PCGamesN Thursday, April 17, 2025 11:02 AM ![]() I personally maintain that Resident Evil, going all the way back to 1996, has always been more of an action game than a horror game. Nevertheless, it's undeniable that RE4 marked a shift not just in Capcom's own flagship series, but the greater gaming world. The Leon-led 2005 shooter served as the high watermark for over-the-shoulder, third-person 'action horror,' and the following five years were marked by successive variations on the theme: Gears of War, Dead Space, The Last of Us, The Evil Within. But then the wind started to change back. Since around 2017, classic survival horror has started to once again take root. But then the enemy drops out of warp speed and everything becomes a desperate scramble. You've trained these pilots. You've built these ships. PCGamesN Thursday, April 17, 2025 10:01 AM ![]() It's an RTS series, but the secret of Command and Conquer, especially in the older games like Tiberian Dawn and Red Alert, is that it doesn't actually demand that much strategy. Instead, it's all about volume. As long as you have more money, more buildings, and more troops, chances are you can brute force a victory - even the most expertly designed network of turret guns and infantry patrols will be swiftly obliterated by an opponent who's got 25 Mammoth tanks. That's why C&C is so striking. It's a bloody and grotesque caricature, a parody of the idea that you can apply meaning to warfare. Taken at face value, Tempest Rising could pass for a new Command and Conquer game, but while it stands on the shoulders of Westwood's greatest works, its mechanical subtleties, aesthetical quirks, and the rhythm of its battles separate Tempest Rising from its spiritual progenitor. Honestly one of the most notable things about it is that it'll have a third-person perspective, a series first for the shooter, one that I've never understood not being in the game given how much of an emphasis on skins there is. Rock Paper Shotgun Latest Articles Feed Thursday, April 17, 2025 11:26 AM ![]() When I first wrote about Mandragora: Whispers Of The Witch Tree in January, I worried I might have spotlighted a dud. Or at least, something fairly routine. Mandragora sure does resemble a lot of other dark fantasy side-scrollers: gritty yet plump, like they stuck a bike pump in Castlevania, or took a chisel to Trine. It sure does have RPG classes and skilltrees. It sure does have crafting, with hundreds of items to acquire. I confess, I covered it in large part because they have Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines writer Brian Mitsoda on the ticket. But then I read the comments on that piece, weeks later, and there were a few lost souls raving about playing the demo for hours. Mandragora launches today. I've now spent an hour or two with a full build myself, and yeah, this feels like the good stuff. |

Good Smile Company opened orders for two Evangelion Plamax models of Rei Ayanami again, and as before each one lets someone build a figure of the heroine from the Rebuild of Evangelion movies. They are identical to the original run. This means one involves the traditional version of Rei Ayanami with short hair, while the other includes the long hair version that appeared later. Each one costs ¥7,700, regardless of the hairstyle. Both kits will ship in Japan in October 2025, with a worldwide release following after. The first run shipped in April 2024.
In each case, the model of Rei will involve her in her trademark white plugsuit. The only difference between the two is the length of her hair. The runners for the kit will already be in the correct colors, so you won't need to do any large scale painting, however be advised that some finer details might require that. Good Smile Company noted it is ready for anyone of any experience level so it should snap together. I would recommend getting nippers for the smaller parts and to perhaps have some glue on hand just in case.
Here are photos Good Smile Company shared of the finished kits. Each one will be under eight inches (200mm) when done, and a stand is included.

Wizet and Nexon announced that, in honor of the 20th anniversary of MapleStory, the global version of the game will get a Classic World that recreates the original experience from back when the game first debuted. Miyoung Oh, known in the community as Nemi, will return to be the lead game designer for this experience. More details about it, including when it will launch, will come later in the second half of 2025.
Nemi spoke during the MapleStory Classic World reveal. She also appeared during the first gameplay reveal for this new element. She mentioned that when it debuted, she "was in charge of designing almost all of its early content." She also noted that this new experience is designed to incorporate "the nostalgic feel of early MapleStory." She followed that by showing a few very brief gameplay clips of it.
Apparently, it will also be fully integrated into the global version of the game. Nemi compared it to the Heroic and Interactive World options already available. We can make new characters to explore it. However, while it will pull back and be heavily inspired and recreating the original version of the game, the team will include some of the quality of life gameplay features from the current incarnation.
Here's the full global MapleStory 20th anniversary presentation:
MapleStory is available on PCs, and the Classic World experience is in development.

Activision and Blizzard announced that the Kentaro Miura manga and anime Berserk will come to Diablo IV in a new crossover. A teaser trailer showed up on the social media account that showed a character with Guts' equipment. However, there's no launch date or details yet about what this event will entail.
Here's the reveal video. Things begin with an Eclipse starting, a reference to a major event in Berserk. As it does, we see a character facing hordes of enemies. However, he's wearing Guts' trademark Berserker armor and wielding the Dragon Slayer sword to defeat them. It only confirms references to Guts, however. So it is unknown if we will also see nods to folks like Griffith, Casca, and Puck.
While this Berserk event will be the first anime and manga crossover for Diablo IV, we've seen series come to other Blizzard games. Overwatch hosted a number of them. One involved My Hero Academia. One Punch Man showed up in that game too. A more recent one brought Cowboy Bebop cosmetics to the game.
Diablo IV is available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC, and the Berserk crossover event is on the way. The Berserk anime is found on Crunchyroll, and Dark Horse handled the manga.

Capcom still shares some updates on past games like Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak, and one of the more fascinating glimpses offered a look at Lunagaron hunter armor concept art. The early designs resemble the final pieces pretty closely. In both cases, the final examples in the game are nearly identical to what the team had in mind.
First, here is what the two pieces of what the team had in mind when creating the concept art for Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak Lunagaron hunter armor. In each case, they are blue, full-body suits with white accents. The women's version also appears to have wolf ears, while the men's style involves a helmet. (Unlike in Monster Hunter Wilds, sets were gender-locked.)

