Shueisha announced a new manga series called Nice Prison is now available in Weekly Shonen Jump. The first chapter debuted on April 20, 2025. It's from Tatsuya Suganuma, who hasn't worked on too many series beyond a four-koma original just yet. It is available in English via both MangaPlus and Viz Media.
Nice Prison stars Horo Mitsuboshi, who has been a Super Model Prisoner at Nobana-shi Prison for three years. He's used as an example to others to follow rules, stay in line, and serve their time peacefully. He "works" alongside Tera Adachi, a newly appointed guard at the prison who is following in her father's footsteps. However, she finds all of the guards there are terrible at her job, and the prisoners are doing ridiculous things like recreating the upside-down Spider-Man kiss, blowing bubbles, treating guards like they're dogs having hair cuts at a groomer, and doing aerial yoga. It's then that Horo appears and everyone suddenly falls in line.
Mitsuboshi then confirms his mom gave birth to him in prison. When he heard what happened to Nobana-shi, he decided to purposely get himself arrested and thrown in there to make it a better place. After learning what caused the facility to go downhill, Mitsuboshi and Adachi head out to face the major criminal behind the problems.
The first chapter of Nice Prison is available now, and the second chapter of the new Weekly Shonen Jump manga will debut on April 27, 2025. The first three chapters will be available for free, as will the six latest chapters according to MangaPlus.

Riot Games has finally announced the arrival of Valorant Mobile. The devs have confirmed they will start with China and then expand to other parts of the world.
Here's everything you need to know about how to pre-register for Valorant Mobile, which is releasing in China.
Table of contents
How to pre-register for Valorant Mobile that's coming out in China?
Valorant Mobile will start off with China before the global launch happens. Since you need to pre-register to get access at first, you must follow a specific method to get the job done.
Follow the steps below to pre-register for the mobile counterpart of the popular first-person shooter:
The devs have confirmed that all the participating players will receive limited edition player cards as rewards.
Riot has partnered with LIGHTSPEED STUDIOS (the same studio behind PUBG Mobile and UNDAWN) to bring Valorant to handheld devices, allowing you to play the game on the go via your daily drivers.
Can players outside of China pre-register for Valorant Mobile?
At the time of writing, only players from China are eligible to pre-register for Valorant Mobile. Fans from the rest of the world need to wait for Riot to officially bring the game to their regions.
Valorant has been a massive success ever since it was launched on PC in 2020, and later for consoles in 2024. According to tracker.gg, Riot's first-person shooter pulled in 18,938,801 players on PC alone in March 2025, and combining the total player count on all platforms, it is a lot higher.
So, there's no doubt Valorant Mobile will attract a huge playerbase too, as that market is still untapped. PUBG Mobile has seen huge success, and it's expected that the upcoming release on mobile phones will pull off a similar stunt.

