Bushiroad announced that Kite will join the roster of Hunter x Hunter Nen x Impact as a playable fighter. Shuichi Ikeda will reprise his role for the game.
You can watch the Hunter x Hunter Nen x Impact Kite reveal trailer here:
Kite is a Hunter and Ging's student. Those who only watched the 2011 version of the anime would only see him after the Greed Island arc. However, in the manga and original anime, Kite actually made an appearance before Gon even left Whale Island to take the Hunter Exam.
The Nen x Impact version of Kite seems to play like a zoner. Most of his moves use projectiles to keep the opponent at bay. His Aura Arts, Silent Waltz, can break through their defense, giving Kite the opening he needs to get in his combos. In the anime and manga, Kite's Crazy Slots conjured a roulette that would give him a random weapon to use. Crazy Slots does not have that RNG aspect in Nen x Impact. Instead, Kite only ever uses the carbine, with Silent Waltz reserved for the aforementioned Aura Arts.
Hunter x Hunter Nen x Impact is an upcoming fighting game for the popular anime and manga series, Hunter x Hunter. A total of sixteen characters will appear at launch. Aside from the main characters like Gon and Killua, you'll be able to play as people like Feitan, Genthru, Bisky, and Meruem.
Hunter x Hunter Nen x Impact will come out in Summer 2025 for the PS5, Nintendo Switch, and Windows PC.

You can watch the Trails in the Sky the 1st Chapter gameplay video via the Nihon Falcom X (formerly Twitter) account:
In the video, we can hear an updated version of the main battle theme, as well as see comparisons between FC and Trails in the Sky the 1st Chapter. It is a refined remake of Trails in the Sky, which originally came out in 2004. Trails in the Sky is the first of the Trails series, which is part of the The Legend of Heroes series. Square Enix has shared that it is aware of specific bugs that have appeared for consumers playing FFVII Rebirth on PC while using AMD Radeon products. This announcement came through a post on X, with Square Enix stating that they are currently investigating this issue. For now, Square Enix suggests that consumers playing FFVII Rebirth on PC make sure their drives for any AMD Radeon products are up to date.
AMD shared further information as to how consumers could be affected, which includes "intermittent system and application crashes" if Final Fantasy VII Rebirth is played for extended periods of time. Leading up to the PC release of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Square Enix shared the best graphics settings for those looking to take the game on the go via Steam Deck. Perhaps as a surprise to no one, the recommended setting for FFVII Rebirth on the Steam Deck is "low." However, Square Enix stated that those looking to move between playing via the Steam Deck and a PC should make sure to change their graphics settings when booting up the game on each respective platform.

HoYoVerse and Apex-Toys announced a new figure, and this time it is of Raiden Mei from Honkai Impact 3rd. It is expected to launch in February 2026. Pre-orders are open at AmiAmi and Tokyo Figure. It's 25,330円 (~$163) at AmiAmi and 25,850円 ($168) at Tokyo Figure.
Raiden Mei is a 1/7 scale figure, so she'll be just over 21cm (eight and a half inches) tall. This is a static statue of the character sitting on a bench. She's wearing her Aqueous Springtide outfit, which is found in-game for the Herrscher of Thunder Battlesuit. In-game, it can be displayed with or without glasses, and that is possible here as well. Some of the sample photos even show her without them.
Here's how she looks:
While Raiden Mei from Honkai Impact 3rd may look similar to the Genshin Impact character Raiden Shogun, she is an entirely different character. Honkai: Star Rail character Acheron also bears a resemblance to her, which Welt Yang commented on in a roundabout way in that game.
Apex-Toys often releases figures based on HoYoVerse characters. For example, it just announced a Kafka Honkai: Star Rail one. It's also been responsible for a lot of Zenless Zone Zero merchandise, with ones of Victoria Housekeeping faction members being the most recent reveals.
The Honkai Impact 3rd Raiden Mei figure is expected to release in February 2026, and pre-orders are open on AmiAmi and Tokyo Figure. The game is available on PCs and mobile devices.
