Where to watch A Minecraft Movie online

Where is A Minecraft Movie streaming online? It may not be an official statistic, but we think A Minecraft Movie has gone down as one of the most chaotic and raucous cinema releases of all time. Popcorn was thrown, "Chicken Jockey!" was screamed aloud, and even real chickens were smuggled into theatres. We can understand why you might want to watch at home.

First off, if you're looking to stream the crafting game adaptation at home, be careful choosing who you watch it with if you want to keep your popcorn in the bowl. And check their browser history for "Lava chicken lyrics" (Okay, we might be guilty of that one). Once you know you're safe, read on to find out where, when, and how to stream the Minecraft movie online, and how much it costs to buy or rent.

Pioner is a tough new FPS where grounded combat meets the world of Fallout

Before I started playing Pioner, developer GFA Games explained that, for the sake of this initial multiplayer showcase, it had turned down the game's difficulty. Now, I'm not saying I'm the most adept videogame player in the world, but, especially when it comes to shooters, it's not often I embarrass myself. I play Doom on Ultra-Violence. I had a 2.2 kill-death ratio on Battlefield 3. I can just about handle Escape From Tarkov. But Pioner's factory raid defeated me - and my two teammates! - over and over again. EFT is definitely an inspiration. But visually this is more reminiscent of Stalker 2 and Fallout. Either way, if you want a tough, uncompromising FPS and MMO hybrid, Pioner could be well worth your time.

Asus' new Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 graphics card costs more than 25 Steam Decks

I'm all for special edition graphics cards, but this ROG Astral RTX 5090 might be a bit too much. It's no secret that Nvidia's latest GPU has been hard to find in stock, and it has been increasing in price as a result. However, paying up to $10,600 to secure a new graphics card, just because it features real gold, isn't a route most gamers will be open to traveling when trying to secure a new graphics card.

In our GeForce RTX 5090 review, we found that, while it's overpriced, this new Nvidia behemoth is the best graphics card your money can buy if you want the very fastest performance. Even so, this graphics card certainly isn't worth in excess of $10,000, even if Asus has gone to great lengths to add value through real gold, a move that has, ironically, made the final product look quite cheap.

I couldn't offer many Steam Deck-specific insights in my look at Doom: The Dark Ages' PC performance last week, because a crashing issue was inconsiderately – dare I say, rudely – blocking me from even reaching the main menu. Over the weekend, however, a purpose-built SteamOS Preview update stepped in, making the brawly sci-fantasy shooter playable on the handheld. Just in time for its launch on the 15th, no less.

I'll confess that as I set about parrying imps between my plastic-calloused fingers, the "playable" part was still dropping minor bombshells. My main complaint with how The Dark Ages runs on desktops is the mandatory ray tracing effects that have, compared to the hardly much uglier Doom Eternal, slowed it right down. The Steam Deck can run many things, but it usually reacts to traced rays by curling up and sobbing until they go away. Still, maybe I should have had more faith in the series that essentially brought functional RT effects to the Deck in the first place, as this most recent, most demanding instalment can still run around a playable 30fps. Without resorting to its lowest settings, too.

Re-Ment Evangelion Desktop Eva Figures Hold Phones, Cords

Re-Ment announced it will sell a line of Evangelion blind box figures again, as the Desktop Eva figures that debuted in March 2024 will return in June 2025. So far, one of the first retailers to be selling the items again is AmiAmi, which features a six-box full set for ¥5,620 (~$39).

As is common with the Re-Ment Desktop line of figures, each one of the items features a character from Evangelion, such as Eva Test Type-01, in a pose that also allows it to hold basic office supplies. So the Eva Test Type-01 model is designed to have sticky notes attached to it. The Eva Production Model-02 can be used to hold a cord like for a USB cable or phone. Shinji Ikari is posed in a cockpit, and a pen can be stuck in the back where the plug would be. You can put business cards between Rei Ayanami and the railing behind her. The Asuka Langley Shikinami accent behind her can hold a Japanese name stamp. Finally, the figure of Gendo Ikari at his station can hold a cell phone behind him.

Here's how the full set looks:

The Evangelion Desktop Eva Re-Ment figures will return in June 2025 in Japan, and we'll start seeing them in other regions after that. The anime is on Netflix, while the Rebuild of Evangelion films are on Amazon. New XR games are in development.

He will apparently cost ¥7,500 (~$51) and release in October 2025 in Japan. [Thanks, Kamisatoya and Audrey Lamsam!]

Xavier is one of the three love interests that first debuted in the Love and Deepspace otome game at launch. (Sylus and Caleb appeared months later.) He's a Deepspace Hunter who works alongside the heroine. He's known for using the power of light to attack enemies, thanks to his Evol, and uses a sword in combat.

The Nendoroid of Xavier will acknowledge details about him from Love and Deepspace. Given he's always nodding off, there will be one face plate showing him asleep that can be used with an optional eyemask accessory. Another faceplate features him smiling, while a third shows him in the midst of a fight with two cuts on his face. He'll come with a sword that he can equip. Also, in a nod to the exclusive plush you can get with him when you head to the Claw Machine in-game, a Bunbun white rabbit accessory will be included for him to hold.

Here are all the initial images from Good Smile Company and Infold that appeared online so far.

It is unknown which character could appear next, as the Weibo announcement image did show all five silhouettes. The first teaser image, which you can see below, featured silhouettes of Xavier, Zayne, Rafayel, Sylus, and Caleb from left to right. So if the companies go in order and start with the first three bachelors that appeared in the game, we could see Zayne or Rafayel next.

The Xavier Love and Deepspace Nendoroid will apparently launch in October 2025 in Asia, with other figures planned after. The game is available on mobile devices.

New Hatsune Miku Revoltech Figure Based on Fitness Boxing Look

Kaiyodo and Piapro used social media to announce a new Hatsune Miku figure, and this time it is a Revoltech model based on the game Fitness Boxing Feat Hatsune Miku, known as Fit Boxing in Japan. An initial image appeared alongside the reveal. There's no word yet on when pre-orders will open, how much it will cost, and when it will debut in Japan.

Fitness Boxing Feat Hatsune Miku is, as the game suggests, an entry in the Fit Boxing series that involves us boxing in time to music by Piapro Vocaloids. This Revoltech figure is based on her appearance in it. That means she's wearing her hoodie and black sweatpants. Her face might also look a bit different, since it is based on the in-game character model.

