Following an April Fools Day 2024 debut, the game Content Warning appeared on consoles like the Switch, Switch 2, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X on April 1, 2026. While it was temporarily free when it first launched on PCs, it does cost $9.99/€9.49/£8.99 on digital storefronts. On Steam, it is now $7.99.
Content Warning is a multiplayer horror simulation. Up to four players don diving suits, grab a camera, and head to a place called "The Old World" to film what they find on expeditions. The key is that you need to survive these encounters with the footage intact so you can upload it and become famous on SpookTube. The first three days determine the rest of the course of your session, as you need to become a success and initially get 480 views by the end of that in order to keep playing. If you do, you can continue expeditions to get more money for upgrades and fame.
Here's a trailer that shows how it looks and works.
The console launch of Content Warning is accompanied by an update for the PC version. It adds a number of features. One is that it is fully compatible with the Steam Deck. Another is that cross-play is available on all platforms, and we're able to enable it in the settings.
This is one of multiple "games" to drop on April Fools' Day 2026. Another is City Connection and Clover Lab's browser-based baseball game featuring Hololive Vtubers.
Content Warning is available for the Switch, Switch 2, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.

Bandai Namco announced it will once again sell its Pikmin mascot and fruit gummy keychain series that first debuted in July 2024. This will mark the third appearance of the candy and accessory pack, which also showed up in May 2025. This time, they'll appear in Japan starting on April 20, 2026. As with past releases, each pack comes with one random keychain and apple, grape, and lemon flavored and shaped gummies. It costs 350円 (~$2.20). While it's only confirmed for Japan now, Asian grocery stores in other regions and some online shops might sell them after launch.
Each pack has one random keychain inside. It also has 27 grams worth of the gummy candy. There are nine possible options. In addition to the past Blue, Red, Rock, Purple, White, Winged, and Yellow Pikmin, the new Glow and Ice types are also possibilities. The ice one is translucent, and the glow one will glow in the dark after being exposed to light. Each one's ball chain keychain matches the primary color of the character.
Here's how each one looks:
Bandai Namco's sold Pikmin merchandise aside from these keychains before. For example, it created bath bombs based on the series. Each one holds a figure inside that is revealed once you use it. Those launched in October 2023. Magnets appeared repeatedly as well.
Pikmin 4 is available for the Switch, and the returning gummies featuring keychains of the characters from the game will be back in Japan on April 20, 2026.

HoYoVerse used April Fools' Day 2026 as an excuse to introduce more of the characters we will meet in Petit Planet, as well as possibly tease an announcement for an event or perhaps another beta test called "Reunite in the Starsea: Savor the Good Life." The video appeared on the official social media account for the upcoming Animal Crossing-like game. It is set up as a news cast with a new NPC named Trixie reporting on current events. The actual announcement will apparently take place on April 2, 2026.
Following the reveal of Trixie, the video highlights another NPC. One of the people we'll meet at the Galactic Bazaar multiplayer hub is Mr. Aleo. He is a rabbit-like individual. As part of that, we also got to see a potential neighbor and resident named Rebella, who looks like a wolf. Another reveal is of a possible restaurant we could visit called Cafe Untamed and its manager/barista. After that, a number of other neighbors and NPCs who can move to planets appeared, with Coziness Test beta familiar faces Mors and Esassani showing up in this teaser.
Here's the full Petit Planet April Fools' Day 2026 trailer introducing characters and teasing a new announcement.
In the past, HoYoVerse used other holidays like Halloween to also introduce Petit Planet characters. That is how Esassani was first introduced, and other comics and shorts showed additional individuals from the upcoming game.
So far, there's been one beta test for Petit Planet. That was a closed trial called the Coziness Test. It showed up in November 2025. It highlighted some of the tasks, introduced a multiplayer hub, and let us see exactly how this Animal Crossing-like game will work.
Petit Planet is in development for PCs and mobile devices, and no consoles have been confirmed yet.

Square Enix announced that Riesz from Trials of Mana can appear as a crossover character in The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales if you have Trails of Mana save data on your system. Apparently, speaking to her will net you some goods for your journey. She is apparently one of multiple cameos confirmed for the upcoming action-RPG.
As part of a save data campaign, characters from other Square Enix games may make crossover cameos and give you items in The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales if the console detects those save data files. This works for the demo versions of the game as well, so long as you have the save data. So far, six past RPGs from the company are confirmed to be part of these crossovers.
Here are all the games that we know are part of this campaign so far:
For the most part, the save data will grant useful equipment. For example, the Dragon Quest will give you Critical Hit. As the name implies, this increases the critical hit rate of your sword by 6%. In the case of Trials of Mana, you'll receive a key item that unlocks a cameo of Riesz, a protagonists from Trials of Mana, though you'll need to go find her in the world of The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales. After you speak with her, she'll give you supplies for the road.
The Adventures of Elliot: The Millennium Tales will come out on June 18, 2026 for the PS5, Switch 2, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC.

