Alongside the launch of 1.5, Infold announced an Infinity Nikki Twitch Drops event with five different types of rewards. How many you get is based on how long you watch streams of the game between now and May 19, 2025. However, the free Diamonds earned aren't enough for even a single pull on an outfit banner.
To start, we need to link our Infinity Nikki Infold account and Twitch account to earn the drops. This can be done on the official site. The official Drops and Rewards All Campaigns page also lists it in there. Once you're all linked up, you just need to head to the category for the game on Twitch. Watching any of those streams with drops enabled will count toward earning the five rewards. Once you watch for 90 minutes, you can claim the items from your page to get them in-game.
Here's the full list of all the Twitch Drops available. Note that in-game, a pull on an Infinity Nikki banner costs 120 Diamonds, and this event only lets you earn 30 total.
While this isn't enough for a single pull, you can get the equivalent of 30 pulls as an apology for 1.5 issues for free.
Infinity Nikki is available for the PS5, PC, and mobile devices, and the Twitch Drops event is live until May 19, 2025.

Cover announced that Hololive Vtubers Inugami Korone, Shirogane Noel, and Himemori Luna will be involved in an upcoming "May the Fourth" Star Wars celebration stream and project with Disney. Newly drawn illustrations of the Vtubers wearing Jedi robes were also revealed.
The special stream program is scheduled for May 3, 2025, starting at 7pm JST, and it will be held on Inugami Korone's YouTube channel. As part of the program, the three Vtubers will discuss their shared passion for Star Wars, showcase some of their treasured Star Wars goods, special videos, and a video interview held at the recently held Star Wars Celebration Japan 2025.
Additionally, the "Star Wars Galaxy in Shibuya" event will be held between May 4-19, 2025 at the Shibuya Tsutaya in Tokyo, Japan. a variety of Star Wars merchandise will be available at the venue, and character standees for Korone, Noel, and Luna wearing their Jedi clothes will be on display.
In case you missed it, Gawr Gura will be holding her graduation stream on May 1, 2025, a few days before the Star Wars Day stream. The popular Hololive Vtuber announced her graduation on April 15, 2025.

Ahead of the debut of the Honkai: Star Rail Concert 2025 Global Livestream, HoYoVerse shared an anime short of characters being used to promote the event. It features player avatars Caelus and Stelle taking photos of all of the four-star and five-star units as they prepare for the performance. The stream of the concert itself airs at 4am PT/7am ET on May 3, 2025.
The Honkai: Star Rail concert anime short begins with Acheron heading onto a stage in a fancy dress, where she finds cardboard standees of Caelus and Stelle. From there, we see Jing Yuan in makeup. Stelle shows up to take photos of him. After that, Caelus is taking pictures of Castorice in a setting filled with decorative butterflies. Dr. Ratio appears for photos with Stelle after that. Then, we see Caelus take pictures of the five-star version of The Herta with some of her four-star Herta dolls. Sunday's segment with Stelle showed up after that. Things close out with Stelle staying up to edit the photos, before we see all of the featured characters for the concert together.

Lua Asuka, a Vtuber who first debuted as part of Production Kawaii in October 2021, announced she will graduate on May 30, 2025. She cited a desire to pursue her "next dream" as her reason for moving on from her time as a performer. She didn't state any future plans.
As part of her graduation announcement, Lua Asuka went over her plans for her last month as a Vtuber. She noted she will stream as usual between April 29, 2025 and May 30, 2025. Her last stream will be at 12am ET/1pm JST on May 30, 2025. Part of that will involve a zatsudan, and she will read messages from those who use the #LuaAsukaGraduation hashtag on social media during it.

Lua Asuka first debuted with Production Kawaii in October 31, 2021. She appeared alongside Aruru Gray, Namiji Freesia, Neena Makurano, and Shee Icho. Of those Vtubers, only Namiji and Shee remain active, as Aruru graduated in March 2022 and Neena did in June 2022. Production Kawaii shut down back in November 2024.
One of the things she is known for is singing. She performed the original song "Forevermore - Novamore" with Namiji and Shee back in November 2024. Her most recent cover was the My Hero Academia season 7 second ending theme "Zarame - Sixth Magnitude Star."
Indie Vtuber Lua Asuka, formerly of Production Kawaii, will graduate on May 30, 2025.

When the 1.5 Infinity Nikki update launched on April 29, 2025, it also brought with it a number of bugs and gameplay issues for the PS5, PC, and mobile versions of the game. Now Infold Games issued an apology for the problems on social media. In it, it detailed things that have and haven't been fixed yet. It also announced it will send an apology gift to all Infinity Nikki players to everyone for the negative experience.
First, everyone is getting Diamond currency and crystals for both the standard and limited banners in Infinity Nikki to make up for the bugs and issues on the PS5, PC, and mobile devices after 1.5. We get 1,200 Diamonds, which is enough for a full 10-pull. We also get 10 Revelation Crystals and 10 Resonite Crystals, which give you 10 pulls on the always-available banner and limited one. You will need to update the game and log into it, then claim the apology bundle from your in-game mailbox, to take advantage of the reward.
As for the problems, Infold mentioned four are fixed. In one case, people couldn't play after updating due to an "initialization failed, please restart the game" message. That's fixed and people can log into the game. The Color Lookbook now also shows Perfect Start correctly, and Flowing Colors' Floral Dreamscape always shows in the correct category. The Heart of Infinity UI also works properly again.
There are also nine problems that Infold Games is still working on. Here's the full list from the announcement:

