smile Company is producing the chibi Nendoroid figure of Kiryu, along with Ichiban Kasuga and Goro Majima. Previously in 2024, Digsta released the figure showing topless Kiryu that also revealed the tattoo on his back.

The 1/6 scale figure of Kazuma Kiryu from the Like a Dragon / Yakuza series by Kotobukiya will be available in October 2025.

Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter Switch and PS5 Pre-orders Open

GungHo and Nihon Falcom announced that the Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter Switch and PS5 pre-orders are now open at multiple stores. However, it only applies to physical copies. The Nintendo eShop and PlayStation Store haven't updated regarding the new remake yet, so you can't do so with a digital version as of time of writing. This also applies to the PC version on Steam, as it can only be wishlisted at the moment.

Right now, the pre-orders for Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter only applies to the standard Switch and PS5 copies. There will be a limited edition of it. However, Limited Run Games will be in charge of that. It didn't detail when those will go live. So at the moment, only the option that gives you a physical copy of the game on a cartridge or Blu-ray is available. That costs $59.99, regardless of which console you pick.

Here are the direct links to each of the stores that currently are taking Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter pre-orders. Note that in each case, there is typically a button you can select to choose which console's version you want. In situations where there aren't, I've added direct links to both versions.

Here's the official image that shows how the cover art looks for both consoles:

Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter will come to the Switch, PS5, and PC in 2025, though there's no exact release date for it yet.

Hololive English Kura Sushi Vtuber Event Announced

Cover and Kura Sushi announced a new Vtuber campaign involving Hololive English members will be held in July 2025. However, there's a way to already guarantee access to some merchandise from the event. It will be possible to get a special hat featuring performers from the company. However, to do so you need to eat at the restaurant between April 16-22, 2025 first.

Here's how this first part of the Hololive promotion works. You need to sign up for the restaurant's reward program. That is available on Android and iOS devices. It's advised to do this on a phone, as you'll need to show the QR code in the restaurant. Then, you need to go to get sushi from the place between April 16-22, 2025. Since this is a "while supplies last or by X date" kind of deal, I recommend going the day it starts. You then need to spend $70 on food at Kura Sushi. If you do and show your QR code and receipt at the restaurant, you get a Hololive English Kura Sushi Exclusive Gear Pass ticket. Then, in July 2025, that ticket can be redeemed for a themed hat.

As for the July 2025 promotion, details about it are pretty slim. The image so far shows one person from three of the Hololive English Vtuber generations. The Myth representative is Ninomae Ina'nis. The one for Promise is Ouro Kronii. Finally, Justice is represented by Gigi Murin. There's nobody in the initial image representing Advent yet, so it's unknown if Shiori Novella, Nerissa Ravencroft, Koseki Bijou, and the twins Fuwawa and Mococo Abyssgard could also show up for this collaboration.

The Kura Sushi Hololive English Vtuber promotion will launch in July 2025, but people who eat at the restaurant can call dibs on a crossover hat if they go there between April 16-22, 2025.

Raidou Remastered Has Over 120 New and Old SMT Series Demons characters

Atlus announced new details about Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of The Soulless Army, and part of that confirmed over 120 demons taken from new and old Shin Megami Tensei games, including SMT V Vengeance, will appear. The company also discussed four of the characters present in this game and the Hell's Pawns group. It also noted Raidou Kuzunoha can learn Summoner Skills this time around.

In the original Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. the Soulless Army, there were almost 80 demons available. (That number will be lower if you don't consider the Legion variants from Fusion accidents different characters.) In Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of The Soulless Army, that number jumps by over 50 to bring the total number of demons from Shin Megami Tensei mainline games and SMT spin-offs up to over 120. Atlus specifically cited two games some will be pulled from, and they're Devil Summoner 2: Raidou Kuzunoha vs King Abaddon and SMT V Vengeance. All demons you team up with can learn Combat and Passive Special Skills to help fight. These are earned from Fusions and level-grinding, though you can also get Skill Books to teach them abilities. Loyalty influences Passive Skill development as well.

Atlus shared art of some of the demons we'll see in the game, and you can look at them below:

As for the newly mentioned characters, they include friends and enemies. Kaya's uncle Kiyoshi Daidouji is head of the Daidouji family and its textiles company, and he's trying to possibly help find her after the Hell's Pawns took his niece. Kenzo Satake is an ally. He's a yakuza with the Kanto Haguro Family who acts as an informant. Private Sadakichi is a former aware of Munakata's Super Soldier Project and trying to alert the public as to what's going on. Said project is also tied to the Hell's Pawns enemies. Finally, there's a strange creature called Red Cape terrorizing people around town.

Here are screenshots of those folks:

Finally, Atlus brought up Raidou Kuzunoha's Summoner Skills. They're somewhat similar to the ones demons learn, as there are two kinds. Combat Skills and Sword Skills both affect his skills and power in fights. With the Combat Skills, those can be changed during a fight. The Sword Skills are equipped outside of it. All of these are learned from crafted Sword Alchemy weapons.

Raidou Remastered: The Mystery of The Soulless Army will come to the Switch, Switch 2, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC on June 19, 2025, though only Switch, PS5, and Xbox Series X physical copies will be available. If you pre-order, you get Raidou Glasses for the character to wear. If you sign up for more details on the official site, you can read the manga based on the series.

All Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Voice Actors Star in Ben Starr New Trailer

The latest Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 trailer featured a look at almost all the voice actors recording for their characters in the game. In addition to offering a look at the process behind voicing their roles, each person also briefly shared their thoughts on the character. The only exception being Ben Starr, who plays Verso, as he looks at Director Broche Guillaume before stopping and and not going over his part.

This begin with members of the development team watching the Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 voice actors like Ben Starr recording and some motion capture segments with those performers. From there, it moves on to some folks talking about their roles. Star then meets with Maxence Cazorla, the Verso mocap actor, before not being able to actually say anything about his character. From there, we see Jennifer English talk about Maelle and her relationship with Gustav and his sister Emma. From there, we hear about the Gestral Monoco by Rich Keeble and what it is like playing a "nonhuman" individual. Shala Nyx talked about being Sciel and using the character's grief after that, and that's followed by Kirsty Rider discussing Lune as she follows in her parents' footsteps.

Here's the full video.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxKnW9PuS-M&ab_channel=SandfallInteractive

As a reminder, here are all of the revealed Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 voice actors so far:

  • Maelle: Jennifer English
  • Monoco: Rich Keeble
  • Renoir: Andy Serkis
  • Sciel: Shala Nyx

Preview: Power Stone 2 and Plasma Sword Help Capcom Fighting Collection 2 Stand Out

The original Capcom Fighting Collection felt like a more expected celebration of Capcom's contributions to the genre. We got Darkstalkers games, Pocket Fighter and Puzzle Fighter, and Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition. With Capcom Fighting Collection 2, we're getting some deeper cuts from Capcom in this sequel. After spending time with games like Power Stone 2 and Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein, I really feel like some of those more unexpected games make it feel more special.

