We've covered the special Starfield-branded Xbox controllers before. They were one of the worst-kept secrets of 2023, alongside the Starfield-branded Xbox headset that is already joining them on store shelves. What I did not know until today was how damn cool the controller's triggers are.

The last time we wrote about Titanfall 3 on this website was April 2023, which really, isn't that long ago. So it pains me to say that, only a few months later, it is again time to talk about Titanfall 3. Specifically, a designer's recounting of how the game was actually months into development before being shelved.

Destiny 2 Nightfall weapons – What is the Nightfall weapon this week?

Want to know what this week's Destiny 2 Nightfall weapon is? Each week you've got a chance at a different weapon for completing Nightfall Strikes, and ever since Season of the Lost, fan-favourite legacy weapons from the original Destiny has been added to the rotation. New seasons often introduce new weapons into the rotation, so it's more important than ever to know in advance the Nightfall weapon schedule.

Nightfall: The Ordeal is a playlist available in the Vanguard menu, alongside the basic Strike playlist in the free PC game. Each week, a different Strike is chosen as the Nightfall, and offered in five escalating difficulties, with harder enemies, challenging modifiers, and enemy power levels cranking up. The coveted Nightfall weapons have a chance to drop from any Nightfall Strike difficulty, but it's far more likely at higher levels. Your best bet for farming each week's Nightfall weapon is to set the Strike to Grandmaster difficulty when such strikes are available if you have a fireteam up to the task.

A solid grappling hook can redeem many a videogame sin, so it's my earnest hope that the The First Descendant's laser ropes can make up for its bullet spongey bosses. Both are on display in a new gameplay trailer, which also reveals the full game will swing out later this year following a week-long open beta in August. Both the full game and the beta will be free to play, and both will have crossplay - so maybe you can rope in yer Xbox and Playstation pals too.

Persona 3 Reload PS4 and PS5 confirmation trailer

In the new announcement trailer for Persona 3 Reload, Atlus confirmed that the game will come out on PS4 and PS5. Previously, likely due to an agreement with Microsoft, we only had confirmation that the game would come out on systems such as the Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC. The Persona 3 remake will come out in early 2024.

You can watch the new Persona 3 Reload announcement trailer with PS4 and PS5 versions of the remake mentioned below.

When Persona 3 first came out in 2006, it was on the PS2. P3P, which came out in 2009, was also originally a PSP game. So a PS4 and PS5 release for the remake might not be very surprising, as it has always been a game featured on Sony consoles.

Persona 3 Reload will feature updated graphics and game play. Since it will remake the base game experience, you will only be able to play as the male protagonist and there will be no The Answer epilogue at the end. However, it will still contain some content from FES. Reload will also contain new scenes to expand on and highlight characters that didn't get much attention in the original story.

Persona 3 Reload is in development and will come out on the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, Xbox Game Pass, and Windows PC via Steam some time in early 2024.

Hi-Fi Rush Update Chai Slam AttackUp to this point, the excellent Hi-Fi Rush has played things fairly conservatively regarding post-launch updates. Aside from the addition of Photo Mode, the updates have largely stuck with adding extra costumes for Chai and his motley crew to wear. Just today, though, Bethesda and Tango Gameworks finally announced a substantial new update for fans to test their skills with. It goes by the name "Arcade Challenge! Update!," and it implements, among other things, two new modes that further explore the electrifying, rhythmic combat of Hi-Fi Rush. Players can rock out with this update once it makes its way to the stage on July 5. One of the fresh new modes on offer comes in the form of BPM Rush, which will really push players' ability to keep up with the beat. Players battle waves of enemies as per usual, but as they do so, the BPM, or beats-per-minute, will gradually go up. Eventually, the tempo of fights will become much faster than anything you could find in the base...