Nintendo announced a one-day event in Pokemon Pokopia for April Fools' Day that involves a Challenge opportunity to get an Inflatable Sudowoodo furniture item. It is playable in-game immediately and lasts until 4:59am PT/7:59am ET on April 2, 2026. To take part, you must have reached a point at which at least three Pokemon have moved in to one of the towns. It is available worldwide in-game, following its debut in Japan a few hours earlier.
Here's how to take part in the Pokemon Pokopia April Fools' Day Inflatable Sudowoodo Challenge. Once you log into the game, check in at a Pokemon Center's PC to get a message that confirms it is an event day. After that, look for Pokemon in the town where your Ditto wakes up that have a speech bubble with ellipsis in it (…). These characters will quiz you as part of the Challenge called "Correctly Answer Today's Special Quizzes." That creature will then try to fool you by talking like another one in-game, and you need to try to correctly identify who they mimicked. If you succeed in three of these quizzes, then you can head back to a Pokemon Center's PC to claim the free Inflatable Sudowoodo item.
It is possible to take a photo of this item and use the 3D printer at a rebuilt Pokemon Center to make additional copies of it. That will cost you two Rare Pokemetal, which you can get occasionally when mining for regular Pokemetal. That can be found easily on the Dream Island tied to the Dragonite plush.
Since this is built into the game, the Pokemon Pokopia Inflatable Sudowoodo event will appear every April Fools' Day. So if you miss it today, you could check back on April 1, 2027. The last special event was a March 2026 Hoppip line one.
Pokemon Pokopia is available for the Switch 2.

Sega announced one of its April Fools' Day 2026 jokes is that it is selling Sanic the Hedgehog, Knackles the Echidna, and Shedew Sonic shirts on its official online storefront. These will only be sold on April 1, 2026. Each one involves a design on a unisex, adult shirt made of cotton and polyester. As they are made-to-order, they will ship immediately after they are printed.
Sanic the Hedgehog is a meme and joke character that's occasionally been used by Sega for fun things like this. For example, there's a shirt with the character in Sonic Forces and for April Fools' Day 2018 it sold another collection of merchandise based on this drawing. This time around, there's a grey shirt with Sanic on it, a Sanic & Knackles black shirt with a logo that mimics the Sonic & Knuckles one, and dark grey Sanic & Shedew Adventure shirts. All are available in sizes small through 3XL. The small, medium, and large shirts are $32 each, the 2XL one is $34, and the 3XL one is $36.
Here's how each of the three t-shirts looks. On the left sleeve, there is also a "Sanic Collection" logo on each shirt.
You can find direct links to each one of the shirts below:
It isn't uncommon for Sega to actually create some sort of real item for April Fools' Day for Sonic the Hedgehog. The other line of Sanic merchandise from 2018 is one example. Another is the free visual novel The Murder of Sonic the Hedgehog. That showed up on April 1, 2023. There was the April 1, 2021 Sanic Chili Dogs G-Fuel drink mix too.
Sega will only sell the Sonic the Hedgehog Sanic, Knackles, and Shedew shirts on its official store on April 1, 2026.

Sega has announced that it will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Sakura Wars series in 2026. The company added that it will gradually publish details about new merchandise and events that it will launch to mark the celebrations.
Even though Sega made this announcement on April 1, 2026, we can confirm that this is completely legit and it is not an April Fool's Day prank. This is because the Japanese community has a tradition of sharing April Fool's jokes before noon, and Sega published this announcement news and tweet right after noon at 12:01 PM JST.
The first Sakura Wars game appeared as a strategy RPG for Sega Saturn in Japan on September 27, 1996. The series' latest console entry, which came out first in Japan as Shin Sakura Taisen / New Sakura Wars in 2019 and then localized in English as Sakura Wars, is an action game readily available worldwide on PlayStation 4.
Shortly after this release, Sega also launched Sakura Revolution as the series' new free-to-play mobile game in December 2020. However, the mobile game did not last long as it shut down after roughly over seven months in July 2021.
The 30th anniversary day for the Sakura Wars series will officially fall on September 27, 2026. Sega has so far only announced merchandise and events to celebrate the anniversary, so it is yet to be known whether the company is preparing a new game release for the series or not.