In the case of Power Stone 2, this is especially evident. Both it and the original game are beloved Capcom series, and we don't honestly see them that often! Basically you needed a Dreamcast, access to a well-stocked arcade, or the PSP Power Stone Collection to really get a chance to appreciate it. So right off the bat, before I hopped into the preview proper, I was psyched about the element of accessibility this lends to a deserving title.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5hDIAiXSMR0&ab_channel=CapcomUSA

After playing, I must say I'm quite impressed with how Power Stone 2 handles in Capcom Fighting Collection 2 so far. There's no input lag. It looked fantastic on my Lenovo Legion Go. It started with a CRT filter in effect that looked so good, I left it on initially and turned it back on after seeing how it appeared with no filters. Characters look crisp, it's responsive, and online multiplayer also worked quite well. I was only testing that with a single extra player. Even still, it performed well and called back to memories I had playing it on a Dreamcast among friends. It's just a very solid version of the game in the collection, and I appreciated how well it seems to hold up so far.

In the case of Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein, it's entirely new to me. While I played Star Gladiator, I never got a chance to play the sequel. It's fascinating from a historical sense, since we're seeing an early Capcom 3D fighter and a lot of progress from one installment to another. It feels better than its predecessor, from what I recall, as a result of some updates to characters and the Plasma Gauge system for attacks. The combo system is especially fascinating, given how we can chain attacks together. And given the mobility offered by 3D fighters, being able to use a Plasma Field to temporarily restrict the space in which an opponent can act is quite a boon.

Plus in general, Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein seems to be in a good place in Capcom Fighting Collection 2. The build here is quite responsive. The game also looks great, with fantastic character designs, though I feel like the CRT effect looked a bit better with Power Stone 2 than this when I tried it. I get the feeling after some initial tests with it that, even though it probably isn't the reason someone would pick up this pack, it still has some mechanics and art.

After playing through Power Stone 2 and Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein for a bit, I get the general impression that Capcom Fighting Collection 2 will be valuable to players for a number of reasons. With the case of the former, it's a beloved game in a cult classic series that still seems like it plays well offline or online. In the case of latter, it's a more obscure game people might not know as well with unusual character designs that could prove fun and interesting historically. In general, it seems like this compilation has potential.

Capcom Fighting Collection 2 will come to the Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC on May 16, 2025. The full collection includes Capcom Fighting Evolution, Capcom vs SNK: Millennium Fight 2000 Pro, Capcom vs SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001, Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein, Power Stone, Power Stone 2, Project Justice, and Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper.

FFXIII Play Arts Lightning Figure Pre-Orders Open Worldwide

Pre-orders for the FFXIII Play Arts Shin figure of Lightning are now available worldwide. The figure costs 23,760 yen (~$166.39) or €219.99 in Europe, and it can be found on the AmiAmi online store or the Square Enix EU storefront.

While the Square Enix NA store has a listing for the new Lightning figure for $219.99, at the time of writing it appears as sold out and temporarily unavailable. However, it is unclear if this is because pre-orders are still not up in North America. As a reminder, AmiAmi offers international shipping. The figure is set to release outside of Japan on January 2026.

The figure features Final Fantasy XIII protagonist Lightning, and it includes a variety of hand parts to pose her freely. It also includes her signature Blazefire Saber in both sword mode and gun mode. You can check out the figure in more detail here:

The FFXIII Lightning figure is the third in Square Enix's new Play Arts Shin line, and it follows a figure of Noctis from Final Fantasy XV, and one of Vincent Valentine from Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. Square Enix announced the Lightning figure back in mid-March 2025, and it also opened pre-orders for it in Japan on the same day.

The Final Fantasy XIII Play Arts Shin Lightning figure is now available for pre-order from AmiAmi or the Square Enix EU online store, where it costs 23,760 yen (~$166.39) or €219.99 respectively.

Fate stay night Tohsaka Rin in Mahjong Soul

Yostar has revealed Rin Tohsaka is the third guest character from Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel coming to Mahjong Soul in a new event. Her inclusion will also complete the Fate/stay night main heroine roster in the free-to-play mahjong game after the company revealed Sakura Matou and Saber earlier.

Just like the first two characters, Yostar holds a separate sweepstake on social media where one person can win an autograph featuring an illustration of Rin signed by her Japanese voice actress, Kana Ueda. The company will close the sweepstake's application window on April 21, 2025.

Yostar has also published a preview trailer showing how the gameplay will look like when one plays as Rin Tohsaka in Mahjong Soul:

https://twitter.com/MahjongSoul_EN/status/1911985330640597118

As of Rin's reveal, it is yet to be known whether there will be any more characters joining the fray. However, most of the prior crossovers for Mahjong Soul featured four characters in total, and some of them also included male characters. When Yostar held a crossover event featuring Fate/kaleid liner Prisma Illya Licht in late 2023, it added Gil besides Illya, Chloe, and Miyu. Likewise, an earlier crossover event with Code Geass: Lelouch of the Rebellion in Spring 2023 had a mixed roster featuring Lelouch, Suzaku, Kallen, and C.C.

Mahjong Soul is readily available on iOS, Android, and PC. The Fate/stay night: Heaven's Feel crossover event in the free-to-play game will launch worldwide on April 22 or 23, 2025, depending on the regional time zones.

Monster Hunter Wild Challenge Quests Reward Leaderboard Requirements Removed

Capcom announced on social media that it will change the Monster Hunter Wilds Challenge Quest reward requirements, which involved leaderboard ranking initially, to ensure everyone will be able to fairly and rightfully collect any items from Arena Quests. It announced investigations into current leaderboard placements for the "Doshaguma of the Hollow" quest available in the game until April 17, 2025. Said quest is also experiencing condition changes to ensure deserving people get the items even if there was cheating.

The announcement doesn't mean Expedition Record Board leaderboards won't disappear, but that Monster Hunter Wilds Challenge Quests won't require you to get a ranking in a certain position to earn the reward. There will still be a time requirement tied to certain items. In the case of "Doshaguma of the Hollow," this change affects two rewards. Everyone gets the Doshaguma: Mark of Contest pendant just for participating. The Doshaguma: Mark of Bravery pendant is now also tied to participation, when previously it required a Rank A completion time. The major change involves the Doshaguma: Mark of Mastery pendant. That previously required someone to be in the top 10,000 players who completed the Challenge Quest. Now, you just need a Rank A time to get it.

Here's the infographic that shows all the pendants.

As for the cheating investigation, Capcom confirmed it is investigating the rankings for this Monster Hunter Wilds Challenge Quest. It will spend one to two weeks reviewing the final ranking results. It will then send out rewards after that. People who exploited the system won't get the rewards. In addition, Capcom noted people who used glitches or cheated will be excluded from the ranking, and those who actually did cheat in some way could be either suspended or banned.

Monster Hunter Wilds is available on the PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC. The "Doshaguma of the Hollow" Challenge Quest runs until April 17, 2025.

Pompompurin Leads Sanrio Ranking 2025 Initial Results

Sanrio has published the initial interim results from the Sanrio Character Ranking 2025 poll, and it shows that Pompompurin is temporarily leading the pack. The company counted the votes between the poll's launch on April 10, 2025, and Sunday, April 13, 2025.

People residing outside Japan can view the results via the official English website. It also includes an Overseas Country Region Ranking page that shows the top 5 results in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, the US, Brazil, the UK, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Australia, Singapore, and Thailand.

Here are the top ten leaders in the initial interim results of the Sanrio Character Ranking 2025:

  1. Pompompurin
  2. Cinnamoroll
  3. Pochacco
  4. Kuromi
  5. Hello Kitty
  6. My Melody
  7. Hangyodon
  8. Hanamaru Obake
  9. Little Twin Stars
  10. Tuxedosam

In addition, Sanrio revealed that Yoshikitty—based on the X Japan musician Yoshiki—is occupying 40th place in the initial results. The company puts an emphasis on this position since the 2025 edition is the 40th time the annual poll is being held.