Of course, we know how the Lunagaron armor turned out in Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak. Capcom even shared a video looking at what hunters, palamutes, and palicos would look like in it back in March 2022.
As a reminder, here's how the final versions for hunters, palamutes, and palicos turned out:

Capcom's shown quite a bit of Lunagaron concept art over the years since Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak debuted. One of the most memorable pieces showcased a softer side of the monster. It offered a peak at what a family of the creatures might look like. It really focused on the monster as a "puppy,' showing it playing with siblings, running, nipping, eating, and being picked up by a parent.
Monster Hunter Rise Sunbreak is available on the Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.

In a recent DenFamiNico Gamer interview between Final Fantasy XV Director and Producer Hajime Tabata and Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 Director Guillaume Broche, Tabata talked about his experience determining the release date for FFXV, and the troubles that arose from the delay of such a large scale game. [Thanks, DenFamiNico Gamer!]
For the last section of the interview, Broche was asked if there was anything in particular that he wanted to ask to Tabata. In response, Broche asked if there was anything Tabata could say now, perhaps alluding to the Japanese developer not being with Square Enix anymore and being able to talk more about his experience with the company and games like FFXV.
Tabata explained that Square Enix was the type of company that fully trusted him at the time he was put in charge of Final Fantasy. As an example, Tabata said that the general deadline for FFXV was obviously set in advance. However, other specific details on the release such as the launch month and schedule adjustments were all left to him, with a considerably degree of freedom.
The interviewer at DenFamiNico Gamer noted that this is a very rare occurrence, to which Tabata added that he still communicated with various departments. Furthermore, Tabata originally settled on a September 2016 release date for FFXV. "However, a month after making the decision I was holding my head in my hands. I kept thinking 'I messed up...' (laughs)," Tabata said.
A delay by the team eventually pushed the FFXV release date to November 29, 2016. Tabata also added that "when you delay the release date of a major release such as FFXV, it causes plenty of trouble. It was the biggest mistake of all (laughs)." Tabata concluded the anecdote by saying that it was a very valuable experience, in spite of the mistakes.
Final Fantasy XV is readily available for the PS4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam.

Ahead of the launch of Stellar Blade Eve and Tachy figures, JND Studios shared four photos of the prototypes of the heroines on social media. Pre-orders will go live in Korea on April 18, 2025. No release window was mentioned yet, so it is unclear when we'll see the characters from the game launch in Korea and worldwide. At time of writing, the official site only included teaser images of the two.
When sharing the images, JND Studios seemed to suggest there will be two buying options for the Stellar Blade Eve and Tachy figures. One will be a "single version" that might only include Eve. The other option mentioned is a Dual Version that includes Eve, Tachy, and a bonus Drone accessory.
Both Eve and Tachy are wearing their default outfits for these items. So Eve is in the Planet Diving Suit (7th). Meanwhile, Tachy is wearing her 7th Airborne Squad attire. Both have their weapons on hand, but the poses don't make it look like they're in the midst of a fight. So Tachy is holding the Tachyon Blade and looks like she's about to pull it from its holster, while Eve has her Blood Edge sword unleashed and in her right hand.
Here are seven photos shared so far. Only two actually show the characters. The other two focus on showing the smaller Drone from different angles.

There's more to grinding resources in RuneScape Dragonwilds than just picking up some logs, stones, and ores. You'll make various materials that lead to gear and workstation upgrades alongside fun decorations for your base, with rough cloth being an important component for late-game equipment improvements.
Table of contents
Where to craft Rough Cloth in RuneScape Dragonwilds
You can make rough cloth by using coarse thread in a loom. Three pieces of coarse thread make one rough cloth, making it relatively inexpensive if you have enough raw materials for this process.
![]()
This recipe differs slightly from Wool Cloth, which uses wool thread instead of its coarse variant. The key difference between the two is the required materials to make these threads. Aside from that, the process is about the same.
Coarse Thread recipe
You can make coarse thread by using flax and coarse animal fur in a spinning wheel. You can find flax all over Bramblemead Valley, while coarse animal fur drops from Kebbits. You can use three furs to make the thread or one flax, depending on what you have on hand.
How to make a Loom in RuneScape Dragonwilds
After collecting coarse threads from flax and animal fur, it's time to make a loom. You can build one using Ash Planks, Bronze bars, and wool threads. You can produce these materials using a sawmill and furnace.
![]()
Be prepared to venture into areas like Fractured Plains to uncover these blueprints and their required materials. You can make bronze bars using copper and tin ore, while wool thread comes from fleece and soft animal fur from Fractured Plains animals. Ash logs aren't difficult to come by, but you'll need to process them in the sawmill.
With every item on hand, place down your loom before inserting your coarse threads in it. They'll turn into rough cloth to use in various crafting recipes.
How to use Rough Cloth in RuneScape Dragonwilds
By itself, rough cloth doesn't have many uses aside from making Wizard Robes. Its true power comes from upgrading your loom, letting you combine rough and wool cloth to make padded cloth. Padded cloth is one of the most important resources in RuneScape Dragonwilds when it comes to acquiring gear upgrades.
For every padded cloth you want to make, you'll need one rough cloth and one wool cloth. However, you'll need a Loom Harness, which uses oak logs, iron bars, and ram horns in its blueprint. You'll have to venture deeper into Fractured Plains toward Stormtouched Highlands to obtain these resources, upgrade your loom, and make some padded cloth.
Alternatively, you can stick with Wizard Robes if you grab some Wild Anima from Anima-Infused Bark. You can get this bark from a special tree in the Fractured Plains before heating it in a kiln to create Wild Anima. If you're in the mid-game and going a full mage build, they'll give you some nice magic defence and set bonuses for wearing all three pieces.