As part of the NieR series' 15th anniversary, Square Enix released an interview with Creative Director Yoko Taro and Producer Yosuke Saito about the games, and that involved details about both the NieR and NieR: Automata inspiration and endings. In addition to citing Evangelionas an influence for the second game, the two talked about certain choices and endings for both the first and second titles.
First, the Evangelion element came up when Square Enix specifically brought up NieR: Automata inspirations. Yoko Taro mentioned that anime. He then also said, "But then, everything I make is influenced by Evangelion."
As for the NieR and NieR: Automata endings, those came up twice. First, Saito brought it up. He mentioned how he wasn't "supposed" to know about NieR and its Ending D deleting save data. However, he brought up how he did find out ahead of time.
Here's Yosuke Saito's statement about that:
"Mr. Yoko kept the fact that the game deletes your save file a secret from me, but some other members of the team revealed this to me in secret. My favorite memory is probably choosing to let this slide. "It's fine!" I said. "It's probably just an homage to Dragon Quest!"
Although apparently it wasn't an homage to Dragon Quest (laughs)."
Finally, Yoko Taro discussed the multiple endings in NieR: Automata. He cited how his past games and Square Enix's requests affect design decisions. He noted, "That's an idea that we brought over from Drakengard. And the reason we did it is that Square Enix told us to 'add more content!'"
As a reminder, we may hear about NieR Reincarnation again soon. The anniversary site included a teaser referencing the now-closed mobile game. An update will appear there on May 2, 2025.
NieR is available on the PS3 and Xbox 360, NieR Replicant is available on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC, and NieR: Automata is on the Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC.

Cover announced that alongside the graduation of Gawr Gura, the Hololive Official Shop will once again sell the Dino Gura plushie and Ebi-chan plushie. The former is a stuffed animal of the Vtuber in a green dinosaur outfit. The latter is a mascot character that would appear alongside her sometimes in streams and merchandise. While both aren't available yet, the company noted they'll relaunch the items "soon."
As a reminder, it's been quite some time since the Dino Gura plushie appeared, as it appeared alongside Gawr Gura Birthday Celebration 2022 items in the Hololive Official Shop. To give an idea of how much it might cost when it returns, it was $25 back then. It stands at almost eight inches tall (200mm).
The Ebi-chan plushie is a slightly newer piece of Hololive merchandise. That was part of the Gawr Gura Birthday Celebration 2023. Since it is a keychain stuffed toy and smaller, it cost $15 originally. It is rather long though, as it is almost five inches (125mm).

If you do decide to buy either item from the Hololive Official Shop and live in the US, note that the Donald Trump tariffs will be in effect. As a result, the cost could be 10% to 145% higher than you would expect, depending on whether or not the item is made in China. The official storefront noted what to expect from price increases as a result of that tax.
Gawr Gura will graduate from Hololive English Myth on May 1, 2025, and her Dino Gura and Ebi-chan plushie toys will show up again in Cover's online storefront in the near futiure.

Sony announced its Crunchyroll streaming service will offer 20 anime series free with ads for Ani-May 2025 starting on May 1, 2025. As usual, this means people can head to the official site and watch shows that normally require a subscription. This will happen alongside additions to the Crunchyroll Game Vault and new physical anime releases. There are also typically sales on its official storefront during this event.
This year, the free Ani-May 2025 anime series on Crunchyroll involve a mix of both old and new shows. However, it's important to note that it doesn't always mean the whole series is available. For example, seasons 1 and 2 of Solo Leveling are streaming on the service, but only the first one is part of this promotion.
Here's the full list of all the shows we can watch for free with ads on Crunchyroll in May 2025.
We also know three physical releases that will before and during Ani-May 2025. Things start on April 30, 2025. That's when Crunchyroll will sell Goblin Slayer season 1 and Paranoia Agent. In both cases, they'll be Blu-ray releases with Steelbook cases. Those show up on April 30, 2025. On May 15, 2025, the Frieren season 1 part 2 Blu-ray set will debut.

Crunchyroll and Square Enix announced that Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth, the first entry in the JRPG series, will join the Crunchyroll Game Vault for Mega Fan and Ultimate Fan subscription tiers on April 30, 2025. It is the first game appearing in honor of the company's annual Ani-May celebrations. It will be followed by five other games.
In Valkryie Profile, Odin and Freya wake a valkyrie to gather Einherjar, newly departed humans, to fight as warriors in Ragnarok. Each chapter gives you a limited number of time to see stories and go through dungeons to find allies, and you must send people who meet Odin's requests each time. Depending on our actions, we learn more about the situation and Lenneth herself, earning different endings. This is the first of four games in the series, which first showed up on the PlayStation, and this version of the title is based on the updated PSP release that also launched on other platforms.

While we know the exact day Valkyrie Profile: Lenneth will join the Crunchyroll Game Vault, the other five upcoming games don't have exact release dates yet. The company only noted they'll appear between May 2025 and June 2025. Here's the full list of other upcoming games:

Seth Rogen is suiting up for battle in Call of Duty, and nope, this isn't a fever dream. From Nicki Minaj to Cheech and Chong, the Operator roster keeps getting wilder. Now it's Rogen's turn. Here's how to unlock the man, the myth, the iconic laugh in BO6 and Warzone.
How to unlock Seth Rogen Operator in BO6 and Warzone
The Seth Rogen Operator skin drops on May 1 as a part of the High Art event's Premium Track. You can unlock this Operator for 1,200 COD Points, which will cost you around $9.99 or $19.99, depending on which COD Points pack you purchase.
Although leveling up in the High Art track can be a bit of a grind, you'll automatically unlock the Seth Rogen "Fired Up" Operator with the Premium purchase. This skin outfits Seth Rogen in full soldier gear, featuring a leafy emblem that Jay and Silent Bob fans will undoubtedly recognize. To get the next Rogen look, earn enough XP before the event ends for the Mastery reward: "Host Rogen," a bold, vibrantly colored suit that swaps camo for charisma. With both styles in your loadout, you're ready for any mission or occasion.
Those with the Premium Track unlocked will gain additional Seth Rogen-themed rewards, including the "Ha!" emote, which may feature a voice line from the notable actor. Free Track users can also grab the "Vape Jape" emblem to add an extra Rogen flair to their weapons.
According to the Season 3 Reloaded announcement, the Seth Rogen skin will be a limited-time exclusive, so you'll need to act fast. Unlike other Operator skins available as store bundles, this one's only tied to the High Art Premium Pass. You've got until May 15 to get it, though there's a chance the window could be extended to give players more time.
Beyond the Seth Rogen Operator, Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 3 Reloaded offers a ton of other exciting cosmetics. The Seaborne Tracer Pack lets you harness the power of the Nautiloid at sea. Zombies fans can also step into the shoes of Mister Peeks, the Easter egg master, complete with the "Egg Breaker" reactive to seal the deal. Plus, there's the mystical Charm' n Harm Reactive Ultra Skin, along with the Dulce Catástrofe bundle in celebration of Cinco de Mayo. These bundles won't be sticking around for long, so it's worth checking out the CoD shop before the Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 4 launch. Fortunately, you still have some time, as the following season is likely to be released between mid-May and late May.

