I don't spend a ton of time testing gaming laptops these days, but one of my recent favourites was the Zephyrus G14. This laptop is slim and compact, yet sports a brilliant 14-inch 2560x1600 120Hz display, a powerful RX 6700S graphics card and a top-end Ryzen 9 6900HS processor. This is backed with a 1TB NVMe SSD and 16GB of DDR5 RAM (!!), an impressive loadout that uses basically the fastest and latest-gen components you can fit into a laptop of this size.
Today Best Buy in the US are doing a great price on this spec of the Zephyrus G14, charging $1399.99 for it rather than the launch price of $1649.99 - a $250 reduction. That's the best price we've seen for this model and an awesome deal on a compact yet powerful all-AMD laptop.

Graphics cards are falling in price rapidly, and nowhere is this more true than on the bleeding-edge end of the market. After seeing discounts on AMD's first 6000-series graphics cards last month, we're now also seeing deep cuts to the more recent 6X50 models - including the subject of this piece, the Radeon RX 6950 XT. This particular card is the very fastest that AMD make, and offers rasterised performance on par with Nvidia's RTX 3090 and 3090 Ti.
Today, it's been discounted to £850 at Scan, a big reduction from its original UK RRP of £1065 earlier this year.

French Bread also revealed more details about the Summer update during the EVO 2022 Melty Blood tournament. Development director Kamone Serizawa explained the additions and changes that the team will bring with the new patch in a six-minute-long video.
Serizawa revealed that the Summer update will also include changes to the game's battle balance. The video includes a detailed list of changes made to combat features, such as Shields, Dashes, Combos, and Moon Skills. The update will also add more features to the Replay Mode and improve the network matching system.
Type-Moon and French Bread have revealed plans to add a total of eight DLC playable characters. EVO Japan will return in Spring 2023 after a pandemic-induced hiatus. The event's general manager Rick Thiher has confirmed that EVO Japan 2023 will take place in Tokyo from late March to early April 2023. The group has also updated the Japanese event's official website and set up a new Japanese Twitter account.
Four titles will feature prominently in EVO Japan 2023 as main tournaments. They will be Arc System Works' Guilty Gear Strive, SNK's The King of Fighters XV, Capcom's Street Fighter V: Champion Edition, and Bandai Namco's Tekken 7. The organizers will reveal more titles in the lineup and details for tournament registrations in Fall 2022.
EVO Japan is the first event in the Evolution Championship Series to appear outside of the US. The inaugural event launched in January 2018. The organizers managed to hold the event annually in 2019 and 2020, but it was halted due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Just like the original American event, developers of the featured games often publish new information in the middle of the tournaments. For example, the 2020 edition saw new playable character reveals for SoulCalibur VI and Samurai Shodown, as well as a new feature update for Tekken 7.
EVO Japan 2023 will take place physically at Tokyo Big Sight from March 31 to April 2, 2023.

Arc System Works announced that it had sold over 1 million units of Guilty Gear Strive in physical shipments and digital sales worldwide. Its press release added more significance, as Strive also became the company's first-ever title to reach the million sales milestone.
The Guilty Gear team's 2D artist Kenta Asano drew a celebratory illustration to mark Strive's 1 million sales milestone. It features Bridget, which will appear as the first Season Pass 2 character. Announced during the Evo 2022 tournament, the most-requested series character in Japan will return simultaneously worldwide on August 8, 2022 (August 9, 2022, in Japan).
At the same time, the company also published a new trailer to mark the fighting game's first anniversary. It features a music video of Sol Badguy's theme song in Strive, "Find Your One Way." The Japanese animation studio Sanzigen produced this video.
Arc System Works sold over 300,000 units of Guilty Gear Strive during its launch week in June 2021. It raised the number to 500,000 units in mid-July 2021, roughly a month after release. That means it took roughly another year for the fighting game to reach the million sales milestone.
Guilty Gear Strive is available worldwide on PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC, and arcades. A new wave of content additions through Season Pass 2 will begin with Bridget's inclusion on August 8, 2022.

Cygames shared more information on the One Piece Film: Red crossover event that will run in Granblue Fantasy. It will launch on September 14 and run until September 25, 2022. The event will grant players two new playable characters, as well as a new summon. There is also a trailer for the event available on YouTube.
Luffy will be a playable character, while Nami and Robin will team up as a single unit. Hijikata and Okita in the Gintama event worked the same way, as do some of the units native to Granblue Fantasy. You can uncap Luffy to unlock two more pieces of artwork for him. Uta also appears as a summon, with Kaori Nazuka reprising her role.
[gallery link="file" ids="933361,933362,933363"]
The trailer is part of the Granblue Fantasy live-stream and features voice actor jokes. For reference, Rackam's voice actor Hiroaki Hirata also voiced Sanji in One Piece. During the trailer, Rackam is a good cook and calls the women of the crew 'mademoiselles,' just like Sanji does. Walder is also prominent in the trailer, serving as the sane man to Rackam. Walder's voice actor Kappei Yamaguchi also voices Usopp in One Piece.
Granblue Fantasy is available on mobile devices and Internet browser. The One Piece Film: Red and Granblue Fantasy crossover event will run from September 14 to September 25, 2022.

It's a delayed game double feature today on PC Invasion, friends. On this fine Monday, we have learned that both ARC Raiders and Marvel's Midnight Suns have been delayed. This isn't the first time for the latter, which was pushed out of its March release window into the latter half of 2022. Now, it appears Midnight Suns may join ARC Raiders for a 2023 release date. However, the fate of Midnight Suns isn't all that clear just yet. Leaving behind it's latest release date of October 7 behind, developer Firaxis and publisher 2K haven't provided a new launch date. In a message on Twitter, the development team reports the game will now land "later this fiscal year" for PC. For those unaware, this current fiscal year ends next March. In all likelihood, the hazy release window suggests the game won't see the light of day until early next year. With Midnight Suns delayed for a second time now, we'll keep our fingers crossed. ...

Most battle royale games have in-game stores that allow you to purchase items and customize your profile or weapons. In Call of Duty multiplayer and Warzone, you can purchase bundles containing operator skins, weapon blueprints, calling cards, emblems, and much more.
