The best dragon games on PC 2025

What are the best dragon games? Since long before the days of DnD, and before Tolkien became the poster boy of fantasy, dragons have been the most fearsome and majestic creatures of myth. Usually, they breathe fire and hoard gold, and can be a faithful companion or a fierce enemy.

PC games, and the best RPG games in particular, are naturally swarming with dragons and dragon-like creatures, both as friends and foes. We've collected some of the best dragon games on PC, like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim where you can encounter, battle, or befriend a dragon, including entries from multiplayer games or MMORPGs if you're into a more cooperative adventure.

Marvel Rivals needs to go to horny jail for this NSFW Emma Frost skin

Marvel Rivals has one of the coolest (and probably one of the most lucrative) collections of character skins in gaming right now, with some brilliant comic-inspired costumes for its lineup of superheroes. While some are a tad suggestive, it's largely left the thirst trapping to modders. However, ahead of Marvel Rivals Season 2, NetEase has unveiled a new premium costume for upcoming hero Emma Frost, and it's by far and away its most NSFW skin yet.

Stop making the Steam Deck vs Switch 2 comparison

There is a growing trend following the official full reveal of the Nintendo Switch 2 where forced comparisons are being made to the Steam Deck. While there are clear similarities between the two handhelds, the idea that these are competing devices, or that one makes the other redundant, is very misplaced.

The Steam Deck is still, without doubt, one of the best handheld gaming PCs that your money can buy. In fact, you can buy one for considerably less than a Nintendo Switch 2, but that's of little relevance right now. Instead, the key point is that the Switch 2 and Steam Deck are distinct enough that it makes sense to own both rather than suggesting they are in some kind of 'one or the other' battle.

Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 Ti guide: Everything we know about the new GPU so far

According to the latest GPU gossip in the rumor mill, Nvidia is working on a new budget gaming GPU that potentially has even more VRAM than the RTX 5070. The new Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 Ti specs are rumored to cater for both 8GB and 16GB versions, like the RTX 4060 Ti before it, and the price will hopefully be well under $500.

Nvidia hasn't officially announced the RTX 5060 Ti, or the RTX 5060 for that matter, but rumors about the GPU's specs have been swirling for a while. The GPU maker has already released four new desktop GPUs based on the Blackwell architecture, and you can read our RTX 5090 review to see how the flagship performs. However, there's nothing in the range that costs under $549 yet, and that's hopefully where the RTX 5060 Ti will come into its own.

The Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 Ti price just leaked, and it doesn't look good

According to the latest word on the GPU grapevine, the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 Ti will be priced with the same strategy as its predecessor, the RTX 4060 Ti. If that's true, it could mean the RTX 5060 Ti price is $399 for a card with just 8GB of VRAM, which is a lot to ask in 2025.

Nvidia is reportedly set to release the RTX 5060 Ti in April 2025, and a new leak has potentially revealed the price of both the 8GB and 16GB models. However, the RTX 4060 Ti came under fire for its $399 price tag when it first came out, particularly as the standard version only came with 8GB of VRAM, while the 16GB card cost a whole $100 more. Neither GPU ended up being listed on our best graphics card buying guide.

Nvidia GeForce RTX 5050 guide: Everything we know about the new GPU so far

For the first time in several years, Nvidia is rumored to be making a properly affordable gaming GPU for gamers on tight budgets. The new Nvidia GeForce RTX 5050 will reportedly sit below the RTX 5060 in the company's graphics card product stack, and will hopefully cost under $250.

Comparatively, the only RTX 4050 GPU in the last generation was a severely cut-down laptop model, with the desktop RTX 4000 range stopping at the RTX 4060. With its new Blackwell lineup, however, Nvidia is now reportedly planning a truly affordable desktop GPU that could easily end up being the best graphics card for those who can't afford to spend big bucks.

Asus ROG Flow Z13 (2025) review: A gaming laptop and tablet with serious power

The Asus ROG Flow Z13 (2025) is a new gaming laptop 2-in-1 that continues the company's Z13 lineup, and which is still trying to convince the world that a gaming tablet pretending to be a gaming laptop is a winning formula. Helping immensely with this latest addition is the inclusion of AMD's brand new Ryzen AI Max 300 lineup of CPUs, which have stunningly powerful integrated GPUs that unlock new levels of performance for such a compact device.

Whether it all adds up to creating one of the best gaming laptop devices around will largely depend on whether you see the potential in the hybrid tablet/laptop form factor that Asus has chosen. It's certainly primed to be one of the best thin and light gaming laptop options in terms of power, but a high price could mean it struggles against chunkier and more conventional laptops.

However, with a 180Hz, 1600p display, and plenty of ports, this portable PC has more going for it than just a new chip. To see if it all comes together into a winning package, I've spent the last week putting this device through its paces, running gaming and productivity benchmarks, as well as gaming at home and while traveling. Read on to find out how it fares.

Whether you're fighting criminals through the dank halls of Arkham Asylum or taking a more light-hearted romp through Gotham as his Lego counterpart, there's something for all fans of the Dark Knight. However, most of them come in the form of action-adventure games, and one or two could be argued to be some of the best PC games. We'll only be covering games where Batman, or Gotham, is the star, so no Injustice or Multiversus here, as good as those fighting games are, or anything that isn't easily accessible anymore.

Last year Assassin's Creed Shadows associate game director Simon Lemay-Comtois made headlines by revealing that Ubisoft's latest open world game had a "smaller" map than its predecessor, Assassin's Creed: Valhalla. He compared it instead to Assassin's Creed Origins, which recreates roughly 80 square kilometres of ancient Egypt, next to Valhalla's exhausting 250 square kilometre expanse of land and sea.

That story sparked a couple of thoughts for me. A surge of relief, of course, because life is short and video games are often far too long. And secondly, the realisation that I don't really know what "bigger" and "smaller" mean in a video game, and I'm not sure anybody else does either.

I could approach this mech-piloting, bullet-hungry immersive policing sim like any other first-person shooter with RPG elements, and tell you about its levels, storytelling, and gamey features. Or I could evaluate it on its own terms, as a piece of hallucinogenic hypercapitalist critique wrapped in a kevlar jacket of impenetrable irony whose own €39 price tag appears to be part of the joke. Neither approach is going to work. Psycho Patrol R requires a buy-in of brain rot and an almost memetic openness to mania. You'll need to play it to better misunderstand it.

Kadokawa will close down Re:Zero Witch's Re:surrection, the mobile game it launched in Japan in August 2024, in late May 2025.

Kadokawa announced that it will close down the mobile game Re:Zero Witch's Re:surrection on May 30, 2025, at 2pm JST. This sudden end-of-service announcement also means that the free-to-play RPG based on the light novel and anime franchise did not last for even a whole year.

The company initially set Summer 2024 as the launch window for the Re:Zero mobile game. It eventually released the title within the window on August 26, 2024. That means the game is still barely seven months old when Kadokawa decided to pull the plug. After the shutdown in late May 2025, it will have a total lifespan of around just nine months.

Kadokawa has also immediately ceased sales for the premium in-game gem currency. While existing players can still use the gems, those who have a valid Japanese bank account and residence address will be able to apply for refunds of unused paid gems from the end-of-service date of May 30, 2025, until August 31, 2025.

In addition, Kadokawa published a new roadmap detailing the game's events until the shutdown day. It will still hold time-limited events and gacha banners at regular intervals. However, all of the remaining events will be reruns. The company will also provide ten gacha tickets to players who still access the game daily despite the end-of-service announcement.

Re:Zero Witch's Re:surrection is available on Android and iOS mobile devices until May 30, 2025. Kadokawa will then close refund applications while taking down the Re:Zero mobile game for good on August 31, 2025. The anime is streaming on Crunchyroll, and Yen Press handles the light novel.

Bleach Rebirth of Souls Patch Ends Infinite Extended Combos

When Bleach Rebirth of Souls launched, it featured a number of issues like PC crashes, and the latest patch fixes an infinite extended combos issue that can arise. 1.04 keeps those from kicking in and happening due to a bug. There are also fixes for 19 character issues and the Battle and Free Match modes.

The Bleach Rebirth of Souls infinite extended combos issue ended up being the biggest problem. This is because it wasn't just some offline issue that could help people beat friends or get through the story a little easier. This problem specifically came up during online fights. How it worked is during wake-up, there would be unblockable frames. So the person who started a combo would get to keep up an onslaught and there'd be no way to halt it. That's gone now.

Some of the other additions involve the general fights. If you're in a Battle, you can tweak how the fights look. If you're not in a story mode fight, you can change it so Spiritual Pressure names won't show up. You can also make the Reverse Action animations not take away from a match time limit. In Free Match, a fight now lasts 300 seconds (five minutes). There are also new defaults. The region and connection speed options are unlimited when you first get in. You also won't get Soul Crystals and Spirit Talismans unless you enable them.

