Trainer's Pokemon have long been a feature of the Pokemon Trading Card Game, tracing back to the first generation's Gym Heroes expansion. Still, it's been a while since we've seen them in quite this number! Journey Together is built around four trainers from recent generations: N, Iono, Lillie and Hop.
Iono, the Paldea gym leader, has previously been the reason for a jump in demand for Pokemon TCG releases, so her inclusion here makes sense. Her iconic partner, Bellibolt, gets a starring role as her ex with a big 230-damage attack. That said, it's maybe better as a supporting creature. Its ability lets you play as many energy to Iono's Pokemon as you want, which is amazing, and its attack can only be used every second turn. But maybe it's a finisher.
Weirdly, we think Iono's Voltorb might be better unevolved? The Electrode has some normal moves and an explosion that takes it out and is a coin flip whether it takes the opponent with it. Voltorb, conversely, has an attack that increases in damage by 20 for every electric energy on your Iono's Pokemon. Also, the art is just way cooler. It's joined by a Kilowattrel that can discard an energy to draw up to six cards every turn, and a Stadium card, Levincia, that lets you retrieve those energy to your hand.
Hop, the companion character from Sword & Shield, may seem like a sort of boring choice given his cadre of creatures. But in practice, that's sort of fun? The whole group is helped by support effects and Trainer cards to make some otherwise-middling attacks a bit better. Hop's Snorlax is key to the whole group, with an Extra Helpings ability that increases attack damage by 30. The Postwick stadium does the same thing, and though you can't use multiple Extra Helpings effects at the same time, it can stack with Postwick. And his own Tool card, Hop's Choice Band, once again increases damage by 30 while also decreasing energy cost by one.
Hop's Zacian ex is his sweeper, with a one-energy attack that can do 30 to the active opponent and a bench target at the same time and a four-energy attack that again only works every two turns. His Corviknight can also deal damage to the active and bench simultaneously. And his Dubwool can move something to the active spot when it's played.
Lillie's Journey Together Pokemon largely seem built to bring back the idea of Fairy Pokemon to the TCG without, you know, actually bringing them back. Lillie's Clefairy gives all Dragons a Psychic weakness, restoring the role of Fairy type as the foil to that dominant opposition. Well, it was dominant in the video games? With its double energy type requirements, dragons haven't exactly been in charge of the card game recently, especially without Double Dragon Energy. She also gets the benefit of Lillie's Pearl, a Tool card that makes her Pokemon pay out one fewer Prize card.
Lillie's Ribombee lets you lure out basics from the opponent's hand, which combos well with Clefairy's attack: Full Moon Rondo, which does 20 extra damage for each creature on both benches. But truly, that attack is basically the only usable one in the bunch! So it'd be hard to build a deck around just it.
The star of the Journey Together collection clearly is N, though. The Black & White character ties Hop for the most representation in the set with 13 distinct cards, and they're all across the energy and power spectrum. His iconic partner, Zoroark, is here, though it really could use some help. Its Ability lets you discard a card to draw two every turn, and its two-energy Night Joker attack lets you use a benched N's Pokemon's attack. That attack could be Virtuous Flame, a 170-damage move from Reshiram that otherwise requires four energy of two additional types. Or Powerful Rage, its other move, that attacks for double its current damage.
It could also be an attack from N's Darmanitan, which can use Back Draft and deal 30 damage for each energy in the opponent's discard pile. That could be effective later in the game? And since that attack in particular is colorless, it solves a bit of N's energy problem: you need to build around Zoroark and feed it darkness energy, but that likely means not running the types for Reshiram to attack on its own, so there are going to need to be times when someone else can attack in a pinch.
In terms of Trainers, N has two helpful ones. N's Castle is a Stadium that negates his retreat costs, and Item card N's PP Up lets you play an extra energy from the discard pile. He also has a smattering of other Pokemon that don't synergize particularly well, like Joltik and Purrloin and Klinklang.
While more Trainer's Pokemon are on the horizon in upcoming sets, these are likely the only ones for these specific trainers anytime soon, so it's highly doable to judge whether they'll be strong enough to play as a group. In our estimation, that's… basically everyone but Lillie. Sorry, Lillie? There's not a lot of room for deck-building creativity, as the other three sort of have one viable configuration and strategy, but still.

There are certain key moments in Assassin's Creed Shadows where you'll need to make some firm decisions, which will determine the outcomes during your main campaign.
While minor choices don't really make a difference in how a quest ends, the same can't be said about the major ones. So far, we have come across a fair few decision-making scenarios that have a telling influence on how the story progresses.

