PCGamesN Monday, January 27, 2025 4:00 AM ![]() In most open-world racing games, drifting is an option - you can tune your car or buy a specialized drift machine to slide round bends in a cloud of your own smoke, if you want to. In Japanese Drift Master, it is at the core of everything. This intriguing new racing game may not provide the multiplayer thrills of The Crew, Test Drive, and Forza Horizon, but it feels pleasantly unique in comparison to those big dogs of the open-world genre. You'll be able to experience its recreation of Japan for yourself pretty soon, too, as JDM has just locked in its release date. Rock Paper Shotgun Latest Articles Feed Monday, January 27, 2025 4:55 AM ![]() Continuing last week's Maw merchandising roll-out, may I introduce by popular demand the first official Maw-endorsed letter opener. Now now, don't act coy! I know some of you are old enough to know what a letter opener is, or even to own one. Statistically, most of the RPS readership are Lich Lords. The Maw letter opener differs from regular letter openers in that when you open a letter with it, you will encounter not a letter but a perfect copy of yourself opening a letter in the opposite direction. The two of you must now fight to the death to decide who is the letter-opener and who is the letter. It's yours for a piffling three pints of any available body fluid, but if you don't want to buy a letter opener you can always buy one of this week's new PC games instead. |
Rock Paper Shotgun Latest Articles Feed Monday, January 27, 2025 4:26 AM ![]() Could we perhaps chart the entire course of technological innovation as a story of things not fitting in other things quite as well as some reckless genius had hoped? As reported by PC Gamer, one Crastinator-pro has documented their journey to transform the Steam Deck into a controller-less, screen-less creature of ineffable bricktitude. Why? Because the Deck didn't fit in their backpack. |