Here are the full 1.04 Bleach Rebirth of Souls patch notes that end the infinite extended combos, adjust Free Match and Battle, and change or fix issues with 19 characters.

General Battle Adjustment/Changes:

  • Reduced the amount of Fighting Spirit gained when a Konpaku is destroyed.

Bravely Default HD Remaster Has Original Voice Acting, Skip Feature

During the Nintendo Switch 2 Day 2 Nintendo Treehouse: Live presentation, new details about Bravely Default Flying Fairy HD Remaster came up regarding cutscenes, specifically the voice acting we'll here and if we can skip them. All the original voice actors' lines from the 3DS release will be used. We'll also be able to skip these story segments if we'd like.

This came up early in the gameplay showcase as footage of the Temple of Wind segment appears. We got to hear Tiz start to speak. That's when it was confirmed the original voice acting from the 3DS version of Bravely Default will be present in the HD Remaster on the Switch.

It's also at that point that the Bravely Default HD Remaster Switch 2 cutscene autoplay and skip functionality came up. When the scene started, autoplay was in effect. This can be stopped, or the skip effect can start. During this presentation, the 2x skip option was shown. The Treehouse members mentioned that this can allow someone to see a quick summary of what happened and avoid the actual longer story scenes. Also, while skip is in effect, you won't hear any of the voice acting.

Here's the full Nintendo Treehouse: Live Switch 2 Day 2 showcase:

Trump Tariffs Cause Nintendo to Delay Switch 2 Pre-orders

As a result of the tariffs inflicted by President Donald Trump on countries worldwide, Nintendo announced a delay to the Switch 2 pre-orders in the United States. The company did not note if this will cause the price to increase for the console in the US. It did state that it won't affect the release date. While orders aren't open yet, stores like Best Buy already have product pages in the US. [Thanks, CNN!]

President Trump noted that new tariffs take effect on April 9, 2025, with the statement on the official White House website noting "individualized reciprocal higher tariff on countries with which the United States has the largest trade deficits." This would include ones in Asia, such as Japan, China, and Vietnam. Japan's will be 24%. China and Vietnam, where some components are made and the console is manufactured, would be 34% and 46%, respectively.

As a reminder, April 9, 2025 is also the date on which Nintendo said the Switch 2 pre-orders would launch in the US before the latest Trump tariffs announcements. There is now no new set date for the those to start calling dibs on the console. At the moment, its current price is $449.99 for the console alone or $499.99 for a bundle that includes Mario Kart World. That option is only available while supplies last until Fall 2025.

This announcement does not affect other Switch 2 pre-orders in countries other than the US. While the official date for those is April 8, 2025, some people already reported being able to call dibs on certain stores.

The Nintendo Switch 2 will debut on June 5, 2025.

Genshin Impact Statue of Seven

INFOLENSE GEEK SHOP is set to release a Genshin Impact Statue of the Seven figure. The design is based off how the Statue of the Seven statues appear in Mondstadt. Outside of being a replica, it is also capable of lightning up. It will cost 9,020 yen or around $62. It is expected to release sometime in July 2025. Pre-orders are now open.

You can take a look at the Genshin Impact Statue of the Seven figure, and how it lights up, below:

The statue is powered by three AAA batteries, which consumers will have to purchase on their own. Alternatively, they can connect it to a power source through a USB cable. However, it cannot be charged this way. If consumers want to use this product without a charging cable, they will need to use batteries.

As mentioned previously, the figure is modeled after the Statue of Seven as they appear in the Mondstadt region. Which means the statute takes the form of the Anemo Archon Venti. The statue itself shows Venti, obscured in a robe, with a green sphere in his hand. You can check out a YouTube video of the statue here.

Genshin Impact is readily available on the PS4, PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices.

FromSoftware's The Duskbloods Started as a Switch Game

Nintendo released its promised interview with FromSoftware President and The Duskbloods Director Hidetaka Miyazaki, and in it he confirmed the Switch 2 console exclusive started development as a game for the original system. He also explained other details about the PvPvE game that involves four people who are fighting against each other on two teams of two, while also facing off against other enemies.

When it came to The Duskbloods origin as a Switch game before heading to the Switch 2, the FromSoftware developer first discussed how the title came to be. He explained how Nintendo wanted to work with the company on a title. That concept was picked, and it started on one system. It was only when work began that Nintendo then brought up the upcoming console.

Here is Miyazaki statement on it switching from one system to another:

"A while back, we had the opportunity to meet with Nintendo to discuss ideas, and during this discussion, we presented a rough outline for The Duskbloods.

It was still very bare-bones at the time—more a loose string of ideas than a proper presentation. The concept itself was different from anything we had done before, and Nintendo seemed very interested in helping make it a reality. So that's when the project kicked off.

At first it was being worked on by a small team as a title for Nintendo Switch. However just as the game started to take shape, we were approached by Nintendo with talk of Switch 2, which led us to revamp our development path with this new hardware in mind.

The new hardware's focus on online features allowed us to stay as true to the original vision as possible, which was very good news for us."

Hidetaka Miyazaki also discussed the fact that The Duskbloods is the second recent FromSoftware game to be a multiplayer title. (Elden Ring Nightreign, due out on May 30, 2025, is the other recent release.) Essentially, he reassured readers that the studio will be developing single-player games as well as ones like these. He specifically noted, "As previously mentioned, this is an online multiplayer title at its core, but this doesn't mean that we as a company have decided to shift to a more multiplayer-focused direction with titles going forward."

In The Duskbloods, the Twilight of Humanity is approaching. Players' characters are Bloodsworn who are attempting to get "First Blood," and they'll be fighting the enemies that spawn at these historical moments and each other to get that fabled item. They characters we can pick use supernatural strength, which allows them to do things like double-jump, summon entities to fight, and use Victory Points through violent and nonviolent actions to build characters up.

The Duskbloods will come to the Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026.

#SQkawaii Sounds - Final Fantasy - Soundtrack Is Energizing game songs music

For those of us who've followed Final Fantasy for years, Square Enix releasing remixes or new adaptations of songs from games' soundtracks is nothing new. Piano covers. Chiptunes. Instrumentals. Rock arrangements. So, so many takes on the "Chocobo Theme." #SQkawaii Sounds - Final Fantasy - is the latest endeavor, and this time it's adapting music from every game in a way I can only describe as enthusiastic. Yes, there are sometimes slower pieces here. But in general, it's a poppy, refreshing, energetic, and bright take on familiar themes.

First, what I appreciated going in to #SQkawaii Sounds - Final Fantasy - is that there's a sense of balance. There isn't an overwhelming number of tracks from any one game. Four are general staple songs that appear in every entry in some shape or form. In the case of the other 16, there's a track from all mainline installments. It feels like proper representation, especially since FFXI gets a nod and the company even included FFXVI

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MXSaSe1WECg

Honestly, another point in #SQkawaii Sounds - Final Fantasy -'s favor is that it doesn't just pull the most popular or recognizable track from each game for this soundtrack. Instead, you can tell Square Enix put a lot of thought into selecting music that would fit the theme well or sound good with arcade-like or chiptune-esque takes. "The Chase" from FFVII is a fantastic example, as it ended up sounding like something I'd want to listen to while playing Super Hang-On or Daytona USA. "Vamo'alla flamenco" is another that comes to mind. The rhythms still have the "flamenco" and "Spanish" themes at part, but it's far more synthesized and electronic in this take. It suits it in a way I didn't expect and became a standout track on the album for me.

When it comes to those songs that are defining pieces of memorable Final Fantasy series entries, I found #SQkawaii Sounds - Final Fantasy - makes them song fresh. I mean that both literally and figuratively. Everything about the execution adjusts it. The pacing, the direction, the instrumentation, and even the atmosphere can feel a bit different. "Zanarkand" is more bubbly and energetic, something you wouldn't expect from the FFX track. Blinded by Light comes across as even more futuristic in this adaptation, and I even got some cyberpunk vibes from the FFXIII song. I always thought "Find the Flame" was one of the best pieces from FFXVI, and this version feels like stepping into a fairy ring as a pastel dawn is turning into the day and you're all energized, ready to go.

For reference, here is the full track listing of songs from the #SQkawaii Sounds - Final Fantasy - soundtrack.