Introduction to Dialog Choices
During the introductory quest, you'll have a meeting with Oda Nobunaga. You'll have two choices.
In the grand scheme of things, this is a minor choice, so it doesn't matter what option you pick. Since it's the first introduction to dialog choices, I have decided to include it in this guide. In terms of this choice, you can choose the one you prefer. Your choice, as I said, won't have any telling impact on how the story progresses.
What should you choose for the Tea Ceremony
The first significant choice-making option appears at the Tea Ceremony as you continue your pursuit of the Golden Teppo. To find the culprit, you'll have to confront either Wakasa or Otama.
What happens if you confront Wakasa
You'll have to go to Wakasa's house and assassinate her as soon as possible.
What happens if you confront Otama
You'll have to chase Otama and assassinate her, but you'll soon learn who the real culprit is. (Hint: Don't confront Otama).
Should you stop Mitsumune from killing the samurai
This choice appears after you kill Koretake. Your ally will threaten some of his soldiers, and both Naoe and Mitsumune will want them killed. You have two options to pick from.
Justice must be served
You choose to side with your allies, but this will displease Yaya.
Spare them
This is a better choice as it will keep Yaya on your side and give you a chance to recruit her later.
Should you punish or spare the Shrine raiders
The choice to spare or punish a band of Shrine raiders appears as part of Yaya's questline. You'll have two options to pick from, and the result will determine if you get to recruit Yaya later in the game.
Punish the raiders
You won't gain Yaya's favor. Typically, she doesn't like violence, and taking this path could ruin your chances to have her as a potential ally.
Forgive the raiders
By doing the same thing that Yaya would eventually do, you'll gain her favor. This will also allow you to recruit her as an ally and summon her during battles.
There's a similar choice you'll have to make in The Stray Dogs quest, where you can choose to either forgive or make Tetsuo responsible for their action. Like the raiders, Yaya will decide to forgive Tetsuo, so doing the same will help you get her favor.

The grand epic of taking down evil in My Hero Academia is soon drawing to a close as its final season gets an update. My Hero Academia FINAL SEASON will premiere in October this year, though the specific release date is yet to be confirmed.
Toho Co. made the announcement during the AnimeJapan 2025 in Tokyo. In addition, it also revealed a new teaser trailer showcasing Deku and Shigaraki's rivalry and a new key visual.
The studio BONES FILM continues to produce the anime. Naomi Nakayama, who directed the anime's seventh season, returns to direct its eighth and final season. Yosuke Kuroda will once again be writing the series composition. Other returning staff members include Kenji Nagasaki (chief director), Yoshihiko Umakoshi (character design), Hitomi Odashima (character design), and Yuki Hayashi (music).
Crunchyroll also confirms to simultaneously release new episodes as they air in Japan. All of My Hero Academia's previous seasons can also be streamed on the platform.
About My Hero Academia
The anime My Hero Academia is an adaptation of Kohei Horikoshi's manga of the same name. It was serialized in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump in July 2014 and published its final chapter in August 2024. In 2015, the anime aired its pilot episode for its first season.
Since its conception, the series has won numerous accolades both for its manga and anime media. Furthermore, it received numerous spin-off series, including My Hero Academia: Vigilantes, which will air in the Spring 2025 anime season.

The title of the worst game of all time is always up for debate, but it's hard to deny Big Rigs: Over The Road Racing's favoritism. Fortunately or not, anyone unaware of its legend will get to confirm firsthand when it hits Steam in the near future.
"Get ready for some brake jamm'in, CB talk'in, convey roll'in action across America!" the Steam description reads. "From Portland Oregon to Miami Florida, you'll be hauling loads and trying to stay one step ahead of the law as you climb into your Big Rig for non-stop driving action. And if that's not enough, you'll also be able to race your modified Rig on one of 5 different tracks for the ultimate driving rush as you crush the competition and set a new track record!"
And yet, Big Rigs is barely even a game. There's no collision, for starters. There's also no real way of even losing a race -- your opponent doesn't even get to start their rig. And the racing physics are not even non-existent -- they're something weirder.
To give you a proper idea of just how busted this game is, just know that driving in reverse will get you higher speeds than driving regularly. There's no speed limiter when you're going in reverse, meaning you'll go fast to the point of breaking reality, stretching the size of your rig to fill the entire map, and then instantly win as your rig inevitably stretches over the finish line.
Fans today probably know Big Rigs: Over The Road Racing best after a popular Angry Video Game Nerd episode, but the game's "popularity" originally skyrocketed following Gamespot's scathing review that gave the game an "Abysmal" rating of 1/10. Gamespot's review came accompanied by a video review — something exceedingly rare back in 2003 — that remains one of the funniest pieces of gaming media in existence.
Gamespot's review remains a gem worth reading, but if you only have time for one takeaway, let Alex Navarro's words linger in your mind, "Just how bad is Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing? It's as bad as your mind will allow you to comprehend".
No new features appear to be coming to this release, either; the Steam page boasts four trucks, four "unique" routes, and a whopping three "intense levels," the same meager offerings from the game's original release.
No pricing info or firm release date is available as of this writing, but Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing is slated for a Q2 2025 release.
