7 great non-scary games to play this Halloween

Everyone's entitled to one good scare, but we're forfeiting that right this year - far too many ghoulish goings on in the real world to relax by being chased by an evil clown-spider train. See, we love Halloween here at PCGamesN - pumpkins, low-budget costumes, homemade snacks that are made to look like eyeballs - but we're not all fans of horror games. Jumpscares? Needles in the eye? Spiders with upside-down baby faces? None for us, thanks. To make matters worse, there are plenty of non-horror games with terrifying moments in them, so finding totally scare-free, fright night appropriate games is no mean feat.

If you want to celebrate All Hallows' Eve without having to sleep through November with the lights on, then we've prepared a list of Halloween-adjacent games that provide all the schlocky, tropey goodness of the holiday without even the slightest risk of getting spooked.

You can find our roundups of the best zombie games, vampire games, and ghost games if you're looking for a more specific brand of Halloween critter, or - if you start to feel brave halfway through this list - you can check out our main selection of actually scary horror games.

Former Uncharted lead announces a triple-A narrative-driven Marvel game

Big-budget Marvel's films have more or less taken over the movie world, but triple-A games about those characters have been a bit harder to come by - especially outside of Sony's first-party PlayStation offerings. Now another studio is taking a blockbuster swing at Marvel: Skydance New Media, under the direction of former Uncharted lead Amy Hennig.

Skydance New Media has issued a press release announcing a "partnership with Marvel Entertainment to develop a narrative-driven, blockbuster action-adventure game, featuring a completely original story and take on the Marvel Universe". There are no further details on what shape the game will take just yet, but Marvel Games head Jay Ong says more info will come "when the time is right".

Disney and its vast catalogue of media franchises are starting to return to the world of traditional, triple-A videogames after years of only sporadic releases. Sony and Insomniac are working on Spider-Man 2 and Wolverine for PlayStation 5. Firaxis is making the multi-platform Marvel strategy game, Midnight Suns. (We've also got Machine Games' Indiana Jones game and Ubisoft's Star Wars game, plus the KOTOR remake, on the way.)

New World devs didn't want it to be like every other MMORPG

While New World might naturally share some of its DNA with other MMORPGs, as games in the same genres do, it's undeniably a distinct experience with its own gameplay, style, and story. And it seems this intent - to make it its own decidedly new MMO experience - was key to the devs at Amazon Games, as senior producer Katy Kaszynski has touched on in a talk at this year's Develop: Brighton conference.

In reply to a question asking about how the devs balance New World's new and interesting mechanics with the expectations and knowledge of established MMORPG players, Kaszynski says it's something the team talks about because they're "trying to create a new game" - their purpose was creating a new MMO. "It's a hard genre to break into, and we didn't want to be like everybody else," she explains. "And it's not like we're railing against mounts in the game" - this being an example of the kind of familiar MMO feature incoming players might have expected to see.

"What we want is it to be an immersive experience, and we felt like the spirit shrines, for instance - those fit the lore better than mounts did," Kaszynski explains, with these being fast travel points players can use across New World's gameworld of Aeternum.

Total War: Warhammer 3 will introduce exciting new rules for magic

Magic has always been an important element of Total War: Warhammer, but with Total War: Warhammer III, the winds of magic are getting much stronger. New rules for magic are coming along with the third entry in the strategy game series, which should make spellcasters more fun to have around - or more of a significant problem to face on the battlefield.

All armies in Total War: Warhammer III will now have a reserve pool for the winds of magic, which can be drawn from to replenish the active magic pool available to spellcasters in each army. Depending on the winds of magic active in the area an army is located, that reserve will either increase or decrease, and several factors can influence the rate at which magic reserve is generated or lost each turn.

For daemon factions, this is particularly important: having low magic reserves will result in debuffs to unit replenishment rates, leadership levels, and physical resistances. Conversely, having high magic reserves grants bonuses, depending on which Chaos faction the daemons belong to. For Tzeentch forces, for example, their barrier recharge speed increases at high reserve levels, whilst Korne forces (which have no spellcasting units out of general principle) will see their magic resistances increased.

Here are the Destiny 2 Trials rewards this week

Bungie's pinnacle PvP activity is back in rotation with a major revamp, and if you're looking for details on the Destiny 2 Trials rewards this week, you've come to the right place. Before you start working your way up through the ladder, you'll want to know what you're actually working for - so here's a breakdown of what's available each week, and what map you'll be playing on.