As this is a Revoltech, that means this Hatsune Miku figure will be fully articulated and capable of recreating poses from the game. These types of figures tend to be just over five inches tall (around 140mm), and they tend to include multiple face plates and hand parts. So while the initial photo only shows a standard smiling face plate in place and hands in a more relaxed pose, we could see more energetic faces and her hands in fists to simulate her punches and jabs.

Here's the first photo of the new Fitness Boxing Feat Hatsune Miku merchandise.

Fitness Boxing Feat Hatsune Miku is available worldwide, though it does go under the Fit Boxing name in Japan, and the Revoltech figure based on her design in that game is in development.

Tetsuya Nomura Talked About Magic the Gathering FFVII Sephiroth Art

Square Enix revealed a new Magic: The Gathering card depicting FFVII villain Sephiroth, and Tetsuya Nomura shared some insight about the designs for the art on each side, following its reveal at PAX East 2025. The card includes two designs of the character, with one of them being a new design for Safer Sephiroth that differs from his appearance in the original game.

Note: There are spoilers regarding Sephiroth in the original FFVII and FFVII Rebirth below.

The starting side of the card is titled Sephiroth, Fabled Soldier and it shows the character in his iconic black garb, lifting the Masamune sword with both hands. While the card itself obscures this next detail, an original sketch shared by Square Enix shows young Sephiroth at the bottom of the illustration, as he appears in FFVII Ever Crisis.

The other side of the card is titled Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel and it depicts Safer Sephiroth, the most powerful form that the character takes during his final boss fight in the original FFVII. As mentioned above, the new design is different to his classic look. Character designer Tetsuya Nomura said that there is a reason behind Safer Sephiroth looking different in this Magic: The Gathering card than he did in the 1997 release of FFVII, however he confirmed that he can't share more about it.

You can check out the cards and read Nomura's comment here:

https://twitter.com/finalfantasyvii/status/1921822729013186730

From what Square Enix shared, the card shows Sephiroth with his right arm detached from the wing growing on his right shoulder, unlike the original design. Additionally, underneath the torso there is another Sephiroth head.

This change is reminiscent to Bizarro Sephiroth, one of the final phases of the character in FFVII and the final boss in FFVII Rebirth. Considering the secrecy and Nomura's words, there is a chance that this design is a hint to how Safer Sephiroth will appear in part 3 of the FFVII Remake project, but we won't know until the game is out.

The Final Fantasy card set will appear in Magic The Gathering on June 13, 2025.

See Suikoden Star Leap in Suikoden Live Game Showcase

Konami announced the second Suikoden Live broadcast, with this latest game showcase focusing on the new mobile game Suikoden Star Leap. It will air at 7am PT/10am ET on May 15, 2025, and we'll be able to catch it on the official YouTube channel for the company again.

The main attraction in the Suikoden Live will be Suikoden Star Leap, which will be considered a mainline game that acts as a prequel to the entries in Suikoden I & II HD Remaster. From what we've heard, it will follow how the Rune of Change, one of the True Runes, allows us to see both the past, present, and future of the series. Konami revealed it during the first broadcast back in March 2025. Kadokawa will also handle a manga version of its story once it debuts. We also know there will still be character recruiting, and past characters like Viki appeared in the first trailer for it.

In case you missed it, here's the first trailer for that:

Suikoden Star Leap is in development for mobile devices, and the official site is open.

Pokemon Trading Card Game TCG Team Rocket briefcase or attache case

The Pokemon Company opened a new batch of pre-orders for the Team Rocket briefcase on the Japanese Pokemon Center Online web store. The item's full name is the Glory of Team Rocket attache case, and people who manage to place their orders there can get it in October 2025.

This briefcase originally appeared on April 18, 2025, as part of celebrations for the release of the Glory of Team Rocket booster pack for Pokemon Trading Card Game: Scarlet & Violet in Japan. It costs 14,900 yen (~$100.55) and comes with 30 booster packs of the Glory of Team Rocket expansion inside. The company also disclosed that the briefcase is being made in China, but the Pokemon TCG cards and packs are made locally in Japan.

The first batch in April 2025 was available via lottery sales, and this new batch will not be easy to order either. People must first wait for an online queue to access the webpage due to sheer traffic. They must also have an account on the web store with a legitimate Japanese address and a verified phone number. The Pokemon Company only accepts credit card as the available payment method, and it will also run an additional check for the card's validity.

A sample image showing the compartments available inside the briefcase is available right below:

The new pre-order window for the Glory of Team Rocket attache case from Pokemon Trading Card Game will close on May 15, 2025. The Pokemon Company will ship the new batch domestically in Japan around early October 2025.

Nintendo Today Shares Switch 2 Home Menu Mouse Controls

Leading up to the Switch 2 launch, new Nintendo Today mobile app articles highlighted different features, and the latest looked at the Home Menu and its mouse controls. Someone can use the Joy-Con 2 controllers, the touch screen, or the mouse option to sift through things on the new console.

In case you don't have Nintendo Today, here are two screenshots I took of the article in the app. That basically highlights how someone can choose different navigation options depending on what they prefer. Then, it looked at a trailer.

And here are some screenshots I took of the video that showed examples of the Switch 2 Home menu and its mouse controls. The segment begins by showing how a person could use mouse controls to navigate the menu. We see the user scroll over to the Joy-Con 2 settings. There, we get a brief glimpse at the "How to Use Mouse Controls" tutorial. That also involves a test showing how the analog stick can be used to go through menus. The video ends by showing you can immediately go back to standard controls by turning the controller and using it as normal.

Prior to the May 12, 2025 look at the Switch 2 Home menu, Nintendo used the Nintendo Todayapp to highlight box art for the system's games. That focused on a closer look at the Mario Kart World design. The gallery there allowed us to see how it would look in different regions.

The Switch 2 debuts on June 5, 2025.

Galleon DLC Debuts in Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising in May

As part of the EVO Japan 2025 reveals, Arc System Works and Cygames set a release date for the Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising Galleon DLC. After being first teased back in March 2025, she's now set to debut on May 28, 2025. There's also a new trailer that actually shows off gameplay.

Galleon, who you may better recognize as the Earth Dragon Galleon the Gold, has been a part of the main mobile game for quite some time. Here, she's following previous Season 2 character Sandalphon. The two minute video begins by showing an explosion of rocks as she descends. Then, she attacks by swinging her staff, using assaults from rocks, and summoning a rocky arm from below. Her earth elemental magic seems to be woven into all of her attacks, allowing her to attack nearby or at range.

