     Punch Wall codes April 2023

Want all the new Punch Wall codes? The hit Roblox game tasks you with destroying a series of walls in order to reach a trophy, with the catch being that each additional wall in your path has increased health, making it that much tougher to take down. Training is key here, as spending time in your base and wailing on the punch bags will increase the damage you inflict with each strike.

The free PC game has a gacha-style pet system, and you can trade all of your 'win' trophies for a chance at some interesting companions. Friendship isn't the only thing gained by risking your trophies; each pet offers you an increase in your training, so if you manage to pull a rare beast in the Roblox game, you'll be blasting those walls in no time. Luckily for you, there are several Punch Wall Simulator codes you can enter to bag yourself some free gifts - including pets. Here are all the currently active Punch Wall Simulator codes.

Genshin Impact 3.7 release date, new characters, and more

Want to know the Genshin Impact 3.7 release date? Even though the 3.6 update has only just graced our screens, it's time to gather more information about the banners and events ahead.

The Genshin Impact 3.6 update has started off strong with banner reruns of Nahida and Nilou, two excellent characters that have earned high spots on our Genshin Impact tier list. The second half of the update includes two new characters, Baizhu and Kaveh, though we don't know how good they are just yet. In comparison, Genshin Impact 3.7 release date looks to have fewer new features than 3.6 so far. One reason for this may be because of the rumours of a new region and map coming to the free PC game, as well as the introduction of the Hydro Archon lurking around the web, so we may not need to wait all that much longer for the Genshin Impact 4.0 release date.

The 13 best hacking games on PC 2023

Looking for a list of the best hacking games on PC? Game developers have long valued the 'hacker ethic' — the will and skill to grab a game by the scruff of its code, rip it apart, and put the pieces together in a new way. Id Software prioritized the nascent modding community when they were creating Doom, Valve courted it from Half-Life onward and the entirety of the MOBA genre stems from folks futzing with Warcraft III.

Of course, most players are just that: players. We see numbers and letters in a line of code; not meaning. But, there's a lineage of games that have sought to deliver the fantasy of being in complete command of a computer's functions; of using that control to wreak destruction - or to avert it. This list includes some of the best PC games, either entirely about hacking, or featuring the skill as a heavy component, whether part of the sci-fi world of a multitude of space games, encouraging team work in one of the best co-op games, or of course putting you in the hacker's seat of an RPG game, so there's something for everyone in our list of the best hacking games in 2023.

I'd planned on starting with a line about how Loretta is an exception to how psychological horror games are about trudging around an abandoned mental hospital with the worst torch in the world until the girl from Ringu menaces you. It was already interesting and good enough pretty much right away to earn a recommendation, but after one of what will definitely be several playthroughs, leaving my praise that faint would do it a terrible injustice.

Loretta is goddamn excellent by any standard. Where other games use the mentally unwell narrator to explain everything away with "turns out you're secretly crazy", it's instead just one layer of a complex horror mystery with splashes of drama and noir, whose surprises I'm straining not to spoil.

Japan's brutal working culture isn't exactly a secret. You've probably heard the horror stories, or at least, got the general gist that success in Japanese business often equates to time. You don't necessarily need to be doing work, you just need to be present as the clock hands shift. A hard worker is reduced to a statue that only springs to life again when their boss gets up to leave.

Mr. Saitou is a short pixel art RPG that offers a hilarious commentary on the absurdities of working culture in Japan, with occasional flashes of seriousness. Completable in one sitting, it's a game I'd recommend to anyone.

Frakenstein is often cited as the first science fiction thing, and now it can add to its honours because it's the inspiration for the first major update to V Rising. The info on Secrets Of Gloomrot doesn't actually use the F word anywhere, but it's a new biome "twisted by the tortured ambitions of a scientific genius and his legions of followers", so I feel pretty confident in the citation. holoearth hololive game

The developers of Holoearth shared some news on its progress and road map on the official website for the Hololive game. There will be microtransactions in the game, along with an avatar customization option. A beta version in which you can mess around with the Avatar Customization will come out around Fall 2023. [Thanks, Famitsu!]

[gallery columns="2" ids="959458,959459" link="file"]

There does not seem to be a gacha function in the game. Rather, the microtransactions will be for items like stickers (for the chat), firecrackers, and other items for live events. All users will receive 250 Holocoins in their inbox that they will be able to use on these premium items. You can check out the exchange rate of Holocoins to JPY here:

Speaking of live events, the Proto-Live, which had been the first miniature live event that launched in December 2022, will re-run in mid-May 2023. Because Cover had to limit the number of attendees during the first Proto-Live due to server issues, it will strengthen the servers this time so that more people can show up. A second and new Proto-Live will take place in Summer 2023.