  1. "Prelude" (Final Fantasy)
  2. "Opening Theme" (Final Fantasy)
  3. "Castle Cornelia" (Final Fantasy I)
  4. "The Rebel Army" (Final Fantasy II)
  5. "Chocobo Theme" (Final Fantasy)
  6. "Eternal Wind" (Final Fantasy III)
  7. "Battle 2" (Final Fantasy IV)
  8. "Battle at the Big Bridge" (Final Fantasy V)
  9. "Moogles' Theme" (Final Fantasy)
  10. "Terra's Theme" (Final Fantasy VI)
  11. "The Chase" (Final Fantasy VII)
  12. "The Man with the Machine Gun" (Final Fantasy VIII)
  13. "Vamo'alla flamenco" (Final Fantasy IX)
  14. "Zanarkand" (Final Fantasy X)
  15. "Battle Theme" (Final Fantasy XI)
  16. "Streets of Rabanastre" (Final Fantasy XII)
  17. "Blinded By Light" (Final Fantasy XIII)
  18. "Endwalker" (Final Fantasy XIV)
  19. "Somnus (Instrumental Version)" (Final Fantasy XV)
  20. "Find the Flame" (Final Fantasy XVI)

Listening to #SQkawaii Sounds - Final Fantasy - is like hearing incredibly familiar songs from the games' soundtracks on a sunny, bright day where everything is potentially going right. Given the execution, the actual "feel" of them can vary. Some would feel in place in an arcade, while others might occasionally have an ethereal, outdoor fantasy feel. The energy and approach is great, and it's a fun listen as a whole or with some of the pieces added to other playlists.

The #SQkawaii Sounds - Final Fantasy - soundtrack is available now both digitally and physically.

Zoh Shia in Monster Hunter Wilds

Monster Hunter Wilds Title Update 1 brought along the ability to face Zoh Shia in an HR (High-Rank) environment. If you're interested in challenging this beast of a monster outside the campaign, here's how you can.

How to the High Rank Zoh Shia quest in Monster Hunter Wilds

Unlocking Zoh Shia as an HR monster is easy, especially if you've been playing Monster Hunter Wilds since launch. You're required to be HR 50 and to complete the new story quest, A First Cry.

Monster Hunter Wilds Hunter Rank

This quest involves you speaking with your long-time handler, Alma, about a new development involved with the Dragontorch. You'll get a bit of story info about HR Zoh Shia and a new cutscene showing it in action before facing it yourself.

Following the cutscene, you'll be thrust into action, immediately spawning before HR Zoh Shia's arena. The area is similar to the location you faced it during the campaign, and you're going to need all that space to survive this encounter.

Zoh Shia Story Quest in Monster Hunter Wiilds
Screenshot by Destructoid

If you're not ready to face it yet, you can return to town without worry. You can challenge HR Zoh Shia after watching his initial cutscene by starting the Germination quest. Once completed, however, you won't be able to use this method again.

How strong is Zoh Shia in High Rank?

HR Zoh Shia is significantly stronger than any other foe in Monster Hunter Wilds, with a colossal health pool that only gets larger if you're playing with others. This monster hits very hard, and if you're not geared enough, it can easily kill you in a single attack. The fight is also rather long and requires much more effort than any other monsters currently.

If you're playing online with other people, be warned: HR Zoh Shia is a breeding ground for carting. Unless you're with a trusted group, I recommend facing it solo before jumping into random parties. Either way, bring your A-game, or you'll be in for a world of hurt.

Emma Frost holding a hellfire gala invitation in marvel rivals

Marvel Rivals' season two launching next week is the talk of the town, but not because of the game's balance changes or new map. It's all about the new hero.

And when I say it's all about the new hero, I really mean the discussion is all about her thighs. Emma Frost, X-Men member and new Vanguard hero, broke the internet after her reveal yesterday. She's been a highly sought after addition ever since her existence leaked months ago, but once everyone actually saw her in-game design, minds were blown.

Emma Frost and her thighs in Marvel Rivals
Screenshot by Destructoid

Miss Frost went rather viral after her debut (the Twitter/X post yielded over 5,000 reposts and 2.3 million views so far), thanks in large part to her quadriceps. To put it lightly, she looks like she could leg press the Hulk and The Thing at the same time, and the buzz on social media was all about her thighs.

The hero's outfit highlights her icy, diamond powers (and that's without getting into her telepathic powers of persuasion), featuring a white-and-blue colorway on boots and a sleeved torso-covering dress and skirt. But it's her bare upper legs that sent the gaming crowd into a frenzy.

A simple search of just "thighs" on social media (which is very NSFW—I can't underscore enough to do this carefully and at your own discretion) yields a slew of Emma Frost reactions, memes, "fan art," and talk about the hero. And honestly, it's well-deserved. Her design in Marvel Rivals depicts her as quite voluptuous, and her thighs even appear to have jiggle physics, so the reaction was to be expected.

This is not out of character for Frost, though. She's often portrayed in the comics and other depictions as using her powers of persuasion, both telepathic and feminine, for her own advantages, so it's a faithful albeit slightly exaggerated adaptation.

The new tank hero's reveal sparked a lot of excitement, disbelief, and art inspiration throughout the day. But last night, NetEase Games revealed a peek at her abilities, and it's her kit I'm most excited about, especially as a Vanguard main.

https://twitter.com/MarvelRivals/status/1907931157829923237

Emma Frost's main attack looks to be an icy wave projectile, evoking memories of Mei in Overwatch. She also has a shield she can project to block incoming damage and the ability to switch into her organic diamond form, turning her into a melee character who also has a command grab and a kick that will send enemies flying.

Her ultimate, for which she screams "KNEEL, PEASANTS," is her telepathy at work. It's an outward wave that deals damage and also draws enemies towards her, which is great for crowd control, pulling enemies off of a ledge, or just being very disruptive.

Emma's kit looks balanced, fun, and varied, and that's all you can ask for when it comes to a new character in a hero shooter. My point is, Emma Frost is so much more than her thick thighs, and I'm stoked to try her out when Marvel Rivals season two begins on April 11.

Zoh Shia in Monster Hunter Wilds

Since Monster Hunter Wilds launched, many players, especially long-time fans, felt the game was "too easy," with battles lacking challenge. But Title Update 1 shattered that notion, unleashing a brutal High-Rank Zoh Shia showdown that's proving to be a tough test for newcomers and veterans alike.

Zoh Shia had already made its mark as a formidable final boss in MH Wilds (trust me, I still have nightmares about those one-hit kills). But even if you thought it wasn't that challenging, you'll want to give it another shot with Title Update 1's new High Rank quests. It's now fiercer, more aggressive, and packs a whole new arsenal of devious combos, making it a more perilous encounter than ever before.

Starting the Zoh Shia Field Survey
Image via Capcom

Zoh Shia will just unleash attacks over and over again, leaving you no room to initiate a strike yourself. Within a single day of Title Update 1's release, it quickly earned a reputation as one of the toughest bosses to date. The moment I dove into the MH Wilds Reddit, the front page was flooded with threads about its intense difficulty, with a post titled WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT reigning at the top.

In another post, a player reflected on the Zoh Shia battle, saying, "Everyone said wilds is too easy. As a vet, I agree, but I also knew they would eventually turn it on. They just did." They also offered a valuable tip: It's best to try the Zoh Shia fight solo before using any SOS flares. With so many players struggling, cooperative strategies can quickly become a challenge, as constant carting (getting knocked out) can prevent everyone from earning mission rewards. It's a tough solo experience, but it gives you a chance to practice before teaming up, and once everyone's more familiar with the fight, you'll have a better chance of success.

If you want to try out Title Update 1's Zoh Shia battle, it's available for all Hunter Rank 50 players. You'll see it as a quest or Investigation in the Ruins of Wyveria, where you can fight to claim the chic Zoh Shia High-Rank armor set.

There will undoubtedly be more challenging quests like this, especially with the looming threat of underwater battles returning alongside Lagiacris. As the stakes rise, Monster Hunter Wilds will continue to push our skills to the limit in ways we never imagined. But for now, we'll just have to struggle with Zoh Shia.

Sabrina Carpenter holding a microphone and singing in front of a stage with a lip print, microphone, and guitar in Fortnite.

Fortnite consistently adds big musical artists to the game, mostly through Jam Tracks and Emotes. But for some lucky stars, there are full-on Outfits too. Sabrina Carpenter has been rumored to be added for some time, so you may be wondering whether she's coming to Fortnite.

A new artist means new skins, Jam Tracks, Emotes, and plenty of accessories. It's a fairly big event you don't want to miss out on, so here's when Sabrina Carpenter is coming to Fortnite and all of the details we know about her cosmetics so far.

Is Sabrina Carpenter coming to Fortnite?

Screenshot by Destructoid

Sabrina Carpenter is confirmed to be coming to Fortnite as the next Fortnite Festival artist. This was officially announced on April 4, with a teaser posted on the Fortnite Festival account.

This teaser is some white cursive text that has her release date alongside the message "See you soon!" and a red kiss mark. These clues match the details present on her 2024 album "Short n' Sweet."

Her arrival is also confirmed by the Sabrina Carpenter Easter egg you can find on the island. The microphone you can find at this spot belongs to her, so there's no doubt she will be the next Fortnite Festival artist, based on all of these clues combined.

Multiple reliable members from the Fortnite leak community, like ShiinaBR and HYPEX have been saying for a while that Sabrina Carpeneter will be the next Fortnite Festival artist. She's also already got a few Jam Tracks and Emotes in Fortnite.

https://twitter.com/FNFestival/status/1908157874267619694

When will Sabrina Carpenter be added to Fortnite?