Here's the full Galleon Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising gameplay trailer from the event:

Lots of game-related news came up at EVO Japan 2025 this year. Fahkumram will return to Tekken 8 as DLC, and a Pac-Man stage and cosmetics will appear around the same time. Activision Blizzard will add Street Fighter skins to Overwatch 2. Mai Shiranui is being turned into a plush toy by Good Smile Company.

Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising is available for the PS4, PS5, and PC, and Galleon will appear as DLC in the game on May 28, 2025.

Review: 7'scarlet Gets Great When Its Mysteries Are Solved

You don't just forget the loss of a loved one, and that kind of trauma can compel you to head into potentially dangerous situations in search of answers. 7'scarlet is the the sort of otome game that broaches that idea, with a missing person's case compelling the people left behind to return to a childhood home town in search of answers and insights into a rather mysterious place. What's remarkable here is, even almost 10 years after its debut in 2016, this otome game still feels fresh upon its Switch debut.

Years ago, Ichiko Hanamaki and her family used to live in the town of Okunezato. She doesn't remember much about that time, which makes it even worse when her brother Hanate disappears after returning there for a visit a year before. Since a summer vacation is coming up and her childhood friend and classmate Hino is heading back for a meeting of the Okunezato Supernatural Club, she takes the opportunity to join him and find answers. However, the prospect of a brief job at the Fuurinkan Hotel offers a chance to spend even more time in town investigating and possibly falling in love with a shocking number of men she's met before and doesn't remember, and Ichiko seizes it in the hopes of discovering the truth.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5-mW8lFoREI

7'scarlet always ended up being an otome game that balances both a mystery of sorts with dating sim elements, and that didn't change for the Switch release. Depending on the guy you're pursuing, you essentially learn more about a particular mystery or element of the game. Some of them are the most basic and deal with potential threats to Ichiko's life. Others are more detailed and offer insights into the supernatural urban legend tied to alleged Revenants roaming the streets of Okunezato and murdering the innocent each year. Maybe you'll also find out what happens to Hanate. Depending on the person you pursue, the possibilities of actual romance and answers may vary. In general, it's pretty well-written, though Ichiko herself is one of those heroines that suffers from a rather malleable personality that varied based on what type of role Idea Factory needed her to fill in that storyline.

The art is also generally pretty great, and the UI is quite clear. There are a pretty decent array of CGs scattered throughout most routes, though one of the six doesn't feel like it gets the same treatment as the others. Most of the storylines do feature moments that showcase a connection gradually growing and forming between Ichiko and the chosen partner, so I didn't feel like there were too many shocks from a route suddenly being romantic after no signs telegraphed throughout the story. Appropriately enough, there are some possible bad ends and dangerous outcomes, which fits given this is a young woman heading off to try and solve a missing person's case on her own in a town known for unexplained yearly murders.

Given this is a very straightforward port, the same problems present in the Vita and PC versions of 7'scarlet remain in the Switch version of the otome game. Primarily, it's the way the mystery is handled. There are only some routes that fully cover what's going on in Okunezato and with Ichiko and her brother Hanate. The others are still fulfilling in their own way, but given the mystery of his disappearance, her departing the town as a child, and the rumor about Revenants that return to the village, it's really a letdown when things don't cover those mysteries. I feel like the Toa and Yuzuki handle things best. The final route, though it should be most fulfilling, is sort of the worst, even though it does provide all of the answers.

Honestly, that last route is probably the one I like least because of the execution. It's a pity, since it feels like all of 7'scarlet's story is building up to it! But then when you get there, it isn't as well developed as the other love interests' storyline. Even the relationship doesn't feel as authentic as a result, which is especially troublesome given you'd need to get over some of the connotations associated with it.

While there may be some unfulfilling moments in 7'scarlet, depending on the route, as a whole it's an enjoyable and often otherworldly otome game. Given how unusual its storyline can get and the twists and revelations that come after chasing after certain love interests, it's definitely one that stands out among other Aksys, Otomate, and Idea Factory works. I'm glad it's gotten a Switch release so even more people can experience and appreciate it.

7'scarlet will come to the Nintendo Switch on May 15, 2025, and it is also available on the Vita and PC worldwide.

Black Ops 6 Operator

To celebrate Military Appreciation Month, the Got Your Six event is raising funds and awareness for the Call of Duty Endowment in Black Ops 6.

And for gamers, there are free rewards to earn. The CoD Endowment Got Your Six event is taking place in the second half of May, featuring exclusive rewards to earn along the way. The event also features a new Tracer Pack bundle with proceeds going to the Endowment.

For those unaware, the CoD Endowment is a charity organization run by Activision that helps find jobs for military veterans when they return home from their deployments. Through in-game events and other direct donations, over 150,000 veterans have been placed in quality jobs since the Endowment was founded.

For 2,400 CoD Points, players can unlock two operator skins, two animated tracer blueprint weapons, an animated emblem, a calling card, a weapon charm, a spray, and a lot more, and it's all for a good cause. But if you just want some free stuff, you can get that, too.

Here's everything you can unlock for free in the Got Your Six event in BO6.

BO6 Got Your Six event rewards and challenges

Image via Detonated

  • Weapon sticker: "Reinforced"
  • Animated emblem: "Team Rally"
  • Double XP: One hour double weapon XP token
  • Animated calling card: "Covered Sixes"
  • Spray: "Embattled"
  • Weapon charm: "Plated Pride"
  • Double XP: One hour double XP token
  • Blueprint: "All Chipped Out" animated Ames 85 blueprint

The Mastery Reward for this event is the animated Ames 85 blueprint, which features an animated camo that sports the CoD Endowment logo. The final reward is granted once the rest of the rewards have been obtained.

As of now, how to get these rewards is a mystery. It could be an XP event where you only need to play the game and earn XP to unlock rewards (like the recent Seth Rogen event), or there may be specific tasks players have to complete in-game.

Either way, make sure to unlock all of the rewards before they're gone. The Got Your Six event in BO6 and Warzone begins on May 15 and ends on May 29.

This article will be updated with more information when it becomes available on May 15.

Leia standing by a data log in fortnite

Unlocking story quests in Fortnite Chapter Six, season three looks drastically different from every other season. You have to put in quite a bit of work to discover and complete story quests in the Star Wars season.