In RuneScape: Dragonwilds, Goblin Diplomacy introduces Zanik, a rare ally, unlike others of their species. They speak of a mysterious prophecy and seek your help to uncover a hidden conspiracy. Here's how to start and complete the Goblin Diplomacy quest from beginning to end.
Table of contents
How to start the Goblin Diplomacy quest in RuneScape: Dragonwilds
You can begin the Goblin Diplomacy quest by speaking to Zanik, who can be found on the cliffs overlooking Bramblemead Valley. Alternatively, you can start this quest by picking up the Bandosian Amulet, which we'll dive more into below.
![]()
Zanik will be easily noticeable with the flames of their campfire and tent. Talk to them, and you'll immediately begin the mission. You can continue to converse with them to gather more information about this unique goblin. However, you're not required to ask any additional questions.
![]()
How to complete Goblin Diplomacy in RuneScape: Dragonwilds
The first mission Zanik sends you on involves a secret ruin and guild. Given that there's no quest marker, it's challenging to find, so let's dive into the Goblin Diplomacy's key locations.
Ruin Amulet location
![]()
At Zanik's location, head northeast towards the Whispering Swamp. You'll see the ruins, where you'll fight against a few goblins. Since it's in Bramblemead Valley, the enemies shouldn't be too hard to take down with their Level 1 difficulty.
After you've crushed the goblins, make your way into the ruins and hunt down the Reliquary chest tucked away in a shadowy corner room. While there, crack open a second chest for some basic, randomized loot.
![]()
One piece of the Bandosian Amulet can be found in the Reliquary chest, while another is located at the guild. However, collecting both pieces may not be necessary, as some players have reached the quest's final destination with only one amulet in their possession.
Guild Amulet location
![]()
For the guild's Bandosian Amulet, travel south of Zanik towards an enemy base near water. But, before you go there, it's crucial to either reach Level 20 in Woodcutting or unlock a more powerful axe.
As you might expect, you'll have to deal with enemy goblins again to roam around the guild freely. A bow is your best choice in this fight, with several goblins perched in hard-to-reach spots. Next, approach the Thorny Vine and use the Chop Thorny Vine ability or a Bronze Axe. Once you've chopped it down, you'll discover another Reliquary chest, triggering the following task in the Goblin Diplomacy quest.
![]()
Whispering Swamp Amulet location
![]()
Based on the mission's hint, the last piece of the puzzle lies in the Whispering Swamp, just north of Zanik's position.
You're looking for a big cave entrance hidden inside the cliffs of Whispering Swamp. It's relatively dark in here, so you may want to bring a torch with you. You should also have any healing remedies, including the Anti-Poison Potion, which is handy for the later-game Bloodblight Swamp area.
![]()
Head straight forward into the cave to locate a structure with moon phases on it. You must defeat the Garou Druid to claim the amulet. The primary attack you need to look out for is its poisonous strike, where you'll have to use a potion to counter it. Do your best to dodge this attack, as it can quickly bring your health down. Additionally, you can use spells like Enchant Weapon and Tempest Shield to gain the upper hand.
![]()
If you are successful in the fight, you can now return to Zanik and give them the amulet, thus completing the RuneScape: Dragonwilds' Goblin Diplomacy quest. Zanik will reward you with the Goblin War Banner, a suitable piece of armor that boosts Melee Defence, Ranged Defence, and Magic Defence by +2.

A new leak has surfaced online, showing that a WWE collaboration is on the way in Fortnite. It allegedly includes several legends breaking the rules, and possibly even bones.
According to some notable leakers like HypeX and Shiina, Undertaker and Cody Rhodes are potentially coming to Fortnite on Friday, April 18, 2025.
Undertaker and Cody Rhodes are two of the most popular faces in WWE, and if they do end up getting added to the game, it will definitely hype things up even more. WWE WrestleMania 41 2025 starts on Apr. 19, and the arrival of this collab at Fortnite would be the cherry on top.
According to iFireMonkey, another Fortnite leaker, the entire bundle might cost 2,800 V-Bucks. His post on X says the bundle will include outfits for Cody Rhodes and Undertaker, the Nightmare Mantle and The Urn Back Blings, Cody's Cutclass and Taker's Shovel Pickaxes, a couple of emotes, and a wrap.
Here's everything included in the bundle and the prices for each item in the leaked bundle:
Epic Games has always been ahead of other competitors in the market when it comes to collaborations with different franchises, and this collab would add another feather to its hat.
With that said, the Slurp Rush map has finally made its way to the game, which includes a bunch of new weapons and a free skin to earn. Also, there are a couple of new Twitch drops to earn as well.

Jade is one of the rarer gemstones to find in RuneScape Dragonwilds, and finding it might depend mainly on your luck.
As with all other gemstones, finding Jade requires you to mine Iron. Mining iron ore is not guaranteed to land you with this precious gemstone. The odds of obtaining this precious gemstone seem extremely low if players are to be believed. This guide will help you by explaining the entire process.
How to obtain Jade in RuneScape Dragonwilds
To begin the process, you'll have to start by searching for Iron. You'll have to complete a fair amount of gameplay to access the Stormtouched Highlands west of Fractured Plains. If you have mined copper ore (which you should have by this stage), you'll find a familiar appearance for Iron. This mineral appears as a brown substance on large boulders located along cliffs. The item you'll get after mining the ore is in raw form, which will have to be processed before you can use it.
![]()
You'll need the Bronze Pickaxe to mine these ores. Your first step should be to improve your beginner tools as quickly as possible. It's also advisable to keep a few Rocksplosion charges with you, just in case. However, some players have reported that mining using the spell prevents the spawn of any precious gemstones. This includes the Jade and other items like Opal. Hence, manually mining the ores is the advisable way to go.
Make sure to have the Bronze Armor before you enter the area, as the region is affected by constant lightning. Lack of sufficient protection could end up killing you, which is highly disruptive, to say the least.
![]()
It's worth noting that the spawn rate for Jade is supposed to be low, based on my understanding. There are reports that players haven't been able to find the resource at all, irrespective of how much they have mined Iron. There's also a chance that mining might be partially bugged for those above level 50 or above on the skill.
Sadly, I am among the unfortunate ones who have yet to get this resource. My colleagues have been luckier and have helped me with the process. For now, the only right thing is to keep trying to find the Jade by mining as much Iron as possible.
The Iron you get is pretty useful. It can converted into Iron Bars with the help of smelting, which can be done at a Furnace. Coming back to the gems, Opal seems to be the easiest one to find at the moment. It's used for weapon enhancements, and the gemstone provides some nice boosts. It's assumed that Jade could also have a similar use, but the only way to know that is to get really lucky and end up with some of it in your inventory.

