As part of today's third-quarter financial results report, Activision Blizzard made a pair of major announcements: Overwatch 2 and Diablo 4 have both been delayed out of 2022, and Blizzard's recently-appointed co-leader Jen Oneal has left the company to advance the cause of diversity throughout the industry.
"As we have worked with new leadership in Blizzard and within the franchises themselves, particularly in certain key creative roles, it has become apparent that some of the Blizzard content planned for next year will benefit from more development time to reach its full potential," as the company tells investors during today's report.
There's now no clear window for either the Overwatch 2 release date or the Diablo 4 release date, though neither game had previously had a clear launch date, either - given Activision Blizzard's lowered financial expectations, however, it certainly seems that the company expected both games to launch in 2022. Overwatch League's next spring season will still run on an early build of Overwatch 2 with 5v5 competitive multiplayer matches.

Sims 4's scenarios update is live today, with two new challenges for players to take on. The devs noted in the initial announcement, there'll be limited-time scenarios in addition to the standard challenges that you can take on at any time, and it seems that you'll have to be pretty fast to play them. The first limited-time scenario launches this week - and it ends this week, too.
The Too Many Toddlers scenario launches on November 3 and will be removed as of November 6, the devs have announced in a press release, though if you start the scenario before that end date, you'll still be able to play it to completion after it's removed. There are no details yet on how that scenario will play. The devs previously announced that another limited-time scenario called Perfectly Well-Rounded would come shortly after the feature's launch.
Today also saw the announcement of the Blooming Rooms kit which, as the name suggests, adds a whole bunch of greenery to decorate your homes with when it launches on November 9. As part of today's update, plants' costs and environment score bonuses have been rebalanced to better match their perceived value.

Here we are, League of Legends fans. The end of the League of Legends 2021 patch schedule draws close, and we're now well into Preseason 2022 testing season. League of Legends patch 11.22 is gearing up to hit the MOBA game's live battlegrounds, and while its follow-up hasn't hit the PBE for its own round of testing quite yet, Riot has been giving us an idea of what's coming - so here's an early look for you to check out before the fresh batch o' PBE stuff goes live tomorrow morning.
As revealed by Riot on its various social media channels, patch 11.23 brings a batch of sugary sweet Café Cutie skins, with Annie, Soraka, Vladimir, Gwen, Bard, and Sivir being the lucky champions in for new looks in the alternate universe line this update. While the skins haven't yet hit the PBE - with it not due to come back from maintenance for a little while yet - you can get a peek from Riot's channels in the New Champion Skins section below.
As for balance changes, we don't yet have an idea of which champs, items, or runes might be in for buffs or nerfs this patch just yet. However, keep checking back on these notes over the update's two-week-long testing cycle as we'll keep them updated with everything you need to know.

The developers behind Marvel's Avengers have announced that Hero's Catalysts and Fragment Extractors will be removed from the real money store. These items boosted XP and fragment currency gains respectively, and their addition to the game's suite of optional microtransactions immediately drew the ire of players - both because of their pay-to-win implications, and because the developers promised prior to launch that in-game purchases would exclusively be cosmetic.
"We apologise for not responding sooner to your concerns about the addition of paid consumables in the Marketplace," the devs say in a tweet. "We introduced them as an option for an evolving player base, and did not see them as pay-to-win since they don't offer power directly. After considering your feedback, we have decided that by the end of today we will remove Hero's Catalysts and Fragment Extractors for purchase. They will continue to be earnable rewards and those already owned are still usable."
The boosters were initially added to the game shortly after its move to Xbox Game Pass in late September. In a pre-launch blog post back in 2020, the developers "committed that content purchasable with real money in Marvel's Avengers will be aesthetic-only additions, which will ensure we can keep the game fresh for years to come".

Want to find every grilled fish recipe in the 'Yummy! Barbecue Under the Stars' Genshin Impact web event? We have good news; after a bunch of fishy experiments (with varying results), here's a full list of every grilled fish event recipe and how to get it.
The grilled fish Genshin Impact event can be found on the official website, but you can also open it in-game by clicking the 'special events' tab in the main menu. Good news if you're relatively new to the game: you only have to be Adventure Rank 10 or higher to participate in this web event.
The basics are quite simple: you can obtain firewood, seasoning, and different types of fish by logging in and completing daily missions. Once you have the materials, you can start grilling. The fish species, amount of seasoning, and the time spend grilling will determine the outcome. You can try different combinations yourself, or use our guide below to create every possible grilled fish recipe. Not unimportant but, you get rewards (primogems, level-up materials, and mora) for each newly discovered recipe. Here's how to collect them all!