Even though Pompompurin is leading the initial run in the 2025 poll, his fans must keep a close eye on Cinnamoroll, who trails closely at second place. The latter stood in the same position in the 2024 poll's initial results, and he eventually overtook Pochacco in the mid-term interim results. Cinnamoroll won the 2024 poll and extended his streak to five consecutive wins since 2020.

The 40th Sanrio Character Ranking poll will close on Sunday, May 25, 2025. Sanrio will announce the mid-term interim results on May 13, 2025, and the final results on June 29, 2025.

Operator wielding a gun

When Microsoft completed its acquisition of Activision Blizzard, every Call of Duty fan wondered when the games would hit Xbox Game Pass. Black Ops 6 and Modern Warfare 3 arrived first, and now Modern Warfare 2 (2022) is joining the lineup, paving the way for more titles to follow.

By May 1, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 will arrive for Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass users, bringing back the elite squad of Task Force 141. The man, the myth, the legend, Simon "Ghost" Riley, makes his mark in this entry, joined by beloved characters like Captain Price, John "Soap" MacTavish, and Sergeant "Gaz" Garrick. This was the Call of Duty that pulled me back in, with many praising its high-octane campaign and refined gameplay over the original.

Xbox Game Pass May games
Image via Xbox

Modern Warfare 2, paired with the launch of Warzone 2.0, also shook things up with the introduction of DMZ, a bold, high-stakes extraction mode set in an open world. Blending intense PvPvE action with gripping objectives, DMZ delivered one of the most unique and adrenaline-charged experiences the series has ever seen.

With MW2 now part of the Xbox Game Pass lineup, more Call of Duty classics are expected to follow. World at War and Infinite Warfare are likely on the way, as XboxEra first discovered after noticing the "Included with Game Pass" label on these particular titles. World at War is famous for introducing the legendary Zombies mode, while Infinite Warfare divided fans—some didn't take to it, while others deemed it an underrated gem.

I, for one, am hoping to see Black Ops 2 eventually added, just so I can experience the famous Zombies' Origins map in this new era of Call of Duty. There are certainly a lot more CoD games for the Xbox Game Pass to tackle, including Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty 2, and the original Black Ops. It'd be awesome to see more timeless CoD titles return on Xbox Game Pass, letting us dive back into the nostalgia-fueled chaos that made the franchise unforgettable.

Best Nightmare Tower Farming Methods

There are two methods for grinding the Nightmare Tower in Anime Card Clash: regular and the Gojo method. The regular method is simple: bring the best cards you have and try to go as far as you can in each run. The Gojo method is a bit more advanced, and it requires you to have one specific card and preferably a few more with good traits.

Gojo Nightmare Tower Farming Method

The Gojo farming method relies on the ability of the Awakened Limitless Master to quickly clear the first ~35 floors of the Nightmare Tower in Anime Card Clash. The ability works like this: Awakened Limitless Master skips attacking during its first turn to deal 50% of its damage to all opponent cards on the next one. With it, the Awakened Limitless Master one-shots all weaker cards at once.

Preview of the party composition for the Gojo method of grinding the Nightmare Tower in Anime Card Clash Roblox experience
The Awakened Limitless Master is a must-have if you want to try out the Gojo farming method.

When you reach the ~35th floor of the Nightmare Tower, the Awakened Limitless Master will probably get defeated. If you enable the "Auto Repeat Infinite" option in the settings, the Nightmare Tower should restart on its own. On average, grinding with the Gojo method takes around 10 minutes per run. If you want, you can equip some weak units with good traits to boost your luck while grinding.

How to Get the Awakened Limitless Master

Completing the Honored One quest line comes down to your luck with rolling the necessary boss cards.

You can get the Awakened Limitless Master by completing the three parts of The Honored One questline. Most of the questline is pretty straightforward. It requires you only to obtain specific cards. The trickiest objective is the one that requires you to defeat 100 enemies in PvP while using the Limitless Master with a Limitless support card. However, this task is actually simple as well. That is because defeating opponents in the Infinite Tower counts toward completing it.

That sums up everything you need to know about how to grind the Nightmare Tower in Anime Card Clash. If you want to check out more of our Roblox guides, then check out the Roblox section here on Destructoid.

FAQs

Is there a point in grinding the Nightmare Tower after you get all of the exclusive rewards?

Not really, unless you want to grind the X-Large Luck and Cooldown Reduction potions.

Are there any Nightmare Tower exclusive cards?

No, there aren't any cards that you can get only in the Nightmare Tower.

bandle city brawl pvp game mode

Riot Games is adding a new PVP-focused game mode called Brawl into League of Legends as part of its big season two update, which will have you focus more on kills than objectives to win the game.

The game mode will be released with season two and is set on a brand-new map focused on the whimsical Bandle City, the home of the Yordles.

Brawl is a fast-paced, 5-versus-5 game mode with a focus on combat. To win, players will fight to push their minions into the enemy team's base. The model has no towers or other objectives, emphasizing head-to-head champion combat.

Each team begins with 250 health on their portal and the first team to reduce their opponent's health to 0 wins the game. You can score points by either getting your minions to the opposing portal, killing enemy champions, or killing enemy minions while the enemy team is not at low health. Each game should last for around 10-15 minutes.

Riot states that the game mode was designed as a faster-paced, lower-stakes game mode compared to the classic Summoner's Rift experience, and looks to provide an action-packed mode for players looking for an alternate way to enjoy League of Legends.

That's why there are no towers, no nexus, or any major objectives other than fighting over and over again in what should hopefully make Brawl an action-packed, fun, and quick mode to play.

Riot acknowledges in a press release given to Destructoid that normal Summoner's Rift likely isn't for everyone,e and even people who love the typical MOBA experience might want to chill out and do something else instead. These ideas led to the creation of Brawl for those who love ARAM but don't love taking down towers, or for players who want to test new characters or offer new players a way to test out the controls of the game without having to also learn what a jungle is first.

Brawl will arrive in patch 25.10, but Riot hasn't officially confirmed whether it'll be a permanent game mode or only around for a little while.

Spirit Blossom Bard art

Riot Games has lifted the lid on what players can expect in Season 2 of League of Legends, as well as revealing that the popular Spirit Blossom skin line is getting some fresh faces, alongside a one-off Pool Party skin.

No date was given on when these new skins would appear, with Riot Games only mentioning that they would tie in with season two, which is Ionian-themed and brings with it a bunch of new gameplay changes from the Demacian season one players have gotten accustomed to these past months.

The new Spirit Blossom skins coming in season two include:

Spirit Blossom Ashe

On top of these Spirit Blossom skins, summoners will additionally be able to get a Prestige Spirit Blossom skin for both Lux and Ivern through the Act 1 paid battle pass. Riot also teased that the next Exalted skin will be for Morgana. Additionally, Prestige skins will be available on the pass for Zed and in the Mythic Shop for Aphelios.

Riot had another trick up its sleeve though for this season, revealing that they plan to bring in a new type of skin known as "variety" skins. These are standalone skins that will either be additions to existing skin thematics or new thematics entirely. The first of these new skins will be introduced in Season 2, starting with Pool Party Twitch, which will be earnable on the Act 1 paid pass.

Pool Party Twitch feels like a weird skin to release as a standalone, especially with the upcoming summer and the chance to create a whole line of Pool Party skins around the corner. So, does Twitch's reveal mean that Pool Party is only getting one skin this year? Time will tell.