Online games often face interruptions, whether from server issues or scheduled maintenance. Last Epoch is no exception to these occasional setbacks. If you're unsure whether the game is currently down, we've got you covered. Learn how to check server status and stay informed so your adventure never misses a step.
Table of contents
Are Last Epoch servers down?
According to the Last Epoch's Twitter/X, the game's servers are currently experiencing issues due to high demand in player counts. This rise in numbers is due to the release of Season 2, Tombs of the Erased, and the celebration of Last Epoch's seventh-year anniversary. Fortunately, the developer, Eleventh Hour Games, is working on increasing the bandwidth to get more players into the game. There will also be some fixes rolling out for chat and in-game store problems that players have been experiencing.
![]()
If you still can't get into the game, you may want to opt for Offline mode. However, Offline mode may prove tricky, as this version can ask you to log in despite refraining from online services. While it looks like you can't truly play it offline, you can go into Steam and select to play it offline there. Last Epoch's Offline mode should have all character content available, with the exception of online features like the chat and store.
How to check Last Epoch servers
The best way to check Last Epoch's servers is through the game's official Twitter/X account. This page is frequently updated and typically announces any server maintenance periods or current issues.
![]()
You can also check the Last Epoch forum's Announcements section, which runs similarly to their Twitter/X. The site offers technical support assistance, including a megathread dedicated to system outages. We may be looking at a new patch announcement soon to address the issues that have arisen in Season 2. If anything changes, I'll keep this guide updated with the latest news. In the meantime, if you encounter trouble, refer to our explainer on resolving Error Code LE-52, a common issue that often comes up when server problems occur.

Overwatch 2's newest mode is its most ambitious yet, with a third-person perspective, upgradeable heroes with new skills, and a unique ranking system.
Stadium begins in OW2's season 16 on April 22, and it will evolve with new additions and changes to keep things fresh in a mode that feels like a hybrid that takes interesting and fun aspects from games like Overwatch, VALORANT, and MOBAs.
Get ready to hear the crowd roar in Stadium, and read below to find out all about the ranks you can achieve and the rewards you can earn.
Table of contents
Overwatch 2 Stadium Leagues: Ranks and rewards
![]()
OW2 Stadium mode is its own new entity within the game, offering a different experience via new maps, a best-of-seven format, Items and Powers to upgrade your heroes mid-match, and it's all played in third-person perspective.
Overwatch 2 Stadium Leagues ranks
In Stadium, there are seven leagues (five skill divisions within each) to climb through:
Ranking up in Stadium is different than normal OW2 Competitive Play. Points are earned through winning games to help you climb through different skill tiers and divisions, and losing games will deduct points in the higher leagues.
To start out, losing games in Rookie and Novice will not cost you any points. Once you reach Contender and higher, though, you will lose rank points and can drop back to Novice if you lose too much. At Contender and Elite, you will lose "a small amount of points" per loss, but at Pro and higher, "all wins and losses are worth close to the same amount" of rank points.
Blizzard says that, "due to the evolving nature of Stadium—with new heroes, maps, modes, and abilities changing the meta every season—your rank will reset" each season. But with each new season, you will be granted rewards of the highest League tier reached in the previous one.
Overwatch 2 Stadium rewards
![]()
Stadium has several exclusive rewards to earn, including:
Exclusive Epic skins are one-time lifetime rewards, with one skin rewarded per role for reaching certain Leagues. For the first season of Stadium, this includes the Moira skin for the Support role, Orisa for the Tank role, and Genji for the Damage role. Each individual role has its own rank.
Reaching All-Star rank will also reward the exclusive Legendary All Star skin for Juno, which can be seen at the top of the page. Stadium additionally rewards Competitive Points to spend on weapon skins like Gold, Jade, and Galactic. Each win in Stadium grants 10 Competitive Points.
The first season of Stadium will also have an event called Stadium: Initiation, with its own set of rewards. Challenges offer items such as Name Cards, Player Icons, a Legendary Loot Box, battle pass XP bonuses, and the exclusive Rookie Soldier: 76 skin.

Errors are a fact of any computer program, and Last Epoch is no exception. Error LE-52 is a fairly common one that typically appears with major updates. So, pop the hood, and let's take a look at this error of yours.
Table of contents
What causes error LE-52 in Last Epoch
Error LE-52 has a very specific meaning, but a less common cause in Last Epoch. The short version is that the game client cannot contact the login server through internet connection issues or a server-side problem following a major update.
Here is exactly what Last Epoch's error LE-52 looks like:
The most common cause is a recent update causing the game's servers to overload. This situation occurs during content updates such as Last Epoch's February 2024 1.0 release or its April 2025 Season 2 overhaul. This typically happens before new seasons since the servers go down for 24 hours beforehand. When it's a server-side issue, the only solution is to wait for the servers to relax or for Eleventh Hour Games to release a hotfix to address it.
Another potential cause is that your system is not connected to the Internet. There are many ways to test for this, like ensuring you can browse the Internet. It's a common reason, but probably the one most people would know about first.
Beyond these simple explanations, there are many murkier ones. If you're connected to a VPN, that can sometimes cause issues. There might be a DNS issue, depending on whether you're connected through your ISP's default DNS server or if you've manually set one. It could be a firewall problem if the security on your network or computer is set very high.
In short, anything that affects your internet connection or its routing can cause the error.
How to fix error LE-52 in Last Epoch
Fixing error LE-52 in Last Epoch can be similarly less straightforward. It's usually very specific to your setup. The main solution is to wait for the game's servers to settle if a content update has recently launched.
That's right. Your first step is to check if the servers for Last Epoch are online. Unfortunately, Eleventh Hour Games doesn't have a dedicated site tracking the status of the servers. Instead, you'll need to look around Last Epoch's Twitter account for quick announcements from the developer or the announcement forum for announcements of any scheduled downtime. Finally, you can check Last Epoch's subreddit to see if other players are having the same issue.
After you've established that the servers are up, here are some basic suggestions.
Once we get past these tips, things get very environment-specific. There could be an issue with your operating system, such as a DNS or routing issue, and you might have a hardware firewall through your modem or router. The possibility is just as good that none of these are the case. As such, it's difficult for me to give advice based on a near-infinite number of possible variants.
The key to troubleshooting is to try one thing at a time. Otherwise, you can also search online for other players who are having the same issue, as they might be able to suggest something that worked for them that might apply to your situation. If you're completely stuck, then it's time to visit support.lastepoch.com, and look for a contact form. They'll be able to examine logs to narrow down where the problem is occurring.