We know that Assassin's Creed Valhalla is getting another year of content, and some substantial DLC is due to launch within the next few months. Now we've gotten the first hint of what one of those new content types will look like, as a PlayStation Network update has added some new trophies to the game referencing the 'Tombs of the Fallen'.
The two new trophies are Spelunker, for completing one Tomb of the Fallen, and Crypt-ologist, for completing three - both spotted by AccessTheAnimus. A similar pair of trophies were added for the free Mastery Challenge update back in June, so it's safe to expect the Tombs of the Fallen to be similar in scope.
Valhalla doesn't have tombs - at least, not as a defined type of game content. In Assassin's Creed Odyssey, however, tombs essentially served as a set of puzzle and platforming challenges. Valhalla's Master Challenges provided tests for your combat, bow use, and stealth abilities, so a new set of challenges for traversal would be neat to see.

It sounds like the original build of New World would have had some big appeal to fans of survival games like Rust. In a talk at this year's Develop: Brighton conference, senior producer Katy Kaszynski discusses the various development stages of Amazon Games' MMORPG, and it turns out that players of its earliest alpha build took to it like a pretty unforgiving survival game - so the devs had to make some big changes to steer it back in an MMO kind of direction.
For context, New World's alpha 1.0 was a pretty different beast to the MMO that tons of players have been getting stuck into since its launch in September. As Kaszynski explains, New World went from "this survival, crafting, horror, full-loot PvP game to what we have today" with the first alpha featuring these kids of elements: full-loot PvP, survival and crafting mechanics, and a fully player-driven economy where players built cities, pretty much anywhere they liked. This was all bundled in a sandbox world with no quests - just a bunch of intersecting game systems.
The devs invited a group of players to give it a whirl, and discovered that they didn't tackle the game quite as expected. "We were hoping people would go out into the world - and we built this beautiful world that's very similar to what we have now [...] where they could build their own structures, where they could go and fight each other, and really chase each other down, and it was so cool. And that's not what happened."

Looking for the best Sayu build? The diminutive ninja is notorious for finding the best spots for snoozing and spending as much time sleeping as possible, as she believes this will help her grow taller.
She's a four-star Claymore wielder - yes, she somehow swings a giant Claymore around - and she uses the Anemo element. She is adept at both healing and dealing damage, making her a versatile team member. When building her, it's best to focus on her support skills to make the most of her powerful heals. You could also run her as a physical DPS, or a sub-DPS, depending on what fits better in your team.
It's important to note that Sayu's abilities scale from different sources. Her passive talent, Someone More Capable, heals all your characters and nearby allies when she triggers a Swirl reaction - this scales with Elemental Mastery. The heal that comes from her Q, Yoohoo Art: Mujina Flurry, scales with attack. If you manage to get her C6, however, then her Q healing also scales with Elemental Mastery; this means you should definitely run Sayu as a healer, and focus on your EM. No matter your constellations, though, we've got the best Sayu builds for you.

Wondering what the next Genshin Impact banner is? Genshin Impact banners adhere to a pretty regular schedule. Each update arrives with a new banner that lasts around three weeks, and after it expires, it's followed by a second banner which also lasts roughly three weeks, at which point it's update time once again.
This means even though we hear rumours of new Genshin Impact characters arriving in forthcoming updates, we won't know their exact release date until we know which banner they will be a part of, and whether it'll be the first or second banner in the update. Occasionally, banners don't stick to this schedule - most notably, update 1.3 had three two-week banners, so that Hu Tao's banner didn't cross over with the Chinese New Year.
Typically, each limited character banner - or Event Wish - contains a five-star character, and three four-star characters. There's also a Weapon banner - Epitome Invocation - which runs alongside each character banner, and features different weapons each time. Here's everything you need to know about the current and upcoming Genshin Impact banners.