Finally, there is an update on the Hololive game's open-world aspect's development. The team has improved the 3D graphics of the explorable area, as well as polished up the battle mechanics. It is also testing the gameplay loop.

Holoearth is in development. Hololive VTubers will continue to stream their playtests in the open-world portion in the future.

Suzume Is a Amazing Movie About Characters' Connections

You don't have to know someone a lifetime for them to become the most important person in your life. It can happen in days or weeks. One person can affect so many others, many times even those they don't know. In the new Makoto Shinkai movie Suzume, known in Japan as Suzume no Tojimari, we experience this firsthand as characters connect. We watch as a young woman forms new relationships, strengthens existing ones, and both consciously and unconsciously makes a difference in everyone's lives, whether they realize it or not.

Suzume begins with the title character experiencing an otherworldly dream. She's a child, exploring an inexplicable area where boats could be on top of buildings and there's an unnatural stillness with an impossibly pretty sky. She's searching for her mother, who seems to find her. Suzume wakes up at this moment, passes her aunt Tamaki, and heads to school. That's when a chance meeting changes everything.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IfKNOUUtyCA&ab_channel=CrunchyrollCollection

Suzume passes Sota Munakata on the way, and he asks her about ruins and doors. She's captivated by him and feels like he's familiar. Though she continues her commute, she then doubles back to the resort she directed him to. She doesn't find him there, but she does find a door standing in the middle of nowhere. When she opens it, she sees the place in her dreams on the otherside. However, she can't enter. When she tries, she happens upon a cat-like statue that, after being picked up, transforms into an actual cat. It runs off, she returns to school, and that's when things happen. An earthquake happens, Suzume sees a billowing, smoke-like "worm" emerging from the ruins, and she runs back.

That door was the one Sota was looking for, and said cat was a keystone keeping an otherworldly, supernatural entity that could level cities and cause untold destruction and death. He's a closer who shuts said doors. With Suzume's help, they manage to close the door in Kyushu, though he's hurt in the process. Upon treating him, the western keystone curses him to become the childhood chair in her room that he was sitting on. The two then head off to get the cat/keystone, eventually dubbed Daijin, break Sota's curse, and close doors to prevent the worm's destruction along the way.

Suzume Is a Amazing Movie About Characters' Connections

This is when Suzume starts to excel as, while the events of the movie take place during a brief period of time, it can feel like an eternity in the best way possible. We watch as Suzume and Sota's relationship grows and the two begin to rely upon and trust each other as they close doors and chase Daijin around Japan. As unconventional as the relationship might be, we see them learn to work well together and care about one another. They go out of their way for each other, as much as they can, and each one's strengths compensate for the others' weaknesses.

Likewise, Suzume is a movie that isn't afraid to showcase slower, peaceful moments between flurries of activity, much like Studio Ghibli films. While there will be intense segments when it may seem characters we've come to care for's lives are on the line, we'll also see them perform chores or sing along to silly songs on a road trip in a busted car. Suzume might only meet some of these people for a a few hours or an evening, but that doesn't mean those connections and friendships are any less important than ones developed over years.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nOnX1hSdg3E&ab_channel=IGNMovieTrailers

It also manages to very tactfully address the complications that can come from families. Suzume's home life is an unconventional one. She was raised by a single mother and, when she lost her, Tamaki stepped up. We see just how much they care about one another. However, at the same time, Suzume manages to emphasize just how difficult this had to be for both of these characters.

It's also amazing how someone could even say these sorts of connections apply to Suzume's characters and the people they don't even know. Suzume and Sota take on a selfless quest. Sota is doing this on his own prior to that, aiding people across Japan and even potentially putting aside his own goals and dreams to ensure millions of people will be safe, getting no credit or recognition in return. Suzume also takes on this task initially to set right something she set in motion and aid someone she's drawn to, but then also engages in that same sort of selfless behavior, sacrificing things important to her to ensure the safety of others. It's a feel-good endeavor, especially when you appreciate what they're giving up. Not to mention there's a sense of satisfaction that comes from seeing that, while we in our own day-to-day lives may be unable to halt overwhelming tragedies, we can watch these two make a difference.