Outside of the wave of Spirit Blossom skins and the Pool Party concept reveal, Riot keeps its cards close to its chest on what else it has planned to release over season two. But we should likely expect some type of reveal over the coming weeks as new patches are released.

Ionia season 2 key art league of legends

Riot Games has finally revealed new details on League of Legends season two, and summoners are moving from the war-torn country of Demacia to the lush, vibrant world of Ionia in the upcoming season.

In an effort to improve the gameplay experience, Riot is introducing a bunch of new gameplay updates that will fundamentally change how players interact in Summoner's Rift. These changes have been designed to improve the base gameplay and answer a lot of player feedback around some of the biggest talking points.

There is a lot to go through, though, so let's get started.

All Gameplay Updates in Season 2 of League of Legends

key map changes for season 2 makes it ionia themed
Image via Riot Games

Season 2 introduces several key changes to neutral objectives. Some of the biggest changes include:

  • Atakhan's Voracious and Ruinous forms will be replaced with a single new form, Thornbound Atakhan. In addition to Bloody Roses, Thornbound Atakhan rewards the team that slays him with all unclaimed Roses on the map, and all of the team's Bloody Petals will be purified into Spirit Petals, which grants increased effects.
  • Void Grubs will now spawn later in the game and only once per match, reducing the total number of stacks from six to three.
  • Rift Herald will now spawn at the 15-minute mark and will be easier to take down. Riot is also removing Shelly's Gaze debuff to help the overall gameplay experience.

On top of these changes, the Bounty System will be retuned to more consistently activate only for the team that is behind, to stop the Bounty System from appearing on team members that are already behind in-game. Summoner's Rift will also receive a visual update reflecting the beauty of the Spirit Blossom theme.

In Champ Select, only junglers can now access Smite, which will be automatically assigned to them. Additionally, supports will automatically be given the World Atlas item once the game has started. This does feel wrong for those who want to try unorthodox builds.

Starting next patch, Riot also plans to add significant improvements to the game's inting and griefing detection system, which will automatically identify and punish players for various in-game behaviors to help minimize negative experiences due to poor sportsmanship. Riot hopes players will, therefore, be able to have better games and reduce the amount of disruption, especially in ranked.

Summoners will also get access to a new game mode called BHrawl, which is 5v5 with a focus on combat. No objectives; you just push your minions to the team's side to score points.

Finally, players can look forward to a new playable champion, Yunara, and a new in-client metagame coming later in the season. Details on Yunara will be revealed at a later date.

Dune Awakening, the upcoming Dune MMO, has pushed back its release date by a month, the dev team has confirmed on social media—meaning the release will coincide with one of the biggest launches of the year.

The MMO is now set to go live on June 10, with head start launching on June 5. This puts Dune Awakening on a collision course with the Nintendo Switch 2 launch, Mario Kart World, and Deltarune, in what is becoming an already stacked June schedule of new game releases.

https://twitter.com/DuneAwakening/status/1912144059843379626

In the announcement on social media, the dev team told fans that they needed "a bit more time to cook" in their decision to push the release date back by a month and it was "not a decision we take lightly" before saying they are aware of players who are excited to play the game. The team hopes these extra weeks will give them the time they need to make improvements based on beta feedback that will lead to a better gameplay experience on day one.

Its not all doom and gloom though, with the team announcing a large-scale beta weekend in May to make up for the missed release date, allowing more players to try the game ahead of launch in June and test the servers to make sure everything is working well.

June is proving to be a big month for gaming, with Nintendo Switch 2 and its launch lineup release on June 5, Rainbow Six Siege X launching on June 10, and FNAF: Secret of the Mimic coming on June 13. Not to mention Death Stranding 2: On the Beach coming out at the end of June and Pokémon GO Fest Global happening June 28 to 29.

Now, with Dune: Awakening colliding with all these new releases, it's even more stacked, and we wonder how the game will fare when released alongside new hardware and some of the biggest titles of 2025. Only time will tell as the developers return to gain dessert power and continue to work on the game.

shorekeeper wuthering waves official illustration

Shorekeeper will return in the second half of the Wuthering Waves 2.2 update to get the first rerun banner. Kuro Games has also officially announced the banner schedule, including the featured 4-star characters and weapons.

This article covers Shorekeeper's release date and features her banner countdowns for all the in-game servers.

Shorekeeper release date in Wuthering Waves 2.2

Shorekeeper's rerun banner will be released on April 17, 2025, at 10 am (server time). The exact release time will differ on each server because of the time zones. Here are the time zones used for all the servers in Wuthering Waves:

  • Asia/SEA - UTC+8
  • Europe - UTC+1
  • America - UTC-5

Let's take a look at the Shorekeeper's release countdown on all the servers:

Asia/SEA

Shoreekeeper's banner will be available on the Asian and SEA servers on April 17, 2024, at 10 am (UTC+8).

[hurrytimer id="1052265"]

Europe

Players on the European server will welcome Shorekeeper's banner on April 17, 2025, at 10 am (UTC+1).

[hurrytimer id="1052271"]

America

Shorekeeper's banner will arrive on the American server on April 17, 2025, at 10 am (UTC-5), making the players on this server the last to get the opportunity to pull for her.

[hurrytimer id="1052286"]

Unfortunately, Shorekeeper's banner will only be available until April 28, 2025, which is much shorter than the usual banner duration. Nevertheless, it is a good chance to get her as we don't know when she will get another rerun.

Shorekeeper banner 4-star characters and weapons

Here are all the characters who will feature on Shorekeeper's banner in Wuthering Waves 2.2:

  • Baizhi (4-star Glacio)
  • Sanhua (4-star Glacio)
  • Aalto (4-star Aero)

All three are pretty cool characters, especially Sanhua. They can be your perfect F2P alternatives if you lack 5-star characters. Meanwhile, Shorekeeper is the best support in the game who can not only heal her party members but also boost their Crit stats.

Moving on, here is a list of all the weapons that will be on rate up:

  • Stellar Symphony (5-star Rectifier)
  • Comet Flare (4-star Rectifier)
  • Endless Collapse (4-star Sword)
  • Undying Flame (4-star Pistols)

Stellar Symphony is Shorekeeper's signature Rectifier and is, naturally, her best weapon since it provides a ton of Energy Regen. The 4-star weapon lineup is also pretty good, and they are some of the best weapon options for the featured 4-star characters as well.

clothing and armor Baldur's Gate 3 mods

Patch 8 is live in Baldur's Gate 3, and the new content update includes plenty of wonderful additions, tweaks, and more.

In terms of word count, this isn't the biggest change log, as that honor belongs to Patch 3. That doesn't mean that you should sleep on Patch 8. After all, there are 12 new subclasses for players to explore. This will completely change how characters have worked previously, as all the subclasses have their unique abilities.

Let's go through the list of all the major changes in Patch 8 for Baldur's Gate 3.

Baldur's Gate 3 Patch 8 major changes

Here are all the major changes and highlights of the new patch.

  • 12 new subclasses
  • Photo Mode
  • Crossplay
  • Split Screen support for Xbox Series S

Subclasses

Patch 8 has 12 subclasses, with all of them offering unique features. The features will be unlocked at a specific subclass level. While they will work in the same fashion as normal classes, subclasses will allow players to have greater customization options. Here's the full list of all the available subclasses in Patch 8.