While the perfect way to play the best PC games is on a full-sized desktop, gaming laptops provide an element of freedom that can be worth the compromise. Thankfully, mobile gaming rigs have come a long way since their conception, and some options could even replace your current desktop setup entirely.
However, choosing the perfect gaming laptop isn't easy, and it takes a lot of research to find the right rig. When you build a gaming PC, you can swap out parts later if you want an upgrade. As laptops often feature bespoke components and aren't designed to be tinkered with, it isn't as simple as picking out the best graphics card and best gaming CPU to suit your personal needs. Not only is there less customisation, but you have to look at other laptop-exclusive requirements, such as battery life, screen size, resolution, build quality, and aftermarket care.
With the recent arrival of Nvidia's mobile RTX 30 series cards and AMD's new mobile CPUs and GPUs, the latest gaming laptops are becoming just as good as the best gaming PC builds. We've come up with our picks for the best laptop for gaming in 2021, whether you want to play triple-a blockbusters like Watch Dogs: Legion, or want a laptop that can crank up the frames in Fortnite.

Want to know what the best perks are in Call of Duty Vanguard? The WW2 game is right around the corner, so it's worth taking a closer look at the Call of Duty Vanguard perks to start theorycrafting loadouts. The current list of perks comes from the Vanguard open beta - more perks will join the list closer to the Call of Duty Vanguard release date.
Vanguard's WWII setting has brought about some changes to the perk system. For example, radars in the 1940s aren't like the ones we've seen in Black Ops Cold War and Modern Warfare - they're primitive in comparison. You can upgrade your radar using a perk, but you have to sacrifice a number of powerful abilities as a result. Picking the right set of perks for your playstyle is crucial to winning matches in Vanguard.
The perks you should choose directly correlate with your favourite Call of Duty Vanguard weapons. It's also important to note that you may need to switch up your perks depending on what the current meta is. If everyone is using subsonic rounds to stay off the radar, this makes the Radar perk useless. Keep track of what your opponent's loadouts contain to stay ahead of the curve. Here are the best perks in Call of Duty Vanguard so far.

Yes, friends - ten years later and it's time to pick up a new version of Skyrim. Well, besides the Anniversary Edition, I mean. Bethesda's most ubiquitous RPG is coming to tabletop with The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - The Adventure Game, which has just launched for crowdfunding and has already met its initial funding goals.
Skyrim - The Adventure Game is £82 (around $112 USD) during the crowdfunding period, but that price will go up to £100 (around $136 USD) after the proper launch. Two additional expansion sets - Dawnguard and From the Ashes - bulk up the content with more stories to play through and more pieces to play with. The first round of copies launch in August 2022.
But what is the game, anyway? It's a cooperative board game for one to four players, where you create a character, draw event cards to see how the story unfolds, and play through a narrative as you gather new gear and level up. Previews of the rulebook and scenario book are available from publisher Modiphius if you want a closer look at what to expect.

It's impossible to overstate how enjoyable RTS games can be. There are few things as satisfying as building up an immense army and simply washing over your foes like a river over stones, erasing their existence as effortlessly as a click. If you're looking for a broader list of the best strategy games then we've got a separate list for that - this one's all about real-time, where you can't hide behind the safety of turn-based strategy's pace.
The genre is largely defined by the likes of Starcraft and Age of Empires, but indie games like Northgard and Driftland have shown there's plenty of other voices to be heard. There's also plenty to celebrate in games that are technically real-time, but not strictly speaking considered 'RTS'.
The rise of MOBAs has challenged the RTS scene quite significantly over the past decade, but this hasn't stopped some worthy games rising to the top ranks to earn their own place the hall of fame. Here's our take on the best RTS games on PC, though we're skewing more towards newer releases because, honestly, we all know how good Homeworld was by now.

The Steam Deck's arrival is fast approaching, and developers around are already tinkering with dev kit units. While Valve previously gave us a caution-laced glimpse under the handheld's hood, the gaming PC titan just announced a Steamworks virtual conference that also aims to provide a closer look at the portable powerhouse.
Unveiled via Steam's community forum, the event will commence on November 12 and aims to address various questions related to Steam Deck game development. This includes details about the device's Proton layer, Valve's recently announced verified compatibility process, and a deep dive into the portable's AMD APU. Each topic will be covered by the handheld's creators, and will feature "in-depth information and best practices".
Following the conference's initial round of talks is a Q&A session designed to cover any burning questions. Amazon Games has temporarily disabled New World's wealth transfer functionality due to a new gold duplication exploit that's been doing the rounds. Unfortunately, it looks like that's created another way for players to duplicate gold.
One player took to the game's forums to report that starting a town upgrade can lead to the cost being added to your company wallet rather than removed if you wait for half an hour or leave the game and come back. Other players have also jumped in to share that they've been experiencing much of the same.
A community moderator has jumped in to explain that the team is aware of the exploit, and is "currently investigating a possible gold duplication exploit". The moderator has also said that "the team will turn wealth transfer back on" when the exploit is investigated, though that's led to some confusion among players as it isn't clear which exploit they're talking about. We've reached out for clarification, and will update this story if we hear back.