If you're not familiar with Trials of Osiris, it's a weekly PvP challenge where you enter a competitive gauntlet of 3v3 elimination matches. Your rewards are now doled out with a reputation system, so it's not about pure wins anymore, but you will still get special rewards if you can manage to go flawless.

Trials lands with the reset every Friday at 10am PDT / 1pm EDT / 6pm BST, and lasts until the Tuesday reset at those same times. Each week provides a new set of rewards and a new map to play on, so here's what you can expect for the latest rotation.

Here's where Xur is in Destiny 2 today – Beyond Light, but not beyond Xur

Xûr is Destiny 2's Exotic gear merchant. He appears every weekend to sell the game's most coveted items in exchange for Legendary shards, but if you're a casual player with limited shards to spend, it can be hard to know which of his wares is most worth your investment. That's where we come in.

As of June 12, 2020, it appears that Xûr is back to providing random rolls - so the Exotic merchant is providing more excitement than he has in a long time. Xûr appears every Friday at 10am PDT / 1pm EDT / 6pm BST, and will stick around until the Tuesday reset. We'll update this guide shortly after he arrives, so if you're reading this, you need only read on to learn where he is, and which are the best items he's selling this week.

Now we're in Beyond Light territory, but Xûr's first appearances have been at the usual spots - so maybe don't expect too many surprises from the merchant in the new year of Destiny content.

Skyrim: Anniversary Edition adds a brand-new quest line inspired by Oblivion

As previously announced, Skyrim: Anniversary Edition comes bundled with every single bit of content ever released via the controversial Creation Club. But there's brand-new stuff, too, including a pair of major additions inspired by Morrowind and Oblivion featuring new gear and a whole new quest line.

The Ghosts of the Tribunal add-on adds over a dozen new bits of gear inspired by Morrowind. The Cause is a new quest line featuring the Mythic Dawn, which you may remember as the evil cult bent on opening the gates to Mehrunes Dagon's realm in Oblivion - here they're doing much the same. This quest line has "brand-new enemies, locations, and weapons", and will let you summon a daedric horse to ride around in hellish style.

If you don't want to upgrade to Anniversary Edition, both The Cause and  The Ghosts of the Tribunal will be available separately. An update in November will prevent all the Creation Club add-ons from initialising on startup, which means you're no longer going to be inundated with quest pop-ups as soon as you start a new game, so you should be able to get into all this additional stuff a bit more organically.

Best gaming mouse 2021 – The top clickers for your setup

Picking the best gaming mouse is far more difficult than it used to be, with more gaming PC brands to choose from than ever before - and with advancements in low latency technology, even the best wireless gaming mouse is an option.

Nailing down exactly what you want can be tricky, as it's a delicate balance of finding the right mix of features and design. You have to juggle comfort, ergonomics, performance, reliability, specs, and, as always, aesthetics. Figure out which of these attributes are most important to you, and then take a dive into the comparisons below.

While it used to be as simple as buying Logitech or Razer, competition is hot with digital rodents from SteelSeries, Corsair, Roccat, and more in 2021. We've tested a wide variety of gaming mice and have finally narrowed down our favourites based on the genres of games, grip styles, and hand sizes they're most suited to, as well as the more affordable options for those of you that don't mind sacrificing a few features.

     The best webcams in 2021

Webcams have proven to be priceless portals to the outside world throughout the ongoing pandemic, enabling you to work from home while prompting more people to livestream on Twitch, YouTube, and Facebook than ever before. You can do a lot better than the built-in lens on the best gaming laptop, tablet, or smartphone, however, as a dedicated webcam captures your likeness with crystal clear clarity.

Razer, Logitech, and Avermedia pack the best webcams with up to 4K resolution, a smooth 60fps, and some even work better in the dark with low-light sensors. They're backed by software that makes customisation easy, so you can stop that pesky autofocus from blurring your face during all-important Discord, Zoom, or Google Meet calls and tinker with the colour balance.

Nothing quite beats the quality of Sony's dedicated DLSR cameras if you're a content creator, but these webcams are feature-rich while keeping the price between $30 and $200. They even fit right on top of the best gaming monitor without the need for a stand. There's something for everyone, no matter your use case.