Sabrina Carpenter will be added to Fortnite on April 8. It's likely that only her Festival pass skin will be available right away, while the rest of her cosmetics may be added to the shop at a later date.

Sabrina Carpenter Fortnite release date and time countdown

Hatsune Miku's Fortnite Festival pass ends on April 8 at 2:30am CT, so Sabrina Carpenter will be released right after this. There will likely be a bit of downtime after it ends, so it may take a couple of hours for her to become available.

Since it's unknown how long downtime will take, we've set our countdown timer to the precise time Hatsune Miku's Festival pass expires.

[hurrytimer id="1046193"]

How many skins will Sabrina Carpenter have in Fortnite?

Sabrina Carpenter is expected to get two skins in Fortnite since this is the same amount as previous Fortnite Festival artists. One of her skins will be included on the Festival pass while the other will be obtainable in the shop.

The version of her skin on the Festival pass will likely have two variants, similar to Hatsune Miku's Neko style that has the Brite edit style. You have to finish the full Festival pass to get the alternate look, but the main one can be unlocked as soon as you get this pass.

The second skin, which is separate, is a shop-exclusive look. Based on the prices of other Icon Series skins, it will likely cost around 1,500 V-Bucks for just the skin and around 3,200 V-Bucks for a full bundle that includes a Back Bling, Pickaxe, and other accessories.

https://twitter.com/HYPEX/status/1907078040288387383

While you wait for Sabrina Carpenter to arrive, there are plenty of quests you can work on around the island. You may want to spend bars on an Outlaw Flusher, work through the Mortal Kombat Cryomancer's Resolve quest series, and complete someone is planning a joyride.

all monsters in e.r.p.o. guide

Unless you've been living under a rock, you've probably noticed the waves R.E.P.O. has been making on Steam, so much so that it even got the Roblox community riled up. Enter E.R.P.O., a fresh game that's based on he same monster-fighting, item-hoarding and jump scare-inducting mechanics everyone knows and loves. But why waste time looking for every monster when you can just use my all monsters in E.R.P.O. guide and impress your mates in-game?

How to Find All Monsters in E.R.P.O. Guide

Before you dive deeper into our all monsters in E.R.P.O. guide, it's important to note that you won't get the same number of monsters as you would in R.E.P.O. The devs have indicated there will be a plethora of updates in the future, but not all at once. After all, the game is new, so we can cut them some slack. In the meantime, you can spend time catching the following E.R.P.O. monsters:

  • Duck (Apex Predator)
  • Reaper
  • Robe
  • Huntsman

I know, 4 monsters in the entire game isn't all that much, but it'll keep you going for at least 1-2 hours the first time, with immense replay value afterwards. Keep in mind that all the monsters are found roaming the floors and are completely randomized. For all the encounters, I'd advise using a Landmine or Hand Grenade, since they allow you to weave through objects and destroy the monster as it chases you. In particular, I like luring them to the item dropoff area and just nuking them. Let's dissect each a bit more, shall we?

How to Beat Duck (Apex Predator) in E.R.P.O

all monsters in e.r.p.o. guide
Screenshot by Destructoid

I first thought the Apex Predator was just a cute duckling. It followed me around, stayed close, didn't seem dangerous. But the second I touched it—barely grazed it—it changed. It snapped into this aggressive, flying nightmare. It lunged at me with brutal speed, biting over and over—three times a second, each hit taking a lot of HP. For ten long seconds, it was relentless. Then, just like that, it calmed down and went back to looking harmless.

But it didn't forget me. Once it's triggered, it goes after the one who provoked it. If the environment sets it off, it'll target whoever's nearby. It's small, fast, and can fly—so hiding under furniture or climbing won't help. When it's passive, it follows the first player it sees. It kept standing in front of me, blocking my path. Every time I picked something up, it started jumping and quacking. It was really hard to predict the attacks, so it took me 2-3 tries to completely subdue it. Never again, yikes.

How to Beat Reaper in E.R.P.O

all monsters in e.r.p.o. guide
Screenshot by Destructoid

The Reaper's slow, deaf, and honestly kind of dumb—but that doesn't mean it's safe. Its footsteps sound like crunching hay, and while its vision is awful, crouching isn't a guarantee. If it spots you, it goes wild—arm blades flailing as it charges. Not fast, but dangerous. It forgets you easily. Turn a corner, break line of sight, and it usually gives up. It can't hear anything—no footsteps, voices, or jumping—but it does react to the gravi-beam. Picking things up near it is a bad idea.

If you fight it, be ready. Its swings can knock items out of your hands, and even with slow reactions, it can drain your HP fast. I use it for melee and tranq practice since its patrol path is predictable. Don't try hiding under furniture. It'll crouch down and slash right through, just like the Robe. If it sees you hide or watches you grab it, you're done. Stay low, stay quiet, and stay out of sight.

How to Beat Robe in E.R.P.O

The Robe creeps up quietly. I didn't even hear it until it slammed into me—50 damage while crouching, 100 if you're standing. Sometimes, the physics hit hurts even more. It moves just slow enough that I can outwalk it, but if I make eye contact with that mask, it snaps. Then it sprints.

all monsters in e.r.p.o. guide
Screenshot by Destructoid

Hiding doesn't always work. It remembers where I went and isn't shy about reaching under tables or beds to pull me out. My best bet? Avoid looking at it, keep my distance, and wait. If it can't find anyone for a while, it vanishes. Fighting it isn't an option. The second it sees me—or even if something I'm holding touches it—it charges. It's like a twisted game of hide and seek. If I want to live, I don't engage. I disappear.

How to Beat Huntsman in E.R.P.O

all monsters in e.r.p.o. guide
Screenshot by Destructoid

The Huntsman can't see, but his hearing is insane. One footstep, a jump, a voice—anything—and he blasts his shotgun. Up close, that's an instant kill if you're at default health. He sticks to a set patrol and won't chase, so as long as I stay quiet, I'm safe. When I need to move, I toss an object to throw him off, wait for his grunt to dodge the shot, or bait him into firing and sprint past during his 2-second reload.

He's clumsy on stairs and stuns himself when he trips. His shotgun can even kill other monsters, but fighting him? Not worth it. He's a tank, reacts fast, and survives explosions. If I have to take him out, I use grenades, land mines or knock him off a ledge. Otherwise, I just wait and let the blind freak patrol in peace.

Aaaand, that's all there is to it when it comes to this all monsters in E.R.P.O. guide. It didn't take long for this experience to come to fruition, and we're eager to see how future updates will be handled. Until then, you can always check out some of our other Roblox content and see what's trending.

Yian Kut Ki in Monster Hunter Wilds

Monster Hunter Wilds Title Update 1 introduces new challenges, including the Apple of Her Eye quest, where you help Alma find her lost glasses. If you're struggling, this guide will walk you through the steps to complete it.

How to complete The Apple of Her Eye quest in Monster Hunter Wilds

Unlike most quests in Monster Hunter Wilds, you do not need to hunt any monsters to complete The Apple of Her Eye. Instead, you're tasked with tracking down the thief who stole Alma's glasses. There's no combat involved, just a bit of exploration.

Step 1: Locate a Witness Wudwud

Talking to a Thonk in Monster Hunter Wilds
Screenshot by Destructoid

To begin, the quest instructs you to find a Wudwud that saw Alma's glasses. Head to the Wudwud Hideout in Scarlet Forest and speak to Thunk. This will progress the quest, leading you to the next phase: searching downriver for the missing glasses.

Step 2: Search Downriver

Thankfully, searching for the glasses is straightforward. The map will display a yellow quest marker, guiding you to the correct location.

Apple Eye Quest Location in Monster Hunter Wilds
Screenshot by Destructoid

The destination is just outside the Scarlet Forest Base Camp, downriver. Once there, speak to the Wudwud present in the river. It will provide you with a quest advancement.

After this, return to Thunk at the Wudwud Hideout again and speak with him.

Step 3: Visit the Wudwud Hideout at Night in the Plenty Season

The next step requires you to revisit the Wudwud Hideout, but this time at night and during the Plenty season. Instead of waiting for these conditions naturally, optimize your time by adjusting them manually:

Changing Time and Environment in Monster Hunter Wilds
Screenshot by Destructoid

  1. Go to your Hunter's Tent.
  2. Choose the Rest option.
  3. Set the Time to Night and the Environment to Plenty.
  4. Once set, return to the Wudwud Hideout and speak with Thunk again.

Step 4: Gather Clues from Feasting Wudwuds

Wudwuds feasting in Monster Hunter Wilds

Gather information from the Wudwuds above the hideout. Head up and speak with the feasting Wudwuds. Keep talking to them until you've collected four clues.

Step 5: Find Ayejack and Retrieve the Glasses

The final task involves tracking down Ayejack, the Wudwud responsible for taking Alma's glasses. You can find him asleep in a hanging leaf bed within the main area of the Wudwud Hideout. His location is marked on your map.