Want to know how to complete all of the Fortnite punchcard challenges? For those who weren't around when punchcards last appeared in Fortnite, they provide a series of challenges to be tackled in a particular order. Fortnite punchcards fall into two different categories: daily and weekly punchcards, and character punchcards.
Each character punchcard has five challenges for you to complete, with each one appearing straight after the first one is complete. You can only follow up to five questlines at a time, so look at the Fortnite NPCs locations to find out where to pick up another questline after you've finished all five in one batch.
You may wish to plan to complete several of these challenges in one go, so here are all of the Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 punchcard challenges in the game. Some quests refer to a new area called the Sideways, which has all sorts of nasty creatures inside. There's a ton to go through right now, and more quests will appear when more NPCs appear in the game - this week sees Ember and Sledgehammer join the list.

It doesn't matter how good your gaming PC is if you're still playing on a display with washed-out colours and a refresh rate that can't keep up with your framerate.
While the thriftiest of you might want to wait for Black Friday to get your hands on the best possible deals, there are plenty of discounts ahead of the November weekend.

Want to know where the Fortnite NPCs are? Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 8 is now live, and it's all change for how quests work, as Fortnite punchcards return. Punchcards are obtained from Fortnite NPCs and each contains a series of quests for you to complete.
Each of the Fortnite NPC punchcards has five quests you need to complete to finish their questline, some of which ask you to go into The Sideways. Luckily, you only need to talk to these NPCs once to begin their questline, though since you only have five punchcard slots, you can only pick up five questlines at once. Once you've completed a questline, you are free to find one of the other NPCs and start their punchcard quests.
NPCs don't just give out quests. They also have items for sale, taking gold bars as payment. Some of these items are vital to complete quests, so it's worth remembering where they are. To help you out, we've put together a guide to all the Fortnite NPCs locations. There's already a hint that Epic will add more NPCs to the map soon, so do check back often to see if there is anyone new to find throughout the season.

So, you want to rotate buildings in Age of Empires 4? To be fair, quite a few base-building RTS games, and other games besides, let you rotate buildings. For management games and city-building games, rotating buildings is somewhat essential for optimal planning and placement. There are many reasons for both why a player would want to rotate a building, and for why a game would let the building be rotated.
In Age of Empires IV, however, it is currently not possible to rotate a building. You can rotate the camera perspective, so you will be able to see all four sides of any given structure and then some, but in terms of when you place it down on the ground, there's nothing you can do but accept the pre-set rotation.
At the moment, there's no real reason why this would be an issue. Barring legitimate impassable terrain, the ground around a building will mould itself to the structure being placed. A grid system also prevents buildings from overlapping, and when it comes to production buildings like the barracks or stable, units don't appear from any fixed point. If you block up the 'entrance', units will simply spawn from another side instead.

Want to know what the best Sara builds are in Genshin Impact? Kujou Sara is an Electro four-star bow user who joined the game as part of the first banner in the Genshin Impact 2.1 update. You can find out more about her abilities by checking out our Genshin Impact Sara banner release date guide.
Also part of 2.1's first banner is Raiden Shogun, or Baal as she is otherwise known, is the five-star character coming to the same banner. Kokomi, the Hydro healer, was added to the game in the second banner as part of the 2.1 update. If you're looking for builds for characters from the 2.0 update - we have builds for Ayaka, Yoimiya, and Sayu.
The 2.1 update is stacked with all sorts of new stuff, including a couple of new Inazuma islands to explore, fishing, and even the game's first tie-in character: Aloy from the Horizon Zero Dawn, though PC players will have to wait until the 2.2 update to unlock her. In the meantime, we'll go over two of the best Genshin Impact Sara builds - one focused on her battery potential and one for using her as a DPS.