Just like in Marvel Comics, Marvel Rivals will host a vote regarding the Hellfire Gala. But for the hero shooter, it's all about who looks best as opposed to voting for the new X-Men team.
Marvel Rivals' Gala Star Vote kicks off on May 2, and will allow players to choose from a selection of eight heroes as this year's best dressed. The prize? Oh, nothing but a hot new outfit for the winning hero in Hellfire Gala next year.
This is about as good as it gets when it comes to democracy in Marvel Rivals. Voting between Emma Frost, Black Panther, Scarlet Witch, Cloak & Dagger, Wolverine, Black Widow, Hulk, and Captain America will crown one of them with the honor with an all-new slay in 2026. Voting 10 times will unlock a special gallery card.
I wouldn't be surprised to see Hellfire Gala become a yearly event in the game, just like it is in the comics, similarly to how limited-time events in games like Overwatch 2 work with returning events that have different skins and items fitting the theme.
NetEase Games also revealed the rest of the new event for May, which is called Hellfire Gala Moments, featuring challenges to complete to earn Chrono Tokens to level up the battle pass, and the ultimate prize: Wolverine's Patch skin, featuring the hairy mutant in his trademark white suit and eyepatch.
The best dressed vote is actually part three of Hellfire Gala Moments, with part one called Island Attractions where players can explore the different areas of Krakoa. Part two, Hellfire Trading Company Gifts, will task players with trading in collected X-Coins (via missions) to claim rewards, such as an Emma Frost emote where she equips Cerebro.
Once all three parts are completed, the Patch costume can be claimed as the free skin for this limited-time event, which is likely to take place throughout the majority of May until Ultron releases as the game's newest hero on May 30.

Aheheheheheheehh. Heheheheeheheheheh. HEHEHEEHEHEHEHH. Welcome to Warzone, boys, where we droppin'? Eheheheheheh.
Yeah, this is actually happening. Hollywood stoner and actor Seth Rogen is the star of Call of Duty's Season Three Reloaded update for Black Ops 6, and I can't help but wonder just what the hell has gone wrong in the FPS franchise lately to reach this point.
I need to preface this by saying I like Seth Rogen. I enjoy his movies (Pineapple Express and Superbad are among all-time favs of mine), and he seems like a decent enough dude. But how did we go from a bad-ass Squid Game crossover in season one and an awesome Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collab in season two, to a Seth Rogen marijuana-themed event pass in season three?
I have traditionally been a fan of the weird and whacky skins in CoD. I have used CoD Points to purchase everything from a rubber ducky skin, to Raphael the Ninja Turtle, and Art the Clown from Terrifier. I think it's fun, adds personality to the game, and is harmless. But this one just feels cringier than usual, and a low point when it comes to collabs.
Event Passes are controversial enough to begin with, considering how they cost upwards of $10 on top of season passes which are already on top of the $70 price tag for BO6 itself. But I guess I can swallow the prices when it comes to certain things, whereas this event feels like a hastily-thrown together mess.
First of all, 4/20 was last week. This event begins on May 1. Jay and Silent Bob have already joined the game as your required potheads in CoD each year. The ship has sailed on this event, which was likely scheduled to come earlier before season three got delayed so the game could be fixed enough for Verdansk.
CoD's need to have so many weed-themed items each year is another story entirely. To an extent, I get it. I take edibles, I smoke from time to time (it's fully legal in my state), and I enjoy some stoner movies and shows as much as anyone. But why does Activision feel the need to hammer everyone over the head with this sort of "LOOK AT ME I SMOKE WEED" mentality? Well, it's probably because it makes money year in and year out. And here we are.
Thankfully, the actually useful items in the event pass are free, like the Ladra SMG and 7.62 Mini-Rocket Conversion attachment for the Goblin Mk2. Elsewhere, the paid track has two skins for Rogen, a finishing move, a "HA!" emote (probably more akin to his trademark "eheheheheh" laughter), two weapon variants, a gun screen, and weed leaf weapon decal. Ho hum.
To get real for a second, this isn't that huge of a deal. I won't be purchasing the event pass, so that's all I can really do to voice my discontent (other than this article, obviously), and there are bigger problems in the franchise. But... Seth Rogen? Is that really the best we can do now?

Frostcrag Spire location in Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion Remastered
You'll find Frostcrag Spire directly east of Bruma atop Gnoll Mountain. You can access it by running along a dirt path leading northeast from Bruma before jumping up the mountain. You can either visit a campsite behind the tower to find a key for the building or lockpick your way inside.
As you travel from Bruma to the mountain, you'll find a dirt path leading partway up before reaching a dead end. At least, that's what it looks like at first. Despite the mountain looking steep and challenging to navigate, you can very easily jump up and parkour around the rocks with minimal trouble. It may take some experimenting on where the exact path leads, but you're unlikely to get stuck if you don't stray too far away from this direction.
After some time, you'll find a small campsite with a tent and bedroll inside. This spot unlocks the Gnoll Mountain fast travel spot, making the rest of this trip easy. From here, run along the dirt path to the tower, unlocking a second fast travel option for Frostcrag Spire itself.
As you approach Frostcrag Spire, you have two options for unlocking it. You can either lockpick your way in, which requires you to know how to open an average-level lock or circle the spire to find a second campsite. A chest holding a key at this spot lets you bypass the lockpicking requirement altogether.
How to upgrade Frostcrag Spire in Oblivion Remastered
After entering Frostcrag Spire and reading the book near its entrance, you'll gain quests telling you to visit Aurelinwae at the Mystic Emporium in the Imperial City's Market District. By talking to her and selecting Bartering, you can access the following four options:
The exact price of these upgrades will depend on your disposition with Aurelinwae and Mercantile level. You'll have to pay around 9,000 to 10,000 gold for the four room upgrades and candles for the Altar of Enchanting.
Once you purchase each room upgrade option, you can return to Frostcrag Spire to open a second room. Here, you'll find portals to other rooms alongside an Atronach Altar. The Living Area portal brings you to your bedroom and alchemy lab, while the vault has numerous chests to store items.