Ayejack in Monster Hunter Wilds

Speaking to Ayejack wakes him up, and he requests Eastern Honey in exchange for the glasses. If you don't have any, gather Honey from nearby nodes, as Eastern Honey is a rare drop. It shouldn't take too long to collect.

Once you trade the Eastern Honey for the glasses, the Apple of Her Eye quest is complete. This also unlocks the ability to change the appearance of Alma's glasses.

With these steps, you'll have no trouble completing this delightful quest and customizing Alma's look in Monster Hunter Wilds.

Nintendo Switch 2 Direct image

Hold off on your April 9 "sick day" to secure a Nintendo Switch 2 preorder, American gamers. The date has now been delayed, according to a statement released by Nintendo.

The US announced "reciprocal tariffs" earlier this week against many countries around the world, including a 46 percent tariff on Vietnam, where Nintendo recently moved some of its hardware production. China also was hit with a 34 percent additional increase.

"Pre-orders for Nintendo Switch 2 in the U.S. will not start April 9, 2025 in order to assess the potential impact of tariffs and evolving market conditions," Nintendo told Polygon. "Nintendo will update timing at a later date. The launch date of June 5, 2025 is unchanged."

The impact of the tariffs imposed by the US could increase the price of the Switch 2 in the country. It's already $449, compared to the equivalent of $333 in Japan, but that price could go higher to offset the tariff costs.

Thankfully for gamers in the US, the release date hasn't been changed, at least for now. But that doesn't mean that Nintendo won't look at the changing cost of the tariffs and feel it needs to increase the console's price to offset them further.

When news of the Switch 2's pricing—both console and games—hit the internet a few days ago, the reception was already quite negative. If the prices rise further due to this tariff situation, it will continue to be a sour situation for Nintendo and its fans.

It's difficult to imagine the next chapter of this tariff saga spelling good news for gamers looking to pick up the newest Nintendo console. Some first-party games are already priced at $80, higher than the industry's previous norm of $69.99.

Steve, Garrett, and Henry standing on a bridge in front of a Woodland Mansion in A Minecraft Movie.

When Jack Black is involved in a project, there's a decent chance you'll get at least one song performed by him. Since he's the star of the film, you may be wondering whether A Minecraft Movie is a musical or has any musical elements.

If you're not someone who typically enjoys musicals, knowing whether this movie has songs might be important when you're deciding whether this film is right for you. You want to know what you're getting into before you start watching, so here's whether or not A Minecraft Movie is a musical.

Is A Minecraft Movie a musical?

Steve standing in front o a light blue portal in A Minecraft Movie.
Image via Warner Bros.

No, A Minecraft Movie is not a musical, but it does have some small jingles and musical elements throughout. If you're not someone who enjoys musicals, you'll still be fine seeing this film because all musical moments are very short and minor in the grand scheme of the entire film. They're also all pretty funny and knowingly a bit ridiculous, unlike musicals, where the music is a key story component.

Minor spoilers for A Minecraft Movie ahead to explain what music elements you'll see.

Jack Black's Steve randomly performs several small jingles throughout the film. You can listen to all of them on the official A Minecraft Movie soundtrack on your platform of choice. In the film, none of them are over a minute long, except for the final song, which feels shorter since pieces of it occur between other scenes.

The songs Jack Black performs throughout A Minecraft Movie are:

  • Steve's Lava Chicken (44 seconds) - When Steve introduces the rest of the group to his favorite restaurant in Midport Village.
  • Birthday Rap (49 seconds) - When Steve and Garrett perform in a Woodland Mansion to distract the Pillagers so Henry can sneak inside. This song is broken up into pieces as you switch from Henry's POV to Steve and Garrett's.
  • Ode to Dennis (50 seconds) - A short song sung by Steve near the end of the film as he says goodbye to his dog Dennis.
  • I Feel Alive (Four minutes and 20 seconds) - You don't hear the full song in the film, only pieces of it as the group celebrates the end of their adventure back in the real world.

Several scenes throughout the film, especially fight scenes and montages, have songs playing over them by artists like BENEE, Dayglow, and Paul Russell.

None of the short jingles are songs are longer than around a minute, so if you're not a fan of musicals, you can still enjoy this film. All of the music is really there to complement Steve's chaotic and eccentric character, and, according to the official press release regarding the album, to "capture key comedic moments in the film."

Songs are only present a few times throughout the film, and every one of them is super short. It's certainly not enough to be classified as a musical, but A Minecraft Movie does feature a few short original songs, so it's not without its musical elements.

https://youtu.be/z2CRZHZW7ag?si=PjviZG7Iw2-ZNtLK

If you want to know more about A Minecraft Movie, you may want to learn about the post-credits scenes and how long the run time is. You can also enjoy features from the movie in Minecraft, including McDonald's Minecraft Movie skins, Hot Lava Chicken, and A Minecraft Movie character skins.

Verdansk Warzone return operators

Verdansk is finally back, and not a moment too soon for Call of Duty: Warzone fans.

The classic all-time favorite battle royale map in CoD history returns as part of season three for Black Ops 6, and there's so much to look forward to for returning fans of the original map and those who may have missed out on it before.

The return of Verdansk also marks an overhaul to Warzone with several changes to the existing formula, but also new rewards in the Return to Verdansk event where players can grab special items simply by playing the map.

Here's everything there is to know about all of the rewards in Warzone's Return to Verdansk event and how to get them.

Event challenge unlocks

Warzone Return to Verdansk event map
Image via Activision

For the event, exploration of Verdansk is required, with the map broken up into 12 distinct POI sections: Dam, Military Base, Quarry, Storage Town, Superstore, Stadium, Train Station, Hospital, Downtown, Hills, Port, and Prison.

To unlock the rest of the rewards in the event, explore each POI section and search for special hidden safes. When opening a hidden safe, you will receive supply loot, a specific zone reward, or a redacted "special reward."

Verdansk safes appear to be found at set locations inside and outside of buildings within each POI zone, and what you find in them is also random, so the search may take a while. But don't give up, because the final reward unlock may be worth all of your trouble.

Below is the list of all rewards that can be unlocked by searching a POI in each section of the map:

  • Loading Screen: "Let's Plan Something!"
  • Emblem: "Jarvdinsk Spomenik"
  • Calling Card: "Lumberjack Legends"
  • Weapon Decal: "Deathly Chill Return"
  • Weapon Charm: "With Fries, Please"
  • Calling Card: "Breaking News"
  • Finishing Move: "The Back Adjustment"
  • Spray: "Love 4 Tha Game"
  • Emote: "Cheering the Squad"
  • Token: Double XP Token (45 minutes)
  • Sticker: "Shipping to Verdansk"
  • Calling Card: "Wheel of Glory"

Verdansk Safe locations in Warzone

Above is an incomplete set of safe locations in Verdansk. Each yellow dot showcases the area where a Verdansk safe has been found, so keep your eyes peeled when around them and always look for more when exploring the map.

The best and easiest way to find these safes is to play Battle Royale Casual, which is filled with over 100 bots and only up to 27 other human players. As the bots are way easier to fight and won't also be looking for the safes, you will have a much easier time finding them all.

Plus, if someone on your team finds a safe, you will get credit for that POI if you haven't unlocked it already, so it's a win-win overall.

All Return to Verdansk challenges and rewards

Welcome back, operator. Verdansk has returned and soo, too has a big chunk of what made the original BR mode so fun. To celebrate, there are some free rewards to unlock and earn through playing and also some instant rewards for veterans of the game.

Instant Unlocks

Unlockable for everyone:

  • Primary Weapon (Assault Rifle): Kilo 141
  • Operator: Domino (Warzone only)
  • Operator: Mil-Sim USEF (Warzone only)

Unlockable for Warzone veterans:

  • Contrail: "Blue Legacy"
  • Parachute: "Coming Home"
  • Gunscreen: "Like We Never Left"

Mastery Reward

Image via Activision

Once all 12 unique rewards above are found and unlocked, the Mastery Reward will be yours: the Kali Sticks melee weapon. These batons wreaked havoc in season four of CoD: Modern Warfare back in 2020, and they're back again.

There's also a special operator skin to unlock, but it's currently shrouded in secrecy. "Be on the lookout, as opening [REDACTED] Hidden Safes also have the [REDACTED] chance to grant you the special 'Trail Blazer' Operator Skin for Caine (as shown above)," Activision explained.

Return to Verdansk is available in Warzone from April 3 to 15, with 20 rewards in total to unlock.

Special Sheathe before a Rathian Monster Hunter Wilds

Many Monster Hunter Wilds players have been receiving the EW_30d43 error message on their screens, and it has disrupted online activities.

Title Update 1 added plenty of exciting content for players to enjoy, which includes solo and group activities alike. However, the latter has been gravely affected by this server error. Here's something to try in the meantime if you're getting the same issue on your end.