Suzume is now in theaters in North America, some parts of Europe, and Oceania. It will come to theaters in Columbia and Portugal on April 20, 2023, in Bulgaria, Finland, Poland, and Romania on April 21, 2023, in Italy, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE on April 27, 2023, and in Iceland on April 30, 2023.

legend of zelda merchandise

Nintendo will release new merchandise of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom on the same date that the game will launch in Japan. For reference, it will debut worldwide on the Nintendo Switch on May 12, 2023. Goods that you'll be able to buy include shirts, a tie, and a water bottle.

There's not much information so far on the The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom merchandise. Pages for them on the Nintendo Store website will likely go live when they're available to order, which will be in May. So it's a little unclear what certain items in the picture are. It's also not clear at this point if these items will be available worldwide. Granted, though, Nintendo will occasionally make goods available via Amazon, which does offer international shipping.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will be the latest entry in the long-running The Legend of Zelda series. It will be the sequel of Breath of the Wild, so players can expect an open-world adventure in a post-apocalyptic Hyrule. Previous trailers have showcased Link fighting monsters, traveling, and crafting crafted shields.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will come out on May 12, 2023 for the Nintendo Switch. Merchandise for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will come out on that same date in Japan.

New Pokemon Teased in Pokemon Horizons anime. Image via Serebii.net

The new Pokemon Horizons anime has premiered in Japan and it appears to be already teasing a brand-new Pokemon. During the first episodes, a turtle-like creature surrounded by a turquoise blue light is introduced to the new protagonist, Liko. Until now, such a Pokemon has not appeared yet in the game. [Thank you, Serebii.net!]

This April 14, 2023, Japan received the first two episodes of the Pokemon Horizons anime, introducing one of the new protagonists, Liko. During the double feature, this mysterious new creature appeared just in time to save Liko and her Sprigatito from the attack of an enemy Ceruledge.

From what can be seen in the anime, the new Pokemon could be related to a pendant worn by Liko which also signifies the beginning of her adventures. This whole development is reminiscent of the beginning of the original Pokémon series when Ash Ketchum encountered Ho-Oh in the first few episodes.

Although we don't know much about the new turtle-like Pokemon, a very similar creature was featured as part of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. In fact, it was The Indigo Disk expansion's new legendary Pokemon, Terapagos. Coincidentally, the name of Liko's school in the Pokémon Horizons anime is Indigo Academy.

Take a look at the new legendary Pokemon Terapagos appearing as part of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC compared to the Pokémon featured in the anime here below.

The Pokemon Horizons anime will be airing every Friday in Japan on TV Tokyo starting April 14, 2023. The English localization release date has not yet been confirmed. The latest game installments, Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, are immediately available for Nintendo Switch. The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC will be released in two parts, the Teal Mask expansion launching in Fall 2023, and the Indigo Disk expansion in Winter 2023.

legend of zelda heart container lamp

It's a little up in the air as to whether Himalayan salt lamps have any health benefits or not, but one thing's for sure: this The Legend of Zelda Heart Container lamp from Nintendo could certainly boost your HP. (As a disclaimer, this light will probably not have any health benefits either.) The lamp will come out on May 8, 2023 in Japan and will cost 3,839 JPY. That would be around $29. [Thanks, Game Watch!]

The The Legend of Zelda Heart Container lamp emits a fairly dim light, so it will likely work best as a night light. According to the advertisement for it, you can expect it to be about as bright as a candle. It'll come with a stand so you can move it and set it anywhere you like. Once you turn it on, the low lighting will make it look like it's actually the in-game object but in reality.

In The Legend of Zelda, Heart Containers will increase Link's max HP. Depending on the game, you can find them lying around Hyrule or you have to defeat bosses in order to get them. In Breath of the Wild, you could get more Heart Containers through beating the main bosses or praying to Goddess Statues. Tears of the Kingdom, as the upcoming sequel, may function that way as well.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will come out on the Nintendo Switch on May 12, 2023. The The Legend of Zelda Heart Container lamp will be available on May 8, 2023. You can order it via online services such as Amazon and Rakuten.

Fire Emblem Engage konpeito candy

Nintendo will release konpeito candy that resemble Bond Fragments from Fire Emblem Engage. The candies will come in a box featuring special art from character designer Mika Pikazo. It depicts both the male and female versions of Alear. You can pre-order the Fire Emblem Engage candy between April 14, 2023 and May 18, 2023. It'll cost 5,400 JPY, which is around $40.80.

There will be two flavors of Bond Fragments konpeito candy. The red ones will be strawberry-flavored, and the blue ones will be soda-flavored. Considering this is over 5,000 JPY of candy, each box contains quite a bit. Each flavor will come in a 50g bag.