  • Bard: College of Glamour
  • Barbarian: Path of Giants
  • Cleric: Death Domain
  • Druid: Circle of Stars
  • Paladin: Oath of the Crown
  • Fighter: Arcane Archer
  • Monk: Drunken Master
  • Ranger: Swarmkeeper
  • Rogue: Swashbuckler
  • Sorcerer: Shadow Magic
  • Warlock: Hexblade
  • Wizard: Bladesinging

To learn more about all the subclasses and their abilities, make sure to check out our guide on the subject.

https://twitter.com/baldursgate3/status/1910709438018998733

Crossplay

This is perhaps one of the most important additions of Patch 8 since it will finally allow for co-op sessions with your friends on other platforms. Players on the same gen devices will be able to play with others on different platforms. This has been a much-requested feature, and I, for one, am glad that Larian has decided to include it in this patch.

The crossplay encompasses all available platforms, so players on PC, Xbox, PS5, and Mac will be able to take part in a shared session. Additionally, there's also support for cross-platform progression, allowing you to carry your in-game progress from one source to another.

Photo Mode

Sometimes, you just want some high-quality screenshots to remember your journey. Sadly, the UI has been an iffy issue for me. The good news is that the Photo Mode is also part of the patch. While it doesn't have any influence over gameplay, you can share your most interesting moments with the community. This was previously possible with mods on PC, but it's far better to have the feature available officially.

Split Screen for Xbox Series S

Split-screen support is finally available for the Xbox Series S consoles. Larian has taken their due share of time on this feature, but they have finally delivered.

Thousands of changes

As usual, Larian has ensured a top-notch job for the final major content update of Baldur's Gate 3. There are hundreds of tweaks, gameplay changes, optimizations, bug fixes, and more. To know more about them, make sure to check out the full patch notes.

Tav, Astarion, Karlach, and Shadowheart walking with a burning tree behind them in BG3

As you build your character and dream squad to venture around Faerûn in Baldur's Gate 3, there will be many iconic moments you don't want to forget. Using photo mode to capture them is a great way to ensure you can look back on your adventures.

Since photo mode wasn't always part of Baldur's Gate 3 and was only introduced with the final major update, Patch 8, there's a solid chance you're not familiar with this feature. It's a fun way to capture memories of your journey and it's absolutely a tool worth knowing about, so here's how to use photo mode in Baldur's Gate 3.

How to use photo mode in BG3

Wyll, Karlach, Lae'zel, and Shadowheart posing with photo mode in BG3.
Screenshot by Destructoid

You can open and use photo mode at any point during your BG3 playthroughs. The exact controls for accessing it vary by platform, but it's fairly simple and accessible regardless of where you play.

  • On PC: Press the F9 key to open photo mode.
  • On console: Press R3+L3 / R1+L1 to open photo mode.

Once you have photo mode open, you can freely use a wide variety of functions to get the exact shot you want. Photo mode has plenty of poses and key camera features like death of field, focus, exposure, frames, stickers, and more to ensure you can truly customize your shots.

To make the most of photo mode, you need to know the exact camera controls for your platform.

PC photo mode controls in BG3

Control Effect
W/A/S/D Move the camera around.
Q/E Rotate the camera.
Z/X Raise and lower the camera.
P Show or hide the photo mode UI.
Space Take a photo.

Console photo mode controls in BG3

Control Effect
Left Stick Move the camera around.
Right Stick Rotate the camera.
R1/L1 / RB/LB Tilt the camera.
L2/LT / R2/RT Raise or lower the camera.
L2 / LT Show or hide the photo mode UI.
R2 / RT Take a photo.

Is photo mode always available in BG3?

Photo mode can be used while exploring, during dialogue scenes, combat, and cinematic scenes in BG3. It's always an available feature, but the level of customization you have with it varies depending on when you're trying to use it.

Dialogue scenes, for example, don't have as many options available as the free shots you take while adventuring. If you want the means to fully customize your shot, it's best to do so while you're not in dialogue or a cinematic moment. Combat and general adventure are the best times to take pictures.

How to find photo mode screenshots in BG3

The process for accessing your screenshots looks slightly different depending on which platform you're playing BG3 on. Here's where to find your photos across all platforms.

  • On PC: Screenshots can be found in C:\Users[username]\Documents\Larian Studios\Baldur's Gate 3\Screenshots.
  • On Mac: Screenshots can be found in ~/Pictures/Larian Studios/Baldur's Gate 3/Screenshots.
  • On console: Screenshots can be found in the PlayStation and Xbox media galleries.

There's plenty of other content worth exploring in Patch 8 after you master photo mode. You might consider trying one of the 12 new subclasses or grabbing the best armor and clothing mods to dress your team up in the finest gear so you can snap some great photos of them.

Baldur's Gate 3 characters

At long last, crossplay arrives in Baldur's Gate 3 during its eighth and final major patch. If you're on PC and want to play with friends on consoles (or vice versa), you'll finally have the chance to use this feature.

I've been looking forward to this for a while. I've enjoyed playthroughs with fellow PC friends, but knowing I can experience this with long-time friends who recently got it on PS5 is just as exciting. Let's talk about how to enable BG3's crossplay features.

How to enable crossplay in BG3

Here's a complete step-by-step to enabling crossplay in BG3 so you can start playing with friends on other platforms:

  1. Head to the official Larian Studios site and create an account.
  2. Open Baldur's Gate 3 and log in with your Larian account.
  3. Head into your game settings and scroll down the list until you find "Allow Cross-Play." Enable this settings.
  4. On the main menu screen, select Multiplayer and Crossplay.
  5. Join your friend's lobby.

After completing these steps, you and your friends have free rein to join each other's lobbies, regardless of your platform. That way, if you're a console player and want a PC friend to hop into your game, you can invite them without using mods or questionable third-party programs.

Similarly, you can create a lobby by repeating the first three steps above and selecting "Create" in the crossplay menu. You'll be able to customize you settings before launching the server, letting your friends or random players join even if they're on different devices.

How to turn off crossplay in BG3

If you want to stick to your own bubble and play solo Baldur's Gate 3 saves or only with friends on your preferred platform, you can turn off crossplay through your Gameplay Options menu. In the same menu you enabled crossplay, scroll back down to Allow Cross-Play and turn off the feature to only allow friends or random players on your platform to join your lobbies.

Path to the Trading Post

Blue Prince offers you the opportunity to upgrade certain rooms, and having an Upgrade Disk will help you complete that task.

This item is uncommon, and its spawn entirely depends on luck. Upgrade Disks can spawn in certain rooms, and getting them will allow you to upgrade floorplans.

This guide will help you out in your search for these Disks and also elaborate on the steps required for using them.

Blue Prince Upgrade Disk locations

Like almost all other items in the game, there's no specific location that guarantees you the Upgrade Disk. It will always depend on luck, but some locations offer a higher chance of success.

Blueprints in Blue Prince
Screenshot by Destructoid

  • Foundation: You can find Upgrade Disks near the spot where the elevator lands.
  • Garage: The Garage can sometimes spawn trunks. You can open trunks by using normal keys or by using a sledgehammer.
  • Great Hall: Some of the locked doors can provide you with an Upgrade Disk, so make sure to bring a lock pick.
  • Office: There's a desk located right by the Terminal, and this is the most convenient spot to look for an Upgrade Disk.

How to use Upgrade Disk in Blue Prince?

Upgrade Disks can be used at the Terminal to upgrade floorplans. The Terminal can be found in rooms like the Office, and you can plug the Disks in to upgrade one of your rooms. The selection is completely random, but you'll have the final say on the upgrades you want. You'll be presented with three choices, and you can opt for the one you want.

