Where is Hook's Treasure at the Honkai: Star Rail Rivet Town Orphanage?

Following its introduction in the Trailblaze Mission "Ones Fallen into the Abyss," Honkai: Star Rail occasionally brings back Findie the Interastral Peace Corporation object finder for additional quests like the "Hook's Treasure" Companion Mission. Overall, this sidequest starring the Jarilo-VI Moles leader is really straightforward. You'll accompany her into Rivet Town to find items to sell for her father's birthday gift. The only really difficult part involves searching the Honkai: Star Rail Rivet Town orphanage for said treasures.

[gallery columns="1" size="full" ids="961338" link="file"]

Where will you find both treasures in the Honkai: Star Rail "Hook's Treasure" Rivet Town orphanage Companion Mission?

The main treasure you're looking for is Junjun the Cuddly Bear. However, there are two items you can find while searching. The first is Julian's Time Capsule. It's by the slide, on the side facing toward the orphanage itself. Place a Findie right near the front of it, and you'll get a point to investigate.

[gallery columns="1" size="full" ids="961339" link="file"]

After that, you can find Junjun. Head toward the stairs heading up to the orphanage. Place Findie toward the righthand side, and then you'll find Hook's real "treasure" in Honkai: Star Rail.

[gallery columns="1" size="full" ids="961340" link="file"]

Once you find it, you can head back to Natasha's clinic to talk to her, then Hook, to finish up this portion of the Companion Mission. You'll get 4 Condensed Aethers, 60 Stellar Jades, 200 Shields, 350 Trailblaze EXP, and 20,000 Credits.

Honkai: Star Rail is available for PCs and mobile devices, and PS4 and PS5 versions are in development.

Nyatasha Nyanners Leaving VShojo

VShojo and Nyatasha Nyanners announced the VTuber will be leaving the company. Both the performer and company announced the split on April 30, 2023. She will not be graduating. Rather, she will go on streaming as an independent VTuber. This also means the Ironside PC cases for her will stop being sold soon as well. She's been a part of the company since November 2020.

Here is VShojo's statement on Nyatasha Nyanners' departure.

This is Nyatasha Nyanner's official statement on her departure from VSh. She didn't cite a specific reason, but noted "It is something I have been seriously deliberating for a while." She also noted she will continue performing.

VShojo hasn't noted if any of its other VTuber contract negotiations are ongoing, so we don't know if more could be leaving the company in the near future. Ahead of her departure, both Silvervale and Veibae left the company. Veibae was the only one to provide a reason, citing the new contract didn't make financial sense.

People can find Nyatasha Nyanners on Twitter, Twitch, and YouTube.

The remaining VShojo members are Amemiya Nazuna, Apricot the Lich, Haruka Karibu, Hime Hajime, Ironmouse, Kson, Projekt Melody, and Zentreya.

Who's the Best Honkai Star Rail Character

Given how new Honkai: Star Rail is, it's basically impossible to decide who the best overall characters are. It'll take time to work it out, as well as additions to the roster that help us see possible team compositions. However, now that it's been around for a few days and we've found our footing, we started discovering people who are already working well for us. We figured lets talk about characters we recommend and find out who might be worth possibly recruiting.

I have to say Bailu is my best Honkai: Star Rail character, because she's the five-star RNG decided I deserved. I'm pretty happy about it too! Her character design is fantastic. But more importantly, she's a healer! It means that I've been able to push through areas of the game that might have been a bit too strong for me early, because her Singing Among the Clouds special heals one character, then randomly heals an additional one, and her Felicitous Thunderleap ultimate heals every party member and invigorates them. Not to mention invigorated allies that are injured get health regenerated. She's such a helpful dragon! -- Jenni

For completely non-gameplay reasons, Dan Heng is my pick. Sure, he has the standard "black-haired anime boy" design going on, but that red eyeliner? NICE. March really robbed us in that early cutscene. Dan Heng is also a great single-target attacker, which makes him a fantastic unit for boss fights. It is a bit unfortunate how much work you have to put into him before he starts to shine, but no one ever said it's easy to maintain a relationship. -- Stephanie

Unfortunately, my luck in Honkai: Star Rail is abysmal when it comes to getting characters, not so much when it comes to Light Cones (my inventory is full of them, and of the rarer variety too!). But all of the free characters have been serving me extremely well, and I have to say March 7th has effectively been carrying my team with her "Defend" skill. She keeps everyone alive through even the most punishing attacks, which has allowed me to tackle and defeat enemies at least 10+ levels above my own characters. This not only speaks to the overall utility of the character, but also how you can make the most out of what the game gives you, which leaves me less sour not having any great 5-Star characters part of my roster. -- Kazuma

Link Click season 2

In a video commemorating the second anniversary of Link Click, Studio Lan seems to confirm that season 2 will start some time in mid-Summer 2023. The video shows the second anniversary outfits of the three main characters, as well as scenes from the first season. As a warning, there are major spoilers for the first season of Link Click in this video.

