Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 and 5070 Super GPU rumors swirl, predicting more VRAM

Rumors are appearing about a new lineup of Nvidia Super graphics cards that have 50% more memory than the current models. Making use of new 3GB GDDR7 chips, the new Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 Super and 5070 Super could respectively have 8GB and 4GB more VRAM than the existing cards.

While the RTX 5090 has a massive 32GB of VRAM at its disposal, not everyone can afford to spend over $1,999 on the best graphics card available right now, and Nvidia has come in for heavy criticism for the amount of VRAM on some of its current GPUs. In particular, as I found in my RTX 5070 review, this $549 GPU can't max out some of the latest games at 1080p, let alone higher resolutions, and that's down to its memory rather than its GPU power.

The Elden Ring Nightreign system requirements are too good to be true

What are the Elden Ring Nightreign system requirements? In a surprising twist, the Elden Ring Nightreign system requirements almost mirror those of the original souls-like game. There are changes to the CPU requirements, but almost everything else is identical.

The original Elden Ring system requirements were arguably low even for 2022, but the decision to apply a 60fps frame cap perhaps explained the decision. Now, with Elden Ring Nightreign on the horizon, you still won't need the best graphics card to enjoy this soulslike, but an upgrade to your CPU may be required.

The best MMO and MMORPGs to play in 2025

What is the best MMORPG on PC? If you're wondering, those oft-used letters represent the words Massively Multiplayer Online Role Playing Game and refer to games where thousands of players come together in the same world.      Skate 4 release date estimate, gameplay, and all the latest news

When is the Skate 4 release date? While we've seen plenty of early footage of Skate 4 already, EA's upcoming Skate revival is a rare case of a triple-A studio showing off very early in-development footage of a game. Though we've seen plenty of Skate 4, we can also clearly see it's not ready yet. It's already been over a decade since the last Skate game, so we can hold on a little longer.

The first Skate was among the most innovative skateboard games, from its analog control scheme and semi-open-world game structure to its more realistic, less edgy representation of the skating scene. The development team behind Skate 3 was disbanded after a bombardment in EA message boards with questions about the series and its potential return ever since. Now, the team is very open about the development process for Skate 4, so here's what we know so far.

If you've read my review of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, you'll know I loved it. It's pretty handily my game of the year so far, and an all-timer RPG besides. It's a hugely impressive piece of game magic, and I'm certainly not trying to diminish that.

However, the culture being what it is, I keep seeing the game's quality weaponised against the state of game development in general. Even celebrations are often accompanied by some variation on the phrase "made by just 30 developers". It's good to be impressed by things! I was impressed too. And I generally agree with the sentiment that game development has become untenably bloated. It's a very tasty narrative, but the figures are a bit sloppy. No need to listen to me, anyway. The credits are actually very easy to find.

Hololive Vtuber Nanashi Mumei 3D Graduation Stream Gets Copyright Strike

On April 27, 2025, Hololive English Vtuber Nanashi Mumei held a 3D graduation stream concert, and it remains online for people to watch. It consisted of seven songs, with footage of her with other members of the company interspersed. The performance ended with her singing her original song from October 2023, which is called "Mumei." However, on April 28, 2025, an SME copyright strike resulted in it becoming unavailable on YouTube. It is unknown as of time of writing if it will reappear.

The concert was still available online until about 10am ET on April 28, 2025. However, it then became unavailable and blocked. If people in certain countries try to watch, the following message appears:

"Video unavailable: This video contains content from SME, who has blocked it in your country on copyright grounds."

Here's a track list of all the songs Nanashi Mumei performed during her 3D Hololive graduation concert. The only song that wasn't a cover was "Mumei." Also, she only performed one song with other Vtubers, and that was "Hello / How are You" with fellow Hololive English Promise members Hakos Baelz, IRyS, and Ouro Kronii.

  1. "Departure"
  2. "Fansa"
  3. "Guitar, Solitude, and the Blue Planet"
  4. "Hello / How are You"
  5. "You"
  6. "Departures ~Anata ni Okuru Ai no Uta~"
  7. "Mumei"

Here's the music video for "Mumei."