For those who do not want to eat that much candy, there is a Somnie version that'll come in a smaller tin can instead. It resembles Somnie, complete with a red kerchief. The Somnie can will only consist of the soda flavor, and it'll cost 2,700 JPY (around $20.40).

In Fire Emblem Engage, Bond Fragments are special currency you can get through interacting with your army, completing accomplishments, or taking care of Somnie. You can use them for a variety of Ring or Bracelet-related purposes. For example, you can spend Bond Fragments to craft Bond Rings.

Fire Emblem Engage is readily available on the Nintendo Switch. You can pre-order the Fire Emblem Engage konpeito candy online, though as of the time of writing, the link to the online shop does not work.

Koei Tecmo Atelier Ryza 3 Survey Asks About English Voice Acting

There's a new Atelier Ryza 3 survey from Koei Tecmo, and it both asks about English voice acting and the importance of localizations. The first "Required" question asks if it is important that a game is translated into your language. The other asks if people prefer an English dub or not.

With the localization question, it asks how important it is for the game to be in a language the player understands. The company also wanted to know if that would keep someone from buying it. This could be tied to the fact that for Atelier Marie Remake, a digital copy of Atelier Marie Plus is appearing as a bonus worldwide.

For the Atelier Ryza 3 survey English voice acting question, it offers multiple responses. Someone could say they don't care either way. However, it also lets someone choose to say that they would like a dub, they wouldn't, or they'd like a dual audio option. As a reminder, none of the games in the "Secret" trilogy of Ryza games had an English dub. The last Atelier game in general with English voice acting was Atelier Firis: The Alchemist and the Mysterious Journey in 2017.

The rest of the survey goes over the expected sorts of questions. It asks why people bought the game, why they did, and how they felt about different features and elements. It also asked about people's familiarity with other Koei Tecmo titles. Finally, toward the end it also asked if people to list which games from the company they'd like to see offered via subscription services.

Atelier Ryza 3: Alchemist of the End & the Secret Key is available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and PC.

Here's How the Rito Tulin Looks in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

There's a new piece of The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom ally art showing Tulin. He's a Rito who originally appeared as an NPC in Breath of the Wild. In that game, he was just a child who was connected to an archery challenge. Now, it seems he'll be an archer fighting alongside link.

The new Tulin The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom art provides context for the game. In Breath of the Wild, he was a fledgling. After finishing the Divine Beast Vah Medoh and unlocking the Flight Range bow practice, he's so little that his father Teba has to carry him on his back to fly there. Now he's older, his plumage is fuller. This, combined with the fact that he's now described as a "skilled archer" instead of shown as a beginner at the range shows that years have passed between the two titles.

Here's the new look at Tulin.

You can see him flying and fighting alongside Link at the 3:06 mark in the third trailer for the game.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uHGShqcAHlQ&ab_channel=NintendoofAmerica

This is one of the second more focused looks at characters. Nintendo also shared Ganondorf art. That was followed by Matthew Mercer revealing he voices the character.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom will come to the Nintendo Switch on May 12, 2023, and an OLED Switch model based on it launches on April 28, 2023.

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Palafin Mystery Gift Code Sent Out

There's a new Pokemon Mystery Gift tied to 2023 Pokémon Oceania International Championships. Gavin Michaels won the event in February 2023, and now everyone can "get" the Palafin used back then. During the European International Championships livestream, the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Palafin Mystery Gift code 0C1CV1CT0RGAV1N appeared. Day 1 of both the trading card game and video game happened on April 14, 2023. [Thanks, Makio & JRoses!]

Here's how it works. When playing Pokemon Scarlet or Violet, head to the Poke Portal from the main menu and go to Mystery Gift. Choose to redeem a code to get the Palafin. (When entered, it will look like 0C1C-V1CT-0RGA-V1N.) The game will then let you claim the Gavin's Palafin Gift.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Palafin Mystery Gift Code Sent Out
This Pokemon Scarlet or Violet Mystery Gift Palafin arrives at level 50. Its nature is Adamant, it has "Amazing" stats that are best in HP, Attack, Defense, Speed, and Special Defense. (The character's Special Attack is only Pretty Good.) It knows Jet Punch, Wave Crash, Haze, and Protect.

Normally, evolving a Finizen to Palafin is a bit tricky in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. That's because you need to join a Union Circle and be in a multiplayer session, then level the character up. When you do, then it will evolve after level 38

Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are available on the Nintendo Switch, and people can get the Palafin until April 17, 2023.

As a reminder, this is the second version of him coming to the game. A basic version of him that is an Attack-type character appeared in the first season pass.