Netflix's Witcher Season 2 debuts a new trailer full of beasts and battles

"I've lived through three supposed end of days," a casual Geralt of Rivia remarks to a boar-man sitting in a pub in the new trailer for Netflix's The Witcher Season 2. "It's all horseshit." He's probably right, of course, but that doesn't seem to be getting in the way of the second season of the RPG game's TV adaptation dialing up the action and upping the stakes for our favourite mutant monster hunter and his pals.

The new trailer has the tagline "Destiny is a beast," and there are plenty of beasts on parade. One shot shows a bat-winged demon flying in the distance as Geralt strides into a still pond, while later on, the Witcher is assaulted by a huge vampire bat. In the snowy woods, Geralt and Ciri face off against a powerful Leshen that sends root-like tendrils toward them under the ground.

So we're going to be seeing more monsters, which is always fun. Geralt and Yennefer also demonstrate some of their fearsome powers: Geralt makes liberal use of the Quen and Aard signs, while Yenn is clearly still wrestling with her own developing abilities as a sorceress.

Genshin Impact events – all current and upcoming events

Want to know more about the upcoming Genshin Impact events? A new version of Genshin Impact arrives every six weeks, complete with new characters, quests, and events. It's difficult to keep track of which events are currently running and if there are any new ones coming soon, so here's a schedule for all current and upcoming Genshin Impact events.

Genshin Impact has a number of events running simultaneously, and they aren't just in-game events. When a new Genshin Impact character joins the game, the devs launch a web event at the same time - players learn about the latest characters through an interactive story told through a web browser. The rewards for completing different events range from in-game items like primogems and mora, to real life prizes like mouse mats and plushies.

Just like the Genshin Impact banners, most events are only available for a limited time, so it's worth participating as soon as you can. New events are usually added to Genshin Impact after an update, but it's worth keeping an eye out on this page as the devs do like to surprise the community.

Genshin Impact tier list: the best and worst characters

There are currently 41 Genshin Impact characters available, so there's no shortage of candidates for your dream team. But with so many different weapon, elementals, talents, ascension bonuses, and constellations upgrades, finding your favourites can be challenging.

In truth, it is difficult to find a truly bad Genshin Impact character. While base stats and elemental abilities are important, the value of a character also depends on personal playstyle, available weapons and artifacts, and team composition. That being said, if your favourite character is in C tier or below, you may struggle to get past some of the more challenging Spiral Abyss floors. Don't worry too much if your favourite character is on one of the lower tiers; you can still make it work with our recommended Genshin Impact builds.

In general, being on the highest tiers mean that the character is the best in their role, is not too difficult to build, and performs well regardless of teammates. Being on a lower tier means that there are better alternatives, or the character needs a very specific build or team to shine.  Just to note, the characters are not ranked within their own tier, and with that out of the way, let's take a look at our ranking of characters in our Genshin Impact tier list!

Want to know more about Humankind mods? Here are the basics

We know you're all excited about the prospect of Humankind mods. They were supposed to land this week along with the Fabius Maximus update, but that's now been delayed into next week as the developers squash some last minute bugs that have cropped up.

Still, they are coming, and the 4X game is going to be blown wide open as strategy game fans apply all their passion and creativity, as they've already done with the 300+ map mods already available via Mod.io - Amplitude's official partner for Humankind mods. In advance of the tools releasing, the studio has released a quick primer to walk everyone through the basics of how mods are created, shared, and then downloaded and installed.

Amplitude is also keen to stress that these tools should be considered a beta release, "These tools are not complete yet," the blog post reads, "missing some anticipated features like AI modding, and you may run into some bugs and errors while making or playing with mods… While we had meant to release the modding tools alongside the game, with a closed beta before launch, we had to admit that the modding tools needed more work. Frankly, they still do, but we don't want to keep you waiting any longer."

Best Warzone guns: the top weapons for Season 6

Warzone guns are, unsurprisingly, pretty key to victory. Even if you win your Warzone Gulag fight right at the end of the match and parachute in, you'll still need to scrounge together some weapons to stand a chance at winning the match. Warzone guns behave very differently than they do in core multiplayer modes, so the knowledge base doesn't transfer. Besides, with the largest map in Call of Duty history, 149 other players to outlast, and new mechanics like an armour plate system, your needs are very different than in a match on Rust or Crash.

So, what are the best Warzone guns and weapons to pickup and fight with, or to base your best Warzone loadout drop around? We've secured several wins in Warzone, watched even more streamer wins, and lost many more matches on top of that, so we're confident we can present you with a list of the best Warzone guns to use in Call of Duty's sophomore battle royale experience.

