Back in August 2025, Cover announced its Holostars English Vtuber branch would perform a Everglow: Light of Elysium concert on September 27, 2025. Now it's shared teaser videos featuring other performers to hype things up ahead of the performance. The actual show will be free on YouTube at 7:50pm PT/10:50pm ET, and it will feature Axel Syrios, Banzoin Hakka, Crimzon Ruze, Gavis Bettel, Goldbullet, Josuiji Shinri, Jurard T Rexford, Machina x Flayon, Octavio, and Regis Altare.
Each of the promotional videos with messages from other Vtubers are over seven minutes long. They also include not only performers from Cover's Holostars and Hololive branches, but indies. For example, some of the most notable individuals in the first video re Airani Iofifteen, Dokibird, Elizabeth Rose Bloodflame, GirlDM, Hanasaki Miyabi, Kanade Izuru, Kishido Temma, Kureiji Ollie, Utsugi Uyu, and Yatogami Fuma.
In the more recent of the two promotional videos, even more familiar faces show up. Among them are Hako Baelz, Nana Asteria, RPR, and Yukoku Roberu.
Here is the placeholder for the full Holostars English Vtuber concert:
There's no tracklist teaser yet, so we don't know which original songs or covers could come up. A number of the Holostars English Vtubers have released videos in the last few weeks, and we could see tracks or performances of those come up. Axel Syrios did a cover of "A Song for Us." Gavis Bettel and Bettel 2 did a cover of "Matryoshka," though since the latter retired, he wouldn't appear. Bettel also did a cover duet of "Feel," from Lies of P, with Machina x Flayon. Banzoin Hakka covered "Choose Me" with Vain and Zander Netherbrand. Jurard T Rexford sang a cover of "Otonoke" from Dan Da Dan. Meanwhile, Octavio recently sang "The Biggest Dreamer" with Kageyama Shien and "Sign" with Kishido Temma.
The Holostars English Everglow: Light of Elysium concert will take place at 7:50pm PT/10:50pm ET on September 27, 2025.

Good Smile Company's shared some updates on figures during TGS 2025, and one of the announcements involved a confirmation that an Anya Mouthwashing Nendoroid is in development. It is still very early in development. As such, only a teaser appeared of the horror game heroine on social media.
The announcement primarily highlighted the Mouthwashing logo and distinctive red warning signs, with a silhouette of a chibi version of Anya below it. It suggests one pose could be her with her arms crossed over her chest. Her hairstyle also remains as distinctive as ever.
Here's how the teaser looks:

It is unknown what accessories she might come with when released. She could end up coming with medical books or a bottle of mouthwash, if it ends up referencing elements of the game. There could also be items referencing her role as the nurse on the Tulpar.
We've seen Anya items before. Youtooz, for example, released a plush doll of her, and Fangamer made a pin of her ID. This appears to be the first figure of a Mouthwashing character so far.
The Mouthwashing Anya Nendoroid is currently in development, and the game is on the Switch, PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC.

It feels like there's a new Magic: The Gathering collaboration every month or so these days.
Earlier this year, there was a set of Final Fantasy cards, while this month had some awesome Spider-Man ones. I would've loved to grab both, but the boxes are a bit pricey. And I assume the same can be said about the newest collab for the game, with PlayStation and several of its characters.
![]()
Characters from The Last of Us, God of War, Uncharted, Horizon, and Ghost of Tsushima highlight the set, which just scratches the surface of PlayStation IP, but there's a lot to look forward to for fans of MTG, PlayStation, or games in general.
"When we heard there was an opportunity to be a part of a Secret Lair drop, we jumped at it!" said God of War Cory Barlog. "The team at Wizards of The Coast is incredible and it was an absolute pleasure bringing these cards to life with them. From the artwork to how the cards themselves functioned in relation to God of War was really something to behold. For instance, the way Kratos works in each drop is unique to where he was at each stage in the God of War timeline. Plus you throw in the additional interaction with Atreus and you have something we think fans are truly going to love."
There are two Kratos cards in the collab, along with one for Atreus, while Naughty Dog has included cards for Joel, Ellie, and Abby from The Last of Us, along with Nathan Drake from Uncharted. Horizon Zero West's Aloy and Ghost of Tsushima's Jin Sakai rounds out the collection.
Naughty Dog's Neil Druckmann also had to chime in about the collab, saying the studio has "so many longtime Magic: The Gathering fans at Naughty Dog, so it was an awesome experience to work with the Wizards of the Coast team to bring these cards to life."

The cards will be available on Oct. 27 as part of MTG Secret Lair x PlayStation drop on the MTG website. For more info on all the cards, check out the PlayStation Blog. I hope they sell well, because I'd love an Astro Bot, Ratchet & Clank, or Sackboy card.

How is September over already? This month totally flew by, and I think a lot of it has to do with how many amazing new games dropped.
It started off with a massive, indie bang on Sept. 4 with Hollow Knight: Silksong, and it never really slowed down. The long-anticipated sequel hit on every level, somehow meeting the titanic expectations of the bug-centric MetroidVania.
![]()
And it never stopped. Basically every week, a big-name game dropped and reviewed pretty well, too. There was no shortage of greatness, no matter what your taste may be when it comes to your game or platform of choice.
Borderlands 4 followed up on Sept. 11, bringing the series its best gameplay yet, albeit mired by a slew of technical issues. The looter shooter genre was reinvigorated by its fun story, loot grind, and expansion of the in-game universe.
It's a technicality since it came out last year in early access, but Hades 2 must be mentioned. It's one of the best roguelike games ever made, in my humble opinion, and it improved upon the original classic in just about every way. I highly suggest picking it up whenever you can.
More recently, we had Silent Hill f. The latest in the decades-old survival horror franchise by Konami was met with rave reviews, calling it some of the best storytelling in the franchise despite its new setting and time period, staying true to the series.
More of a speed fan? Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds upped the ante in Sega's kart racer with fun guest characters and teleporting in between worlds. Also, I'd be remiss if I didn't mention Dying Light: The Beast, Cronos: The New Dawn and Hell is Us. These games may not be as flashy or high scoring as the others, but they brought some variety to the month on top of everything else.

So, what do you think? What was your favorite game of the month? Did I miss mentioning anything you loved? Let us know in the poll and comments below, and get ready for another packed month in October.