Possible Monster Hunter Wilds EW_30d43 Error fixes

The EW_30d43 error seems to be a server-side issue. It started popping up after the game's recent update and seems to impact players of all platforms. Capcom issued an official statement on the Monster Hunter Status account about the ongoing problems.

https://twitter.com/MHStatusUpdates/status/1908131954274582874

The developers are aware of the problems and are investigating the exact cause of this error. There isn't much for players to do, as it's a completely server-side issue. Unless your own ISP has been creating trouble, the only solution is to wait.

However, you can still play some of the new content, as Monster Hunter Wilds does let you play offline. If you're on the PS5, manually turn off the network connection for your console to access the offline mode.

Some in-game features will be restricted in the offline mode. You can still fire SOS flares in case of an emergency to get help from NPC support hunters. This is the only assistance you can get when playing in the offline mode. Until the connectivity issues are resolved, there's no way to play with your friends or help out other community members on their quests.

Trying to connect to the Online Single Player Mode will also show the EW_30d43 error message. It's a shame players have to face such problems right after the biggest update since the global launch, but the issues should be resolved quickly if Capcom is to be believed.

Imagine this - you've explored all Dress To Impress has to offer, but you just can't access that one room behind the transparent wall. This situation is very familiar to all of us, especially to those who can't get the VIP pass for various reasons. If you're the one who wants to help out fellow players in need, here's how to gift VIP in Dress To Impress.

Dress To Impress VIP Gift Guide

Dress To Impress offers various perks that can be bought for Robux, such as custom makeup, faster walking and, of course, VIP passes. This perk gives you the VIP tag, as well as exclusive items in both the original server and the Style Showdown game-mode.

You can purchase a 30-day VIP pass for 299 Robux, or a permanent one for 799 Robux. Keep in mind that you get the same perks with both of these passes.

How To Gift VIP To Another Player

Screenshot by Destructoid.

In order to gift VIP to somebody, that player has to be in the same Dress To Impress server as you. Click on the golden heel and lipstick icon to your left, which opens the shop. In the very center of the shop you'll see the VIP pass offer. Click on "view options"

Once you choose between the 30-day and permanent pass, click on the present button next to the price that says "gift". A menu will open up with a list of all the players in the server that don't have VIP. Choose the person you want to send the gift to and they should receive it as soon as you click the "gift" button. Now all that's left to do is say "you're welcome"!

If you find yourself confused, you can take a look at our step-by-step guide:

A player standing alongside their Shadows with the Ziru G stat block next to them in Arise Crossover Roblox experience

When you get a new Shadow in Arise Crossover, the first thing you want to do is level it up. This is especially important in the late game because most of the Shadows you arise will be weak compared to the ones you already have. So, to help you farm EXP quickly, we prepared the following guide on how to level up Shadows fast in Arise Crossover.

How do Shadow Levels Work in Arise Crossover

  • Preview of the Shadows menu with the stat block of a level 250 Ziru G Shadow highlighted on it in Arise Crossover Roblox experience
  • Preview of the Shadows menu with the stat block of a level 44 Ziru G Shadow highlighted on it in Arise Crossover Roblox experience
  • Preview of the Shadows Index menu in the Arise Crossover Roblox experience that lets you check the potential damage of a Shadow at certain ranks and levels

In Arise Crossover, each Shadow can level up to a certain point, and with each level, it gains more damage. Now, Shadows can be of different ranks. That rank determines the maximum level of your Shadow and its maximum damage potential. You can check the potential damage of a Shadow in the index section. Also, here is a list of all Shadow ranks and their level caps:

  • E-rank: 75
  • D-rank: 100
  • C-rank: 125
  • B-rank: 150
  • A-rank: 175
  • S-rank: 200
  • SS-rank: 225
  • G-rank: 250
  • N-rank: 275

How to Farm EXP and Level Up Shadows Fast in Arise Crossover

  • A player showing a nice spot for farming EXP and leveling up a Shadow on Grass Village Island in the Arise Crossover Roblox experience.
  • A player showing a nice spot for farming EXP and leveling up Shadows on the Brum Island in the Arise Crossover Roblox experience

To level up your Shadows in Arise Crossover fast, let it fight mobs that have HP equal to around x10 the damage of the Shadow. In essence, you want to let your Shadow fight for at least 10-15 seconds with a mob. When the Shadow starts killing mobs in just a few hits, move on to the next mob or the next island. By doing this, you will constantly keep leveling up your Shadow by ~10 levels or more.

If you own the X2 EXP battlepass, you can shorten the leveling-up process by a lot. However, even without it, you can level up a Shadow quickly. So, you are better off spending Tickets/Robux on other battlepasses.

Arise Crossover Mob List

Below is a list of all mobs in Arise Crossover, along with the HP values of their regular and brute versions. You can use it as a reference while leveling up your Shadows. All of the brute versions of each mob on the same island have similar HP. So, after you grind weaker mobs on an island, farm a single brute mob before moving on to the next island. This way, it should take you 10-15 minutes to level up a Shadow to the max on average.

Solo City Soondoo 60 90.00K
Solo City Gonshee 800 110.00K

Why are My Shadows Not Earning EXP and Leveling Up in Arise Crossover?

If you are defeating mobs but your Shadows are not leveling up in Arise Crossover, that means they are not dealing enough damage to get the EXP. A Shadow can earn EXP only if it deals damage equal to around 5% of the enemy's maximum HP.

Preferably, you want to level up multiple Shadows of equal strength at the same time. If you are leveling up a Shadow that is weaker than the rest of your party, unequip the other Shadows. Also, disable the auto-click option so that you don't deal damage with your weapon.

That does it for our guide on how to level up Shadows fast in Arise Crossover. If you want to know how to enhance them to the SS rank, check out our guide to upgrading Shadows in Arise Crossover.

A Fish player is standing on a pier in the Second Sea and there is a title on top and bottom of the image

One great thing about the Second Sea update in Fisch is all the new fish you get to catch. There are 8 new locations in the Second Sea, and you can bet they all have new fish to catch. To help you out, we made this guide listing every single fish in the Second Sea, plus a few tips on how to catch the difficult ones. Here are all Fish in the Second Sea in Fisch.

All Fish in Azure Lagoon

A Fisch player has caught a Depth Drifter
Screenshot by Destructoid

Azure Lagoon is a tropical archipelago of a few smaller islands. There are 12 new fish in this zone. We caught all of the following fish with the Free Spirit Rod using the Instant Catcher bait. For the most part, we didn't have any trouble catching any of these fish, except for the Algae Lurker, for some reason. If you're having trouble, using a Lucky Rod helps a lot.

Name Rarity Weather Time Season Bait Average Weight (kg) Average Price (E$)
Murkfin Common Foggy Day Fall Worm 31 30
Brackscale Uncommon Rain / Spring Seaweed 40 70
Lagoon Dart Uncommon Rain Night Summer Shrimp 50 75

Depth Drifter Exotic Windy / Summer Golden Worm 1250 5,200
Verdant Mirage Secret Foggy Day Fall Luminous Larva 830 1,5000

All Fish in Emberreach

Emberreach is a pain to complete. The game won't tell you, but you actually have two types of fish here (fish you can catch on the shore, and the ones you can catch in the pond in the middle of the island). To catch the Secret Molten Ripple, use a Steady Rod with an Instant Catcher (don't ask, it just works). Other than that, just keep at it and eventually you should have them all.

Name Rarity Weather Time Season Bait Average Weight (kg) Average Price (E$)
Pyre Fang Common Foggy Day Fall Worm 15 25
Glowfin Skipper Common Rain Night Spring Seaweed 250 25
Lava Bream Common Windy / Summer Insect 65 60

We'll keep updating the list with more fish as more updates roll out.

How to Catch Toilet Fish in Fisch

A Fisch player has caught a Toilet Fish
Screenshot by Destructoid

You can catch a Toilet Fish by fishing in the Open Ocean in the Second Sea. Despite being a Secret Fish, we were able to catch one in about 10 minutes. We used the Free Spirit Rod with Instant Catcher as bait, but if you want to maximize your chances, you can also use a rod with a lower maximum weight, such as the Training Rod and Weird Algae.

Even though it's a reference to Skibidi Toilet, there's really nothing special about this secret fish, other than being a gag. It's not difficult to catch, it's not worth much, it's just a fish in a toilet.

How to Catch a Sea Leviathan in Fisch

A Sea Leviathan has spawned and it's showing it's catchable area
Screenshot by Fisch wiki

You can catch a Sea Leviathan in the Second Sea when it's spawned and only if you are fishing in its area. Unlike many Exotic Fish we've seen in the First Sea, the Sea Leviathan is annoyingly different. Even though you can make one spawn by spamming Tempest and Smokescreen Totems only at night, you won't get a notification that a Sea Leviathan has spawned. Instead, you have to go out and look for one.

Sea Leviathans can swim around the Second Sea, usually around the edges of the map (around Lushgrove), and you literally need to roam around and hope you find them during Rainy or Foggy weather.