Story quests are one of the easiest ways to earn XP, and they're also essential for understanding what's going on in the overarching storyline. If this task has you stumped, here's how to discover and complete story quests in Fortnite Chapter Six, season three.

Discover and complete story quests in Fortnite Star Wars Galactic Battle

The discover and complete story quests task in fortnite
Screenshot by Destructoid

To discover and complete story quests in Fortnite, you need to travel to the locations highlighted by green circles on your map or look for the objective marked with a diamond icon. The exact task you're looking for varies all around the island, so sometimes you're searching for an object, other times an NPC, and so on for all of the available quests.

You cannot work on any story quests until you interact with the right item or character to start them. Story quests are usually available on the quest page right away, but these ones challenge you to explore the island and uncover secrets before you can start them.

Each quest is unique, so what you need to do to get them done varies. Some tasks ask you to pilot ships around the island while others send you on a scavenger hunt. All of them are focused on Star Wars gameplay, though, so be prepared to interact with some special seasonal features.

All story quests in Fortnite Star Wars Galactic Battle

All of the discover story quests are marked by either a green circle or a white diamond icon on your map. Some of them don't appear until you're in the right area, so knowing where to look and how to get them started can be tricky.

In total, there are eight quests you can find, so here's a breakdown of each one and where you need to visit to find them. Additional story quests you need to discover will likely become available as the season progresses, so as they do, we'll add them here.

Quest Location Task
Retrieve four Rebel Data entries. North end of the island. Find and interact with four consoles that have Rebel Data entries. These entries can be found at the Resistance Base, south of the Resistance Base, at Magic Mosses, and at Flooded Frogs.
Retrieve Stormtrooper Data entries. Vader Samurai's Solitude. Find and interact with four consoles to recover Stormtrooper Data entries. All four of them can be found in the buildings around Vader's base.
Ask General Grievous about his lightsaber collection and bring him a Jedi Padawan Lightsaber. South of Seaport City. Meet General Grievous, accept his quest, obtain a Jedi Padawan Lightsaber, and give it to him.
Destroy structures with X-Wing's guns and return to Poe to get your pilot's wings. Resistance Base. Meet Poe, accept his quest, hop in an X-Wing, destroy 25 objects while in it, and return to Poe to let him know you're done.
Gather fuel and fix the TIE Fighter. Slightly south of Flooded Frogs. Find three fuel containers and use them to repair the TIE Fighter.
Leia Organa's story quests. Slightly south of Magic Mosses. Meet Leia, investigate the cannons, enter the secret Empire cache, investigate the console, and return to Leia to share what you learned.
Han Solo's story quests. In the cantina in the middle of the Outpost Enclave. Meet Han, damage structures from 22 meters away, defeat Stormtroopers, and recruit Han.
Luke Skywalker's story quests. By the forest south of the Resistance Base and north of Shiny Shafts. Meet Luke and go through the 10 hoops in his training course.

Each quest has a couple of steps to it, so they feel a bit longer than just one straightforward task you need to get done. Once you're done with these quests, there's a lot more you can work on around the island, like finding and beating Captain Phasma, testing out all weapons in Chapter Six, season three, and reviewing all battle pass rewards.

The Grand Theft Auto 6 hype reached new heights after its release date was revealed, but now, all that's left is time to wait. And play other GTA games, of course.

And when it comes to GTA games, there's not a ton to choose from. But current-gen consoles could be blessed by a re-issued version of one of the best games of all time very soon, if a new report is to be believed.

The exciting news today comes from a notable Rockstar Games insider/leaker named Tez2, who claims a remaster of Grand Theft Auto IV should be out sometime in 2025, followed up by a remaster of Max Payne 3.

When asked about a potential port of GTA 4 for modern-day consoles, Tez2 said that "Someone at [Rockstar] hinted at the IV port, and by now it should've gone up a year in development," musing that "we may end up seeing it drop this year."

GTA 4, shockingly, just turned 17 years old last month. First launched for the PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2008, it became a fan favorite with its depiction of Liberty City, along with its star Niko Bellic and other colorful characters.

It's assumed that the game would also include The Ballad of Gay Tony expansion on top of the base game, with suped up visuals like 4K resolution and higher frame rates than before to justify the re-launch.

Rockstar has released remastered versions of several of its games in the past, including Red Dead Redemption, and GTA: Vice City and GTA: San Andreas as part of a bundle that stumbled out of the gate before being supported with multiple necessary updates to fix issues.

Remastering GTA 4 for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, along with an assumed upgrade for existing owners on PC, would go a long way in helping gamers wait for May 26, 2026, when GTA 6 is scheduled to drop.

The Vault in Cash Cleaner Simulator

The Vault is a special location that takes time to unlock in Cash Cleaner Simulator, but it can be an extremely rewarding process.

You'll notice the Vault quite early once you're beyond the start of the game, but it will be locked. You'll have to clear a decent amount of the game before it unlocks for you. This guide will provide all the necessary information to open the Vault and get Gold Ingots.

How to open the Vault in Cash Cleaner Simulator

The most important task is to level up, as you'll need to be around Level 25 to gain access. This isn't going to happen automatically, so prioritize clearing as many story missions as possible. The main missions provide useful rewards, upgrades, and help you gain experience.

The Vault in Cash Cleaner Simulator
Screenshot via Mind Control Games

There's a known bug that allows depositing money into the piggy bank to open the vault even if it's incomplete. Whether the bug triggers or not, keep depositing into the bank. This will help you to increase your in-game progression.

In certain cases, the Vault may refuse to open even when you have completed all conditions. In such cases, you can always reload the save and wait for the Vault to open. There are cases where players have sat on a chair for 10 seconds after finishing a mission for the Vault to open.

The best indicator of the Vault opening is the availability of quests that reward you with Gold Ingots.

How to get Gold Ingots in Cash Cleaner Simulator

You can access special quests that will reward you with Gold Ingots in the game. However, these missions are pretty rare. You can only get them after unlocking the Vault, and the frequency seems to be really low. Hence, we don't expect to farm large amounts of gold ingots on a regular basis. That said, do be on the lookout for quests that could reward you with the valuable resource.

Warzone Operators

Game developers everywhere are cracking down on toxic behavior, and Call of Duty is one of the biggest franchises that's changed the way it enforces how you behave in-game.

