Lawson has announced the "Hololive Kuji: Hololife" collection, in which you'll be able to get small items you can use in your everyday life. The lottery will start on December 5, 2023, and it'll cost 820 JPY per attempt.
You can pull for Hololive Kuji: Hololife prizes from any Lawson, HMV, or United Cinema in Japan. For every three attempts you make in one transaction, you can get an original Hololive sticker. There are a total of sixteen variations, with only one sticker of each. This means that the first sixteen customers in a store can get a sticker.

For reference, the eight Hololive members you can get goods for from this lottery are (in the order they appear in the line-up): Shirakami Fubuki, Sakura Miko, Usada Pekor, Shirogane Noel, Himemori Luna, Momosuzu Nene, La+ Darkness, and Sakamata Chloe. The Boulder Town Super League event will return to Honkai: Star Rail starting on December 6, 2023. It'll run until December 25, 2023, and will be a Conventional Memoir after that date.
As a reminder, Conventional Memoirs are time-limited events that remain in the game even after its initial period. When you look at these events from the Travel Log, you can see a symbol resembling a box with a star. Events with this sign are Conventional Memoirs, and you can access them anytime from the Event Log.
You'll still be able to get rewards such as Stellar Jades from completing a Conventional Memoir, but not time-limited ones. Examples of Conventional Memoirs include the first Boulder Town Super League and Aurum Alley's Hustle and Bustle. The Boulder Town Martial Exhibition event in Honkai: Star Rail will require players to first finish the "Gladiator" Adventure Mission and the "Jarilo-VI—Silent Galaxy" Trailblaze Mission.
Limited-time rewards include Stellar Jades, Tracks of Destiny, and Relic Remains. There will be a total of seven matches, with one unlocking every day. This time, you'll also be able to use bonuses from various past schools of Belogian martial arts. The more fights you engage in, the more buffs you can get to power up your school.
Honkai: Star Rail is available on the PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. The Boulder Town Martial Exhibition event will begin on December 6, 2023, and end on December 25, 2023.

Atlus character designer Azusa Shimada talked about the new battle outfit for the main character in Persona 3 Reload. The redesign was inspired by biker jackets and military uniforms.
Shimada said that he wanted to design the new battle outfit for Persona 3 Reload with the idea of equipment that would be best suited to support a group of young people facing their destiny on the battlefields of the Dark Hour.
Shimada also added that he wanted to increase the appearance of sturdiness and storage capacity while keeping a sense of ease of movement and not making it look bulky. The main inspiration for the new battle outfit was biker jackets and military clothing.
While creating the new design, they considered a version with the jacket closed but ultimately decided to keep the familiar version. At first, Shimada was worried that the new elements would detract from the charm of the original design, but he hoped they could enhance the sense of realism during combat.

Rockstar Games has released the GTA 6 trailer early after it was leaked online a day before its scheduled premiere event. The video confirms that the long-awaited sequel takes place in Vice City and will be released in 2025.
Following a leak on X (formerly known as Twitter), Rockstar responded to clips of their game being posted early by publishing the full Grand Theft Auto 6 trailer on YouTube. In a separate tweet, the developer explained, "Our trailer has leaked, so please watch the real thing on YouTube."

The GTA 6 trailer confirms that the game will take place in Leonida, Vice City, which is inspired by Miami, Florida. The story will center around protagonist Lucia, who has just gotten out of jail. Following her release from prison, it appears she goes on a crime spree across Vice City with her boyfriend.
The nearly two-minute video shows off a handful of gameplay, plot elements, and side characters that we can expect to run into while exploring Leonida. Interestingly, the trailer also appears to confirm the major leaks from 2021 were real. In the leaks from a couple of years ago, a hacker posted images of the dual protagonists that are in the final trailer. It remains to be seen if Rockstar Games will have more information to release about the game.