Floorplan upgrades are permanent, and they will boost the function of a room. The enhanced version will be available through all future drafts, and it will help you get more items and resources. The available upgrades will differ based on the room, and you can choose the boost you want to impart.

Fortnite Reload Slurp Rush official art

After a brief downtime, the new Season in Fortnite Chapter 6 brings in Slurp Rush, a new map for the Reload game mode, along with a bunch of other things to the table.

It's a part of v34.30, and if you're wondering what's new with the Slurp Rush update, here's everything you need to know.

Fortnite Reload gets its third map, Slurp Rush

With the April 15 update, Fortnite's Reload game mode got its third map, Slurp Rush. This map shares several familiar locations based on Chapter 2, and the island is completely Slurp-packed.

This means you will have an easy time finding Shield Potions and, ultimately, be prepared for surprise attacks from any direction.

Starting April 15, Slurp Rush will be the only playable Reload map for two weeks before it joins the map rotation with the v34.40 hotfix update on Tuesday, April 29, 2025.

For skin collectors, there's a new Vanguard Zadie Outfit available to claim with the Slurp Rush update in Fortnite Reload. And if you want to earn a superior version of the outfit, simply compete in Elite Zadie Reload Cups on April 26 and April 27 to get a chance of earning the Elite Zadie Outfit.

While the servers were down temporarily, the game is now up and running for you to hop in and reap all the rewards.

A warrior in The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion

After weeks of leaks, Bethesda and Virtuos have finally dropped the ball by accidentally revealing The Elder Scross IV: Oblivion Remastered themselves, with a reveal likely set to take place sometime next week.

The leak comes from the Virtuos website, which includes images such as the key art, screenshots, and other promotional art for the game showing the differences between the original game 20 years ago and the remastered content. And it honestly looks beautiful.

https://bsky.app/profile/chitogaminglive.bsky.social/post/3lmu32dck722a

The images and leak were originally featured and found on Resetera before quickly being deleted and the images removed from the website, though that hasn't stopped fans from saving and sharing the found images ahead of a potential drop on April 21, according to prominent leakers online.

By looking at the images provided on the website, it appears as though Oblivion Remastered will feature a visual overhaul as well as mechanical changes to the game to make it easier to play from its original clunky controls. However, we will need to wait and see an official reveal before knowing exactly what will be different between the two versions.

One thing is for sure, though: the updates—especially when put side by side with one another—are pretty stunning. It's hard not to get excited to see what the world of Oblivion Remastered looks like—so long as it comes out when expected. We have to preface that there is still the possibility of these leaks being false and to wait for an official announcement before getting hyped about what we are seeing.

For now, though, we await information from Xbox or Bethesda about this title and pray it appears on Game Pass so we can all jump into it on day one. Oblivion has never looked more stunning in this remaster, and it gives us an excuse to jump in and take on Mehrunes Dagon all over again. Who knows, maybe we will see all the DLC be included in the base package too—Horse Armor, anyone?

Emma Frost Marvel Rivals

Marvel Rivals has an array of unique achievements you can finish to claim special rewards. Many of these tasks are fairly tricky to get done, as is the case with the Mutant and Proud! achievement.

Luck plays a huge role in how easy or hard this quest is to complete. Finishing all achievements is crucial if you want to earn all available rewards, though, so you need to get to work on this one. Knowing exactly what it's asking you to do makes it a lot easier, so here's how to unlock the Mutant and Proud! achievement in Marvel Rivals.

How to get Mutant and Proud! achievement in Marvel Rivals

Psylocke and Magneto talking in Marvel Rivals.
Screenshot by Destructoid

To complete Mutant and Proud! in Marvel Rivals, you need to listen to one conversation between two Mutant characters. Not all playable characters count as Mutants, and there's no way to manually trigger a conversation between two characters, so tackling this task can be tougher than expected.

Characters randomly converse when you first load into matches before the battle actually begins. All players hear unique conversations between different characters, so there's a chance your friend may hear a mutant conversation while you don't, even if you're in the same match.

Turning on subtitles in the settings is a great way to make finishing this task easier. It can sometimes be tough to tell who's talking without them, so enable subtitles before you start working on it to make sure it's clear when a Mutant conversation does happen.

To unlock this achievement, you must be playing in Quick Play or Competitive. Other modes like Practice VS. AI don't work for completing achievements. As long as you're in one of these two modes with at least two Mutant characters on your team, you have a shot at a conversation between them triggering for you to hear.

All Mutant characters in Marvel Rivals

There are seven Mutants in Marvel Rivals. The characters who count for Mutant and Proud! are:

Magik and Psylocke changing into battle with sword in marvel rivals
Screenshot by Destructoid

You've got quite a decent number of options for this achievement, so getting it done should generally be fairly doable. Consider playing as a mutant character yourself to help increase the odds of getting a conversation that finishes this task.

I finished this achievement by listening to a conversation between Magneto and Psylocke while playing as Cloak & Dagger. Any discussion between two mutants works, though, so just hang around your teammates and listen for dialogue between two of the characters listed here.

Although all conversations between any of the seven Mutants in Marvel Rivals should work for this task, achievements can sometimes be a bit finicky. For other tasks, I've had to complete the required task multiple times to get it done.

This one worked with no problem on the first try for me, but if it doesn't for you, keep trying until it's complete. Most Mutants are fairly popular picks, so you generally have a decent chance of getting at least two in most matches.

Mutant and Proud! isn't the only tricky task you might come across while playing Marvel Rivals. Some other ones you may need help with next are turning on switch shader compilation mode, getting the free Flora Maiden Mantis skin, and sending gifts to friends.

A bunch of Fisch players are fishing together and there is a title on top and bottom of the screen

You're probably looking at the title and thinking this is fake, and honestly, it really sounds like that. But believe us when we say: this is real, this works, and best of all, it's something that's always been in the game. All you really need is a bit of in-game currency and some light organization. If you do everything right, YES, you really can gain 500 Levels in 1 Day in Fisch.

Fisch 500 Levels in 1 Day - How it Works

A group of players are fishing together in Fisch
Screenshot by Destructoid

Essentially, you and a group of players need to join (or host) a private Fisch server, and everyone needs to contribute by using Aurora Totems, Blue Moon Totems, Nukes, or even Server Luck Boosts. Of course, while this is going on, you need to use as many XP boosts as you possibly can. That's all there is to it. It works almost like a Family subscription, in a sense.

However, you do need a bit of prep-work to make this as efficient as possible. You don't need every single thing from this list, but the more things you have, the more effective this will be. If you do manage to have everything, then you can gain up to three 3 levels for a single Tartaruga. Yes, we aren't kidding.

The host of the private server makes a note of everyone who joins and asks everyone to contribute in order (usually in order of the in-game leaderboard). From top to bottom, the player who's on top of the leaderboard uses an Aurora Totem (or a Nuke), and everyone else present enjoys the added luck. When the Aurora Totem effect passes, the next person on the leaderboard casts one, and the cycle continues. It's as simple as that. This means that if you have a full server (15 players) for just one Aurora Token, you can get the effect of 15.

As for which leveling method to use, that's entirely up to the host. Currently, most of them prefer to grind the Blue Moon cave (when available) or the Isle of New Beginnings for Tartarugas.