One thing that may help in your search is floating purple boxes. If you see them out in the Second Sea (they do stand out), you'll know there's a Sea Leviathan somewhere. It has a -90% Speed Progress, and your enchantments won't work, so make sure you use a rod with high Resilience.

That's all three is to it. Have fun catching all the fish in the Second Sea, especially those tougher ones. If you haven't already, check out our Fisch codes for some free in-game goodies.

Five A Minecraft Movie characters standing in a blocky Minecraft forest with a dog.

A Minecraft Movie has arrived, and if you're contemplating heading to the theater to enjoy it, you might have some questions first. One of the most important questions you may have is how long this film is.

The runtime of this movie may change whether or not you're heading to the theater to enjoy it or instead waiting for it to be accessible to watch at home later. If you're eager to know the answer, here's how long the runtime of A Minecraft Movie is.

How long is A Minecraft Movie?

Steve standing in front of a swirling purple portal in A Minecraft Movie.
Image via Warner Bros.

A Minecraft Movie is exactly one hour and 41 minutes in total. Accounting for trailers ahead of the film, though, I'd say you can expect to spend about two hours in the theater if you arrive at the exact time listed on your ticket and stay until the very end to also enjoy the exciting post-credits scenes.

All showings of A Minecraft Movie are accompanied by a special, longer version of the preview for the upcoming Superman film. This trailer alone is nearly five minutes long, and you can expect to see at least four or more trailers in addition to this one, so trailers generally take up around 20 minutes. This can vary a bit depending on the theater you visit and which previews they're playing, but it's best to expect to spend around two hours in the theater overall.

What's the plot of A Minecraft Movie?

On a surface level, A Minecraft Movie is the story of a group of humans who end up trapped in Minecraft, and to get back to the real world, they have to band together to save the Overworld from an evil Piglin sorceress named Malgosha.

Jack Black's Steve first ends up there by accident, but he loves it so much that he chooses to stay forever. The rest of the crew, including Jason Momoa's Garrett, Emma Myers's Natalie, Sebastian Hansen's Henry, and Danielle Brooks's Dawn, end up trapped there by accident.

Steve, Garrett, and Henry standing on a bridge in front of a Woodland Mansion in A Minecraft Movie.

All of the characters are very different, but they're all pretty lonely and struggling in life, so this movie has a prominent found family trope throughout. As they journey through the vast world of Minecraft, you'll spot several iconic Minecraft mobs, enjoy subtle references like a Technoblade tribute, and hear a few fun jingles throughout.

A Minecraft Movie cast

Actor Character Also known for
Jack Black Steve School of Rock, Nacho Libre, Kung Fu Panda, The Super Mario Bros. Movie, and Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle
Jason Momoa Garrett "The Garbage Man" Garrison Aquaman, Game of Thrones, Fast X, and Justice League
Emma Myers Natalie Wednesday, A Good Girl's Guide to Murder, Family Switch, and Southern Gospel
Sebastian Hansen Henry Just Mercy and Lisey's Story
Danielle Brooks Dawn Peacemaker, Orange Is the New Black, Robin Roberts Presents: Mahalia, and Close Enough
Vice Principal Marlene Jennifer Coolidge Legally Blonde, A Cinderella Story, American Pie, The White Lotus, A Mighty Wind, and Shotgun Wedding

tinkaton pokemon go debut

Paldea's metal-eating, hammer-wielding and Corviknight-hating fan-favorite Pokémon is finally arriving in Pokémon Go, with Tinkatink, Tinkatuff, and Tinkaton making their debuts in the mobile game from April 16 to April 22.

The queen arrives as part of Pokémon Go's The Pokémon Horizons: The Series Celebration event, which along with Tinkaton and its pre-evolutions brings back Captain Pikachu and its Shiny form for those who missed out on it last time, as well as a brand new Floragato wearing a hat with Liko's pin as the new costumed Pokémon spawning during the event.

It's a big celebration, but let's be honest: If you are anything like me, you are only excited to see Tinkaton smash its way into the game finally, even if its Shiny form is nowhere to be seen. Tinkatink evolved into Tinkatuff with 25 Tinkatink Candy, whereas you can evolve Tinkatuff into Tinkaton with 100 Tinkatink Candy. So no unique evolution method will be needed (thank Arceus).

https://twitter.com/PokemonGoApp/status/1908142743076913524

Sadly, the big downside to this is that Tinkatink is not a wild Pokémon spawn and will be locked to 7km Eggs instead, forcing you to break out the Egg Incubators in hopes of finding one. After the event ends, Tinkatink will only be found in 10km Eggs. You can also get Elekid, Hatenna, and Charcadet in 7km Eggs during the event, but who cares about those Pokémon when Tinkatink is on the line!?

You can pay an extra $4.99 though to get Paid Timed Research during the event that rewards encounters with Tinkatink, an event-themed avatar pose, and an Egg Incubator if you want to make sure you get the best girl in all Paldea without having to rely on Egg RNG.

In terms of event bonuses, Team Go Rocket balloons will be appearing more frequently, with 1/2 Egg Hatch Distance when eggs are placed into Incubators during the event. Lastly, there will be an increased chance to encounter both Captain Pikachu and Floragato wearing a hat with Liko's pin.

In terms of Wild Encounters, the following Pokémon will appear more frequently in the wild:

  • Quagsire
  • Shuckle
  • Slugma
  • Nosepass
  • Snouron
  • Sprigatito
  • Floragato wearing a hat with Liko's pin
  • Fuecoco
  • Quaxly
  • Pawmi
  • Pikachu wearing Cap's hat (Captain Pikachu)

Captain Pikachu will be mostly found in raids over wild spawns, sadly, but it can learn the exclusive Charged Attack Volt Tackle if you catch one, so at least there's that.

There are also the usual offerings of Raids and other bonuses, but let's be honest. You and I are only here for Tinkaton. So let's get out there and catch a Hundo, trainers!

wuthering waves ciaccona

Ciaccona in Wuthering Waves is an upcoming 5-star Aero character. She is a Pistol user and thanks to the recent leaks, we already have information on her signature weapon's stats and materials.

It is a pretty solid weapon with some amazing bonuses for the Aero Attribute. You can find more details about Ciaccona's signature weapon in this article.

Ciaccona signature weapon stats (leaks)

Here are the stats and effects of Ciaccona's signature weapon at level 90 Syntonization Rank 1, per the info via @_hiragara_:

  • Base ATK: 500
  • Second stat: Crit Rate 36%
  • Effects: Attack increased by 12%. When applying the Aero Erosion effect on an enemy, the Aero DMG bonus is increased by 20% for 10 seconds. When the attack an enemy affected by Aero Erosion, the enemy's Aero resistance is decreased by 12% for 20 seconds.

The Crit Rate second stat bonus is nice for consistency. As for the weapon passive, it increases the wielder's ATK by a decent amount. In addition, it increases the Aero DMG bonus and shreds the enemy's Aero resistance for a fairly long duration.

Seeing how the weapon's effects greatly rely on Aero Erosion, it is safe to say this effect is an important part of Ciaccona's kit in Wuthering Waves.

Weapon materials and where to farm them

ciaccona signature weapon level up materials
Image via Kuro Games

Listed below are the materials you will need to level up Ciaccona's signature weapon:

  • Impure Phlogiston x6
  • Extracted Phlogiston x8
  • Refined Phlogiston x6
  • Flawless Phlogiston x20
  • Crude Ring x6
  • Basic Ring x6
  • Improved Ring x10
  • Tailored Ring x12

You can farm Impure Phlogiston, Extracted Phlogiston, Refined Phlogiston, and Flawless Phlogiston by completing the Marigold Woods Forgery Challenge in Huanglong and the Abyss of Confession Forgery Challenge in Rinascita. They are also available in Weapon Shop, Souvenir Store, and Supply Packs.

For Crude Ring, Basic Ring, Improve Ring, and Tailored Ring, you can defeat all the Exile enemies across Solaris-3. You can also obtain them as additional rewards from the Forgery Challenges in Huanglong, in-game stores, Weapon Shop, and Synthesis.

More on Ciaccona's signature weapon

You can pull the new 5-star Pistols in version 2.3, but it is recommended only after you've pulled Ciaccona. Even with the Crit Rate second stat bonus, Ciaccona's signature weapon is not a viable option for other Pistol users because the passive effect relies on the Aero Erosion effect. Furthermore, it is very unlikely that Kuro Games will release another Aero Pistol user similar to Ciaccona anytime soon.

That's all the info we have on the weapon leaks, and we will update the details as soon as the developers share more details. If you're planning on pulling the bard of Rinascita, you can also check out Ciaccona's ascension and skill materials.

A Minecraft Movie cast standing together in Minecraft

A Minecraft Movie is here, so it's time to grab your pickaxe and armor to get ready to defend the Overworld. Whether you're off to see it for the first time or reviewing what just happened after finishing it, you may be wondering about the post-credits scene.