HoYoVerse offered an update on the moveset for Hanya in Honkai: Star Rail, going over her normal attack, Skill, Technique, and Ultimate. It also offered an "interview" with the character going over her tasks and sister Xueyi.
First, Hanya's normal attack is Oracle Brush. That deals Physical damage to one enemy. If someone uses the Samsara Skill for Hanya in Honkai: Star Rail, then that deals Physical damage and temporarily puts Burden on one enemy. Any allies who attack the foe with that effect gets Skill Points back even if they use a Skill or Ultimate. Her Netherworld Judgment Technique also applies Burden to a random enemy when a fight begins.
Meanwhile, the Ultimate Hanya uses helps a member of the party. When you use Ten-Lords' Decree, All Shall Obey, she'll increase someone's attack and speed stats for a limited amount of time.
As for the interview, it goes over the Ten-Lords Commission judge's background. She handles interrogation for the commission, while her sister is in charge of detention. It noted that both of their names are "codenames." As part of her job, Hanya reads peoples' memories. It also notes that her sister is most important to her, to the point where she's willing to do extra work for more "reanimation" days with Xueyi.
Honkai: Star Rail is available for the PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and Hanya will join the roster on Argenti and Silver Wolf's banners on December 6, 2023.

The Pokemon Company announced that it will share sightings of the new Pokemon Terapagos during the 10 days leading to the release of the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Indigo Disk DLC. Terapagos is the flagship Legendary Pokemon for the new add-on scenario.
The information on the Terapagos sightings will be available every day until December 14, 2023 on the Pokemon Intelligence Bureau X official account (formerly Twitter) and on the Terapagos official website. Both the X account and the website are only available in Japanese.
Additionally, episodes from the Pokemon anime featuring Terapagos will be available on the Japanese Pokemon YouTube channel throughout December 1-15, 2023. At the time of writing, these videos appear to be hidden.
Terapagos is a Normal type Pokemon that will make its debut in the upcoming Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Indigo Disk DLC. It has two forms: Normal Form and the mysterious Terastal Form. Its Normal Form design resembles a young turtle, while the Terastal Form is based on a Galápagos turtle. Furthremore, the shell in Terastal Form depicts the logo for each Pokemon affinity type.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are immediately available on the Nintendo Switch. The Indigo Disk DLC will release on December 14, 2023. The Teal Mask add-on appeared in September 2023.

Level-5 announced on social media that Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road will be coming to Steam in 2024. The game is already planned to release on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, iOS devices, and Android devices.
Level-5 did not elaborate further about the Steam version of Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road of Heroes beyond its reveal. It is unknown if it will be releasing at the same time as the other versions of the game, but it has been listed with a 2024 release date on the official website.

A worldwide simultaneous beta test for Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road will be held in March 2024 on the Nintendo Switch. The beta test was announced during the Level-5 Vision 2023 II event held on November 29, 2023. Single-player matches, online PvP, and story mode will be available in the beta test. The beta will be available to play in Japanese, English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese. Players will be required to have a Nintendo Switch Online subscription to use online functions. Character training data will be savable but story mode progress cannot be saved. No save data will be carried over into the final version of the game.
Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road is currently in development for PC via Steam, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and mobile devices. The game is anticipated to launch in 2024 worldwide.

Yet another new manga debuted in Shonen Jump, and this time it is the series Shadow Eliminators (Ruirui Senki). The Kento Amemiya series' first chapter is now available to read on MangaPlus and Viz Media.
When Shadow Eliminators begins, we see new student Aoba Kuromori leaping over the gate after arriving late and gaining the ire and attention of the Public Morals Committee Vice-Chairman Yayoi Asakaze. Because of this, Yayoi follows Aoba and happens through the Human Ward into an Otherworld Hollow. He watches as Aoba deals with the Shadow affecting another student with the help of his grandmother. These Shadows can infect and take over someone, turning them into a Kasane. As a result, Yayoi gets caught up in his world, and the two found the Shadow Eliminators.
Previously, Amemiya worked on the series Shikigami and Beast Children. Viz Media also handled the latter.
This is the second recent new manga to show up in Shonen Jump. At the end of November 2023, Green Green Greensstarted its run. Its second chapter is live now, and the first chapter is still free to read.
The second chapter of the Shadow Eliminators manga will appear on MangaPlus and Viz Media on December 10, 2023.

Shotguns are a force to be reckoned with up close, but there's a way we can make the Riveter just as deadly at range. You must use the weapon in Tac Stance for the desired effect, and the difference it makes is staggering. In my testing, it takes the Riveter roughly 8 shots to take down the middle target in the Firing Range without any attachments in Tac Stance. With the Canted Vibro-Dot 7, it only takes 2!