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oA0CpI0vCK4

Leading up to her graduation and final concert, Nanashi Mumei released a number of cover songs on her official Hololive YouTube account. One was a cover of "Tontonmae" with Inugami Korone, and another was a "Best Friend" cover with Hakos Baelz. She also released solo covers of "One Voice" and the Wolf's Rain song "Gravity."

Here's her last cover, "One Voice."

Also, here is Nanashi Mumei's final tweet:

https://twitter.com/nanashimumei_en/status/1916700306190250308

The next Hololive graduation after Nanashi Mumei will be Gawr Gura. She will leave the company on May 1, 2025.

Capcom Selling Resident Evil Umbrella Corporation Herb Tea

Capcom announced on both social media and its official site that its Capcom Store locations now sell Umbrella Corporation branded herb tea based on the blue, green, red, and yellow herbs in Resident Evil. Each package costs 864円 (~$6), and they are now available as of April 28, 2025.

Each of the Resident Evil Umbrella Corporation herb tea features packaging referencing the blue, green, red, and yellow herbs from the game. You get four tea bags per package. The Blue Herbs variety features moringa and stevia. The Green Herbs one is green tea paired with spearmint. The Red Herbs type features hibiscus, rosehip, and stevia. Finally, the Yellow Herbs tea is a chamomile variety.

Here are the packages for each one, which include a clear segment so you can see the teabag inside. The bottom shows what it should look like in a glass, alongside an image of one of the types of herbs from the Resident Evil series, and the Umbrella logo is a bit more subtle and appears at the top of the package.

Five Capcom Store locations in Japan are confirmed to carry the teas. These are the ones in Kobe, Shibuya, Shinsaibashi, Sendai, and Umeda.

Capcom previously sold merchandise based on these types of herbs. In one case, there were bath salts inspired by them.

The Resident Evil series recently hit a milestone. On April 24, 2025, Capcom and the team behind it celebrated the series and Resident Evil 4 passing 10 million players with official art and a special video.

The Capcom Store in Japan is now selling new teas based on the herbs from the Resident Evil series.

do no harm header

Medical workers are faced with a myriad of difficult choices every day. From deciding which medicine to give a patient, to choosing the right equipment for the job, to wondering about the twitching fish-like human standing right outside your window... Well, that last one only applies to the doctor you control in Do No Harm, a Lovecraftian doctor simulator that places you smack dab on a 19th century island full of fishy residents. Like a medical and more cartoon-y Papers, Please, Do No Harm is a puzzle and strategy game with a lore-rich setting that fans of eldritch horror would enjoy exploring.

In Do No Harm, you play as a doctor who just started working at a clinic on an island full of unsettling locals. Your goal is to treat your patients' various complaints by injecting them with the right humor for their symptoms, while also making enough money to buy more supplies for the next day. However, it doesn't take long for the more supernatural elements of the island to surface. Hallucinations may occur while you're tending to a patient. If you don't drink laudanum before sending them off, it'll have a negative impact on your sanity. As you continue to progress through the month, your patients come to you with increasingly bizarre and unnatural ailments as the eldritch influence over the island deepens.

do no harm low sanity
Screenshot by Siliconera

As a doctor simulator in a game called Do No Harm, it should come as little surprise that your goal is to do as little harm to your patients as possible. Administering them the right humor is of utmost importance, as giving them the wrong medicine can potentially kill them. That being said, the game doesn't always let you uphold your Hippocratic oath in peace. Some of the island's residents may drop by with lists of patients they either want you to kill or give specific medicine to. One recurring patient can even lead to a bad ending if you don't do something about him. These little moral dilemmas help break the monotony of routine, and completing (or ignoring) these quests are the key to unlocking the various endings of the story.

The strategy in the game comes not only from diagnosing your patients, but also on balancing how much medicine you give them. I often ran out of a specific humor halfway through the day because I accidentally used too much or misdiagnosed someone. This means that if any patient comes wanting that particular medicine, I literally can't cure them and have to turn them away. From what I can tell, the game doesn't have randomized patients, though, and so if you know in advance what you need for the day, you can probably aim for a perfect run.

do no harm cannibal
Screenshot by Siliconera

But for the most part, you don't need to. The game has a handy book to reference and you're not as pressured to make as much money as possible like in Papers, Please. So you can take your time with each diagnosis (within reason) and still end up with enough money to fully stock up for the next day. It doesn't take long to get in the habit of checking every part of the patient to make sure there aren't any hallucinations happening, and even if you mess up, the game will give you a blatant hint about what you missed so you can look out for it next time. In that sense, and I know how bizarre it is to say this about a game based on Lovecraftian horror, it's a pretty relaxing game.