While a few events were teased during the launch of BO6 and Warzone Season 3, a few new but familiar celebrations are on their way. High Art is one of the first major events of the season, featuring both Free and Premium reward tracks similar to the Squid Games and TMNT events. Seth Rogen steps in as the frontman, leading the return of Call of Duty's 4/20 extravaganza. You can unlock exclusive weapon charms, stickers, and even a free Operator for those who want to jump in without spending too many COD Points.
After High Art wraps up, you can dive into the Blaze of Glory event. In this mode, Operators will collect Blaze Bucks, which drop from downed enemies or appear in supply caches on maps like Warzone's Verdansk. It will also be a great opportunity to take advantage of the upcoming Vendetta Perk, which rewards players for exacting revenge on opponents.
Although it hasn't been officially confirmed yet, the Got Your Six event is expected to launch on May 1, coinciding with Call of Duty's annual recognition of Military Appreciation Month. The Call of Duty Blog hints at content dropping on that day in honor of the Endowment initiative, so the event may follow suit. That said, the release could shift depending on how the season unfolds.

Marvel Rivals' season two wears on, leading to the release of new support hero Ultron on May 30, but some existing heroes are getting hit with changes in an impending update ahead of that.
"Turns out even super heroes need to hit the gym (or occasionally the nerf bat), just some tweaks to keep those super-squads 'perfectly balanced, as all things should be,'" NetEase said in the patch notes.
Previously teased in a post last week, the changes to several heroes in Marvel Rivals have now been detailed by NetEase Games ahead of its deployment in the early morning hours of April 30. It includes nerfs for Groot, Captain America, and Spider-Man, but with a few buffs to other heroes as well.
For example, Groot's Ironwood Wall will now have 600 HP, down from 700 HP. I'm not sure if this will have a sweeping impact in the meta, as the tree has become a menace when it comes to walling off the battlefield and controlling the game.
Captain America's health has received a decent hit, too, down to 600 from 650, which will hopefully help take down his survivability a little bit. And your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man's ultimate now has a bit shorter range.
Regarding buffs, Cloak & Dagger are getting some nice damage increases, along with some improvements for Doctor Strange, Adam Warlock, Luna Snow, Mantis, and Winter Soldier's team-up with Captain America.

Train Station opens
Chugga chugga CHOO CHOO! The train is back in Verdansk, opening up Train Station as a POI for more looting opportunities. Plus, the train has embarked from the station and will now travel around the map carrying high-tier loot and contracts.
Seth Rogen and another "dope" event
CoD's incessant need to harp on marijuana usage comes full circle in Season Three Reloaded, as Seth Rogen himself joins the roster of operators alongside the High Art event, which includes a $10 event pass to dress up as the actor for some reason.
New SMG: Ladra
A new potential close-range meta weapon, the Ladra SMG, will be unlockable as part of the High Art event's free track.
"What this SMG lacks in power it more than makes up for with a blistering fire rate that's effective even in mid-range fights due to the weapon's low recoil," Activision said. "Consider an Extended Mag to cut down on reloads and aim for the head to improve your damage output. Pairs well with Scavenger and the Assault Pack, giving you the ammo reserves you need to keep up the pressure and continue spitting out damage."
Limited time modes
High Trip Resurgence is a fun, "high" octane mode in Verdansk where players will "deploy with one of several predetermined weapons and their fists," but then be able to "seek out Shades found in supply caches, giving the operator various boosts, including faster reloads, super speed, and no fall damage."
And then there's Massive Resurgence, which ups the player count in the mode to 120, causing pure mayhem across Verdansk.

New maps
The Season 3 Reloaded teaser gave us the inside scoop on the following new maps:
Haven takes you back to 1968 with a nostalgic nod to classic Black Ops. This small, chaotic map drops you into the middle of a submarine bay. But if you're looking for something a bit bigger, hop into Haven, a KGB safehouse packed with nonstop Operator showdowns.
Then there's Blazetown—a trippy, psychedelic twist on Nuketown. It showed up a little late, but it's here for Call of Duty's annual 4/20 festivities. Want to complete the vibe? The Jay and Silent Bob Operators are the perfect fit.
New Limited-Time modes
In addition to Blazetown, Season 3 Reloaded will keep with the leafy tradition with the Joint Operations limited mode. Embark on a trippy extravaganza in five modes: Head Stash, Inhalation, Hotbox, Very High Target, and Munchies. Each mode is a different take on classics like Team Deathmatch, Kill Confirmed, and Hardpoint, but with a smoking twist.
Zombies fans can look forward to a limited-time mode launching alongside Joint Operations. In Zombies Snacks, you'll unlock unique abilities that go beyond the usual mystical tools like Pack-a-Punch and Wonder Weapons. Although there's not much else for this undead mode, we can at least prepare for the mid-season Directed Mode and the Ray Gun Mark 2's debut in all maps.
Black Ops 6 isn't the only one shaking things up. Warzone is rolling out High Trip Resurgence and Massive Resurgence, two limited-time modes that will have you on the edge of your seat. In High Trip, you're dropped into the chaos with a pre-determined loadout and powerful boosts, setting you up for intense action right from the start. Meanwhile, Massive Resurgence cranks up the heat with a colossal battle of 120 Operators. Only the last team standing will claim victory.
Overhaul of weapons and perks
It wouldn't be a new patch without some fresh goodies. First up is the Ladra submachine gun, a top-tier pick with a high fire rate, impressive range, and low recoil. As a fan of SMGs, I've got to get my hands on this one. New additions like this always make the collection better.
Next is Vendetta, a new buff for the Recon perk. With this upgrade, you'll briefly mark the location of the enemy who killed you after respawning. Take them out, and you'll earn bonus points for pulling off a successful vendetta. We're also getting a Mini-Rocket Conversion for the Goblin Mk2 7.62. Like any good launcher mod, this one's built to hit hard, whether you're taking out a single target or, if you're lucky, a whole group in one blast.
Latest Operator skin
The rumors are true—Seth Rogen is officially getting an Operator skin as Black Ops 6 and Warzone Season 3 Reloaded gear up for his arrival. Fingers crossed, they include his legendary laugh somewhere in the bundle. Even better, his Operator skin drops just in time for the Blaze of Glory event, which feels like a spiritual successor to the fan-favorite High Trip event.