Not all films have post-credits scenes, but those that do usually set up something important or conclude existing storylines. They're always worth reviewing, so here's A Minecraft Movie post-credits scene explained and everything you need to know about it.

Does A Minecraft Movie have a post-credits scene?

Five A Minecraft Movie characters standing in a blocky Minecraft forest with a dog.
Image via Warner Bros.

A Minecraft Movie has two post-credits scenes—a mid-credits scene and a post-credits scene at the very end. The mid-credits scene is more of a fun finale to the movie's subplot, while the post-credits scene is actually pretty massive and might be setting up a sequel.

Major spoilers for A Minecraft Movie ahead, so only read on if you're ready to learn them.

What is the post-credits scene in A Minecraft Movie?

In the post-credits scene for A Minecraft Movie, Steve, played by Jack Black, returns to the real world and meets one of the other most important characters in Minecraft. After deciding to join the rest of the group in the regular world, Steve heads back to his old home.

Since he's been gone for so long, all his stuff is missing, and a new owner has moved in. Steve knocks at the door and explains a bit of his situation to the individual who moved in. She's shown to be wearing a light green top and has reddish orange hair, and in the last seconds of their conversation, she introduces herself as Alex.

We only get a glimpse of her back, but it's enough to recognize her from the world of Minecraft. Alex is one of the other default skins in Minecraft, and she and Steve are viewed as two of the main icons for this game.

Steve reacts oddly, perhaps because he already knows her. It's unclear whether he does or if he's just being dramatic here, as he is for most of the film, and no answers are given as the screen cuts to black as soon as she confirms her identity.

What is the mid-credits scene in A Minecraft Movie?

The mid-credits scene is far less important, but it's quite funny and concludes Vice Principal Marlene's romance subplot with the Minecraft villager who accidentally stumbled into the real world. After enjoying a single date together, which occurs after Marlene accidentally hits the villager with her car, the pair are convinced they're perfect for each other. Marlene's ex then angrily storms in and tries to ruin things.

In a shocking twist, the Minecraft villager, who has only been making the signature "hmm" noise up until this point, starts fully talking to defend his relationship. He reveals that his love for Marlene has allowed him to learn the human language and that it's also taught Marlene to speak villager. The Minecraft villager is revealed to be voiced by Matt Berry, and he continues speaking the human language while Marlene, played by Jennifer Coolidge, expresses her love in the villager language with subtitles.

The Minecraft villager and Marlene ultimately end up engaged. This entire plot doesn't mean anything for the main storyline, but it's a really silly and fun subplot that runs throughout the entire movie.

A Minecraft Movie post-credits scene explained

Image via Warner Bros.

The end-credits scene in A Minecraft Movie seems to be setting up a sequel. There's no other reason to introduce Alex if not for a sequel, and it also lines up perfectly with the ending of Steve's storyline.

This doesn't mean a sequel is guaranteed, but simply that the team involved is open to the idea and seemingly wants to explore it if they're given the room to do so. Steve returned to the real world with the intention of sharing the magic present in Minecraft with the rest of the world. It seems fitting, then, that the plot of a potential second film could easily pick up this storyline and bring Alex into the mix as a new member of the group.

If you want to know more about A Minecraft Movie, you might be interested in learning about Technoblade's tribute in it. You can also experience the movie magic in Minecraft by grabbing the Hot Lava Chicken, earning the Home and Menace Capes, unlocking the character skins, and reviewing all McDonald's Minecraft Movie collectibles.

zani wuthering waves

Zani in Wuthering Waves is an upcoming 5-star Spectro character who uses Gauntlets as a weapon. She will get a new signature weapon in version 2.3, and its stats and materials have already been leaked.

You can find more details about Zani's signature weapon in this article.

Zani signature weapon stats (leaks)

According to @_hiragara_, Zani's signature weapon has the following stats and effects at level 90 S1:

  • Base ATK: 588
  • Second stat: Crit DMG 48.6%
  • Effect: Attack increased by 12%. When casting Resonance Liberation, the damage ignores 8% of the enemy's defense, and the damage caused by Spectro Frazzle is increased by 50%. This effect lasts for 14 seconds.

Zani's signature weapon's name is currently unknown, but it appears to be a solid weapon. It has a high Crit DMG second stat bonus, and the passive increases the ATK by a decent amount. Furthermore, the weapon allows the wielder to ignore a certain amount of the enemy's defense when dealing Resonance Liberation DMG.

Since Zani's signature weapon also buffs the DMG caused by Spectro Frazzle, it is safe to assume that she also relies on the Spectro Frazzle effect to deal damage.

Weapon materials and where to farm

level up materials for Zani's signature weapon
Image via Kuro Games

Listed below are all the materials you will need to level up Zani's signature weapon in Wuthering Waves:

  • Cadence Seed x6
  • Cadence Bud x8
  • Cadence Leaf x6
  • Cadance Blossom x20
  • LF Howler Core x6
  • MF Howler Core x6
  • HF Howler Core x10
  • FF Howler Core x12

Cadence Seed, Cadence Bud, Cadence Leaf, and Cadence Blossom can be farmed in the Moonlit Groves Forgery Challenge in Huanglong and the Abyss of Sacrifice Forgery Challenge in Rinascita. You can also get them from Supply Packs during the events.

Meanwhile, LF, MF, HF, and FF Howler Cores can be obtained by defeating all the Howler enemies, such as:

  • Cyan-Feathered Heron
  • Havoc Dreadmane
  • Baby Viridblaze Saurian
  • Viridblaze Saurian
  • Fusion Dreadmane
  • Hoochief Cyclone
  • Violet-Feathered Heron
  • Young Roseshroom
  • Frostscourge Stalker
  • Hooscamp Clapperclaw
  • Dwarf Cassowary

You can also get Howler Cores from Supply Packs, Stores, and completing Forgery Challenges in Huanglong.

More on Zani's signature weapon

Since you're always guaranteed to get the featured 5-star weapon, you can get Zani's signature weapon if you have enough Astrites saved up. It is a solid weapon for the Montelli employee since it boosts her damage and provides a large Crit DMG bonus. While it can be a good stat stick, pulling it for another character is not recommended because of its passive.

That's all the info on the upcoming 5-star Gauntlets. We will update the details if there are any changes. In the meantime, you can check out Zani's ascension and skill materials.

Advanced setups in Schedule 1

The growth and eventual success of a business in Schedule 1 often depend on a bunch of plants, and players should do everything possible to speed up the process.

There are three types of drugs currently available in the game: Marijuana, Meth, and Cocaine. Both Marijuana and Cocaine come from plants that are grown from seeds. Every plant has a specific rate of growth, but you can increase the speed by taking a few extra steps.

How to grow plants quicker in Schedule 1

The number of options is limited at the start of a game. However, the choices expand as you level up and unlock more items. The first job is to complete quests along the main storyline, which allows you to gain access to the Warehouse.

The Warehouse has three dealers. Go to Oscar, as he provides you with a lot of illegal stuff. This includes a range of advanced pots which are better than the default growth pods. These pots have accelerated growth rates and allow the plants to grow quicker. You can also buy a Plastic Pot from Oscar, but that doesn't offer any help to plant growth.

You can also use specialized lightings that influence the growth rate of the plants. There are different options available, and you can buy them from Oscar as well. While the full setups are going to cost more than an ordinary growth pod, you'll be making more money in the long run.

All advanced pots in Schedule 1

There are two advanced pots available in the game.

Advanced pots in Schedule 1
Screenshot by Destructoid

  • Moisture-Preserving Pot ($50): This special pot doesn't really increase your plant growth speed but reduces moisture loss by 40%. If you don't like watering, this is a good option.
  • Air Pot ($120): This special pot has a 30% extra moisture drain but accelerates plant growth by 15%.

All advanced lights in Schedule 1

When it comes to lights, there are two options to pick from.

Special pots in Schedule 1
Screenshot by Destructoid

  • Simple LED Grow Light ($80): A good upgrade over the Halogen Grow light, the LED Grow light results in 15% faster growth for your plants.
  • Full Spectrum Grow Light ($200): This option accelerates the growth rate of your plants by 30%.

Both the LED Grow Light and the Spectrum Grow Light require Suspension Racks that cost about $40 each.

Despite the costs, it's better to go for the best setup possible. Once you reach the endgame and have automated properties, your business will revolve around Meth and Cocaine. The latter of those two comes from Coca Leaves, and each full-grown plant gives out six leaves. You'll need leaves from four fully-grown plants to get ten Cocaine, so it's in your best interests to accelerate the growth as much as you can.

Make sure to hire Botanists, who will be able to tend to your plants more efficiently, and put a fresh seed once a plant completes its life cycle.

We walked away from the event pleasantly surprised because calling Hotel Barcelona 2.5D a slasher-action game almost doesn't seem fair. The game has so many layers to it, and on top of […]