With multiple endings, simple yet engaging puzzles, and a fun eldritch horror twist to the doctor simulator genre, Do No Harm is a fun experience for those who prefer some horror spicing up their strategy game. Though it's not difficult enough to provide a challenge for those who'd prefer that, it still provides an enjoyable experience between its intriguing lore, high replay value, and surprisingly zen gameplay.

Do No Harm is available on Windows PC via Steam.

all roblox doors entities guide

There are a ton of monsters called entities in DOORS Roblox and there's a specific strategy to surviving each one. Some are similar and some appear in different levels but I wanted to make a guide for all of them in one place for you. Here's my all DOORS entities guide to survive them all.

How to Survive All DOORS Entities Guide

Each Entity has a specific mechanic to survive it and most have audio and visual cues like the flickering lights and howling for Rush. I'll list everything you need to know about each DOORS entity as well as on what levels it appears and how best to survive it. I highly recommend you check out the first entry for Hide first before the other ones. Lastly, note that most of these entities will be banished by the Crucifix but bosses will only get stunned.

Entity Appears In Description How to Survive
roblox doors entity hide
Hide (Important)
• Hotel
• Mines
• Super Hard Mode
• Ranked Mode
Appears as a jump scare when you hide for too long dealing 40 damage and pushing you out disabling hiding for 10 to 20 seconds. Appears automatically in the last spot you hid in during The Mines. Doesn't appear in The Rooms and Backdoor so there you can hide as long as you want. When you see flashing words while hiding, leave the hiding spot if you can or if there's no Rush or other monsters present. If there are, it's better to take 40 damage than to die by leaving.
roblox doors entity rush
Rush
• Hotel
• Mines
• Super Hard Mode
• Retro Mode
• Ranked Mode
Lights blink then it screams with increasing volume and rushes through rooms toward you dealing massive damage (100) or insta-killing you on Super Hard mode. As soon as you see lights flicker find a hiding spot like a closet, bed, etc. and hide. Exit only once the screaming stops.
roblox doors entity eyes
Eyes
• Hotel
• Mines
• Super Hard Mode
• Retro Mode
• Ranked Mode
Randomly spawns when opening a new door dealing low damage per second to those starting at it. Teleports in The Mines. Look away in any direction so it's outside your FOV and walk around it safely.
roblox doors entity ambush
Ambush
• Hotel
• Mines
• Super Hard Mode
• Retro Mode
• Ranked Mode
Like Rush but it returns 1 to 4 times towards you. Encounter chance starts low but increases as you progress. Same as Rush but once it passes leave the closet as its scream reduces in volume to avoid getting pushed out by Hide. Then, as it returns and the screams get louder, hide again. Repeat until it's completely gone.
roblox doors entity screech
Screech
• Hotel
• Mines
• Super Hard Mode
• Retro Mode
• Ranked Mode
Spawns in dark rooms or rooms darkened by Rush/Ambush. Makes a screech, screen-shake,, then a "pssst" sound, then bites the player for 40 damage if not look at directly. When you hear screeching/see screen shaking in a dark room and a "pssst" sound quickly look around and look directly at Screech causing it to despawn.
roblox doors entity dupe
Dupe
• Hotel
• Mines
• Super Hard Mode
• Ranked Mode
Can randomly spawn in rooms with multiple exits and create up to 8 false doors with incorrect numbers. If a false door is interacted with he attacks the player for 40 damage. In rooms with multiple exits, watch out for wrong numbers for the following door so always keep track of the door number you're in the and the following one. You can also hear Dupe's low rumbling when near a false door.
roblox doors entity halt
Halt
• Hotel
• Mines
Appears in The Dining Hall room in The Hotel and The Bridges room in The Mines. In both cases, Halt will teleport behind you with a message "Turn Around" repeating this process until you exit. If it reaches you, you'll take 60 damage. The goal here is to reach the end of The Dining Hall room which is the stage and the door or The Bridges room in The Mines without coming in contact with Halt.
roblox doors entity jack
Jack
• Hotel
• Mines
