It's that time of year, everyone. Disney Dreamlight Valley's Winter events are back, with wrapping paper and festive fish making their grand returns. If you didn't get a chance to find these fish last year, you have another chance to in 2025.
The Festive Fish are only around for a short time, so finding them while you can is crucial if you want to tackle all parts of the Gift of Giving event. Here are all the Festive Fish you can catch and where to find them in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Table of contents
All Festive fish locations in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Disney Dreamlight Valley's 2025 Gift of Giving event features five festive fish you can find. You'll catch each fish by visiting certain biomes and looking for the special red and green circles in the water.
Two of the fish featured in this event can only be caught under certain conditions, while the rest can be found at any time. Be sure to avoid the regular white, orange, and blue bubble spots, as they will always give you normal fish instead.
Below is every festive fish and the locations you can visit to find each one.
Rather than fishing in white, blue, or orange circles like usual, you'll need to look out for sparkling red and green spots in the water. Aside from the changed color palette, the appearance and minigame that follows is the exact same.
Nonetheless, you're not guaranteed to find a fishing spot every time you check one of these biomes. They're not as rare as the Here and There fish, but they're still tough to encounter sometimes. If you're having trouble finding each fish, catch some from other circles and wait for more to respawn before repeating the process. Eventually, one of the circles will be red and green, signaling you're about to get your first festive fish.
The two toughest fish to find are the Festive Fugu and the Festive Anglerfish. For the Fugu, you'll need to fish at Dazzle Beach while it's raining. Weather is unpredictable and random in DDV, so you'll just have to hope luck is on your side with this one. For the Anglerfish, you must venture into the Forgotten Lands in the evening or very early morning within the small window of between 6pm and 5am.
How to complete Even Fish Are Festive in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To complete the Even Fish Are Festive duty in DDV, you need to catch all five Festive Fish. This is a decently tough task, as two of them are fairly difficulty to find since you have to wait for certain weather and fish within a specific timeframe.
Successfully finishing this task unlocks a Santa Hat you can wear to match the Festive Fish. It's a pretty fun item, especially if you enjoy holiday clothing and decorations, so be sure to earn it while you can.

Star Path events sometimes ask you to take pictures with certain items, characters, or locations around the village in Disney Dreamlight Valley. One such task you may encounter challenges you to take one photo with a non-talking snowman.
It can be a bit tricky to figure out what this task is referring to, but luckily, it's a fairly easy one to get done once you know what you're looking for. If you're struggling to solve what this task is asking of you, here's how to take one photo with a non-talking snowman in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Table of contents
What is a non-talking snowman in Disney Dreamlight Valley?
A non-talking snowman for the Winter Warmth Star Path event is any craftable snowman you can make and place around the valley, which includes the Haughty Snowman, Snow Kid, Snow Lady, and Classic Snowman. Snapping a picture with Olaf doesn't count for this task, as he's a talking snowman rather than a non-talking one.
Each snowman has a unique set of required materials, so here's what you need to make each one.
If you already have a crafted snowman, you don't need to make a new one. Simply place it down anywhere you like so you may get to work on this mission. Another duty in this event does ask you to craft a snowman, though, so you will still need to make one at some point if you're hoping to earn as many event Tokens as possible.
Take one photo with a non-talking snowman in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To complete the take one photo with a non-talking snowman task, you need to snap one picture that includes a crafted snowman. To do so, you'll need to place one of the four qualified snowmen down somewhere around your villager, equip your phone from the Royal Tool wheel, and take a picture that has the snowman in frame.
Successfully completing this task gets you a whopping 50 Tokens to spend in the event. This is a massive prize for a duty that requires fairly minimal work, so it's certainly worth tackling. If you still need more Tokens to claim the prizes you're after, there are plenty of other missions you can complete, like digging for special crystals underground, cooking a fairly fancy dinner, and selling snowman building material.