Warzone is leveling up the chaos. Get ready to storm the Verdansk Train Station, a high-stakes battleground where survival depends on your wits, your weapons, and your will to stay alive during a deadly ride. Fast-paced multiplayer games with respawn enabled are great since you can hop right back in after being eliminated. But to pretend that every death feels the same would be a lie.
Dying to certain skins in Call of Duty can be an infuriating experience when compared to others, for a variety of reasons. Some Warzone or Black Ops 6 collab skins are awesome, and they just kind of make sense that you die to them, like Michael Myers from Halloween, Ghostface from Scream, or Shredder from Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. My favorite is Art the Clown from Terrorizer.
But for as many badass skins that there are in CoD, there are even more that piss me off to no end when I die to them. If you've played CoD in the past few years, you know exactly what I'm talking about, too.

The worst CoD skins to die to
As time goes on, CoD moves further and further away from the realistic military origins it began with while adding sillier and sillier skins with each passing update. I normally don't have an issue with that, because it's fun and it supports further game development.
But some skins don't deserve my apathy.
Terminator
The latest pain in the ass is from a recent Terminator bundle in Black Ops 6. The Endo Titanium Core skin specifically, not the hunky 80s Arnold one, was so annoying that it got nerfed because of issues with visibility and seemingly smaller hit boxes.
OpTic, FaZe, or Toronto Ultra
If you see a Call of Duty League skin in one of your games, it's likely from one of these three teams. And it also means you're about to have a bad time because that player is absolutely drenched in sweat and two inches away from their monitor as you attempt to kick back and level up some guns online.
Silent Bob
This dude doesn't even talk, and he's high all the time, yet he just dolphin dived into a 180 and one-tapped me with a pistol? He can barely move! Yeah, alright. Let me see what other games I have downloaded.
Homelander
One of the more fun villains to come into major pop culture over the past decade or so, Homelander was one of several skins from The Boys to make it into the game, but none more aggravating to die to as he runs around the map in his American flag spandex.
Gaia
Warzone in MWII was a big mess, and part of it was due to skins like Gaia from the Spawn crossover, which were impossible to see. It wasn't nearly as bad as the next one on our list, but it was brutal enough that it had to be disabled for a while before being fixed.
Roze
Probably the most notorious skin on this list that isn't a collab, Roze was a menace in the original Warzone due to her all-black attire, making her almost impossible to see in battle royale. She's back as of BO6 season three with the R0-Z3 skin, which isn't nearly as bad, but still traumatic to see.
Master Splinter
I don't mind dying to the Turtles. But their rat father? The big stinky rat who plays like a rat and looks like a rat and thus is a perfect representation for the rat players who rat around the map as him? Frustrating!
Nicki Minaj
The "Queen of the Barbz" is the reigning queen of absolutely PISSING me off in CoD. I have yet to feel the rage that Modern Warfare II's hip hop collab brought me. I think it's a combination of the bright pink attire, long flowing pink hair, skin-tight pink outfit, and massive BBL that really just made me not want to touch the game for a while.

Riot Games has revealed all the details of the Valorant patch 10.08, and the update includes a bunch of buffs and nerfs for several Agents across the roster in Season 2025 Act III.

In Valorant patch 10.08, Yoru has been significantly nerfed. Apart from that, the duration of Astra's Nova Pulse has also been changed to match other non-ultimate concussion durations in the game.
Yoru
In patch 10.08, Yoru's Dimensional Drift cost and duration have both been nerfed. The duration of the Dimensional Drift is now reduced to 10 seconds from 12 seconds, while it will now cost 8 Ultimate Points instead of 7.
According to Riot, "Yoru's Dimensional Drift is a powerful ultimate that requires a lot of opponent attention, so we're standardizing its duration to similar ultimates and raising its point cost."
Astra
Astra has also been nerfed slightly. The stun duration of her Nova Pulse will now last for 3.5 seconds instead of 4.
This nerf is a part of Riot's ongoing efforts to reduce ability power creep. According to them, "Most non-ultimate concusses are 3.5 seconds, so we're changing Astra's Nova Pulse to match the typical duration."
Brimstone
Brimstone's Incendiary (molotov) audio has been updated with the new update to make it easier to hear, especially when placed underneath smokes. This will allow players to avoid the burning damage as they will be able to hear the position of the molotov better.
Riot said, "This change is a part of our constant effort to improve gameplay & combat clarity, similar to our updates to Neon's Overdrive visual effects and Deadlock's Barrier Mesh health states."

You can link your accounts to redeem the First Order Stormtrooper for free from April 29 to Aug. 31 at 11pm CT. After this date, this skin may return, but only as a shop item you have to purchase to unlock. It will likely cost around 1,500 V-Bucks when it comes to the shop, since this is the price of other similar Star Wars skins. Be sure to claim it before Aug. 31 so you don't have to spend anything to unlock it.

Get ready to drop back in and load back up, a new Black Ops 6 update is set to arrive in Call of Duty.
Another seasonal midway point means more content to refresh the Call of Duty grind. After season three's Verdansk-centric launch, BO6 multiplayer takes center stage again with new additions like maps, a gun, a perk, new limited-time events, and a lot more.
Here's everything coming in BO6's Season Three Reloaded update, a free update for all players on May 1.