WayForward's returned to a number of its past games and series with different types of remasters and rereleases, and the latest brings back the GBA cult classic Sigma Star Saga with a DX remaster and bug-free release. In addition to rebalancing and updates, it features a number of other additions to ensure it will be an optimized experience on consoles and PCs. To find out more, Siliconera spoke with WayForward Creative Director and Sigma Star Saga Creator Matt Bozon about the updated release.
Jenni Lada: We've seen WayForward work on quite a few remasters to bring games to more modern platforms with enhancements and updates. How did your experience with past releases, especially the recent Shantae Advance: Risky Revolution, influence Sigma Star Saga DX?
Matt Bozon: Completing Shantae Advance 20-plus years after pausing development was a great opportunity on its own. But the side effect was that we had the original dev team back and working together on the old tech and refamiliarized with our early 2000-era tools. Making new builds of the original Sigma Star Saga was far less daunting, and it was the perfect time to fix legacy bugs and add quality-of-life features.
WayForward developed Sigma Star Saga during a period of time when the company was working on a lot of licensed games based on kid's properties like Barbie and SpongeBob SquarePants. How did working on an original IP like this kick off, and what challenges did the company face when working on it while also handling those other obligations?
Matt Bozon: Back then, I was running the handheld group, which had grown from the original three-member Shantae GBC team into about a dozen people. We'd been keeping the lights on by working on various licensed titles while building the Shantae Advance framework with the Scorpion King on GBA, and the other titles you mentioned. My goal was to bring in new directors and build new teams so that we could work on multiple projects at once.
Unfortunately, as games based on kids licenses became all the rage, budgets and schedules got smaller as the bargain bins at Toys R Us and Target started to fill up. It started to feel like we were nearing the end of GBA as a platform, and Nintendo DS was on the horizon. There was a point where we'd knocked on the door of every publisher to no avail, and decided that, given the state of the retail games business, it was time to give up on Shantae Advance.
Things would turn around with the advent of digital distribution a few years later, but in the meantime it was good news for Sigma Star Saga! Coincidentally, Namco reached out soon after with hopes of catering to core gamers with an original game. We'd get creative freedom in exchange for a reasonably small budget. WayForward's GBA staff and tools were reaching the limits of GBA by this time, so it set us up for something high-quality and big on inspiration, as long as we could stay within the budget. The resulting game became a fan-favorite, and one we look back on fondly!
One of the changes in Sigma Star Saga DX involves balance adjustments regarding random encounters and EXP. How did you fine-tune these changes, and how influential were fan feedback and the original Sigma Star Saga reviews when you worked on that element?
Matt Bozon: We'd kept screen grabs and scans of any letters or message boards from fans over the years. The first thing we did was dig those up and start looking for feedback. Then, we went to sources from fans over the last 20 years who likely discovered the game during that time. We addressed that feedback, but also completed some features that were unfinished and never made it into the final game, such as marking objectives on the map. On top of that, I made a lot of changes based on having two more decades of know-how. Improved hitboxes, rebalanced weapons, making dialog more concise to the point, trying to make the tone more consistent in places.
The biggest change is the pacing. Reviewers in 2005 loved the game's ambition, but it was frequently called out for having too many random encounters and not enough EXP, which we went in and tuned. I worked closely with Shantae Advance and Sigma Star Saga programmer Michael Stragey, who had written the GBA engine and game framework 20 years ago. And this time we had the benefit of WayForward's QA team, which didn't exist back then! What you have in Sigma Star Saga DX is similar to a modern day patch or update.
What's the biggest bug that got squashed in the Sigma Star Saga DX release that you can discuss?
Matt Bozon: There were a few. There are a lot of randomly shuffled elements in the game that make it different every time you play. The ship you pilot, the enemies you face, and the location changes with every battle. In the original game, it was possible to pilot a large Star Destroyer-esque ship, but be spawned into a narrow tunnel that was too small to spawn in - resulting in a game over. There were also some cases of neverending battles due an enemy spawning, and some weapon combinations that fell flat.
The original Sigma Star Saga was notable for its multiple endings. Are there any changes to that in the DX release?
Matt Bozon: I won't spoil the endings or how to achieve them, but they have been preserved.
Now that Sigma Star Saga DX is done, could we see WayForward return to something like the original Wiiware version of the game LIT that goes back to its original 3D roots instead of the PC and mobile version that swapped that for a 2D approach?
Matt Bozon: We love our past works, so if fans are interested in seeing some of the favorites make a return, please let us know!

Today is the best worst day of the year, where everyone plays with our feelings just to get a good laugh out of it. And while some April Fools' jokes are completely harmless and disappear as fast as they came around, some have actual effects, for better or for worse.
But what Black Ops 7 did on this occasion certainly falls in the former category, as a new map called GRWM (standing for Get Ready With Me) puts players into a tiny bedroom to duke it out in complete chaos. Yeah, you've read that right: it's just a single room, a very small one at that, where a good number of players are supposed to determine who's the more skilled, or rather, who can spam grenades the fastest.
On top of that, players need to reach a 67-kill goal to win, which is a direct play on the 6-7 meme that is thankfully on its way out. Either that or I'm just getting too old to keep up with the kids these days, which I'm inclined to think is probably true.
GRWM is certainly the tiniest map the franchise has ever seen. It's barely big enough to stand in, let alone walk around, and has a dedicated playlist for those who just want to lose a few brain cells instead of tryharding to win or do well in the other modes. Of course, small maps are very popular in Call of Duty, as proven time and again by small rotations and playlists involving Shipment, Nuketown, and other closed-space locales, so you won't be surprised to hear that GRWM is already up there among the more popular modes today.
It's a free-for-all, as that mode contains fewer players than most others, and even with the reduced count, it's complete mayhem. I'd say frag grenades are a must here, provided you can survive long enough to throw them, as the delayed explosion is almost guaranteed to catch a player or three, especially if they are just about to respawn.
I love small maps as much as the next guy, and I sincerely hope this exquisite brainrot remains in the game forever. Sometimes you just want to hop into a match without having any thoughts in your head, witness a few explosions and some limbs flying around you, and promptly leave to get a good night's rest. With how small and chaotic it is, GRWM is probably the best map for this, even if its balance is completely out of whack.