Star Path events are filled with all kinds of vague missions you need to tackle to earn Tokens in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Usually, these duties aren't too hard, but their wording can be confusing, as is the case with the collect itty bitty rocks quest.
Since the only information you're given for this task is to find some small rocks, it can be pretty tricky figuring out what you need to do. If this duty has you stumped, here's how to collect itty bitty rocks in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
Table of contents
What are itty bitty rocks in Disney Dreamlight Valley?
Itty bitty rocks are Pebbles in the Winter Warmth Star Path event. There are lots of different rocks you can find around the valley, both in the main village and across DLC worlds, such as Stone, Coal Ore, and Gravel, but for the purposes of this quest, Pebbles are the only item that counts.
Pebbles are one of the easier items to stock up on in DDV, as they can be found just about everywhere. You might be tempted to equip your Royal Pickaxe and go mining for them, but you actually need to use your Royal Shovel to do some digging around any of the following areas.
Kristoff also sometimes has Pebbles for sale at his stall, where you can purchase them for 10 Star Coins. The Star Path mission asks you to collect them yourself, though, so buying them won't help you make progress in this duty.
Collect itty bitty rocks in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To complete the collect itty bitty rocks task, you need to dig up a total of five Pebbles with your Royal Shovel. When you do find Pebbles, you'll usually get a stack of two or so, which means this task goes fairly quickly once you understand what needs to be done.
Before you start digging, be sure to ask a villager who specializes in the digging role to hang out and equip two digging Companions. Having both at your side means your chances of finding extra Pebbles while digging are boosted. Any bonuses they find won't count for the Star Path duty, but you're going to be digging either way, so you might as well stock up on some extra supplies to sell, gift, store, or craft with.
Successfully completing this task gets you 25 Tokens to spend in the Star Path event. It's a decent prize, but not enough to get the majority of the best rewards you can claim, so you may want to tackle some additional missions next, like harvesting an orange vegetable from the ground, crafting cloth, and planting vegetables that make great coaches.

The Expedition window is officially live in ARC Raiders, and it's a crucial time for you to decide whether you want to join the party.
Taking part in the Expedition project is optional: it's up to you if you want to sign up or not. However, this project isn't as straightforward as the Flickering Flames event, where you just sacrifice resources to proceed across different stages.
If you're still in a dilemma over whether to take part in the Expedition project or not, this guide will help you with your decision-making process.
Table of contents
What do you gain, keep, and lose from the Expedition project in ARC Raiders
Joining the Expedition project comes at a high cost since you'll be losing plenty of items that you have collected since October. However, you'll retain some of your progress, while you'll also gain temporary buffs along the way.
Items you lose
Items you keep
Items you gain
While these buffs are temporary, here are some permanent rewards that you'll also unlock.
Should you join the Expedition project in ARC Raiders?
If you're someone who has already reached level 75 or is very close, you should join the Expedition project. If you managed to reach the endgame stage by now, chances are that you're in for the grind. The Cold Snap update launched on Dec. 16, and it's going to be a significant time before we get the next expansion.
While you'll lose all your inventory and items, you can grind for them once again. While having endgame loadouts in your hand is highly beneficial, it will eventually get boring. Resetting your inventory will give you a fun guide. Additionally, the permanent boosts, like the extra stash spots and skill points, will allow you to take your build to the next level.
If you're still in the mid-game stage, I recommend staying put. It's beneficial for you to wait and keep playing with your existing loadouts rather than starting afresh. The Expedition project strongly feels ideal for those who are in ARC Raiders for the long haul.

World of Tanks players, starting today on Dec. 19, can get a fresh addition to their garage in the form of the Fantome, and they can do so for free.
December has already been a great month with the commencement of the Holiday Ops program. You can now make it even better with a new premium French medium. Thankfully, Wargaming has kept things simple so that you can get the freebie easily.
How to claim the Fantome in World of Tanks
The Fantome can be claimed by simply logging into your game between now and Dec. 31. When you log in to the game during the correct dates, you'll find a 'Claim Gift' option on the top right. Confirm, and the Fantome is all yours.
There are no extra missions or requirements to complete. The gift is available for all. If you're a brand-new player, you can get a direct promotion to Tier IX with the Fantome. The gift also includes a Wrapped to Perfection 2D style camo that can be equipped for all map conditions.
The French medium boasts an automatic suppspection that activates when your speed drops below a specific limit. You'll enjoy a greater gun depression angle, making it an excellent tank for hull-down tactics. Additionally, you get to enjoy more credits with this tank (since it will always have the premium bonus).
All World of Tanks Holiday Ops rewards
While the Fantome is available (will be available later today on the NA/EU servers) on Dec. 19, you can gain more rewards well into the new year.
Hence, it's the best time to play World of Tanks, irrespective of whether you're starting new or a returning veteran.