Cooking recipes in RuneScape Dragonwilds come in different kinds, and they allow you to utilize the food and drinks that can be collected while exploring all corners of the land.
The food items are prepared from sources like Cabbage, Chicken, Rat Meat, and more, while the drinks are usually based on water. At first, the number of recipes available to you will be limited. The options increase as you level your skills and complete the in-game quests. Some of them will also reward you with new recipes.
This guide will provide you with all the necessary information about food and beverages available in the game.
All Food Recipes in RuneScape Dragonwilds
Getting an adequate amount of food is necessary for self-sustenance. Apart from helping you to fill your hunger, they also help to keep Sustenance up. A higher Sustenance will lead to quicker recovery when your health takes a hit.
While you'll heal automatically when out of combat, having foods with Moderate Sustenance can often be the difference between life and death situations.

All Beverages in RuneScape Dragonwilds
It's important to drink something from time to time. Having clean water will always get the job done when it comes to hydration, it will also have an impact on stamina recovery. Some beverages also have bonus effects if you drink them in the heat of a battle.
While most recipes (either food or drinks) can be completed at a campfire, a few of them will require you to unlock and use the cooking pot to complete them. We will update our lists with more recipes once we discover them on our adventures.
There's a third type of recipe related to brewing potions, and there's a fair few of them to make. The crafting process is pretty different in terms of workstation used, and the required ingredients.

The first Call of Duty: Black Ops game came out almost 15 years ago. Time flies when you're redacting intel. But it's time to celebrate it in Black Ops 6 with a new limited-time, free event.
The Black Ops Tribute event in BO6 has a bunch of new rewards to unlock, including the anticipated John Black Ops operator skin, Nail Gun weapon, and Thermite lethal for Warzone, along with many other cosmetics that pay tribute to moments from the franchise's past.
Here's everything you can get for free as part of the Black Ops Tribute event in BO6.
BO6 Black Ops Tribute rewards and how to get them
![]()
Black Ops Tribute is an XP event, meaning players only need to gain XP to unlock the rewards at certain intervals. While some of the rewards require BO6 ownership to unlock, all players need to do is play the game to unlock them.
Here are all of the rewards in the Black Ops Tribute event in BO6 and Warzone.
Once all of the above rewards are unlocked, you gain access to the two Mastery rewards for the event: the Nail Gun special secondary weapon and John Black Ops operator skin. Make sure you claim all the other rewards and that all XP thresholds have been passed. Just use up those double XP tokens you've been accumulating, and you should get them all done quickly.
![]()
"Stick it to them with this handy tool configured with a magazine of 15 nails that fires at full auto," Activision said of the Nail Gun, another weapon from Warzone's past. "The damage drops off quickly after 25 meters and performs best up close. The Nail Gun's low muzzle velocity can make it difficult to land shots against fast moving targets, so get them in your sights and unload before they know what hit them."
The Nail Gun had its reign in Verdansk as an annoying sidearm to use, and it's back once more with its own unlockable camos once you grab it for free via the event. It also includes Mastery Badges and 30 levels of progression.
![]()
If you miss it in the event, it can later be unlocked as an Armory Unlock in BO6, so don't worry if you miss out. Black Ops Tribute begins on April 17 and will run until May 1 in BO6 and Warzone.

Marvel Rivals has been a hit with gamers since it launched in December 2024, with quite a remarkably low amount of controversy or negative player sentiment surrounding it.
And maybe that's why the talk surrounding today's new costume recolors and Unstable Molecules currency feels heavier than normal, because the game has done a generally good job of being fair with players' time and money.
![]()
If you missed it, Marvel Rivals added the ability to palette swap select costumes in the game in today's update. But the new feature also added yet another currency to the game called Unstable Molecules that, for now, must be purchased at a one-to-one conversion rate with real-world money.
The new currency joins a growing list of them that are both full-time and limited-time, and players are beginning to take notice and get annoyed with it, while also worried about what this may mean for the future.
To keep track, Marvel Rivals has Lattice, Units, and Chrono Tokens as existing currencies in the game, all of which serve different functions. Lattice is premium currency, which can then be converted to Units which are used to buy store items, but they're both different from Chrono Tokens that are used to unlock battle pass items, and now Unstable Molecules are something different entirely for costumes, but not Costume Coins which also exist and can be used to purchase specific skins. It's become a pain to keep track of, and players are speaking out against the practice.
The new Unstable Molecules can be converted from Lattice one-to-one, but the currency is only applicable for a certain number of skins that come with the new palette swap feature, which could have just as easily been added to the UI as a different costume in the store, like existing palette swaps.
"I love this game and I think NetEase is honestly killing it," one user said in a thread mocking the game's growing list of different currencies. "But it does still have the stink of a phone game all over it with the UI layout and the microtransaction currency madness."
It feels like the introduction of more and more currencies is deliberate, and it's a worrying sign for a free-to-play game that has had such good vibes around it ever since it launched with battle passes that don't expire and cosmetics at reasonable prices.
"People were already criticizing the game looking like a mobile game, and this is the route they chose with the currency system," another player replied. "Nothing prevented the colors to just straight up costing one of the already existing currencies. Greed is winning once again."
At times, it feels like nothing could kill Marvel Rivals' hype. But if anything would be the silver bullet to take down the massively popular hero shooter, it could be this kind of greed that players are concerned about.