Looking for the best Genshin Impact Aloy build? As of Genshin Impact 2.2, Aloy can be unlocked for free regardless of what platform you play on. The only thing you need to do is reach Adventure Rank 20 - once you do, Aloy should appear in your in-game mail.
Aloy is a Cryo bow user who plays similarly to Yoimiya, which is potentially a positive thing depending on who you ask… at least she's entirely free! The community's expectations for Aloy aren't high because she doesn't seem like a traditional five-star character. Base stats usually separate five-star characters from four-star characters, but Aloy seems to be a five-star name only, similar to the Traveler.
Despite Aloy's seemingly unimpressive stats, she is capable of stealing a spot in your party if you have the right equipment. Aloy's area-of-effect elemental burst can be utilised by most teams thanks to its freezing effect, so it's definitely worth giving her a try. The Abbasid Dynasty is another more experimental Age of Empires IV civilisations. They don't completely veer away from the standard civ design like the Mongols do, but neither is their design geared towards standard play with differing strengths and weaknesses like the English.
Instead, their design is more like the Chinese, where there's a single major change that means you will need to adapt how you play in order to pilot them properly. As such, they are only rated two out of three stars on the in-game difficulty rating.
The way the Abbasid Dynasty advances through the ages is completely different - instead of building landmarks whenever you want to age up, you instead build one landmark in the Dark Age - the House of Wisdom. Not only does this building house many of the faction's unique technology options, but you also advance through the ages by building additional 'wings'. You can choose between, economic, military, culture, and trade, and these can be built in any order as you age up.

Gaming chairs are arguably one of the most important parts of any gaming desk setup. Sure, finding the best gaming monitor, best gaming keyboard, and best gaming mouse during Black Friday might be more of a PC gaming priority, but ultimately, a reliable seat will help you stay in the game for longer. Of course, while ergonomics are important, there's no reason why you can't also be stylish and economical while purchasing a new gaming chair for your caboose.
Unlike traditional seats, there's a lot to consider when it comes to choosing a gaming chair. From premium materials to fancy features and customisation, ones designed for lengthy gaming sessions are worlds apart from their four-legged ancestors. Naturally, this also means that you'll need to consider various brands across a range of different price points.
If your current setup is subtle and efficient, you'll have no trouble finding a chair that screams practicality during Black Friday. However, if you're a fan of Razer, Corsair, and Logitech products, you'll also be able to stay faithful to the bold look of your favourite gaming PC brands.

No longer do you have to mess about with jumper switches, northbridges, and clock timings – even SLI is a thing of the past. Nowadays, you just need a bit of guidance, a little patience, and the right components to find out that putting together the best gaming PC is a lot like playing with LEGO.
You could save yourself the hassle and buy a pre-built gaming PC, especially since there's not a huge premium on a full rig these days and it can even be a cheeky way of avoiding stock issues surrounding the best graphics cards. Much like the best gaming laptop, however, rigid configurations mean you might not get the exact combination of hardware you want.
By learning how to craft your own gaming PC build, you can ensure each component suits your requirements perfectly - whether you just want something to run CS:GO at a high refresh rate, or a rig capable of running the notoriously demanding Cyberpunk 2077.

There are not as many bells and whistles to fuss over when picking out RAM deals when compared to something like the best gaming monitor, but you won't get very far with a new build without a stick or four of good quality memory. In case you're new to all this PC gaming lark, RAM is your system's short-term memory and you'll likely need at least 16GB of it in your system to run most modern games well.
That's not to say that all RAM is the same or that 16GB is the limit. If you aim to run your games alongside a few Chrome tabs and Discord, or you want to dabble in video editing, then 32GB might be necessary - anything less and you can expect the odd hitch in performance when multitasking. Then there's the clock speed, which is a hotly debated aspect that isn't too impactful on your game. The safest bet is to go for a 3,000MHz clock speed setup as a minimum.
Oh, and don't forget there's a vital choice to be made when it comes to RGB lighting on your RAM. It seems like a ludicrous and unnecessary addition, but there's no quicker way to tell if you've properly clicked in your sticks than being assaulted by flashing colours.

In true Shadow Tactics fashion, here's an expansion no one saw coming. Aiko's Choice is a miniature campaign extension to 2016's real-time tactics wonder. A standalone title, but one that slots into the original game's main story. It feels like a DLC package that should have been released closer to the original, but I'm not going to drag developers Mimimi for tardiness - after all, this is a game where it takes me upwards of three hours to creep around a single map. Nothing about Shadow Tactics is rushed.