Using things like voice recognition to monitor game chat for abusive language, CoD players can no longer freely use inflammatory language like the "good old days" of the older games in the series when hearing slurs or foul language was commonplace.

But where is the line drawn? If you can be penalized for the things you say and type, can you also be banned for what your character does? Recent rumors suggest that CoD players can be banned for doing something as simple as teabagging their opponents online.

Here's everything there is to know about being banned for teabagging in CoD.

Can you get banned for teabagging in CoD?

BO6 Warzone death machine
Image via Activision

No, teabagging is not a bannable offense in Call of Duty, and neither is "diddying." You can find CoD's Code of Conduct on Activision's website for more information on what is or isn't allowed in the game when it comes to what you can be banned for.

Social media posts with the below image attached went somewhat viral recently, claiming that CoD players could be banned for "teabagging" or "diddying." The image in question is fake, fabricated by someone for an unknown reason.

Screenshot by Destructoid

CoD has come under fire for its "shadow ban" system, and players being banned from voice chat for using derogatory language, but the game will not ban you for "teabagging," as it is a tried and true, age-old past time in gaming.

CoD's code of conduct when it comes to treating "everyone with respect" reads as follows:

"We do not tolerate bullying or harassment, including derogatory comments based on race, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, culture, faith, mental or physical abilities, or country of origin, or the amplification of any person, agenda, or movement that promotes discrimination or violence based on the above. All members of our community should be treated with dignity and respect. Communication with others, whether using text or voice chat, must be free of offensive or harmful language. Hate speech and discriminatory language are offensive and unacceptable, as is harassment and threatening another player."

Fake stories like this often propagate online these days as social media users post for online likes and clout, or just to be chaotic. CoD's reporting system may be disliked by some, and being shadow banned may be frustrating, but you can't be banned for teabagging.

So, there you have it. Unless CoD updates its code of conduct to include "teabagging" or "diddying," you should feel free to crouch as often as you like.

TLOU Show Ellie in red lighting, holding a gun

The Last of Us season two has been hit or miss for many, but one thing that it has missed big time has been Ellie's tone. Last night's episode was a turning point she desperately needed.

Ellie and Dina's journey to Seattle has kind of felt like a road trip with the girlies up until the last few minutes of this week's episode. And then finally, we got a taste of the game version of Ellie, the Ellie who has been so consumed by grief and revenge that she's borderline unrecognizable from the young girl in the first game.

TLOU
Screenshot by Destructoid via HBO/Max

The fifth episode of season two, "Feel Her Love," focused again on Dina and Ellie on day two in Seattle, planning out their journey to find Abby's pal Nora at the hospital to give her a visit after she held Ellie down to watch Joel get murdered. In the game, it's a huge moment in the story.

By the time Ellie has reached the hospital in the game, you as the player have already slaughtered quite a few WLF members, and even some Seraphites. Where the game had Ellie on her own navigating the forest, the show skipped over this section entirely. And then you make your way through the hospital to find Nora, ruthlessly murdering more WLF on the way.

Instead, in the show, Ellie's first visceral, impactful kill is on Nora, and it's like a switch was flipped where she's like, "Oh, I'm actually here to kill everyone in my way." The show's version of Ellie has not been nearly violent enough yet to illustrate the game's themes of revenge and the lengths she goes to to try and find Abby, and unfortunately, I think it's partly because of the translation between mediums.

Bella Ramsey at least did a solid job of showcasing how unhinged Ellie has become, but it's overdue, and I feel like it hasn't been enough. Ellie just hasn't felt imposing enough, violent enough, or off-the-deep-end enough for what she's doing. And my issue with Ellie in the show has little to do with Ramsey, who I think is a fine actress, albeit probably miscast for the role when it comes to the game's rabid fanbase.

Up to this point in the season, Ellie has been way too lighthearted, and the show has missed the mark in depicting just how unhinged she has become. In the game, we see it through our own actions, but also the little words she mutters in between violent murders in the gameplay portions.

https://twitter.com/chrisdadeviant/status/1921745713525936578

You could argue that Ellie not being as violent in the show makes her actions against Nora more impactful, but I think the show lacks the "wow" factor of seeing the innocent girl from TLOU1 turned into a grown woman hell-bent on destroying anyone in her way, regardless of who they are. Maybe this episode will jump-start that.

The game depicts Ellie's actions from Abby's perspective, too, which is crucial to show that neither one of them is in the right in their actions. We haven't even gotten to that part of the story yet, and may not until season three. And this is why the game just feels so much more impactful in its method of delivering the story.

Backtracking to Seattle day one as Abby, after playing as Ellie in the same time period, felt like a slog at times, but also a necessity to illustrate how the hero of one story is the supervillain in the other. Seeing the wake of Ellie's carnage from the other side's angle is harrowing, and very important. I'm not confident in the show's ability to convey this, considering the way it has handled Ellie's blood-hatred, vengeance-fueled murder spree across Seattle that has fallen flat thus far.

TLOU2 Ellie crying in the rain
Image via PlayStation

Game Ellie slices the throats of WLF and Seraphites alike, blows off heads and limbs, kills attack dogs, and is a force to be reckoned with. Show Ellie has yet to feature that same level of violence, but I'm hoping that the death of Nora will be a jumping-off point to showing just how far gone she is by the time the game ends.

The show has mishandled Ellie's grief-stricken journey of death and vengeance, and I hope the ship is righted with the few episodes we have left in season two.

Try to picture the scene for me. It's a busy evening sometime around 2010. The Harry Potter movie series is wrapping up, Mad Men and Homeland topped the TCV charts, and games like the original Red Dead Redemption and Skyrim made gamer hearts beat just a little bit faster.

It was around this time that a Danish, a British, and a Hungarian teenager walked into a bar. Or, rather, a Skype call. International friendships do be like that. We were still very much on the Civilization 4 train at the time, taking that fabled "just one more turn" over and over again, and then there were just the two of us left by midnight, as our Danish buddy had to take his leave.

Imagine his surprise and annoyance when he boots his computer back up in the morning, seeing the call is still on.

"Did you play through the night?" he asked.

"Yeah," we answered sheepishly.

Skype was a durable little thing, much like we were in our teens, that's what I'm trying to say. My personal story with the platform goes back even further, to the early high school days where some of my longest-lasting conversations began, around the time when many heathens and philistines preferred MSN with its adjustable fonts and uploadable emojis over the ability to edit your messages.

(I suppose I was destined to end up in this line of work.)