Tower defense games are all about bringing the best units with you to the stage. Anime Rangers X is different from your usual TD games on Roblox. However, the same rule applies to it as well. The above Anime Rangers X (ARX) units tier list ranks all units based on how good they are for both Story and the Infinity Castle. When ranking units, we took into consideration all of their stats: HP, DPS, Range, Speed, and Ability damage. As a rule of thumb, rarer and more expensive units in Anime Rangers X are stronger, and that is why most of them are at the top of the tier list.
Some ARX units have evolutions that significantly alter them. For example, the evolved version of Demon Slayer, which is an Epic unit, is one of the best units in the game. Thus, because these variations are so different, we included all of them in our Anime Rangers X units tier list.

Below is a list of all Secret and Mythic units in Anime Rangers X, along with their attributes and rarity tiers. Also, we decided to include some pros and cons of each unit to give you a better idea of why we ranked units the way we did in our Anime Rangers X tier list.

The next great tower defense experience is here, and boy, is it a hit. While stacking units and engaging gameplay is pretty straightforward, I noticed a lot of players don't know what are the best traits in Anime Rangers X. So, after a bit of grinding and a LOT of trial and error, I was able to whip up this best Anime Rangers X trait tier list. You'll find out the best traits overall, including some character-specific recommendations.

Full Anime Rangers X Trait Tier List
![]()
You know the drill by now, right? The bigger they are, the more Robux and in-game currency you have to spend to get them to drop. You'll inevitably be stuck with Horizon, Endure or Superior, depending on your units of choice, but you should try to get at least Sniper, Colossal or Brute. The money-focused traits aren't all that important in the short run, so you should chase them + all the S-tiers around Level 15 or so. Now, let's take a look at each tier of our Anime Rangers X trait tier list in more detail.
S Tier Anime Rangers X Traits
These Anime Rangers X traits are by far the rarest, which is why I wouldn't advise you to tackle them before Level 20. You're going to have to farm A LOT of Trait Rerolls to apply a couple to all your units, so better be ready.
A Tier Anime Rangers X Traits
Now, these aren't really the rarest, but they still pack a mean punch and should be added to your units ASAP. However, the drop rate isn't ideal, so I wouldn't invest that much effort into trying to get them. Instead, it's better to aim for Violent, Seraph or Millionaire, but you should definitely keep some of the A-tier ones. You'll notice that there is no "Best for" column—that's because, every Trait other than the S-tiers is a leveled-up version of another, with higher stats, so the only thing you have to think about whether the unit is tanky, ranged or pure melee DPS.
B Tier Anime Rangers X Traits
I mean, don't get me wrong, I love Jack of All Trades, but is it really worth it? The same goes for other entries in this part of our Anime Rangers X tier list. They're decent and serviceable up to level 10, in my experience, but they'll quickly start holding you back.
C Tier Anime Rangers X Traits
Endure, Superior and Horizon are amazing for learning the ropes in the beginning, but you'll soon want to get rid of them. Since they're the most common and it's hard to get Trait Rerolls early in Anime Rangers X, you're gonna have to grind through them and hope for the best.
How to Get Trait Rerolls in Anime Rangers X
![]()
In Anime Rangers X, getting Trait Rerolls is essential—especially since a lot of Traits are pretty mid or straight-up trash. You'll be rerolling a lot, so here's every way you can stack them up:
First off, you can just buy them. Head to the Trait Reroll NPC or the in-game Store and spend Robux:
Not into spending Robux? No worries, there are plenty of free methods to farm Trait Rerolls in Anime Rangers X, too:
And there you have it! That's all there is to my best Anime Rangers X trait tier list. There's a lot to unpack, but the leveling process is slow enough that you'll get enough Trait Rerolls. Make sure you also check out our Anime Rangers X units tier list, since you'll want the right pairing if you want to level fast and win.

As you advance into Power Level four in RuneScape Dragonwilds, you'll notice items like Padded Cloth, iron bars, and hard leather appearing in your material crafting requirements. No playstyle preference is immune to these requirements, so you'll need to learn quickly if you want to survive in Ashenfall.
The downside? It isn't initially clear how to make Padded Cloth. While you'll eventually make workstations like the Smithing Anvil and Loom, knowing how to piece everything together to create this resource is its own separate challenge. Here's exactly how to make Padded Cloth in RuneScape Dragonwilds.
Table of contents
How to make Padded Cloth in RuneScape Dragonwilds
Crafting Padded Cloth in RuneScape Dragonwilds requires getting your hands on the materials and workstations below:
Obtaining both cloth types and the loom require venturing into RuneScape Dragonwilds' first four regions, including hunting animals in Bramblemead Valley before climbing Stormtouched Highlands to find iron ore and sheep. Once you have all four components, combine wool and rough cloth in your upgraded loom to make some Padded Cloth.
![]()
Let's break down each component one by one, starting with the cloth types themselves.
Wool Cloth recipe
Making Wool Cloth requires obtaining at least two wool thread and using them in a regular loom. You can make wool thread using fleece from sheep and ram or soft animal fur you obtain from wolves and Chinchompas. All four of these creatures appear in the Fractured Plains and Stormtouched Highlands, just north of Bramblemead Valley.
If you're unfamiliar with wool thread, you can make this resource by taking fleece or soft animal fur and using them in a spinning wheel. You only need one fleece per wool thread, while the other route requires collecting soft animal fur to make two threads.
Rough Cloth recipe
Rough cloth is easier to create, requiring coarse threads to make. Coarse thread is an early-game resource you make using animal fur from Kebbits or by spinning flax. Farming flax and animals in Temple Woods and Bramblemead Valley is generally the way to go.
How to upgrade your Loom in RuneScape Dragonwilds
![]()
As you start processing animal products into wool and rough threads, it's time to look into loom upgrades. If you don't have a loom yet, you can make one using the following resources:
After progressing through RuneScape Dragonwilds' later regions, you'll begin collecting other materials required for the Loom Harness upgrade. Below are the items you need for it:
How to use Padded Cloth in RuneScape Dragonwilds
With the hard part out of the way, it's time to craft some new equipment using your newly acquired Padded Cloth. Below are some examples of crafting recipes that use this material:
Alongside Padded Cloth, you'll also need Iron bars, Vault Shards, and hard leather for most of these recipes. Iron ore is found exclusively in Stormtouched Highlands, while hard leather requires processing regular leather in an upgraded Tannery. The last key item is Vault Shards from dungeons scattered around Ashenfall.