Crimson Desert launched to a lot of criticism and hate, but managed to turn the tide and eventually sell over four million copies, officially enshrining itself in video game history as a certified smash hit.
Though its incredible success is something to genuinely be studied, considering how it got there, many players feel daunted by its big $70 price tag, despite how much content it offers at that cost. In light of that, many wonder if it'll ever come to the Xbox Game Pass service, as so many games out there have.
So, here's everything we know.
Is Crimson Desert on Game Pass? Everything we know
At the time of writing, no, Crimson Desert is not available on the Xbox Game Pass, nor has there been any announcement about its potential release. This is primarily because Pearl Abyss, the studio behind Crimson Desert, is separate from Microsoft and isn't either an official partner or a subsidiary of that company.
With Pearl Abyss being fully independent from any major publisher, we can expect Crimson Desert to spend many moons on its own, sold across all platforms, including Xbox Series S and X. It has sold over four million copies since it launched on March 19 and is only going to keep growing, much as its user review scores have grown since their initial lukewarm state.
However, there are strong precedents in the gaming industry for third-party titles to eventually make their way to the Xbox Game Pass. Titles like Cyberpunk 2077 and Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, neither of which was made by a major first-party Xbox studio, did eventually get added to the service's top tier as huge selling points, probably earning their respective publishers a good chunk of change as well as boosting Microsoft's own subscription model.
Cyberpunk 2077 was added to Game Pass on March 10, over five years after its initial launch, while KCD2 came out a week earlier, just a little over a year since first coming out. We can see a huge discrepancy between studios choosing to be featured on Game Pass, though we could justify that with Cyberpunk's long recovery journey, which first had to absolve it of its horrible release. If we go by these examples, we could perhaps expect Crimson Desert to be included with Game Pass by early 2027, if not later.
Furthermore, I would also be more inclined to think it'll come to PlayStation Plus or be packaged with some PlayStation deal, as there are no doubt strong links between Sony and Pearl Abyss. The latter's reliance on the PC market, especially when it comes to MMOs, could lean it toward Microsoft and its Windows-based service, though that remains uncertain.
As things stand, you're going to have to purchase the game on consoles or on Steam, and that should remain as such for the foreseeable future.

Games of chance are, by their very nature, addictive. Just like you keep scrolling on your phone day in and day out, expecting something exciting to come up after a dozen AI-generated slop clips, gambling drives you to repeatedly engage with it in anticipation of that one big win.
When combined with roguelike mechanics, which are also based on chance, randomization, and expectations, the result is rather interesting, as we've seen time and again with games like Balatro and Clover Pit. You never know what your next slot pull will bring or which jokers the store will contain. Every match is different, every pull another stroke of luck, and that's enough for your brain to start firing neurons left and right to encourage you to give it another go.
And, of course, more of the same is always welcome, as this new gambling roguelike, RACCOIN: Coin Pusher, proves. Though not based on traditional gambling games like slot machines and poker, RACCOIN is nevertheless tied to one of the most lucrative gambling machines out there—coin pushers. No matter how old you are or where you come from in the world, chances are you have tried one of these machines that lure you in with piles of coins, making you think that your nickel is going to be the one to push them all out into the box.
But RACCOIN doesn't just make use of the addictive nature of coin pushers in general. Where this game truly shines is how it uses visual and audio effects to make every score and positive outcome you get that much more appealing. The sound of the coins dropping and getting tallied to your total score, the effects of the special coins firing everywhere and throwing the pile into the air, the random spinning wheels that appear every now and again to reward you with extra cash—all of that comes together to really elevate the experience, which, as I've already said, is already addictive by nature.
It's a well-designed game, one whose developers certainly learned what does and doesn't work in a title of this kind and looked at other successful games in the genre like Balatro, determining that it is style as much as gameplay that makes this subgenre tick.
It's already making the rounds and is bound to become more popular still, so if you haven't already, I suggest you give it a shot. If you liked Balatro, you will almost certainly stick around for a few rounds here, guaranteed.