Sure, the calls were always a bit choppy, and it was a bit of a resource hog with little to offer other than familiarity and nostalgia once the 2020s rolled around—and don't get me started how impossible it was to properly search the archives—but there have been a few friends who just never made the jump to a different platform to chat, simply because they never had to. Skype remained serviceable to the very end, if little else.

Personally, I will miss the emojis the most. You know how they worm their way into conversations over time, becoming part of in-jokes, retooled and refurbished for entirely unusual uses? That happened over and over again, with different contexts for each of us. (Don't get me started on Among Us and the secret poop emojis.) The ones with the transparent backgrounds have already been ported over to various servers a long time ago, and I'm more than happy to fork out for Nitro to keep them around, but many have been left behind, even if I'm holding out hope that others will also express an interest to get them across the great divide with some proper porting. How else am I going to underscore my mom's good mood with the merrily galloping pink unicorn we used for so many years?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZI0w_pwZY3E

In retrospect, I speedran the five stages of grief. Truly, it was only a matter of time before Microsoft would don the Grim Reaper uniform. Denial? I mean, the patient was terminally ill for a long time. Anger, bargaining? I saved the message archives and started to nudge friends across to Discord. It was a bit sad to see the countdown to the shutdown, but that's as close as I got to depression.

There have been so many games, though. Endless hours of Alien Swarm and TF2 and Counter-Strike, long nights of Civilization and Crusader Kings 2 and Europa Universalis 4, many of the historical Total War games, TrackMania Nations Forever (oh goodness me, 300 hours of poor joy managing our own server), so many different word games, Football Manager, Rocket League and Sins of a Solar Empire, Worms of all stripes, making mods and writing books, a tome's worth of fun experiences with friends from all around the world.

Acceptance, then. And being thankful. I mean, can you imagine forming decades-long friendships on Microsoft bloomin' Teams? Fat chance!

A (hug) emoji and a (wave), and that was that. And we continued our conversation that started in 2009—from now on, on Discord.

An Infernal is standing on the street in Fire Force Reignition. There is a title on top and bottom of the page

A Generation in Fire Force Reignition is what determines what abilities you can potentially have. When you first create your character, the game will randomly assign you to one of 4 generations. Generations can be pretty confusing, which is why we made this Ultimate Fire Force Reignition Generations Guide.

What are Generations in Fire Force Reignition

A player is about to become an infernal in Fire Force Reignition
Screenshot by Destructoid

Each character in Fire Force Reignition can only be part of one Generation. A Generation determines what type of abilities you get to have. Here's a brief summary:

  • Generation 1 - Can't use he flame, they rely on weapons
  • Generation 2 - Can use flame with the help of a source (lighter)
  • Generation 3 - Can use their own flame
  • Generation 5 - Currently the only generation that can use the Benimaru Ability
  • Infernal - Any Generation can become an Infernal (bad guys)

Every generation has its own exclusive abilities. If you want to use abilities, but aren't in the correct Generation, you'll need to do a Generation Reroll.

How to check your Fire Force Online Generation

A Fire Force Reignition skill menu showing which generation a player is
Screenshot by Destructoid

In order to check your Fire Force Reignition Generation, you first need to reach Rank 5. This is pretty easy. All you really need to do is finish the tutorial quests (either for the White Clad or the Police Force) and you should be pretty close to Rank 5. You can go around town and fight a few civilians to reach that final rank or accept another mission or daily quest to reach the rank.

Once you are Rank 5, open your Menu ("M" on the keyboard) and navigate over to the Skill Tree. Your Generation will be displayed in the bottom left corner of this screen.

How to Reroll a Generation in Fire Force Online

Fire Force Reignition Reroll menu showing the Generation Reroll option
Screenshot by Destructoid

If you aren't satisfied with the Generation the game picks for you, you can always reroll your entire Generation. To do this, you need to use a Generation Reroll. There are several ways to get this:

  • Buy a Generation Reroll from Sagbe (in front of the clothing store in the main city)
  • Buy a Generation Reroll from the Shop (for Robux)

Keep in mind that a Generation reroll won't guarantee you'll get the exact generation you're aiming for. Currently, Generation 5 is really difficult to get.

That's all there is to it. Have fun experimenting with Generations and testing out different abilities until you find the one that works for you. In the meantime, check out our Fire Force Reignition codes for some free Reroll Tokens.

UV light and workbench in Cash Cleaner Simulator

Identifying bills and their markings is pretty important in Cash Cleaner Simulator, and it's the first stage of cleaning up the bills and making them look new.

It's hard to expect clean bills when your business is all about transforming marked notes into new ones. There are a variety of different markings, and some of them can be quite dangerous. This guide will help you identify gang-marked bills and counterfeit bills so that you don't end up attracting unwanted trouble.

How to identify gang-marked bills in Cash Cleaner Simulator?

To begin the process, you'll need a Workbench and a UV Lamp. The Workbench is unlocked when you gain access to the second Warehouse level. To gain access, complete the Light It Up quest.

Once you've unlocked and placed the Workbench, purchase the UV Lamp. The UV Lamp works in the same way as the portable UV Light, but is far more efficient. Spread out the stack of cash that you want to check, and turn on the UV Lamp. To make it easier, you can turn off the lights in the Warehouse.

You'll now have to look for specific markings to understand the ones that gangs have used. Try to find the notes that have a Square Symbol on them. Some of them can also have triangles inside the square symbol. Gang members have specifically used these notes, so it's better to clean them first. For that, your best friend is the Washing Machine, which will help you clean stacks of marked cash.

How to identify counterfeit bills in Cash Cleaner Simulator?

Every bill in the game will have a mark on it. Even if a bill is legit, it will have a blue UV security line. If you find a bill that's completely clean (devoid of any kind of markings), it's a fake note. In my understanding, this is the most dangerous type of bill you can use for a job, so it's best to separate them as early as possible.

A ghost trapped in a summoning circle in front of a flaming cross in Phasmophobia

If you think you've mastered the art of ghost hunting in Phasmophobia, you may be ready to put your skills to the test. Weekly challenge modes are a great way to see how good you are.

These special trials modify how the game works, usually with rules that make the experience a lot harder. Successfully finishing the challenge gets you plenty of XP and cash, so it's well worth the effort. Here's the weekly challenge in Phasmophobia and everything you need to know to beat it.