Naturally, personal preference does play a huge role here, so if you disagree with some of our picks then there's nothing wrong with you racking up headshots and team wipes with a different gun in Warzone.

Call of Duty Vanguard and Warzone Season 1 – everything we know

There's a big update coming to CoD's battle royale game; Warzone integrates with this year's Call of Duty, Vanguard, later this year. Call of Duty Cold War integrated with Warzone not long after Cold War's release, and Season 1 began for both games simultaneously in December 2020.

It looks like this year will be fairly similar, with the Call of Duty Vanguard release date scheduled for November. We've already had a chance to play the Vanguard open beta and have put together all the Call of Duty Vanguard weapons we've seen in the beta so far - all of which can have up to ten attachments - so you better get planning your loadout.

Warzone is currently in Season 5, with both Modern Warfare and Cold War weapons available to players. The Warzone map changed significantly in Season 3, receiving an '80s makeover complete with action film icons John McClane and Rambo. Now there are even more changes coming to Warzone in November with the integration of Vanguard, including a new map, weapons, and anti-cheat system.

Best gaming mouse deals as we approach Black Friday

We're slowly approaching that time of year again, where the prices of gaming gear are laid on the chopping block, the axe is lowered, and we're left with discounts spilling out into a basket below. The crowd cheers. Gruesome imagery aside, Black Friday might just be the perfect time of year to upgrade, but there are quite a few tempting gaming mouse deals primed and ready to go.

So, what separates a gaming mouse from your everyday office clicker? After all, you've already broken free from the confines of a trackpad, what more could you possibly need? For a start, they can give you the edge in FPS games with better sensors and adjustable DPI, extra buttons when playing the best MMOs, or cut the cord so you don't get your wires crossed without wireless input lag.

Most other times of year, these features come at a premium price, but Razer and Logitech aren't waiting for the day to roll around. We suspect we'll see Corsair, SteelSeries, Roccat, and HyperX join in on the fun by the time Black Friday lands on our doorstep, too, if you have your eye on a particular model.

Warzone new map – when is the WWII map coming to Warzone?

Want to know more about the new Warzone map? Sledgehammer Games' WW2 themed release will integrate with Warzone in December 2021, introducing new weapons, vehicles, and a brand new WW2 map set to replace '80s Verdansk. The new map is called Caldera, and it's going to launch with Vanguard and Warzone Season 1.

Black Ops Cold War fully integrated with the battle royale game at the beginning of Season 3 with the release of '80s Verdansk, five months after its November launch. There were a number of issues with the Cold War integration that took a while to fix: popular weapons were completely unbalanced for months, attachments didn't function like they were supposed to, and weapon balancing on Modern Warfare weapons completely stopped.

A recent Call of Duty blog post broke down everything coming to Warzone less than a month after Vanguard launches. There are plenty of in-game events on the run up to Warzone Pacific, so stay tuned for more information. Here's everything we know about the new Warzone map so far.

The best strategy games on PC in 2021

What are the best strategy games on PC? Some would say Command and Conquer, others Civilization VI, while yet more still would say "actually, Civ IV was the better ga-" but at that point we'd stop listening because nobody cares. Join us as we explore a curated collection of the genre's greatest hits, from newcomers to classics.

Fun fact: the strategy genre was first invented back in 1938, when Winston Churchill looked out an aeroplane window over France and thought, "Hey, this would make a really cool videogame, whatever that is." Probably. Since then, there have been about a hundred million different strategy games, simulating as many different kinds of fighting as we humans have had reasons to fight one another.

Turn-based or real-time, grand strategy or tactical... this genre is as diverse as they come. But which are the absolute top strategy games on PC? Well, just drag a selection box over our bodies and right-click on the horizon, and we'll find out. We have a strategy editor on our team now, so we can't be wrong.      New Cyberpunk 2077 roadmap pushes

Update - October 29, 2021 This story has been updated to reflect that the next-gen upgrades are due in Q1 2022, while the updates, improvements, and free DLC are due sometime in 2022.

It seems the updates and other content currently in the pipeline for Cyberpunk 2077 have been pushed into 2022. The RPG's roadmap - laid out in a simple diagram giving a broad idea of when future content is due to drop - has been updated on developer CD Projekt Red's site, and it now indicates the next patches, game improvements, and free downloadable content coming up are on the way next year.