Remember Netflix watch parties on the Xbox 360? No? Oh, so you were born after the turn of the century. I see.
Those were the days, y'all. They've largely been replaced by Discord video call screen-sharing parties, but Marvel Rivals is trying to do something similar and fun with the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and I think it's got amazing potential.
From April 2 to 15, players can log in to the Times Square social space in Marvel Rivals to watch the first two episodes of Wonder Man, one of Marvel's latest TV shows on Disney Plus. There will be two screenings a day during this period for people to view the show, at 2pm CT and then again at 10pm CT.
I really think this is awesome. Marvel (and Disney) clearly sees that Rivals is a big hit and a good vessel to onboard players into other parts of its IP, like the MCU and shows like Wonder Man. If successful, this could mean more watch parties in the future, and with some bigger shows or even MCU movies once they're available.
Marvel Rivals' MCU celebration continues throughout the year with periodic content drops leading up to Avengers: Doomsday in December, and it begins soon with an asymmetrical mode where one player is Loki and the rest are Avengers, inspired by the original Marvel's Avengers from 2012. This Wonder Man promo just furthers the idea that Disney and Marvel see big potential in the game and what it could bring to the brand.
If they choose to do so, Disney and Marvel could allow NetEase to screen anything on Disney Plus or anything in Marvel's giant back catalog, like classic cartoons, or previous seasons of shows getting a new premiere. X-Men '97, anyone?
I personally haven't had time to watch Wonder Man (and I only recently resubscribed to Disney Plus for Daredevil: Born Again season two), but critic and user reviews both speak quite highly of it. I may hop on Rivals tomorrow to see what the experience in the game is like while giving a gander at the show.
The special Times Square limited screening in Marvel Rivals begins tomorrow on all platforms, so if you're curious about Wonder Man, like me, it's worth checking out.

This article is written in partnership with GIGABYTE. Check out the MO27Q2A here.
GIGABYTE's MO27Q2A is not positioned as an experimental OLED showcase. It's designed as a high-refresh, game-first display built around how modern PC games are actually played.
With a 27-inch QHD QD-OLED panel, 280Hz refresh rate, and 0.03ms response time, the monitor targets players who split their time between competitive shooters, fast-paced action games, and visually demanding AAA titles. The focus is not on isolated specifications, but on how those specs translate directly into gameplay behavior.
Built for Competitive FPS: Where Every Frame Matters
In games like Counter-Strike 2, Valorant, Apex Legends, and Overwatch 2, the MO27Q2A's strengths are immediately tied to mechanical gameplay.
In practical terms, the monitor is built to reduce the visual uncertainty that often appears in high-speed engagements.
👉 The goal is not to make games look different
Battle Royale and Tactical Games: Visibility Becomes a Gameplay Advantage
In larger-scale games such as Call of Duty: Warzone, Escape from Tarkov, and PUBG, OLED contrast plays a more tactical role.
QD-OLED's ability to deliver true blacks changes how environments are perceived:
This directly affects decision-making speed in survival-based gameplay, where spotting a target first often determines the outcome of a fight.
AAA and Open-World Games: Smoothness Without Sacrificing Visual Depth
For single-player and open-world titles such as Cyberpunk 2077, Red Dead Redemption 2, and Elden Ring, the MO27Q2A shifts focus from competitive clarity to immersion.
OLED characteristics enhance:
At 1440p, the display also maintains a performance-friendly balance, allowing modern GPUs to sustain high frame rates without compromising visual quality.
👉 This makes the monitor equally viable for competitive and cinematic gaming sessions
Game-Centered Features That Actually Matter in Play
Beyond panel performance, GIGABYTE integrates features designed around real gameplay scenarios:
These features are not cosmetic—they are designed to reduce distraction and improve consistency during active gameplay.
System Design and Long Session Stability
To support extended gaming sessions, the MO27Q2A integrates:
This allows the monitor to remain consistent not only in short competitive sessions, but also in long-form gaming such as RPGs or marathon multiplayer sessions.
Connectivity for Modern Gaming Setups
The display supports:
This makes it suitable for players who switch between PC, console, and productivity setups.
Conclusion: A Monitor Designed Around Gameplay Behavior
The MO27Q2A does not try to redefine OLED—it refines how OLED is used in gaming contexts.
Across genres, its strengths remain consistent:
Rather than targeting benchmark extremes, GIGABYTE positions the MO27Q2A as a practical high-refresh OLED display built around real gameplay scenarios.