Venture into the vast Ashenfall, where you'll meet the intriguing NPC Vannaka, who'll send you on the Dog Days adventure. Discover how to begin and complete this RuneScape: Dragonwilds quest with step-by-step details on locating the hidden Garou Camp along your journey.
Table of contents
How to start the Dog Days quest in RS: Dragonwilds
Meet up with Vannaka in the Stormtouched Highlands, which is at the center of this RuneScape: Dragonwilds region.
![]()
When approaching this area, you'll see Vannaka stationed by a campsite, allowing you to begin the Dog Days quest. He'll ask you to search for a Garou camp "beneath giant wyvern bones." Doing so will help him learn more about the Garou's ritual practices, tying into his family's long history with these foes.
![]()
Before heading out to the Garou camp, you can travel further in the Stormtouched Highlands to gather the rare Dragon Tooth. This item is crucial for the last Primary Quest of the game, saving you a trip later on.
How to complete the Dog Days quest in RS: Dragonwilds
You can continue speaking with Vannaka to explore his fascination with the Garou's rituals and uncover more details about the Dog Days quest. Or, if you're eager to get started, you can already find one of the mission's key locations nearby.
Garou Camp location
Head towards the west side of the quest start location to discover the Garou camp underneath the large bones.
![]()
You must look for the Ritual of Purification book, which will be on top of a crate.
![]()
Read it to reveal the location of the Garou king, whom you must defeat to progress further in the Dog Days quest.
How to find and defeat the Garou King
You can find the Garou King at the top of the summit, marked at the Stormtouched Highlands fortress.
![]()
To reach this area, you must cast the Windstep spell (higher jumps) to cross the broken bridge.
![]()
Once you've gotten across, I highly suggest placing a Lodestone for a fast travel point. There are a lot of enemies here, and you may get killed a few times. Travel all the way to the top of this domain to battle the Garou King. Be careful; this boss is of Level 5 difficulty, so it's crucial to prepare yourself with high-tier gear and weapons.
The Crystal Bow proved the most helpful for me, eliminating the King with its powerful Shattershot. Ensure that the King's Token is picked up from his fallen body, allowing you to bring it to Vannaka for more information.
How to complete the Ritual of Purification
The time has finally come to complete the Ritual of Purification on the King's Token. Here are the materials you need to conquer this feat:
All ritual items can be found at the Stormtouched Highlands, either from the Rams or the Wild Lapulis Vines. You should already have the King's Token via the quest item tab of your inventory. Even if you die, the token will always be available here, regardless of whether you've interacted with your previous tomb. Now, walk over to the Lougrim's Shrine, across from King Garou's fortress. Interact with the shrine and select "Perform the Ritual of Purification" to receive the Purified King's Totem.
![]()
Return to Vannaka to give him the purified token, and he'll reward you with the Garou Highborn's Cloak, completing the Dog Days quest in RuneScape: Dragonwilds. This gear boasts +2 Melee Damage, Ranged Defence, and Magic Defence, similar to the cloak from the Goblin Diplomacy mission.

The Shock Bulb, also known as the Shocking Plant Bulb, is a rare and mysterious item in RuneScape: Dragonwilds. Its crackling energy and vibrant glow make it a highly sought-after find. If you're hunting for this electrified plant, you're in the right place—we'll show you how to get it.
Table of contents
Where to find Shock Bulbs in RS: Dragonwilds
To farm Shock Bulbs in RuneScape: Dragonwilds, make your way to the Stormtouched Highlands and take down Wild Lapulis Vines. These aggressive plants are scattered throughout the area, and with some exploration, you'll find them fast. For precise hunting, I've highlighted known locations in red circles on the map:
![]()
At first, these plants stay curled inside their tough shells, slightly blending into the terrain. When you get close, they emerge and shift into a defensive stance, ready to strike. Watch out for two key attacks: a ground strike and an electrical long-range blast. Keep your distance and use a bow. This gives you the speed and space to dodge when the moment hits.
![]()
Given that the creatures lie in the Stormtouched Highlands, you'll have to be mindful of the lightning strikes that frequently appear. If you need some extra defense, prepare yourself with any Wardstones or healing potions. Once you've eliminated a Wild Laplis Vine, approach it to gather the Shocking Plant Bulb.
What to do with Shock Bulbs in RS: Dragonwilds
The Shock Bulbs are a part of the Dog Days quest, where you must obtain three of them to satisfy a ritual. You'll likely encounter several Wild Laplis Vines while participating in this mission, so be sure to take them down for future use. However, you will need other materials, including the King's Token and Ram Horns.
![]()
Besides the quest, Shock Bulbs can be used in meal recipes. For instance, you can utilize it for Meat Pizza, one of the best meals in RuneScape: Dragonwilds. You must gather two Shocking Plant Bulbs, nine Raw Bestial Meat, nine Raw Rat Meat, and six Onions to make the entire recipe. In return, you'll get a buff that offers resistance to the bleed effect, helping you survive longer.
Shock Bulbs may appear in other recipes that offer valuable buffs, but the Dog Days and Meat Pizza seem to be the most effective uses for them. Those on the search for rarer items in RuneScape: Dragonwilds can check out our guides on how to get Blightwood and Swamp Thread.