As mentioned earlier, the video straight up spoils the final twist that takes place in the last episode of Link Click season 1. So if you have not finished the show yet, you may want to hold off on watching the trailer. You can watch it via the official Link Click Twitter account, as well as on services like Bilibili:

https://twitter.com/sgdlr_offical/status/1652508069442760705

The video mostly focuses on the Emma plot from the first season. It also serves as a trailer for the second season, as there are many sequences that Studio Lan has not previously shown. New shots include what looks like a funeral and a continuation of the confrontation from the end of the first season. There is also a guy with a pink kitty headset.

Link Click came out in 2021 on Bilibili and Funimation. It follows the story of Cheng Xiaoshi and Lu Guang, who run a photo studio together. Aside from taking normal pictures, they accept requests from people who wish to relieve themselves of regrets or solve mysteries. Cheng Xiaoshi can time travel by entering a photo and assuming the identity of the photographer, while Lu Guang can keep track of events and serve as a mission control.

The Link Click anime is readily available on Crunchyroll. Season 2 of Link Click will air in mid-Summer 2023.

Honkai Star Rail tier list May 2023 – best characters

Looking for a Honkai Star Rail tier list? Judging the best Star Rail characters is tricky. After all, the game's only just launched, and balancing will likely differ between recent beta tests and the first public version. In addition, its gacha mechanics make it challenging to circle in on getting the characters you want in your party. However, there are already some clear front runners to watch at launch.

The real point of a Honkai Star Rail tier list is to rank your pulls against the consensus from the free PC game's already burgeoning community. Players have already begun speculating who will be the top characters overall, who will excel against bosses, and who's great when farming for materials. Of course, with more banners set to arrive in future, similar to Genshin Impact, we'll see new Honkai Star Rail characters appear in the tier list. You can also redeem Honkai Star Rail codes to get some free pulls, but for now, here are the initial tier list rankings for the best Honkai Star Rail characters at present.

honkai star rail clara

The newest "Keeping Up With Star Rail" Honkai Star Rail video focuses on Clara, who is a young girl living on Jarilo-VI in Belobog. Like previous ones, it mostly introduce us to who Clara is as a unit, rather than a character. In Honkai Star Rail, Clara is a five-star Physical Destruction character who fights with the giant robot Svarog.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DQhH3Xpmh18

Clara serves as both a tank and a DPS in our party if we use her in Honkai Star Rail. She can decrease how much damage she takes, and Svarog can counterattack enemies that hit her. Her Skill attacks all enemies with Physical DMG, and her Technique raises the chances of enemies attacking her. Her Ultimate further reduces the damage she takes, as well as increases how much enemies target her.

As for Clara in the game, the player encounters her in Belobog. She is an orphan whose greatest wish is to have a family, and the robot Svarog fulfills that dream of hers. With Clara's help, the player is able to communicate with Svarog during the Belobog story quest. While HoYoVerse has not commented directly on the similarities, Clara may be a shout-out or reference to Illya from the Fate series. This is due to her appearance, as well as in her usage of a protective giant.

Honkai Star Rail is readily available on mobile devices and Windows PC. PS4 and PS5 versions will come out in the near future. Clara is a 5-star character who is permanently available from the gacha pool in Honkai Star Rail.

persona 5 royal playable female joker mod

A mod that lets you play as a female version of Joker in Persona 5 Royal is now available on Gamebanana. This mod will feature the voice talent of Alexa Farron (VentyWenty) in the English version, and Maaya Sakamoto in the Japanese. When playing as a girl, you can date both male and female characters.

This mod is only available on the PC version of Persona 5 Royal. She looks essentially like Joker but with longer hair and alternate outfits. The anime cutscenes and title screen still use the male Joker. In a note on Gamebanana, the modder chlorophylls noted that you will be able to romance Ryuji, Yusuke, Mishima, Akechi, Haru, Hifumi, Takemi, and Ann. Kasumi is not a romanceable option.

Other than that, the mod mostly replaces Joker's model in the overworld and in battle. In gameplay, Joker will be able to use female-only armor but no longer be able to wear male-armor. There are some new event animations, as well as altered dialog. The Kindness requisite to start Ann's Confidant no longer exists. This is likely due to the fact that a fellow girl can easily relate to Ann. Finally, you will be able to enter the girls' bathrooms in Shujin.

While Persona 3 gave players the option to choose whether we wanted to play as a male or a female in the P3P port, subsequent Persona titles did not grant us that liberty. Aside from cosmetic changes, the girl protagonist in Persona 3 used different weapons and had access to different Social Links as well.

Persona 5 Royal is readily available on the PS4, PS5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Windows PC. The female Joker mod is available on Gamebanana.