Private Server Leveling Guide preparation

A Fisch player is holding an aurora token
Screenshot by Destructoid

We'll list everything you need, in order of importance, from top to bottom:

  • A fairly leveled-up character (at least level 200) - Unless you're planning to host your own private server, you'll need to play by the rules of the host, and most hosts will have a level requirement for you to join. Some will ask you to be 200, some 500, some even over 750. Again, you can avoid all this by being the host of the private server.
  • Contribution - Aurora Totems, Nukes, or Robux to buy Server Luck. Whatever you have that can benefit Server Luck is fair game. In our experience, 4 Aurora Totems is more than enough for an entire day of grinding. You can avoid contributing entirely if you are the host of the server.
  • The Clever Rod enchant - Clever is, by far, the best enchant in the game for grinding XP as it gives you 2,25x more XP. Simply buy a bunch of Enchant Relics and start enchanting until you get clever (don't bother with Insight, go for the Clever enchant). Use our Best Leveling Rods for the First Sea and Second Sea, to see which ones are worth enchanting.

If you only have the things above, you have the minimum to make this method work, and if you go at it for an entire day... yes, you can probably get close to 500 levels. However, if you want to make this a surefire way, then you should strongly consider getting the things below as well:

  • Double XP Gamepass - If there's anything we highly recommend you buy in Fisch for real money, it would be this. For 199 Robux, you double your XP for everything you do in Fisch, and there isn't even a time limit. It's absolutely worth every penny.
  • Blue Moon Rod enchant - The new Blue Moon update introduced a brand new limited enchant for your rod. You can get this even if your rod has the Clever enchant, so don't worry. Essentially, wait for the Season in the game to be Winter and then spawn the Blue Moon event (you can spawn one using Blue Moon totems or simply spam Sundial Totems until a Blue Moon happens naturally). Once the Blue Moon event happens, visit the Blue Moon cave (there is one in the First and one in the Second Sea). You need to catch the Moon Idol (Sea 1 or Sea 2). This is a Secret fish that's pretty difficult to catch, so if you also have an Aurora, definitely use it. Once you manage to catch a Moon Idol, you'll get a crescent Moon symbol above your head whenever you're holding the rod you used to catch the Idol. This gives you another 100% extra XP (another Double XP in a way). The Blue Moon Rod enchant lasts for 24 hours.
  • Double XP Weekend event - Obviously, you can't really spawn these, but if you are playing during a double XP weekend, this gives you even more XP. Double XP weekends usually happen during the weekends and last anywhere from 3 to 7 days, and these are probably the best times to try and use this leveling method.

If you check all of the boxes above, you're looking at 3 levels per Tartaruga or about 1 level for every other fish caught in the Blue Moon cave.

What If You Are the Host?

If you are the host, you get to make the rules. Since the host already needs to pay a premium (200 Robux) to have the server, they can be excluded from contributing to Aurora Totems or Nukes, if they want.

However, being the host isn't always great, as you have to do the dirty deed of moderating the server.

The Main Problem With This Method

A few players are fishing at the Isle of New Beginnings in Fisch
Screenshot by Destructoid

You may have seen this one coming, but the biggest problem with this leveling method is getting rid of people who aren't contributing (a.k.a. Leechers). Whether you are sharing the link of your server on public Discord channels or between friends, you'll get leechers joining who will gladly enjoy your Auroras without even having one in their inventory.

It's the host's job to kick or even ban these players from joining. This is also the reason why many of these servers have such a high level requirement (because a high-level player is less likely to leech off other players). Still, no matter what, you'll likely encounter low-level players, those who don't want to pop a Totem when it's their turn, and such. If you're the host, kick them; if you aren't the host, report these players to the host, so hopefully, a person who actually wants to contribute can join.

Where to Find a Fisch Private Server

A Discord message advertising a private Fisch server
Screenshot by Destructoid

Here's the best part: you can find many Fisch private leveling servers directly on the Fisch official Discord channels. In fact, they have a special category for private servers. Simply join the Discord using our links, and look for a server (make sure you meet the requirements before you do, so you don't get kicked/banned).

Alternatively, if you are the host of a Private Server, you can use this same page to advertise your private server. You can either post the link or you can have other players message you before they join (some hosts ask for proof of your level with a screenshot).

Yes, it does require a bit of prep-work, but when everything is done right, you can potentially reach max level in as few as three days, which is exactly what we did.

That's all there is to it. Have fun leveling in Fisch, and we hope you meet some good players in those private servers. In the meantime, check out our Fisch codes for some cool in-game freebies.

Three of the most powerful cards in Anime Card Clash with the player in the background behind them

There are more than 150 cards in Anime Card Clash, and each one has a unique ability and several variations. Now, we have a list of them all below, and even though you would assume that the rarer cards are more powerful, that isn't always the case in ACC. So, if you want to find out everything there is to cards and which ones stand out from the rest, follow our ultimate Anime Card Clash card guide and tier list below.

Anime Card Clash Card Types and Versions Explained

Preview of the Deck menu in Anime Card Clash with all sorts of cards in it
You can recognize different card variations by their border color

Every card in Anime Card Clash has an ability and a certain amount of damage and HP. There are four different variations of each card, with each having a distinct border color. Essentially, cards have four strength tiers. You can merge cards to "upgrade" a card to a higher tier, but more on this later in the guide. Now, here are the four card tiers and their stat and rarity scaling:

  • Basic: Basic Stats, Basic Rarity
  • Gold: Basic Stats x4, Basic Rarity x100
  • Rainbow: Gold Stats x4, Gold Rarity x100
  • Secret: Rainbow Stats x4, Rainbow Rarity x100

Anime Card Clash Tier Lists

Anime Card Clash has a vast variety of cards. So, we decided to separate them into three categories: rare Regular cards, common Regular cards, and Support cards. Based on the same categorization, we made three different tier lists. Each Anime Card Clash tier list below ranks cards from best to worst primarily based on the strength of their abilities.

For the most part, we didn't let base stats influence the ranking that much. Obviously, rarer cards have higher stats. Thus, they are stronger than more common cards on a base level. However, that stat gap between cards gets somewhat reduced when you upgrade cards to higher tiers. With that in mind, each Anime Card Clash tier list below is there to help you choose which cards to include in your party out of the best and rarest ones you currently have.

To showcase the logic behind every Anime Card Clash tier list further in the guide, we can compare the gold version of the Diamond Warrior (25,000,000 Rarity) and the basic version of the Limitless Master (20,000,000 Rarity). Gold Diamond Warrior and Basic Limitless Master have similar stats. However, the Diamond Warrior has a way better ability. Thus, the Diamond Warrior will be positioned higher on the tier list.

