The miHoYo flagship store on Taobao has announced several Honkai: Star Rail goods that'll appear in the future, including two Aventurine sets and an Aventurine Nendoroid. The Nendoroid is not yet available on Good Smile Company but considering the delay that also happened with the Dan Heng Nendoroid, people outside of China will be able to order the figure very soon.
All three of the Honkai: Star Rail Aventurine goods will be available to order from August 21, 2024. Aside from the Nendoroid, the other two contain items that may remind people of the character. Here are the prices for everything:
The Gamble Set contains a bromide and a casino chip in a gift box that has Aventurine's colors. Meanwhile, the Wager Set contains a print of Aventurine, a broach with playing card motifs in chains hanging from it, as well as replicas of his chip, dice, and Cornerstone. This will also come in a box that has a more formal appearance to it than the Gamble Set.
Since he came out in Version 2.0, Aventurine has been a very popular character in the Honkai: Star Rail fandom. A Chinese fan even adopted a zoo peacock earlier this year and named it after the character. Aside from his appearance, story, and personality, Aventurine is also a great limited Perseverance unit in battle, which may have lended a hand in why people are gaga over him.

For those who would like to wear clothes similar to Silver Wolf in Honkai: Star Rail, you're not in luck, but the miHoYo flagship store on Taobao will offer some clothes and accessories based on the character's image. All of the items will be available from august 21, 2024.
While you can't get exactly what Silver Wolf wears in Honkai: Star Rail, clothes that have use the character's motifs or draw inspiration from her design certainly exist. There is also a cap that uses Silver Wolf's colors and has two little protrusions from the back. This creates the same silhouette as the big rabbit-like ribbon Silver Wolf uses in her own hair. The back of the hoodie uses the same design.

Silver Wolf is a very popular character in Honkai: Star Rail, either due to her design or personality or abilities in battle. Other pieces of merchandise that have used her either for promotion or on their designs include a Hyte Y70 case and a Samsung Galaxy S24.

A manga series based on VTuber group ReGLOSS has started in Flower Comics. The title of the manga is ReGLOSS: Bad And Good Daily Lives, and you can read the first chapter for free on Flower Comics.
ReGLOSS is the first and only generation of VTubers under Hololive DEV_IS. This is the second Japanese branch of hololive and it focuses on group projects and activities. Like the VTubers in the main hololive branches, though, their personal channels feature their solo streams and content. The members of ReGLOSS are:
As of the time of writing, all five of them are active. This collaboration manga focuses on the group's daily lives, showing what's behind the dances and songs they perform for the world. As a note, you can also read the ReGLOSS manga in Sho-Comi.
Since VTuber characters have their own unique backgrounds and some streamers take on the avatar's personality, they can sometimes appear as "fictional" characters in alternate universe works. Cover has, for example, released the Magical Girl holoWitches project, which reimagines hololive personalities as magical girls in a parallel world.

The Jump Manga Award is starting soon, and My Hero Academia mangaka Kohei Horikoshi drew the poster for it. The poster features Deku, Ichigo, Asta, and Yuji making battle poses.
The reason why it's those four is that the mangaka for their respective series are the judges this time. Tite Kubo (Bleach), Kohei Horikoshi (My Hero Academia), Gege Akutami (Jujutsu Kaisen), and Yuki Tabata (Black Clover) will personally look at and critique all of the final candidates for the award. The winner and runner-ups can also get prize money from this competition, and they have a guaranteed future at Weekly Shonen Jump.
This year, you can submit any manga so long as it focuses on battle action and is under 47 pages long. You'll have until January 20, 2025 to hand it in, and you can be either an amateur or a professional. For professionals, you can submit something for this competition even if you already have an ongoing series with another manga magazine. Shueisha will announce the winner in late March 2025.
As for Kohei Horikoshi, the artist of the poster, his most famous manga series My Hero Academia recently ended on August 5, 2024. It ran for a little over ten years, as it started on July 7, 2014. It has been a critical and commercial success, with many adaptations such as an anime and several movies. Though he didn't work on the poster, fellow Jump mangaka Gege Akutami will also be ending his series Jujutsu Kaisen in about five more chapters.
The Jump Manga Award is open until January 20, 2025.

Square Enix and Red Art Games have announced that Romancing SaGa -Minstrel Song- Remastered International will appear in English, as well as in physical editions early in 2025. There will be two versions of the game available.
You can now pre-order the physical standard edition or the two special physical editions via the official website. As a note, you'll be able to play Romancing SaGa -Minstrel Song- Remastered in more languages than simply English or Japanese. Red Art Games helped to localize the game into French, German, Italian, and Spanish. Akitoshi Kawazu, the general director of the series, thanks Red Art Games for its support and adds that it's been a dream of his to let more Western fans play a new localized version.

Romancing SaGa -Minstrel Song- Remastered International will come out on the PS4, PS5, and Nintendo Switch on March 30, 2025. This is a placeholder release date so there may be some changes in the future.

During a Q&A session with Konami and Bloober Team at a media demo session of Silent Hill 2 Remake, the two teams discussed the development process for the game. In particular, some of the questions focused on the choices Konami and Bloober Team made when it came to this remake. [Thanks, Game Watch!]
To start with, Motoi Okamoto (who worked on Silent Hill: The Short Message and is also working on Silent Hill 2 Remake) stated that Konami looked at studios all around the world when the time came to choose who would work on the remake. The search focused on which studio loved the Silent Hill series the most, and of the final candidates, Bloober Team had the most passion for the project.
A question someone posed to Bloober Team was about how the developers dealt with sections in the original game that felt slow or quiet. Though Bloober Team initially thought to shorten these segments and add some more exciting scenes to the game to modernize it, it ultimately decided to keep the game's atmosphere close to the original iteration. This decision to make the remake similar to the original game affected other parts of the conversation as well.
When Konami and Bloober Team first started working on Silent Hill 2 Remake, there were some disagreements as some members of the Japanese staff felt like they could make changes or updates to the original. This included monster and sound design, to the music. While there are some changes to the remake's appearance, aesthetics, and overall sound, they're still building off the original's base. The original vision of the game would've been a totally new experience from before. However, in the end, both parties chose to focus on making a faithful remake that'll sell well in the current market.
Silent Hill 2 Remake will come out on the PS5 and Windows PC on October 8, 2024.