Magical Drop VI Involves Too Much Unlocking 1

Magical Drop VI is, in many ways, a fairly admirable entry. It features six single-player modes, with solo competitive, puzzle, and survival options and a story mode that essentially combines elements of all three. You can play locally or online. However, it also features drastic unlocking elements

To start, you only have four characters available out of 15 available to you in multiplayer at the outset in Multiplayer. (These are Fool, Justice, Lovers, and World.) If you want the others, you need to complete certain modes or hit various milestones. However, in Single Player you only have Lover initially in Match. Fool, Justice, Lovers, and World are open in Survival right away. Given how critical multiplayer is to the game, it's so disappointing to not immediately have every character available to use.

[caption id="attachment_961283" align="alignnone" width="1200"]Magical Drop VI Involves Too Much Unlocking Screenshot via Siliconera[/caption]

So, how do you get them? You're forced into other modes! In particular, I've gotten Daughter Strength and Temperance from the Puzzle Mode. Survival mode on various difficulty modes unlocks additional ones. However, the downside is you might only unlock the character for a particular mode. It could be o mode you didn't like. Worse, you might unlock them for one you haven't unlocked yet. Especially since one is hidden behind the Story mode. So I earned Devil from Puzzle, but then could only use him in the Path of Destiny mode… that I hadn't yet unlocked.

See, the Story Mode balancing ifeels a bit off, which proves to be an issue with even more unlocking. This is partially because of an unbalanced Ai, as even from the very outset on Easy it involves a reliance on combos. Which means if you aren't at your best at the very outset and don't set up combos in the first few moves, you could end up losing both rounds and finding your run completely done. Yes, the Story mode saves, but it's an immediate game over if you lose a match against another CPU character. Which means if you're having trouble there, you don't get to unlock Path of Destiny.

At least all multiplayer options are unlocked the moment you open the game. You can immediately head into a local or online regular, Time Crush, or Quota Crush match, though characters are restricted. However, if you come to Magical Drop for competitive play, this could prove an issue. The online option only allows you to directly face one opponent. You can't create a lobby or organize an impromptu tournament among friends.

It's great to have a wide array of modes, and Magical Drop VI benefits from it. However, this is also the sort of puzzle game people might prefer to play in certain ways. Someone might be more into the solo puzzle-solving and survival elements, which is fine. But a competitive player will find themselves drastically restricted, and it's a shame.

Magical Drop VI is available for the Nintendo Switch and PC.

Who Stole the Honkai: Star Rail Old Foreman's Treasure Vein Detector

After someone passes Trailblaze Level 14 and finishes the Jarilo-VI Trailblaze Mission "Lying in Rust," the Honkai: Star Rail "Old Foreman's Treasure" Companion Mission for Hook unlocks. This is a fairly straightforward side quest. Players end up being tasked with helping her father, Fersman. However, like the Arlan Companion Quest, there's a bit of an investigation involved. This means there's a logic puzzle to help figure out who stole the vein detector in Honkai: Star Rail.

[gallery columns="1" size="full" ids="961309" link="file"]

So who stole the Honkai: Star Rail "Old Foreman's Treasure" vein detector?

After you help Fersman and get him to Natasha's clinic to get patched up, the Trailblazer and Hook will head to the vagrant camp in the minds. There are four possible candidates who might have stolen the vein detector in Honkai: Star Rail, and this is a situation in which the person who is guilty in "Old Foreman's Treasure" will lie and the others will tell the truth.

In a way, you don't need to bother with the logic part of it. When talking to the four candidates, the cook is the one who will behave in the most suspicious manner. However, during interrogations, the cook will blame the helper, the helper will plead innocent, the merchant will blame the cook, and the tailor will plead innocent.

So, the cook is the thief. Selecting him will mean you'll need to follow Hook and catch him before he sells the vein detector to Sampo. You'll get it back, but it's broken. Sampo will suggest going to Balaway in Boulder Town to see if it can be repaired. Claim you're willing to sell it, then tell your "boss" Hook it's time to go after you find out what's wrong. Head back to Fersman, who is still recovering at Natasha's office, and the quest will end. You'll get 6 Adventure Logs, 60 Stellar Jades, 200 Shields, 350 Trailblaze EXP, and 20,000 Credits.

Honkai: Star Rail is available for PCs and mobile devices, and PS4 and PS5 versions are in development.

Star Wars Best Controller Settings And Keybind Recommendations Jedi MasterThe default controls in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor are not exactly the best way to play the game, so we've put together controller settings and mouse and keyboard keybind recommendations to improve your experience. The menu system in this game is not straightforward in regards to programming custom inputs. Finding the correct submenu isn't obvious either. Go to Settings/Options and then enter the Controller submenu. You'll see a button labeled "Edit Controls," which you need to click on. This is where you remap controller inputs, and it includes keybinds for keyboard and mouse as well.