Anime Card Clash Regular Card Tier List for Infinite Tower and PvP (3,000,000+)

Anime Card Clash tier list of regular cards with rarity 3,000,000 and above, made via TierMaker that goes like this: S+-tier: Awakened Shadow Monarch, Shadow General, Cosmic Villain, 7 Star Hunter, Soul King, Null, Dragon Deity, Awakened Limitless Master, Shadow Dragon, Soul Queen, Combat Giant; S-tier: Eternal Dragon, Awakened Pale Demon Lord, Beast Giant, Mochi Emperor, Forest Sage, Sentinel Statue, Shadow Ant, Flame Tyrant, Ice Elf, Biscuit Warrior Genie Commander; A-tier: The Impure Ghost, Light Saintess, Shadow Bear, Shadow Duelist, Shadow Commander, Survey Commander, Awakened Galactic Tyrant, Awakened Prideful Prince, Eternal Mage, Awakened Frost Demon; B-tier: The Goliath, White Tiger, King of Curses, Blade Captain, Compass Demon, Armored Giant, Awakened Six Eyed Slayer, Candy Master, Awakened Earths Strongest; C-tier: Final Shinigami, Cursed Fist, Rikas Blessing, Limitless Master, Namekian Sage, Divine Guide, Blue Slime, Lunar Guardian; D-tier: Ice Empress, Childish Demon, Thunder Demon, Awakened Shadow Summoner, Seven Sea King, White Panther, Blade Warrior, Juice Queen, Black Flame; F-tier: Red Dragon Emperor, White Dragon Emperor, Dragon King, Snake Empress, Stone Hashira, Mist Hashira, Destroyer Deity
Cards from rarity of 3,000,000 and above ranked — Image via TierMaker

To differentiate between "Rare" and "Common" cards, we drew the Rarity line at 1/3,000,000 chance. Most of the Anime Card Clash cards listed in the above tier list are useful in basically every game mode. However, some rarer ones are overkill for the bigger part of the Story and Raids. For that reason, the cards are ranked based on how powerful they are in scenarios where you are fighting against multiple cards at the same time, like in the Infinite Tower and PvP.

Anime Card Clash Regular Card Tier List for Story and Raids (1–3,000,000)

Anime Card Clash tier list of all regular cards whose rarity is below 3,000,000, made via TierMaker and it goes like this: S+-tier: Ice Dragon, Masked Emperror, Straw Hat, Diamond Warrior; S-tier; Deranged Assassin, Crimson Eyes, Star Fist, Half-Demon Swordsman, Golden Vampire, Dark Avenger, Peaceful Swordsman; A-tier: Pale Demon Lord, Copy Ninja, Crimson Vampire, Lost Hunter, Lunar Angel, The Irregular, Bamboo Demon, Unstoppable Fist, Blood Fiend, Six-Eyed Slayer; B-tier: Sacred Ronin, Awakened Wild Hunter, Titania, Psycho Stalker, Surgeon of Death, Homeroom Teacher, Muscle Head, Black Swordsman, Crow Master, Light Admiral; C-tier: White Ghoul, Snake Hashira, Golden Wind, Ripple Knight, Death Log, Thunder Flash, Prideful Prince, Shadow Summoner, Water Hashira, Black Demon, Golden King; D-tier: Promised Child, Blade Rebel, Cat Burglar, Stark Gunner, Wild Hunter, Hero of Light, Metal Alchemist, Fire Dragon, Chainsaw Fiend, Space Cowboy, Science King, Green Bomber
Cards from 1–3,000,000 rarity ranked — Image via TierMaker

Both Raids and Story in ACC have one thing in common: you fight against only one card. Because of that, your party composition will mainly include cards that either inflict long-duration status effects or deal damage equal to a percentage of the opponent's maximum HP. So, the above tier list ranks common cards based on how useful they are at dealing with one card only.

By clearing the Story and Raids in ACC, you will get decent rare cards. Thus, every other game mode will become more accessible to you. Later on, you should form a party that is suited for fighting opponents that have the same number of cards as you. For example, that is the case in the Infinite Tower and PvP.

Anime Card Clash Support Card Tier List

Anime Card Clash tier list of support cards made via TierMaker that goes as follows: S-tier: Orb of Dominance, Galaxy Hero, Shadow Mage, Slayer Mark, Shinobi Cells; A-tier: Limitless, Sacred Art Uzumaki, Sealed Cube, Heart of the Cards, Fallen Knight, Beast Contract; B-tier: Froststorm Blade, Null Blade, Red Thorn, Mech Contract; C-tier: Binding Light, Mystic Spheres, Vase of Greed, Berserk Mode, Dragon Sin Blades, Music Idol; D-tier: Fox Cloak, Ninja Vest, Holy Staff, Cursed Ledger, Substitution Log
All Support Cards ranked from best to worst — Image via TierMaker

The support card tier list above is applicable to every game mode in Anime Card Clash. However, there are a few exceptions to it, like the Shinobi Cells card, which has no use when fighting against a single card. In general, support cards that boost your stats and let you negate or survive enemy attacks are the strongest in Anime Card Clash.

List of Cards in Anime Card Clash

Below, you can find a list of all cards in Anime Card Clash, along with their rarity, ability, pros and cons, and their base damage and HP. We decided to classify ACC cards based on how you can obtain them, so we formed these categories:

  • Regular and Support cards — Obtainable from the start.
  • Pack-specific cards — Obtainable when you equip specific card packs.
  • Boss cards — Obtainable from regular rolls after you defeat Bosses in Story mode.
  • Moon Cycle cards — Obtainable only during specific Moon cycles.
  • Raid Boss cards — Obtainable in exchange for Boss Shards at the Raid exchange NPC.
  • Quest cards — Obtainable by completing quests.

How to Enhance Cards With Traits

Preview of the Trait reroll menu in the Anime Card Clash Roblox experience
The rarest traits give you increased luck

To increase the stats of a card in Anime Card Clash, use Trait Rolls to reroll the card's traits at the Traits Shop in the main lobby. The trait you reroll applies to every variation of the same card. Some rare traits can also increase your luck, border, and boss roll chance. However, for these luck bonuses to apply, the card with the relevant trait has to be in your party. In general, you want to save up Trait Rerolls and use them only on the best Anime Card Clash cards from our tier list.

Merging and Deconstructing Cards

Location of the Merge Card and Card Deconstruction machines in the Anime Card Clash Roblox experience
By merging cards, you can slowly work your way up to some very rare and powerful cards

At the Card Merge machine next to the Play building, you can merge 100 cards into a higher-tier version of the same card. By the same principle, you can deconstruct a card into 100 lower rarity cards. By merging cards together, you are guaranteed to get better cards over time.

If you got to the end of our Anime Card Clash card guide and tier list, then you are ready to tackle every type of content in the game. To start on the right foot, make sure to check out our Anime Card Clash codes for some free Instant Roll Packs, Trait Rolls, and Potions.

For anyone looking for a great game to play to pass the week ahead of some big upcoming releases, Deep Silver has you covered on Steam after making one of their best-ever apocalyptic games free for the next 24 hours for anyone who goes to buy it.

Metro 2033 Redux, which was released over a decade ago, has suddenly had a 100% discount placed on it until tomorrow and can be picked up by anyone right now. The game's free offer has seen the player base jump overnight, and as more people wake up to this bargain, the current player count shows no signs of stopping. You can add it to your own Steam library by clicking this link.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rUOCBCTRNl0&ab_channel=GameSpot

Metro 2033 Redux is the definitive version of the cult classic 'Metro 2033' and is set in the year 2033, where a handful of survivors who were born and raised underground following an apocalyptic event take on mutant horrors to try and survive. You play as Artyom, raised underground and tasked with warning the remnants of mankind of a terrible impending threat. We won't spoil more about it, but for anyone who has never played it—you are in for a treat.

If you end up falling in love with the game series like I have, I implore you to take the dive into other Metro games like Metro Exodus and if you have a VR headset, you can even try out Metro Awakening. Both are pretty solid and are also on offer at the moment while Redux is free, so it's a great time to get into the entire series.

If you are only here to get yourself a free game, however, then Metro 2033 Redux will go back to full price on April 16 at 10am CT, so grab it quickly either on the PC or mobile app before it's gone for good. You can even snag the New Beginning's DLC for a couple of bucks, which is a steal to enjoy the full experience.