The new roadmap, updated October 28 according to a note on the site (and as spotted by Tyler McVicker), now shows "updates, improvements, and free DLC" are due in 2022, with the free next-gen update for those based on consoles due in the first quarter, which runs from January 1 to March 31, 2022. The previous version of the roadmap (which you can see here via Wayback Machine's October 20 snapshot of the page) instead had "free DLC", the next-gen console update, and "multiple updates and improvements" listed as due to drop sometime this year.

It's not clear from the roadmap update why the content has been pushed back. However, the studio did recently announce on Twitter that it was delaying the next-gen updates for Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3, explaining that, "based on recommendations supplied by teams supervising the development of both games, we decided to postpone their releases until 2022."

Call of Duty Vanguard release date and everything we know

Want to know when Call of Duty Vanguard's release date is? Call of Duty Vanguard arrives later this year. Just like Call of Duty: WWII, Vanguard is set during the second World War. Whereas WWII focused on European battles, Vanguard takes a closer look at battles on the Pacific Front, North Africa, and other locations.

While the integration process between Black Ops Cold War and Warzone took months to accomplish, it looks like Vanguard's integration won't be anywhere near as long, and will roll out when the new Warzone map launches later this year, alongside new weapons, vehicles, and a new anti-cheat system. Vanguard also features a new Vanguard Zombies game mode, which follows on from the Dark Aether story.

With only a week to go before the WW2 game launches, there's a lot to talk about with all the new multiplayer game modes, the new weapons and gear, and the campaign. Here's everything we know about Call of Duty Vanguard so far, including the open beta dates, what the story entails, and more.

The best Genshin Impact Thoma build

Looking for the best Thoma build? The famous fixer and Kamisato housekeeper is no stranger to those who've played through the Genshin Impact Inazuma storyline - and he will appear as a playable character for the first time on the next Genshin Impact banner.

Thoma is a four-star character with a Pyro vision, and features alongside Hu Tao on the second Genshin Impact banner of the 2.2 update, due to go live on November 2. You'll still be able to get him after his banner ends, but he won't have an increased drop rate unless he's featured on the special wish banner again.

Thoma's elemental skill and elemental burst both summon a Pyro shield to protect the active character. The damage absorption of this shield scales with Thoma's max HP. His burst has a high Pyro damage potential, which partly scales with max HP again, thanks to his Flaming Assault passive.      Intel Alder Lake i9-12900K gaming CPUs are already in the hands of PC gamers

Intel officially revealed its Alder Lake desktop processors on October 27, and you can pre-order them right now if you can find any in stock. While they won't land on shelves until November 4, a lucky few are already getting to grips with what's shaping up to be the best gaming CPU around, the Core i9-12900K.

Several users on the Intel subreddit claim to have their hands on the flagship i9-12900K ahead of release, some complete with pictures of the product packaging. While buyers receiving their shiny new tech prior to the official street date is nothing new, some also claim that retailer Newegg has called them and explicitly asked them not to disclose their early shipment.

It's understandable why Newegg would do this, as we're sure Intel won't be best pleased, but as these people aren't bound by an NDA, there's very little that can be done to correct this mistake. However, it appears that no one has received Z690 motherboards alongside their early processor, and so we'll have to wait a little longer for third-party performance benchmarks.

Ever since I witnessed a little red-and-blue plumber-man tumble into the gnashing jaws of a Piranha Plant, I knew vegetables weren't to be trusted. I see my suspicion of all things green and floral as a natural, even instinctual thing. We ourselves aren't vegetable, and differences so often motivate our deepest fears. The vegetal realm is entirely inaccessible to us, its behaviour strange and habitats dark. From the carnivorous Venus flytrap to the bleeding tooth fungus, from plants that smell like rotting corpses to one's that trap prey and dissolve them with digestive fluids, it's an unknown, often dangerous world, and one that overlaps closely with our own. And it makes for a compelling game.

Want to know how to convince the Worldmind in Guardians Of The Galaxy? The adventure to save the galaxy doesn't just involve shooting Chitauri and cracking jokes. Throughout Guardians Of The Galaxy, you engage in conversations with various characters, in which you can make decisions that will alter the course of the game. Most of these have small, fairly insignificant consequences. However, the conversation with the Worldmind in Chapter 9 could help you get some crucial help in a difficult fight later in the game.

This guide will show you the correct choices to make to convince the Worldmind that Raker can be defeated in Guardians Of The Galaxy.