There will be only six characters in Naruto to Boruto: Shinobi Striker Season Pass 6. Typically, the passes for the game consisted of about five characters. The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story is Riot Games' second foray into creating another bite-sized adventure in the League of Legends universe through its Riot Forge program. Digital Suns, developers of Moonlighter, created a 2D hybrid platformer and action game staring the Demacian revolutionary and mage Sylas. This story is focused around Sylas as he liberates his fellow mages from the oppressive Demacian state, and how he comes to lead a group of revolutionaries to follow his cause. However, while the gameplay is fairly solid, this title has the same issues as other pieces of media created through Riot Forge, and that's consistency.

What The Mageseeker: A League of Legends excels at is keeping the essence of Sylas' kit intact. Capable of "stealing" the ultimate ability of other characters in the wildly popular MOBA, Digital Suns translated this skill into a similar sort of ability. Sylas can effectively take the magic of whatever enemy he is targeting, allowing a single charge use of it against any foe of his choice. Additionally, siphoning this magic allows for it to be unlocked at the camp and permanently added to his roster of spells he can equip.

Abscond and Abduct are also part of Sylas' kit in The Mageseeker. Using his petricite chains, Sylas can pull himself towards enemies, closing the distance to evade attacks or deal damage. It is incorporated in general traversal mechanics too, which allows players to access areas that would otherwise be just out of reach from his dash. This skill is especially fun to use. It really shined during a boss fight with the Veiled Lady (who is another immediately recognizable League of Legends champion), which required high mobility to counter her arsenal of spells.

The Mageseeker A League of Legends Story

Overall, The Mageseeker is a relatively tight 2D hybrid action game and platformer. Controls are snappy, with the exception of not really being able to dodge cancel some animations, and there is a good variety of spells at your disposal. Spells involve a rock, paper, scissor system, with fire being weak to ice and earth being weak to wind, and so on. It isn't overly complex, and players can change the spells Sylas equipped during missions at altars to the Veiled Lady. That said, the levels will almost always have enemies from opposing elements, so the game never leaves you stranded without any actual option to defend yourself and lets you make the most of the assets available to you.

That said, while this entry into the ever expanding transmedia universe of League of Legends excels in combat, the narrative is exceedingly lackluster and contradicts already established canon. This is a problem with extended media for League of Legends in general, but it was a shame to see the same mistakes made in another one of of Riot Games' Riot Forge projects. (This also is an issue in The Ruined King: A League of Legends Story.) Additionally, its portrayal of Sylas as a violent revolutionary tempered by the women around him begs the question as to what these characters serve in relation to the leading main character or his own motivations. It feels like wasted potential on behalf of Riot Games to introduce truly interesting new characters, but instead they're relegated to providing character development for Sylas, who is already fleshed out in his own right. You'd also expect a little more bite from a game featuring a protagonist with such a heavy-handed allegory, given he literally beats his enemies to death with the very chains he was shackled with while kept in prison for some odd 15 years.

But I will give the developers credit for actively and passively pushing the message that revolutions do not happen on the back of a single person, but instead are achieved through a collective. One of the key components of The Mageseeker is the ability to recruit other mages on Sylas' quest to dismantle the oppressive system set against Demacian mages. They can be taken into stages to provide Sylas with unique elemental passives. Additionally, recruiting more mages fills out your camp and player hub, which brings the gorgeously detailed area to life. The pixel art in the game is truly a treat, and perhaps one of the best aspects of the game in general.

The Mageseeker A League of Legends Story

The hub itself is also where players can upgrade Sylas' passives, such as boosting his health, magic and physical damage, and mana. You can also talk to NPCs there to learn more about them and about the world of Runeterra for those unfamiliar with the setting or with League of Legends. That said, it isn't a particularly great starting point for anyone unfamiliar with the lore, as it sets you in the middle of the mage uprising in Demacia, with only a few flashbacks fleshing out what caused these events to happen in the first place. Some of these flashbacks are, again, contradictory to what has already been established for Sylas in short stories. They feel more tied into the Lux and Katarina comic series, as opposed to the foundational lore present in League of Legends itself.

The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story is a bite-sized adventure and decent enough 2D action game that will keep players entertained during its short playtime. While it isn't overly mechanically complex, mastering its magic system is rewarding. However, those looking for a more substantial story which remains consistent with Riot Games' previous lore concerning Sylas may feel a bit underwhelmed or disappointed.

The Mageseeker: A League of Legends Story is set to release on April 18, 2023 for the Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox and PC.
