ARC Raiders, being a live-service always-online title, can and will suffer server issues from time to time.
So, if you are experiencing errors like "ARC Raiders online services are currently unavailable," here's how you can make sure it isn't just your connection messing up.
The servers are having connection issues on Nov. 2, and Embark has already acknowledged the issue at hand. There's no ETA on when the problem at hand will be fixed, so it could take a fair bit of time.

Currently, there is no official way to check the direct status of ARC Raiders' servers, but developer Embark Studios maintains a high level of communication with players, utilizing official channels like X and Discord to signal to players if something is wrong on the back end.
For example, Embark posted on Discord in the evening on Nov. 2, saying that the studio had "implemented a login queue as a temporary measure in order to mitigate issues related to forming parties and using voice channels which will make your matchmaking longer than usual."
"We are sorry for the disruption and we are humbled to see so many of you jumping into the game to the point that we need to temporarily limit the amount of players we can let back Topside," Embark said.
Outside of official channels, you can utilize tools like Technobezz's dedicated ARC Raiders downdetector-esque status checker to see if players are reporting issues or outages.
At the moment, some players are experiencing the "Online services are currently unavailable" error when trying to log in to the game, which could indicate issues on the game's side. To ensure it isn't your own connection messing up, do the following check-ups on your machine:
All in all, server crashes are a waiting game that usually resolves itself, and even if there isn't an official way to check up on them, it's likely going to get fixed pretty soon.

Whenever we get a super-popular multiplayer game, server issues tend to arise. One way to mitigate them is to put players in a queue, allowing them into the game in waves and batches to ensure the servers don't suffer critical blows.
ARC Raiders is no exception, with some players reporting that they've been placed "In Queue" when trying to launch the game, making it so they cannot go Topside, rearrange their inventory, or even take care of their chicken.
Here is everything you need to know about what this server queue means.
What does the "In Queue" message mean in ARC Raiders?
If you've encountered the "In Queue" message when trying to launch ARC Raiders, chances are that the servers are suffering critical issues and are not allowing players into the game. The queue is not specific and does not reveal what your position is in it, leading to the assumption that there probably is no queue but rather a full stoppage of players joining the game.
The message began appearing en masse on Nov. 2, coinciding with large numbers of players reporting they could not join the game. On the official Discord server, the game's developers acknowledged issues with the back-end, which appear to be regional but are nevertheless affecting a lot of people.
"The team has implemented a login queue as a temporary measure in order to mitigate issues related to forming parties and using voice channels which will make your matchmaking longer than usual," Embark Studios said on the game's Discord server at 4:16pm CT on Nov. 2. "For those of you still running into issues, please keep us posted. The team continues to investigate."
If you wish, you could leave the game open and wait it out, or come back at a later time after it's been fixed, but it's unclear when that may be.

This particular server queue issue will likely not be confined to one incident. Whenever there may be server issues in the future, or a deluge of players trying to log in all at once like after an update or content drop, the server queue may be implemented yet again.

The Blue Gate map's Village area has a closed door that requires a particular key for you to open it in ARC Raiders, and obtaining it can be a challenging task.
The Blue Gate Village key is one of the many items that's not related to a quest. This increases the difficulty in obtaining the key, as you'll have to rely on your luck. This guide will help to raise your chances of success, and also discuss where you can use the Village key to obtain more loot.

How to get the Blue Gate Village key in ARC Raiders
The Blue Gate Village key, like so many other keys in the game, can be found in residential areas. The exact area will be based on your luck and map rotation. The best spots to look are the marked areas on the screenshot below.
I managed to find it in Ruby Residence. There's a cabinet on the second floor of the building, which is an excellent source for all kinds of keys in general. If the key isn't there, try looking in the Research and Administration and Research building.
If you don't find the key over there either, you'll need to wait for the map to rotate. These places are also great for getting other Blue Gate keys that allow you to access the Confiscation Room and the Communications Tower.
How to use the Blue Gate Village key in ARC Raiders
The Village is situated in the western part of the map, and you'll have to go to the marked position. Once you reach there, you'll find a massive door that opens with the key. Go inside, and you'll have plenty of items to loot. It's a high-tier loot area, so you can find some fantastic items to add to your inventory.