BO6 Season 3 Reloaded early patch notes
New maps
Three new maps join BO6's multiplayer offerings with the update, including Signal (six-vs-six or two-vs-two), Haven (six-vs-six), and a pothead repainting of Nuketown called Blazetown. Signal is the most interesting one as it turns back the clock to Black Ops 1 and brings players back to the notorious Numbers Station from its legendary campaign.
New weapon: Ladra SMG
The newest gun in BO6 is coming as a reward as an in-game event in Season Three Reloaded. According to Activision, the Ladra SMG has an "extreme rate of fire, excellent range, and low recoil," and "headshots can help offset lower base damage."
"What this SMG lacks in power it more than makes up for with a blistering fire rate that's effective even in mid-range fights due to the weapon's low recoil," Activision said. "Consider an Extended Mag to cut down on reloads and aim for the head to improve your damage output. Pairs well with Scavenger and the Assault Pack, giving you the ammo reserves you need to keep up the pressure and continue spitting out damage."
Weapon buffs and nerfs
When the new season goes live on May 1, expect buffs and nerfs to existing weapons to help shake things up. Check back here on patch day for specific info.
New Perk
A new Recon Perk for slot two, Vendetta will be up for grabs for free as an event reward.
"On respawn, mark your killer's last known position for a short duration," its description reads. "Get a bonus score for eliminating that enemy. The Vigilance Perk counters being marked by Vendetta."
New Goblin Mk2 attachment
Another event reward, the Goblin Mk2 7.62 Mini-Rocket Conversion turns the rifle into a full-auto weapon that fires rocket ammunition, offering splash damage at the expense of bullet velocity and fire rate.
New limited time events
Two events, Blaze of Glory and the Call of Duty Endowment Got Your Six event will be the main source of new content for players to grind through and unlock in the second half of season three, likely taking up the majority of May before a new season begins at the end of the month or beginning of June.
New BO6 Zombies content
For Zombies fans, the newest map Shattered Veil will have its Directed Mode debut in the new update. But there will also be a limited-time event called Zombies Snacks and the introduction of a new Field Upgrade, Frost Blast.

Most Star Path event tasks are designed to test your knowledge of the vast world of Disney and the village in Disney Dreamlight Valley. Some of these quests point towards specific villagers, like Arendelle's Queen.
This hint is a very specific one, and the individual who has held this title has changed over time. Finding the right character for it is fairly tough, so here's how to give Arendelle's Queen her favorites in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Who is Arendelle's Queen in Disney Dreamlight Valley?
Arendelle's Queen is Anna from Frozen in DDV. Arendelle is the fictional kingdom where Anna and her sister Elsa live in this film. Anna starts off as a princess while her sister Elsa is the queen for the duration of Frozen. In Frozen 2, Anna ends up becoming the queen of Arendelle as her sister becomes a powerful spirit dedicated to protecting the forest instead.
Since these sisters swapped the title around, figuring out which one is the official ruler for the Star Path task can be a bit tricky. You also may not be familiar with the region of Arendelle if you haven't seen these films in a while or at all.
Give Arendelle's Queen her favorites in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To finish the give Arendelle's Queen her favorites task for the Garden of Whimsy Star Path event, you need to give Anna five of her favorite items of the day. Not all gifts count for this task, and only those specifically chosen as her desired items for the day will help you progress through this task.
You can find Anna's favorite items by talking to her and selecting the "I have something to give you!" option. Her favorite items are also listed under the characters section of the Collection page, but you have to navigate through a vast list to find them, so it's usually easiest to just chat with her.
Like all villagers, Anna only has three favorite items per day. This means it takes a minimum of two days to get this task done. Some tasks, like the one that asks you to give gifts to a blonde, allow you to gift any items to make progress. This specific duty doesn't, though, so be sure to only give Anna the featured items she's seeking.
Anna's favorite items rotate on a daily basis, so if she has some requests you can't meet, you can always wait until the next day to try again. It's best to try and give her at least two gifts on the first day, though, otherwise it will take you more than two days to fully finish this task.
Completing this task gets you 20 Tokens to spend on any rewards you like in the Garden of Whimsy Star Path. Twenty Tokens is the most you can get from any single Star Path task, so this is one of the best quests to prioritize working on.
Most of the bigger prizes cost more, so you may need to tackle some additional tasks before you can get the item you're after. Some good ones to work on next are digging up a root vegetable with many eyes and practicing mine-fulness.

By default, in Oblivion Remastered, your spellbook will only contain some beginner spells that get you through the initial phases of the game. However, as you explore Cryodiil, you'll soon learn that your spell needs will grow, regardless of whether you're a mage or not.
Fortunately, there's a way to craft spells of your own in Oblivion Remastered, and you can check out the guide below to see how to do that.
How to craft spells for yourself in Oblivion Remastered
While every race and class does have the opportunity to craft their own spells, it's not a feature that's automatically unlocked for everyone. Instead, you'll have to complete a series of quests to gain access to a building that allows you to take spellcrafting into your own hands.
To be more specific, you have to ascend to the rank of Apprentice in the Mages Guild. This only occurs after you get a recommendation from all seven of the local Mage Guilds across the major cities in Cyrodiil. Once you have your seven recommendations, you can travel to the Imperial City, the Arcane University fast travel point on the southeastern side of the central city on the map.
Here, enter the Arch-Mage's Quarters building directly in front of the fast travel point. Speak to Raminus Polus, the current Arch-Mage at Arcane, and talk about your recommendations. Once he sees you have everything you need, he appoints you to the Apprentice rank of the Mages Guild.
From here, you can back out of the Arch-Mage's Quarters building and go to the Praxographical Center at Arcane University, which is located southeast of the Arch-Mage's Quarters. It's at the end of the line of buildings you reach by going down some stairs.
Inside the Praxographical Center, you can head to the back left corner of the room to find an Altar of Spellmaking. You can interact with the altar to start the spellcrafting process in Oblivion Remastered.
How to use the Altar of Spellmaking in Oblivion Remastered
At the Altar of Spellmaking, you'll see two different menus. On the left side of the screen is a long list of every effect your character has memorized. On the right side of the screen is where you can add effects to make your own spell.
To start, choose an effect you want to add to your spell by clicking on it. This brings it over to the right side menu, where you can change how the effect behaves.
You can change four options with the effect, including:
At the bottom of the right side menu, you'll also see a few numbers. The numbers on the left dictate the overall magicka point cost of the current spell, and the numbers on the right dictate how much gold it will cost you to make the spell.
As you increase the magnitude, area, and duration of the spell, both the magicka and gold costs go up. It's the gold cost you're more worried about, though, as you're likely strapped for cash unless you've used some console commands to get free gold.
After you're done adding the properties of the current spell effect you've chosen, click "Confirm." This adds that specific effect to your spell. You can now either select another effect and alter its properties or stick with the effects you've chosen.
As a note, some effects require certain skill levels to create. For example, you can't create Restore Health spells until your Restoration level is 50. You'll receive a red notice after altering the spell effect if you don't have the right level to create it.
After you've chosen and altered all the effects you want for your spell, click the blue and gold "Create" button to make your spell. The spell is now added to your spellbook in Oblivion Remastered, and you can cast it as long as you have the magicka points to do so.