Much like in the real world, gemstones in RuneScape: Dragonwilds are highly prized and rarely drop. Among these treasures, Opal shines bright, beloved by magpies and adventurers alike. Discover how to get and use Opal in RuneScape: Dragonwilds.
Table of contents
Where to find Opal in RuneScape: Dragonwilds
Opals have a chance to drop at random when mining Stone, Tin, and Copper. These lower-tier ores tend to yield the gem far more often than higher ones like Iron. To mine Tin and Copper, make sure you have a Bone Pickaxe since Stone isn't strong enough to break through them. You can also save yourself some time by using the Detect Ore + Clay and Rocksplosion abilities, helping you mine and find these ores faster. However, you'll need to prepare yourself with gear and weaponry, as the ores are only found in the brutal Fractured Plains.
![]()
You might need to mine these ores repeatedly before an Opal even appears. In my countless hours in-game, I've only seen it drop once. Some players claim they've never found one, even after hitting endgame. Your best bet is to reach Level 16 Mining to unlock the Gem Protector ability, which occasionally spawns gemstones while mining.
On the flip side, players who've reached Level 50 Mining should be cautious—Opal and other gemstones may be bugged at higher levels. Many RuneScape: Dragonwilds players report rarely seeing these gems once they've reached this point. This could be due to their connection with lower-tier ores, meaning higher-level miners may struggle to farm them. If this happens to you, you may want to test out a new character profile to increase your chances. With the game still in Early Access, there's hope that the frustrating RNG and drop issues will be addressed in future updates.
How to use Opal in RuneScape: Dragonwilds
You can use Opals to enhance weapons and gear at the Smithing Anvil, including Dragonfire Shield, Oak Shortbow, and Oak Longbow. You'll stumble upon the Oak Shortbow recipe first, as it is a part of the early game builds. Fortunately, builds such as this won't require too much Opal. So, even if you don't find that many, you still might be able to craft at least one recipe with it.
![]()
Opals set a new standard when it comes to damage. For instance, the Longbow boasts 28 Damage, a valuable boost in the early and mid stages of the game. Beyond enhancing weapons and armor, I haven't found much else for this gemstone. I explored the recipes in the Crafting station, and nothing showed up.
However, Opals could be used as a decoration, considering that some materials have bin items attached to them. You might just need to track down the recipe book, whether you're venturing through the diverse regions or delving deep into the mysterious Vaults. If you want to uncover more high-value items in RuneScape: Dragonwilds, check out our guide on how to unlock Lodestones.

The second deep dive for F1 25 took place on April 17, and we now have the first glimpses of this year's gameplay and race-day experience.
The previous deep dive focused on My Team, and the highlight for this one is the use of LIDAR technology on the EGO engine to recreate the racetracks on the virtual platform and make them as lifelike as possible.
F1 25 Deep Dive (April 17) highlights
Updated LIDAR Circuits
F1 25 will feature five tracks (Bahrain, Miami, Melbourne, Suzuka, and Imola) as realistic additions to the game. They are recreated inside the game using LIDAR technology, which utilizes millions of data points. If you saw something happening on these tracks in real life, you'll also see it on your monitors. The tracks will reflect the exact dimensions and features that Formula 1 drivers have to test themselves in real life.
Reverse tracks
Players can play on their favorite tracks with a twist if they love the arcade side of things. Silverstone, Zandvoort, and Red Bull Ring will be available in reverse track layouts and single-player and multiplayer modes.
Greater customization choices
The in-game Decal Editor won't be exclusive to the My Team mode, as you can use it across all available game modes. Add new fonts, rotate existing liveries' patterns and shapes, and completely switch the color palette if you want. The choice is entirely in your hands.
Enhanced visual experience
Expect a greater degree of realism on the tracks, which feature lifelike environments, dynamic lighting, and weather conditions that can impact how a race unfolds. PC players will have the benefits of Path Tracing, an improved version of Ray Tracing that simulates realistic light behaviour based on their sources.
Collaborative events
There will be a new collaborative mode called Invitations, where players can join special multiplayer events. You can compete with your friends to complete objectives and unlock rewards. There will be unique rewards based on Driver of Day, Cleanest Driver, and more, which should encourage some healthy competition.