Riders Republic is a multiplayer open world sports game developed by Ubisoft Annecy, in which every single character talks like they're your mum's new boyfriend after they find a bong in your sock drawer. And, hey, like, we get it, y'know, we all like to "hang loose" on Tik Tok sometimes, but – at this point Gareth the 43-year-old divorcé grabs a chair, spins it 180 degrees and sits on it in one smooth motion – dope just isn't on fleek, fam.
Insufferable cutscenes aside, this is a thrilling downhill racing simulator in which you, a new arrival to a vast landscape of snowy peaks, scorched desert badlands, towering forests and rain-lashed mud flats, must repeatedly hurl yourself down the side of a mountain faster or more stylishly than your opponents. The world is a compressed version of California with all of the San Franciscos taken out, leaving just a bizarre population of baggy jeans wearing Urban Dictionary acolytes, and a vast interconnected series of freely roamable tracks and wilderness littered with activities to complete and landmarks to discover.

Kingdom Two Crowns launched to acclaim back in December of 2018. Has it really been three whole years? Despite this large chunk of time, Kingdom Two Crowns is still getting DLC in the form of Norse Lands, which has a release date set for this month. Players who have been eagerly waiting for more content these last few years will finally be able to jump back into the game. Although Norse Lands is the first paid DLC, there have been free updates to the game that extended its base content. There are just a couple of short weeks to go until everyone will be able to install and fight off the enemy in new locations. The Norse Lands DLC for Kingdom Two Crowns is being released on November 16, meaning that this announcement comes exactly two weeks prior to launch. As you've likely surmised, Norse Lands is an entirely new campaign featuring an all-new setting and fresh challenges. Making good use of the premise, the DLC will allow players to use abilities from the Norse gods themselves...

Activision Blizzard just announced some big changes following today's financial report. According to the company, both Overwatch 2 and Diablo IV have been delayed to a "later launch." There have been rumors that Overwatch 2 would in fact get further pushed, but today marks the company's official confirmation on the move. Activision delivered a series of slides detailing its Quarter 3 results, revealing the news in the one titled "Update on Our Pipeline." In the slide, the company writes that "some of the Blizzard content planned for next year will benefit from more development time to reach its full potential." That Blizzard content mentioned consists of both Diablo IV and Overwatch 2, which have been delayed until further down the road. "While we are still planning to deliver a substantial amount of content from Blizzard next year, we are now planning for a later launch for Overwatch 2 and Diablo IV than originally envisa...

Pay-to-win games and microtransactions are falling out of fashion, but that won't stop companies from trying to implement them anyway. The latest purveyors of the pay-to-win trap are Square Enix and Crystal Dynamics, who added paid consumables and XP boosts into the Marvel's Avengers. The company added paid XP boosts and consumables to the game's marketplace, which wouldn't normally be a problem. Many games sell XP boosts regularly to help players speed through the leveling process. These items were added when Marvel's Avengers was brought to Xbox Game Pass, bringing in an influx of new players. Unfortunately, none of this looked good, as the companies nerfed XP gain in an earlier patch. In other words, players suspected that they slowed down XP gain in order to encourage players to buy the boosts. Pair that with the fact that new players were cycling in, and the big picture for these microtransactions becomes obvious. Fortunately for those upset by all...

In June of last year, an open-world survival game titled Among Trees landed in Early Access exclusively on the Epic Games Store. Although the game received relatively little attention when it came out, those who have played it generally enjoy it for its striking aesthetic and tranquil gameplay. Many who have not heard of the game before will likely become interested upon seeing gameplay footage, but some may not want to create an Epic Games Store account just to play it. Fortunately, it looks like Among Trees will see a release on Steam come November 10. Those who prefer that platform have a chance to check it out. Bizarrely, though, developer FJRD Interactive seems to have remained entirely silent about the game's upcoming Steam release. The official Among Trees Twitter account has not seen an update since November of last year, and even the game's official website only links to the Epic Games Store page. Despite this, Among Trees has a readily-accessible Steam page tha...

Having launched last June, Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis has so far managed to remain a relatively well-received MMORPG. However, many players have expressed concerns over the lack of available content at launch. Although some smaller updates have somewhat alleviated this issue, it's a large-scale expansion that is really needed. Thankfully, today's reveal of the Sandstorm Requiem expansion for PSO2 New Genesis looks to be just that. Sandstorm Requiem is the first major expansion for New Genesis. It will release in December as a free update, bringing a wealth of content with it. That includes a new region, enemies, bosses, weapons, skills, and a title system. Retem region The biggest addition in the Sandstorm Requiem expansion is a new region called Retem. Retem is a mostly desert region that features sand dunes, rocky terrain, and wide canyons. Aesthetically speaking, it looks to be a large depart from New Genesis' first region, Aerio. But a region is...