From the moment I met Monoco in Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, I couldn't help but connect with the feisty yet warm-hearted Gestral. But what really stole my heart is the Easter Egg linked to him, hinting that he might be inspired by the developer's real-life dog.
Take a peek at Sandfall Interactive's Team page, and you'll notice a surprise nestled among the developers: a certain man's best friend named Monoco. The name rings a bell, doesn't it? It's no stretch to think this lovable mutt may have inspired Clair Obscur: Expedition 33's own Monoco. Adding fuel to the theory is a subtle dog-themed Easter Egg tucked into Act 3, offering just enough of a wink to suggest there's truth to it.
Or maybe it's the other way around. Perhaps the real-life pup took on the Monoco name during development. Either way, it's downright delightful to know that Monoco is out there, probably just as lovable as his in-game counterpart. He's even officially listed on Sandfall Interactive's team page as their Happiness Manager, with "eating wood" and "chasing broomsticks" proudly declared as his favorite games. If I ever visit their studio, the first thing I'd ask is, "Can I speak to your manager?" to see if I can pet the good boy.
Speaking of Monoco, the real-life pup even makes an appearance in the game, with the same adorable picture from the team's page hanging in the elusive Manor. But that's not all. There are plenty of other Easter Eggs waiting to be discovered, including a painting of the development team. If you look closely at the artwork, you'll spot 33 members (34 if you count Monoco, of course). This could very well be another nod to the game's title, Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, and it's amazing to see how many thoughtful details are woven into the experience.
There's no doubt that Clair Obscur: Expedition 33's open world is teeming with hidden gems that haven't been discovered. There might even be more Monoco Easter Eggs tucked away in the corners of this massive universe, just for the most curious players to sniff them out.

Did you know that a great money-making method in Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion Remastered involves diving into Elven dungeons and collecting mysterious statues for an Imperial City noble? These Ayleid Statues can make you thousands if you're willing to spend a couple of hours exploring some ruins.
However, finding them is no simple task, especially if you're unfamiliar with Elven ruins and where they're located. Let's talk about where you can find all ten Ayleid Statue locations, including where to find each dungeon that houses them in Oblivion Remastered.

All Ayleid Statue Locations in Elder Scrolls 4 Oblivion Remastered
Oblivion Remastered has ten Ayleid Statues inside Elven ruins around the map. While half are clustered around Bravil, the rest are north of areas like the Imperial City and Chorrol. Here's a complete list of all ten dungeons and their locations:
For most players, the first and easiest dungeon to start with is Vilverin. You can access it right after starting the game by exiting the sewers and running northeast. Although this dungeon is longer than others on the list, the journey to starting the "The Collector" quest will be much shorter than if you were to start elsewhere.
In most cases, the Ayleid Statues will be at the ends of each dungeon. While some are relatively short, with a few enemies scattered around, others have numerous enemy types and mini-bosses to defeat. You can either run past them, collect the Ayleid Statues, and leave, or fight through them and claim your prize once you find it.
How to start The Collector quest in Oblivion Remastered
Starting the "The Collector" quest requires finding at least one Ayleid Statue before visiting Umbacano in the Imperial City's Talos Plaza District. Look at the district's central dragon statue from the front, and you'll spot Umbacano's manor entrance directly behind it to the left.
Umbacano's Butler, Jollring, will typically approach you first. He will escort you upstairs after you reveal your Ayleid artifact, letting you talk to Umbacano directly. Umbacano will tell you about his treasure-hunting interests, prompting him to offer 500 gold coins per statue you find. Sell him one to begin "The Collector" quest.
As you visit Umbacano more, he'll reveal clues to where you can find other statues. His main hint is telling you five Elven ruin names to visit. Although your map won't update with their locations, your quest journal will update, helping you narrow down your search.
The Collector quest rewards in Oblivion Remastered
Every statue you give to Umbacano will reward you with 500 gold coins. Completing the Ayleid Statue set and giving it to Umbacano will double your reward, letting you score up to 10,000 gold if you find all ten and hand them in. Finishing the set also completes the "The Collector" quest.
Along the way, Umbacano will give you two more quests: Nothing You Can Possess and Secrets of the Ayleids. Nothing You Can Possess also has a cash reward and is available after returning three Ayleid Statues, while Secrets of the Ayleids follows directly after. I recommend finishing The Collector first before starting these two missions.
If you just need some quick cash before moving on to another quest, you can give him one or two statues and return to this later. Otherwise, if you want 10,000 gold and some extras from Umbacano's extra missions, you can look out for these ten dungeons and statues throughout your adventures. Better yet, you can combine this with some of Oblivion Remastered's best money-making methods to become rich quickly.