There are lots of Forest Minions waiting to be uncovered across the Cursed Hollow event maps in Phasmophobia. One of the many locations you need to find them on is 13 Willow Street.
This map is fairly small, but there are still plenty of spots for Forest Minions to hide. You don't want to miss out on earning event points, so here are all the Forest Minion nest locations around 13 Willow Street in Phasmophobia.
Table of contents
All 13 Willow Street Forest Minion Totem nest locations
You can find 11 Forest Minion nests around 13 Willow Street in Phasmophobia. The majority of them are scattered around the main floor, while a few can be found down in the basement.
Main floor
The first nest can be found immediately to your right as soon as you enter this home. It's sitting on a massive stack of twigs in the corner under the bookshelf in the living room.
![]()
To find the next nest, head into the dining room/kitchen area. Head through the double glass doors in the living room and continue straight until you reach the dining table. Look down at the end of it to check the nest for a Forest Minion.
![]()
Another nest can be found in the garage. From the dining room, head left through the door right by the table where you found the last nest. Walk into the room and look at the bed of the red truck. The nest can be found sitting in the middle of this area.
![]()
The next Forest Minion nest is tucked away in the laundry room. Head around the back of the red truck in the garage and proceed through the archway to enter the attached laundry room. Look down at the right corner to check for this one.
![]()
A nest can be found in the main hallway. It's in the corner by the door that leads down into the basement. Starting at the front door, walk straight through the living room and dining room to enter the hallway. Look left after entering to find this nest.
![]()
There's a second nest in the same hallway as the last one. It's tucked away behind a wall in a corner by the door that leads into the bright blue bedroom. Proceed to the very end of the hallway and look right to find it.
![]()
The next Forest Minion nest is on the bed in the blue bedroom. Enter the door right by where you found the last nest. Walk over to the bed to find it. This one is especially tricky to reveal using the DOTS Projector, so depending on which Tier you're using, it might take a bit of trial and error to get the Forest Minion to appear.
![]()
The second bedroom in this house also has a nest. This one is directly across from the blue bedroom, so cross the short hallway to enter it. The nest can be found on the blue ottoman at the end of the bed.
![]()
Basement
For the last three nests, you need to venture down into the basement. The basement door is the first one on your left after entering the hallway from the dining room. It's also right by the spot where you found the first hallway nest earlier.
The next one can be found in the first room in the basement. It's through the first door on your right once you get down there. Head around the shelves near the center of the room and look down to find this one.
![]()
Another nest is sitting in the second room in the basement. Head through the second door in the basement hallway and walk around the iron shelf to spot it sitting surrounded by rabbit statues made out of twigs.
![]()
The final nest is at the end of the basement hallway. Walk past both doors in the hallway and turn right at the end. Look down to find a nest on the ground sitting in front of a stool.
![]()
When you're done checking for Forest Minions at 13 Willow Street, you might consider working on hunting for them around Camp Woodwind and Bleasdale Farmhouse. There are also plenty of other tasks to tackle in the Cursed Hollow event, like finding the Forest Spirit ghost and contributing event points.

Marvel Rivals' continued evolution as a live-service hero shooter periodically adds new features to shake up the game or improve it for players, and season two has added yet another new one.
Costume Color Customization was added in the April 17 update for the game, letting players choose palette swaps for specific skins, including several fan favorites. But with the new feature also came something else new called Unstable Molecules.
Here's everything there is to know about Unstable Molecules in Marvel Rivals.

What are Unstable Molecules in Marvel Rivals?
![]()
Unstable Molecules is a currency in Marvel Rivals that is used to purchase new costume colors for specific costumes in the game. At launch, just four specific skins have color customization. This means you must own the skin in question and then also purchase the color for it.
Unfortunately, the colors are tied to these specific skins. They are costume recolors for a limited selection, for a price.
Here's what there is so far:
How to get Unstable Molecules in Marvel Rivals
At the time of writing, Unstable Molecules are only available as a one-to-one conversion from Lattice, which is the premium paid currency in Marvel Rivals. The only way to get new skin recolors, like the one above, is to purchase Lattice and then convert it.
Each skin recolor costs 600 Unstable Molecules (600 Lattice), which works out to about $6. However, NetEase Games says it will be introducing ways to earn Unstable Molecules in season three, which is set to begin in July.
It's unknown yet how Unstable Molecules will be earned, but it's possible that it could be added to the battle pass as part of the rewards track or as rewards for special missions in the game.
This article will be updated with more info on how to get Unstable Molecules once it's revealed closer to season three, but for now, be prepared to shell out some real-world currency to swap the colors on these skins.

Let's face it: iron is one of the most helpful items in most survival games. If you play Oldschool Runescape or Runescape 3, you'll recognize iron ore as a helpful mining and smithing level farming resource. In RuneScape Dragonwilds, it's a crucial material for upgrading your gear.
Numerous crafting and building recipes in RuneScape Dragonwilds require iron bars. From swords and shields to workstation upgrades, you'll need a lot of this resource to advance in the game's main storyline. Let's talk about where you can find iron ore in RuneScape Dragonwilds.
Table of contents
Iron ore location in RuneScape Dragonwilds
Iron spawns exclusively in Stormtouched Highlands, a region directly northwest of Fractured Plains. Similar to copper ore, iron appears as a brown mineral in large boulders along cliffs and mountain edges. You'll need a Bronze Pickaxe or Rocksplosion charges to obtain some.

Throughout Stormtouched Highlands, you'll encounter ram, sheep, the Garou, and lightning that constantly strikes down. Wearing bronze armor to mitigate the damage will help you when exploring this region. Otherwise, if you can traverse Fractured Plains without too many issues, you shouldn't make much more trouble here.
How to smelt Iron ore in RuneScape Dragonwilds
When you mine iron nodes in Stormtouched Highlands, you'll gain ore rather than bars. Every crafting recipe in RuneScape Dragonwilds requires smelting iron first into bars using a furnace. You can build a furnace using the following materials:
By this point in your playthrough, you'll likely already have most of these items or be familiar with how to find them. Stone, clay, and charcoal are early-game resources, while Vault Shards come from vaults around the map, and fire runes require Runecrafting or Goblin and Garou pouches.
You'll need three iron ore for each bar you make, so plan ahead to ensure you have enough. Otherwise, toss your iron and charcoal into the furnace to begin smelting them into bars, unlocking a plethora of crafting recipes along the way.
How to use Iron bars in RuneScape Dragonwilds
Now that you have some iron bars on hand, it's time to start crafting. The main use of iron bars is upgrading your gear to iron and studded armor, but there are some extra uses beyond this. Below are some examples of crafting recipes you'll find:
As you'll quickly notice, most of these recipes require the Smithing Anvil except the Loom Harness. Many recipes also use Hard Leather, Vault Shards, and Oak logs, which you'll unlock as you dive into dungeons, upgrade to bronze tools, and uncover mid-game materials like leather.