Steam user genre tags can be awful. Cyberpunk 2077 was, for example, tagged 'masterpiece' for months before the first gameplay trailer, while the much more reasonable and catchy 'looks cool sure but too early to say anything definitive if we're being adults about it' tag was strangely absent. Happily, they are sometimes wonderful, like the tag alongside 'comedy' and 'indie' that categorises avian arsehole adventure Untitled Goose Game as having a 'villain protagonist'.

I've been thinking about villain protagonists a fair amount this week because GOG just graced our collective thinking tellies with 1996 Zelda-like Blood Omen: Legacy of Kain, in all its richly overwrought, gothic, inimitably voice-acted splendour. I would estimate this news finds you, reader, in one of two categories: those who give not a fig, and those who give so many figs they are currently scrabbling the world's few remaining fig-bearing trees, searching vainly for an adequate quantity of figs.

Want to know how long it takes to beat Guardians Of The Galaxy? This planet-hopping adventure takes you on the cosmic ride of your life in an original Guardians Of The Galaxy story, involving plenty of punching, shooting, and generally jumping around with jet boots. Throughout the adventure, you'll come across many classic characters, such as Cosmo the spacedog, Adam Warlock, Mantis, Fin Fang Foom, and Lady Hellbender. However, since it isn't based directly on a certain comic storyline or movie, it can be hard to judge how long you'll actually spend playing Marvel's Guardians Of The Galaxy.

This guide will break down how long it takes to beat Guardians Of The Galaxy, including a list of chapters so that you can figure out how far you are through the adventure.

Halloweekend is almost upon us and sitting on my coffee table is my battered old paperback copy of Skeleton Crew, a 1985 collection of short horror stories by Stephen King. Back in my wild teenage years I binged King's entire back-catalogue of published fiction, and now that it's been long enough for me to have forgotten most of the details, I'm treating myself to some selective re-reads. Fair to say some of his stuff hasn't aged brilliantly, but despite many rough edges he undeniably remains one of my all-time favourite authors. I am, after all, a self-confessed horror nerd.

Monster Bash HD Steam slingshotA few months ago, publisher Apogee Entertainment released Secret Agent HD on Steam without any prior announcement. Stealth announcements like this rarely happen, but they almost always come as a nice surprise, especially for players who constantly look out for new games to try. As it turns out, Apogee Entertainment still has more surprises in store. The publisher just announced that Monster Bash HD, an updated rerelease of the classic 1990s side-scroller on DOS, has just come to Steam as part of its Halloween Sale. The original version of Monster Bash came out on GOG.com around seven years before this remaster. According to a press release, Monster Bash HD recreates "one of the most challenging games of its time" and retains the original's 28 stages "full of witches, zombies, demons, and puzzles." Players take control of Johnny Dash as they "venture into the Underworld to rescue kidnapped pets from the villainous Count Chuck." To succeed in ...

I hope you haven't forgotten about the Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake, because Ubisoft hasn't. At least, not according to a message posted by the game's Twitter account yesterday. Since the game was infinitely delayed back in February, Ubisoft has revealed little else on the game. It was meant to launch in January this year, four months after its reveal. Those plans changed after fan backlash. Now, according to Ubisoft, the Prince of Persia remake won't see a release until 2022 or early 2023. "We want to take a moment to reassure you that the development of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake is still under way, motivated and inspired by your feedback," the message said. "We will update you on our progress in the future and want to thank all of you for your unwavering support and patience."   The message is a brief spritzing of water on the faces of Prince of Persia fans.      Valorant New Agent ChamberRiot Games has just revealed that the new agent coming to Valorant is called Chamber. There's a stylish lore video that shows the agent possibly colluding with his alternate world counterpart. Plus, there's a video showcasing the new Sentinel's abilities in action. Along with the new agent reveal, Riot also released images of the cosmetics coming with next season's battle pass. Riot recently announced that the new Valorant agent won't arrive at the beginning of Episode 3 Act III as planned, due to the agent's visual cues needing more polish. You will need to wait two weeks into the new season to try him out.   Chamber is a French weapons designer. He has a suave air about him and a confidence in his abilities. As he should, he designed them himself. The man likes to be in control. He plans meticulously and considers every detail. I thought he was going to be an assassin or spy but a weapons designer who likes to take his toys for test runs is an even cooler alternative. Chambe...