If you were scared of big cats then the Feiopars in Lethal Company are your worst nightmare. This feline foe is tired of chasing around Manticoils. An unsuspecting bipedal meal is exactly what the Feiopar needs, but getting it is tough when Company employees know exactly how this v80 entity works.
Here's how to deal with the Feiopar in Lethal Company v80 beta.
Table of contents
Where to find Feiopars in Lethal Company
Though they're somewhat hard to find, the Feiopar spawns exclusively on the forest moons. These are Adamance, March, and Vow. This creature needs a dense forest biome to use as camouflage as it is a stalking entity, similar to the Bracken. Unlike the Tulip Snake or Giant Sapsucker, the Feiopar has a rarer spawn chance of appearing. Unless you're visiting Adamance, you should run into Feiopars by themselves, rather than dealing with multiple species at once. This is because forest moons are either a threat level C or B, making them an easier exterior to manage than habitats with Eyeless Dogs, Forest Keepers, and Old Birds.
Feiopar behavior
The Feiopar is a stalking entity that works similarly to the Bracken, though its rules are far simpler. This panther-looking creature typically spawns alone. Audio is crucial with understanding how the Feiopar works. You will likely hear it before seeing it. The Feiopar growls when it's nearby, utilizing the surrounding trees to dip and dive between to try and hide from you as it inches closer. The goal is to get close enough that it can pounce, but it won't if you keep noticing it.
Feiopars have one attack and that's to use its claws and lunge at you. This attack doesn't last nearly as long as the Sapsucker's, but it can kill you incredibly fast. Just like Bracken, the Feiopar hates being looked at. If you approach it fast, sees what you're doing as aggressive, or if you attempt to attack it, the Feiopar will retreat into the canopy by climbing the nearest tree. It will then leap from tree to tree, moving away from the player until they lose sight of it.
The cycle repeats until it's confident you've forgotten about or lost it. Only then will it slowly approach by hiding behind trees until it is close enough to pounce. The Feiopar can and will jump on you if you're standing directly underneath the tree it is currently posted up in. If you haven't heard the Feiopar's growls, look out for its glowing green eyes and movement behind the treeline.
Solutions to dealing with the Feiopar in Lethal Company
The Feiopar is only aggressive to oblivious employees. It cannot and will not attack if it knows you are looking directly at it. Approaching it slowly or keeping it within your line of sight (but not directly on it) will be seen as an invitation to attack. You must intimidate the Feiopar to keep it away. Running at one, shining a light directly at it, or confidently walking towards a Feiopar hiding behind a tree will force it to climb and flee. So, be on the lookout and try not to stand still. Listen to its growls to tell you when its within a five-meter range from your location.
Act aggressive when you see the Feiopar as if you were trying to intimidate and appear strong in front of a Grizzly Bear. The Feiopar is less likely to attack people in groups and actively pursues isolated humans that appear "weak." Though the Feiopar can submerge in shallow water, it seems to be scared of the Flashlight and won't enter the ship. It will however, get super aggressive and move fast if you camp the ship's roof so avoid standing on this when one spawns in.
Forcing the Feiopar to retreat into the trees, then going in the opposite direction from where it went will give you time to move between the ship and main entrance. Make sure you only approach the Feiopar confidently and aggressively to force it into the trees, after which you shouldn't stand underneath any you suspect a Feiopar might be hiding in. Finally, you can charge and whack the entity three times with the Shovel right before it climbs a tree. That way there's no risk of activating its pounce attack.

I know, I know. Another Pokémon Pokopia creation that wows you and also kind of makes you mad because it's so ridiculously creative and fun, and you don't have a modicum of that imagination.
Just me? No? Either way, this latest and greatest creation is from Japanese YouTuber Emoki, and it's perfect. I've seen numerous videos of people building wild things in Pokopia, like 1:1 recreations of the Kanto region from Pokémon Red and Blue, massive Minecraft-like pixel creations, and everything in between. But this one is special.
Emoki has somehow taken the time, energy, and resources to attempt to faithfully recreate Resident Evil's Raccoon City. And their video showing it all off is just as fun and creative, as they use the game's photo view to walk through their zombie Poképocalypse, like giving a grand tour.
They recreated several iconic locations from Raccoon City, seen in Resident Evil 2 and Resident Evil 3, such as the subway, city center, power plant, Jack's Bar, underground labs, and, of course, the Raccoon City Police Department (R.P.D.), which has been fleshed out as much as anything.
Of course, Pokémon are roaming around PokéRaccoon City like zombies, or the monsters that they are (very few are actually pocket-sized). The video is a jovial way to spend 19 minutes of watching creativity and fun IPs coming together for something unique.
The attention to detail is awesome, and as a gamer in their late 30s who grew up with both of these franchises, I can't help but be in awe of the time and effort it must've taken to create it. It also angers me because I will never be able to create anything close to this in the game, or any game, really.
It's fitting that both Resident Evil and Pokémon are celebrating their 30th anniversaries this year, and that both Pokopia and Resident Evil Requiem are still doing the damn thing as two of the best games so far this year.
This amalgamation by Emoki feels like a wonderful way to celebrate it that doesn't turn the creatures into horrifying zombified versions of their cute selves. But I also kinda wanna see that now, too.