Capitaneus is an Elite Class Cost-3 Echo in Wuthering Waves that provides pretty nice bonuses. It can also be a cool main Echo skill on a character like Zani.
You can find more details on Capitaneus' skill, along with all the locations where you can fight it and obtain its Echo.
Capitaneus Echo skill in Wuwa
Here are all of Capitaneus' skills in Wuthering Waves:
The Capitaneus Echo is available in Gusts of Welkin and Eternal Radiance Sonata Effects. Unless you're using it as the main Echo, its skill doesn't matter much.
Speaking of which, Capitaneus is the best main Echo skill for Zani since her damage from Forte Circuit is considered Spectro Frazzle DMG and Heavy Attack DMG. It is one of the few times when Cost-3 Echoes can be more useful than Cost-4.
You can also find a Phantom Capitaneus while exploring Avinoleum, but it's only an Echo skin, and the actual skills are the same as the regular one.
Where to find Capitaneus
You can find up to 21 Capitaneus in Avinoleum, Rinascita. Refer to the maps below for their exact locations.
Tower of Salvation
You can find up to four Capitaneus around the Tower of Salvation. One of them is at the base of the tower. After defeating it, head south towards the waterway between the Tower of Salvation and the Titular Repository: Ruins. For the other two, use flight, and head west of the main Avinoleum structure.
Tower of Ascension and Path of Bestowal
You can find two Capitaneus near the Resonance Beacon in the Path of Bestowal. Follow the map for their locations and get the Echoes. Once done, go to the Tower of Ascension for another Echo before heading west for the eighth Capitaneus in WuWa.
Hall of Swordsmanship: Ruins
There are nine Capitaneus in the Hall of Swordsmanship Ruins. Start by using the Resonance Beacon in the hall and head north to find two Capitaneus. Once you've defeated them, return to the Resonance Beacon and go east to find the remaining seven.
Tower of Unity and Zargon Garden: Ruins
Teleport to the Resonance Beacon in the Tower of Unity and head south to find a Capitaneus and defeat it. Next, head to the floating island in the east to find another Echo.
Once done, teleport to Zargon Garden: Ruins and go northwest for a Capitaneus spawn in Wuthering Waves. Finally, fly northeast to reach the island above the Zargon Garden for the last Echo.
If you're unlucky and didn't get the desired main stat on the Capitaneus Echo, you can still use the Echo Modifier to change the main stat to your desired one.

One of the many duties you need to complete in Disney Dreamlight Valley's Garden of Whimsy Star Path event tasks you with giving gifts to a blonde. This quest is harder than you might expect to complete since only certain blondes count.
There are over 50 villagers in the valley, and this number grows with each update, so trying to find the right ones for this task is pretty tricky. If you're struggling to determine which characters work for this quest, here's which villagers are blonde in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

Blonde villagers in Disney Dreamlight Valley
There are three villagers who count as official blondes for the Star Path event in DDV:
This list seems a bit incomplete and specific since there are other characters who have blonde hair in the village. Alice, for example, certainly has bright blonde hair, but doesn't work for this quest. The reason she's likely not included is that she's part of another duty in the event.
Star Paths have a strange rule where villagers are only featured in quests that include multiple characters once per event. Since Alice is part of the give visitors from the Alice in Wonderland Realm their favorite gifts quest, she's not featured in this one too, even though she should technically be classified as a blonde.
If you don't have A Rift in Time, you only have access to two of the blondes featured in this quest. Rapunzel is a DLC exclusive character, so the only way to meet her is by venturing to Eternity Isle with this special add-on.
Elsa's hair makes this task especially confusing since it's a very pale shade of blonde, you may perceive as white. If you're going off the color of her hair, you might be tempted to try Merlin and the Fairy Godmother, too. Their hair is considered white, though, so they don't work for this quest.
How to give gifts to a blonde in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To finish the give gifts to a blonde quest for the Garden of Whimsy Star Path event, you need to give a total of 20 gifts to Elsa, Kristoff, and Rapunzel. You can give all the gifts to one character or share with all of them, since you'll make progress in this quest either way.
This task is a bit unique since you can give these villagers any gifts, not only their favorites, to make progress in it. Most other Star Path tasks that are focused on gift giving only count the villagers' three favorite items of the day. This one doesn't include the word "favorite," so you can freely give these characters anything you like to complete it.
Since this quest isn't restricted to daily items, there's also no limit on how much gift-giving you can get done in a day. This task will be completed as soon as you finish handing out 20 gifts, so it's up to you whether you get this done in one day or spread out the sharing over a few days.
Completing this duty gets you 20 Tokens to spend in the event. This is the maximum amount you can get from any single task, so it's certainly one worth doing. If you're eager to earn more Tokens, consider digging up a root vegetable with many eyes or practicing mine-fulness next.

Game delays are a necessary but unfortunate part of the industry for a variety of reasons, but what about game release dates accelerating?
Borderlands 4 is one of these extremely rare cases, according to Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford, who posted a video this morning announcing that the looter shooter will be moving off of its original Sept. 23 date, and will now be coming out on Sept. 12 this year.
This is good news for gamers and Borderlands fans (and Bungie, whose extraction shooter Marathon is coming out on Sept. 23 too), but the circumstances are a bit odd to me. And that's why I think it has something to do with Grand Theft Auto 6.
You see, every game publisher and developer will try to avoid GTA 6's launch date like the plague this year, and with good reason. It's likely the most hyped and anticipated entertainment release, maybe of all time. And Borderlands moving its date up tells me that GTA 6's date is now locked in, and Take-Two Interactive wants its other big 2025 game further away from it.
How far away is enough, though? Moving the release up 11 days seems to mean that GTA 6 is coming out sometime in October; otherwise, why push up the date at all? We are edging ever closer to finally getting some actual news that's not release date speculation and tinfoil hat theories.
It could be nothing. But it likely is something, because we still have not heard a peep about GTA 6 since its launch trailer almost two years ago now, and the game is still apparently locked in to release this year. Rockstar Games knows, Take-Two knows, and Gearbox probably knows, too, otherwise the movement of the release date doesn't make too much sense unless 2K Games didn't want BL4 to compete with Marathon.
GTA 6 is coming, and it's looming over the industry, reportedly having games avoid its release window entirely. I think we'll soon finally hear about what that exact window and date will be pretty soon.
As for Borderlands 4, a deep dive in a new State of Play will take place tomorrow, April 30.