Phasmophobia weekly challenge mode (May 11 to 18)

Slow and Steady challenge in Phasmophobia
Screenshot by Destructoid

From May 11 to 18, the weekly challenge is Slow and Steady in Phasmophobia. In this challenge, the ghost's speed is reduced from 100 percent to 50 percent, so it's a lot slower than usual. Your sanity is reduced to zero, and it can't be replenished, so this slow ghost will be chasing after you by starting hunts constantly.

How to complete the weekly challenge in Phasmophobia

To finish the weekly challenge mode in Phasmophobia, you need to correctly identify the ghost present on the featured map three times. The specific changes present in each trial mode vary, but your goal is always the same.

All Slow and Steady weekly challenge modifiers in Phasmophobia

The Slow and Steady challenge mode has several specific rules that modify the way the contract functions. Here are all the key details you need to know about this trial.

  • Map: Camp Woodwind
  • Starting sanity: Zero
  • Sanity restoration: Zero
  • Hiding spots: None
  • Grace period: One second
  • Ghost speed: 50 percent
  • Weather: Heavy rain
  • Cursed Possession: None
  • Equipment: All Tier I Gear

Phasmophobia Slow and Steady weekly challenge mode tips

The Slow and Steady challenge is one of the trickier ones you can attempt in Phasmophobia, so here are some of the best tips to help you get it done.

  • Learn Camp Woodwind's layout. Since it's an outdoor map, it's tough to investigate. Learn the map layout beforehand to make this process easier. You can explore it in a custom match with the friendly ghost option turned on, so you don't have to worry about hunts.
  • Loop around the map. Camp Woodwind is a simple map that's essentially just one medium-sized circle, so you can easily loop around it endlessly to escape the ghost during a hunt.
  • Play with friends. Your odds of success are a lot better with allies helping you through this tricky trial. With additional ghost hunters at your side, you can explore the map more quickly, work together to gather evidence, and continue the investigation even if you perish.
  • Don't give up. Since all equipment is provided to you for free, there's nothing to lose in this challenge. Because of this, you can keep trying without worrying about losing money or equipment. Give each contract your all and keep at it until you manage to get it done.

When does the challenge mode change in Phasmophobia?

The challenge mode changes every Monday at 12am UTC, which translates to 7pm CT every Sunday. You have a full week to tackle each challenge mode when it's available. All challenge modes return on a regular basis since they're on a rotating schedule, so if you don't get to finish one, you can always try it again in the future.

Next weekly challenge mode in Phasmophobia

The next weekly challenge mode, which will run from May 18 to 25, is Paranormal Paparazzi. This trial begins as soon as the featured one for this week, which is Slow and Steady, ends.

skirk and mavuika banners in genshin impact 5.7

New leaks have surfaced online that share details about the upcoming banners in Genshin Impact 5.7. As of writing, the developers have yet to confirm any new characters, but the next version update is expected to release two new characters, including a 5-star.

Additionally, a few popular 5-star characters are expected to get a rerun banner.

New characters

Here are all the new characters you can look forward to in version 5.7, as per the beta leaks:

  • Skirk (5-star Cryo)
  • Dahlia (4-star Hydro)

Version 5.7 will introduce two new playable characters, namely Skirk and Dahlia. The former is a new Cryo unit and is expected to be an amazing damage dealer. If you need a Cryo DPS unit, then Skirk can be a great choice. Skirk is pretty popular, and a lot of players will be waiting for her arrival.

Meanwhile, Dahlia is rumored to be a 4-star character. Luckily, the Paralogism quest has already confirmed he is a Hydro unit, and the recent leaks suggest that he is a Sword user who can provide shield and movement speed buffs.

Since Skirk is the only new 5-star character in version 5.7, she is most likely to be in the first phase. However, it is difficult to tell whether Dahlia will debut in the first or second half.

Rerun banners

mavuika, shenhe, and emilie rerun banners in genshin 5.7
Image via HoYoverse

Listed below are the characters who might get a rerun banner in Genshin Impact 5.7, as per leaks via HomDGat:

  • Emilie (5-star Dendro)
  • Mavuika (5-star Pyro)
  • Shenhe (5-star Cryo)

You can look forward to rerun banners for Mavuika, Shenhe, and Emilie. This will be the lattermost's long-awaited first rerun banner. She is a pretty cool Dendro sub-DPS character in Burning Teams. If you like Emilie and missed her previously, this is your chance.

Similarly, Shenhe may also get a proper rerun banner, outside the Liyue Chronicled Wish. She is one of the best support units that can provide a lot of good buffs for your Cryo DPS unit. Shenhe can be a good pair with Skirk, so it wouldn't be surprising if she appears in the first phase.

Lastly, Mavuika may also get her first rerun banner in version 5.7, which was already somewhat expected because of the Archon rerun banner pattern. She is one of the best characters in the game and is a great option if you're looking for a good main DPS or sub-DPS unit.

The rerun banner info is subject to change, as it is based on leaks. The developers will officially reveal the Event Wishes during the version 5.7 Special Program that will be livestreamed on June 6.

The city in Fire Force Reignition. There is a title on top and bottom of the screen

When you first start playing Fire Force Reignition, you'll get to name your character and pick your gender, and the game will do the rest for you. This means that you'll randomly get assigned your Generation, your Abilities, and even your Clan name. Unfortunately, this also means you'll likely won't be happy with what you get, and that's where rerolls come in. In this guide, we'll teach you How to reroll in Fire Force Reignition.

How to reroll in Fire Force Online

Screenshot by Destructoid

There are two main ways to reroll in Fire Force Reignition:

  • Using Reroll Tokens
  • Buying Rerolls using Robux

The former method takes a bit longer, but it's free. In the main city area, right outside the clothing store building, you can find a street stall (looks like a lemonade stand) where you can buy the same Rerolls for the following things:

Reroll Cost (Tokens / Robux)

Wipe
10 / 200

Skill Tree Reset
10 / 75

Hair Color Reroll
10 / 75

Face Reroll
10 / 75

Face Marking Reroll
10 / 75

Ability Reroll
20 / 400

Subclass Reset
10 / 100

Generation Reroll
20 / 600

Eye Color Reroll
10 / 75

Clan Reroll
10 / 250

Steeled Reroll
20 / 200

Infernal Appearance Reroll
10 / 75

Switch Gender
10 / 50

Faction Reset
15 / 100

The latter way is self-explanatory. Simply open the Shop icon from the menu screen ("M" key) and select what you want to buy. You can buy any reroll from the list above, but for Robux. If you are in a hurry and have a few hundred Robux to spare, this is a very easy way to reroll one of your stats.