It appears that open-world games that are potentially hundreds of hours long need a bit of time to really flesh out after all.
Pearl Abyss announced last night that Crimson Desert has passed four million copies sold in less than two weeks. That's a fantastic accomplishment, and from all accounts, it's well deserved. I haven't played the game myself, but sentiment has changed a lot in just a couple of weeks, and it's been fascinating to see from the outside looking in.
The conversation around Crimson Desert has done almost a full 180 since the review scores began dropping a few days prior to launch. The game's reviews were spotty, mixed across the board, with some scoring it perfectly while other outlets gave it some very negative ratings (you can read Destructoid's review here). Pearl Abyss's stock actually dipped because of it, before quickly rising after sales numbers came in.
The change in temperature about Crimson Desert has been due in large part to word of mouth from players who dived into the game and saw that it only got better with time. The game is massive and is a large time investment, which isn't for everybody. But for those who let the game get its claws into them, the love is real, as evidenced by user scores and reviews across multiple platforms.
But also, a lot of the credit must be given to Pearl Abyss. Crimson Desert had some glaring flaws at launch, and a number of rapid-fire updates have fixed a lot of those issues, most notably issues with controls, performance, new fast travel points, and a lot more. The game also had a controversy surrounding AI-generated art that Pearl Abyss said was left in the game accidentally, but those have already been replaced. Several issues noted by reviewers have since been fixed or tweaked, and in such a quick period of time that it feels almost unmanageable.
Crimson Desert's quick updates must be commended, but I also hope that there's not too much crunch happening at the studio to make them happen. Either way, four million copies for this game make it one of the most successful titles of the year, and will probably remain so throughout 2026, especially as even more copies are sold as players continue to talk about their experience.
People are building armies of cats. There are jetpacks, dragons and mech suits. The combat gets better as you level up and unlock abilities. There's a lot to dig into (more than I personally can manage, which is why I've steered clear), but in just a few short weeks, players have found that there's a ton of fun to be had if you wish to find it. And most of the fun is now more accessible thanks to timely and important updates.
And for that, we now have one of 2026's feel-good stories in gaming so far. Hopefully, it should be a lesson to the industry that a rocky start does not mean much if developers are given the tools and grace needed to bring a vision to life.

To earn all of the prizes available in the Easter Eggstravaganza event, you need to complete some special duties associated with it. One of these tasks is Spring Taste Test, and it's a tough one to finish since you're only given this name and no other additional information.
Trying to solve this one on your own is a struggle since there's a lot to do in the event. It's much more doable once you know what needs to be done, so if you're stuck on this one, here's how to complete Spring Taste Test in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Table of contents
Spring Taste Test duty in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To finish the Spring Taste Test duty for the Easter Eggstravaganza event, eat all three special spring meals, including Spring Chocolate, Spring Mimosa Eggs, and Spring Egg Bowl. You need to cook each dish so you can consume it, although you can also get an already cooked Spring Chocolate by tackling the That's Not Where Eggs Come From! duty.
All three recipes require you to get Eggs from around the village before you can cook them. You also need a couple of additional staple ingredients unrelated to the event, all of which can be obtained from around the valley.
How to make all Spring Taste Test recipes in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Here are the full recipes for all three dishes you need to consume for the Spring Taste Test duty.
Eggs are only obtainable during the event, but the rest of the ingredients can be obtained from around the valley. The three additional ingredients you need are Sugarcane, Basil, and Cocoa Beans. You can grow Sugarcane yourself, harvest Basil from the wild around the Peaceful Meadow biome, and get Cocoa Beans from Cacao Trees.
Once you have all three meals made for the Spring Taste Test duty, open your personal inventory. Locate one of the three dishes and select the "Eat" option. Repeat this process for the other two meals to fully finish this quest. You can consume them whenever you like, but it's a good idea to try to make sure your energy bar isn't full before eating, so you can gain some useful energy buffs from these three recipes.
Spring Taste Test reward in Disney Dreamlight Valley
You get one reward for completing the Spring Taste Test, which is the Spring Tableware item. This is a furniture decoration you can place on most surfaces or the ground. It's a great item to use for spring spaces and also a fun detail for DreamSnaps submissions.
You can earn plenty of other Easter Eggstravaganza event rewards, so be sure to tackle all other event tasks to grab them while you can. If you're not sure what to work on next, consider completing the Eggs-ceptional Decorating duty, navigating through the Bunnies on the Run quest, and getting all Eggstravaganza Eggs.

The Easter Eggstravaganza event has lots of special quests you can tackle to earn exclusive prizes. One of the tougher duties to complete is That's Not Where Eggs Come From!, but it has some of the best event rewards and is absolutely worth finishing.
This task doesn't give you any direction beyond its name, so figuring out what needs to be done is fairly tricky. If you're stuck on this quest, here's how to complete the That's Not Where Eggs Come From! duty in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Table of contents
That's Not Where Eggs Come From! duty in Disney Dreamlight Valley
As the name of the That's Not Where Eggs Come From! task hints, you need to acquire eggs from somewhere unexpected, specifically, by harvesting a total of 100 Spring V-EGG-etables to complete it. There are four stages to this task, with four goals to get done throughout it.
The first asks you to get 10, then 30, then 60, and finally, 100 Spring V-EGG-etables. Since the end goal is 100, it's best to just focus on this part of the mission, as you'll naturally check off the rest along the way by doing so. Each level grants you a unique prize.
How to get Spring V-EGG-etables in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Spring V-EGG-etables must be crafted, planted, watered, and harvested from a V-EGG-etable Seed to be obtained. The process for acquiring them is a bit tricky, so here's a breakdown of the exact steps you need to follow.
That's Not Where Eggs Come From! rewards in Disney Dreamlight Valley
There are four rewards you can earn as you make progress through the That's Not Where Eggs Come From! duty. Three of them are exclusively obtainable through this task, but the Spring Chocolate prize isn't and can be cooked outside of this.
You earn rewards at various stages throughout the That's Not Where Eggs Come From! quest since it's such a large undertaking to complete. Here are all of the prizes this task offers and how many Spring V-EGG-etables you need to get each one.
There are plenty of other Easter Eggstravaganza event rewards you can earn in addition to these ones, so be sure to tackle everything this event features to claim all available prizes. The Easter Eggstravaganza event has other tricky tasks to complete, so it's best to get started on them as soon as possible to ensure you're able to fully finish the event before it ends.
If you don't get this task done while the event is live from April 1 to 21, you can work on it after, as long as you have the supplies to do so. You need to make a lot of seeds to grow Spring V-EGG-etables, though, so getting it done while the event is active is generally the best way to go. If you miss out, the event will return around the same time in 2027 to give you another shot at completing it.

Bridger Western lets you combine some powerful stand options with guns for some ranged JoJo meets Red Dead Redemption action. Most of the stands are quite good in PVP and it's mostly about skill, aim and positioning. But some stands have a higher power potential so here's my Bridger Western stand tier list.
Table of contents
Bridger Western Best Stand Ranked
It's hard to outline the best stand in Bridger Western since most stands have high damage barrages and powerful stun moves. This is why almost all stands are really good and even those without barrages can be strong with the right gun combination. That's why this tier list assumes all stands can be good depending on skill and playstyle but tries to rank their individual power potential and flexibility. Here's a quick tier breakdown before we dive into individual stand ranking explanations:

Once you've checked out the Trello and Wiki the Discord is the best place to go to next. It's the community HUB for the game which helps you keep track of the latest announcements, updates, patch logs, etc. You never know when your favorite guns, stands and other mechanics might get buffed, nerfed or changed.
The Discord is also full of other fun channels like Sneak-Peaks, videos by content creators, chats and forums where you can ask experienced players specific questions, etc. Best of all, it's where Giveaways for the game are hosted so you can win free goodies. Last but not least, if Codes ever come out the Discord will be the first place where they get posted.

The annual Eggstravaganza has returned yet again to Disney Dreamlight Valley, bringing plenty of spring festivities with it. One of the key tasks you can tackle in this event is Bunnies on the Run, a special mission presented by Wall-E.
There are only a couple of quests available in this event, and completing them is crucial for getting your hands on some key items. If you're having trouble with this one, here's how to complete Bunnies on the Run in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Table of contents
Bunnies on the Run quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Your main goal in the Bunnies on the Run quest is to find and catch five white Bunnies around the Plaza biome while the Eggstravaganza event is active. This is a special, weekly event quest you can trigger by chatting with Wall-E anytime from April 1 to 21. It can be repeated once per week to earn quite an array of rewards.
Compared to most quests you face in DDV, this one is fairly simple. To get it done, you simply need to:
Outside of this event quest, Bunnies can only be found in the Peaceful Meadow region. Squirrels are the critters that call the Plaza biome home, so it can be a bit confusing heading to the Plaza to search for Rabbits when they aren't typically found there. For the purposes of this mission, though, the Plaza is the only spot you can hunt for them.
How to catch the Bunnies running around the Plaza in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To catch the Bunnies running around the Plaza for Wall-E in the Bunnies on the Run quest, you need to sprint around the Plaza until you catch up with each Rabbit. All five Rabbits are small, white critters. As soon as you're close to one, press the button that appears next to the word "Check" to officially catch one.
This button is E on PC, but otherwise varies by platform. Luckily, it's always displayed on screen once you're close enough to a Bunny to catch them. All Rabbits are quite fast and typically move around this region swiftly. If you're having trouble catching up with them, consider eating some food so you can glide around more quickly.
The Bunnies can wander around anywhere in the Plaza, which means they might be tough to spot if you have a lot of buildings and other decorations situated around the area. Be sure to check in all corners, even ones you can't reach, to make sure they're not hiding there. Sometimes, standing still and slowly panning the camera around you is the best way to find them, as they're constantly on the move and a bit easier to locate when you're still.