How to get Reroll Tokens in Fire Force Online

If you decide to reroll something about your character, but aren't willing to shell out Robux, you'll need Reroll Tokens. You can get them in three different ways:

If you use all the codes currently available in Fire Force Reignition, you can get more than 300 Reroll Tokens and several Ability Reroll Tokens, and even a few Generation Reroll Tokens. Even though these aren't guaranteed to give you the Ability or the Generation you want, there is no reason why you shouldn't take advantage of this.

Once you run out of codes, your next best place to earn Reroll Tokens is by finishing Daily Quests. Each Daily Quest can earn you 3-4 Reroll tokens. This isn't a lot, but Daily Quests are relatively easy, so you may as well do them each day and stack up on the tokens.

AFK World option in Fire force reignition
Screenshot by Destructoid

Last but not least, there is the AFK World. Simply enter this mode from the Main Menu, and leave your game running. Every 10 minutes, you'll receive one reroll token. This is a slow process, but it can pay off a lot if you can leave Fire Force Reignition running through the night. Unfortunately, you need to be Rank 20+ to use this feature.

That's all there is to it. Have fun earning Reroll Tokens, and hopefully, you'll be able to get that one Ability you've always wanted. If you aren't sure which abilities you should go for, check out our Definitive Fire Force Reignition Ability Tier List.

genshin impact skirk signature weapon

Genshin Impact is expected to release Skirk as a playable character in the version 5.7 update. The beta leaks suggest that she is a Sword user, and her signature weapon is called Azurelight.

Luckily, the stats and effects of the new 5-star weapon were also leaked, and it looks amazing.

Skirk signature weapon stats leaked

Here are all the stats and effects of Skirk's signature weapon at level 90 R1 in Genshin Impact, based on leaks via @_hiragara_ on X:

  • Base ATK - 674
  • Second stat - 22.1% CRIT Rate
  • Effects - Casting the Elemental Skill increases the wielder's ATK by 24%. When the wielder has zero Elemental Energy, their ATK is increased by 24%, and CRIT DMG is increased by 40%.

Azurelight appears to be a pretty solid one. It has a fairly high Base ATK and provides a good amount of CRIT Rate. Furthermore, the Sword's passive increases the wielder's ATK and gives a huge CRIT DMG bonus.

While the CRIT DMG bonus on the passive is great, getting these buffs on other characters will be difficult because the effects will only trigger when the wielder has zero elemental energy. That said, the weapon itself will be a decent option because of the CRIT Rate and ATK bonuses.

https://twitter.com/Genshin_7/status/1720414468809920595

Azurelight materials and where to farm

Listed below are all the materials you will need to level up Azurelight in Genshin Impact:

  • Night-Wind's Mystic Consideration x5
  • Night-Wind's Mystic Premonition x14
  • Night-Wind's Mystic Augury x14
  • Night-Wind's Mystic Revelation x6
  • Refractive Bud x23
  • Bewildering Broadleaf x27
  • Illusory Leafcoil x41
  • Sentry's Wooden Whistle x15
  • Warrior's Metal Whistle x23
  • Saurian-Crowned Warrior's Golden Whistle x27

skirk signature weapon level up materials

You can farm the Night-Wind's Mystic Consideration and its higher rarity drops in Natlan's Ancient Watchtower domain on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday.

As for Refractive Bud, Bewildering Broadleaf, and Illusory Leafcoil drops, you can obtain them by defeating the Tenebrous Mimesis. Lastly, you can get the Whistle drops by defeating the Saurian Warriors. You can also obtain these materials from the in-game shop in exchange for Masterless Stardust and Starglitter.

You can also check Skirk's ascension and skill materials guide if you plan to get her in version 5.7.

Obi Wan Kenobi throwing a Slap Juice in the air in Fortnite

Weekly quests are generally some of the trickiest but most rewarding tasks you can tackle in Fortnite. One of the many tasks you'll come across asks you to sprint distance while under the effects of Slap.

Like most weekly quests, this one asks you to interact with a gameplay feature you may not be super familiar with. The Slap effect is a subtle one, so there have likely been many times you've activated it without even realizing it. Here's how to sprint distance while under the effects of Slap in Fortnite.

Sprint distance while under the effects of Slap in Fortnite Star Wars Galactic Battle

Screenshot by Destructoid

To complete the sprint distance while under the effects of Slap quest, you need to travel a total of 100 meters while the Slap effect is active in Fortnite. Depending on how long it takes you to travel around this much, you may need to consume multiple items to get it done.

The first step you need to take for this quest is to find an item you can use to acquire the Slap effect. The Slap items in this season can appear anywhere on the map as a random loot item, so check the ground and all chests you come across to search for them.

Once you have a Slap item, consume it and get ready to start running. Travel around as quickly as you can and try to cover lots of distance to cover all the ground you need for this quest. Once you've traveled 100 meters, the quest will be complete.

What is the Slap effect in Fortnite?

The Slap effect is a unique gameplay mechanic that grants you unlimited Stamina for a period of time. The amount of time it's active for varies depending on the item you use to activate it. Many Slap items also have some bonus effects like restoring health or shields.

How to get the Slap effect in Fortnite

There are various ways you can acquire the Slap effect in each season, but for Star Wars Galactic Battle, the only available one is to drink certain consumable items. The Slap effect is temporary, so you only have it for a limited time.

Running with Slap effect in Fortnite
Screenshot by Destructoid

All Slap effect items in Fortnite

The loot pool of weapons and items Star Wars Galactic Battle is fairly limited, so there are only two items you can find and use to obtain the Slap effect. The Slap items featured in this season are:

  • Slap Splash - restores 15 health or shields and grants the Slap effect for 30 seconds.
  • Slap Juice - restores 15 health and grants the Slap effect for 50 seconds.

There are no other items that grant the Slap effect in this season, including environmental ones. You may be tempted to search for Slap Barrels, but the only barrels you can find this season are Slurp Barrels. These ones don't grant the effect you need for this quest, so stick to looting chests for the best shot of finding what you're after.

If you're looking for more XP, there are plenty of other quests you can work on around the island. Next, you might try using a telephone booth to don a disguise, completing Leia Organa's story quests, and bringing a Jedi Padawan lightsaber to General Grievous.