• Super Hard Mode
• Ranked Mode
Randomly appears when entering a room as a jumpscare or in hiding spots preventing them shortly. Deals no damage and disappears quickly. Just a jump scare and minor annoyance, no damage dealt so there's nothing to survive.
roblox doors entity timothy
Timothy
• Hotel
• Mines
• Super Hard Mode
Appears randomly in loot containers and jumps on you dealing 5 damage. If you have the Crucifix from Jeff's shop, Timothy will be blocked.
roblox doors entity dread
Dread
• Hotel
• Mines
• Ranked Mode
Spawns in nearby rooms when the in-game clock ticks to 12:00 (midnight). Lights will be shut down and it will slowly chase you insta-killing you on contact. Dread despawns if you open a new non-Dupe numbered door. His signs are that on Dread spawn, the lights will flicker for a long period of time and you'll hear increasing whispering and your heart beat as it approaches. Run away and open the next new door to despawn him.
roblox doors entity snare
Snare
• Hotel
• Mines
• Garden
• Ranked Mode
• Super Hard Mode
Appears in The Courtyard and Greenhouse areas of the Hotel on the ground. If you step on it, you take 20 damage and are stunned for a few seconds. Have a light source when entering the areas where Snare spawns so that you can notice it on the ground.
roblox doors entity sally
Sally
• Hotel Appears randomly outside of windows and breaks in to start chasing you. If she reaches you, you'll around 2/3 of your max HP but you can't get killed by this. Your items will also be stolen and erased. Sally prioritizes items so if you drop an item while she's chasing you, she'll go for the item and eventually despawn.
roblox doors entity shadow
Shadow
• Hotel
• Mines
• Super Hard Mode
Has an extremely low chance to appear when you open a door to jumpscare you as the lights flicker. Deals no damage, a harmless jumpscare.
roblox doors entity figure
Figure
• Hotel
• Mines
• Ranked Mode
• Super Hard Mode
• Retro Mode
Blind and reacts to sound. Appears as a boss fight in The Library and The Electrical Room in The Hotel and as a mini-boss fight in The Shafts in The Mines. Can appear in meat piles around The Hotel and Mines. It patrols down a set path and insta-kills you if it reaches you. The Figure is blind and instead uses your footsteps as a guide to reach you. It can also hear your heartbeat if it's extremely near so you can't just stay still. Use Vitamins to out-run it or hide in a closet and complete a short mini-game to survive. Otherwise, crouch and walk away from it since it will return to patrolling if it doesn't hear a loud sound.
roblox doors entity seek
Seek
• Hotel
• Mines
• Super Hard Mode
• Retro Mode
Seek appears as a chase sequence boss in The Hotel room called The Grand Hallway and The Mines rooms called The Caverns and The Sewage Pipe. Finally, Seek is the boss in the final room called The Dam in The Mines. Here's how to survive Seek in all versions. Note that you can use the Crucifix to stun him but not banish him. In all chases, the blue light will indicate the correct crawlspaces, paths, doors, or cart rails to take while running. As for the Dam boss fight with Seek, players must turn valves highlighted in blue while jumping and avoiding the goop. Just follow the blue highlights to win.
roblox doors entity giggles
Giggles
• Mines
• Ranked Mode
Random spawn on ceilings occasionally giggling. Drop down on players if you walk below or near them biting you and dealing 3 ticks of low damage if not removed. When opening a room in the Mines, check the ceiling or listen for Giggles to avoid them. They can be banished with a Crucifix or stunned by light sources such as a flashlight.
roblox doors entity gloombat
Gloombats
• Mines Appear in The Mines and are neutral unless you shine a light on them causing them to aggro and bite you for low damage. When opening a door check for Gloombats and if you spot any remove your light source except glow sticks and laser pointers. They won't attack you if you have no light.
roblox doors entity blitzBlitz • Backdoor
• Ranked
Same as Ambush. Same as Ambush but you can hide as long as you want since The Backdoor doesn't have the Hide entity (see above).
roblox doors entity lookman
Lookman
• Backdoor
• Ranked
Same as Eyes but teleports after damaging you once. Same as Eyes.
roblox doors entity haste
Haste
• Backdoor Haste spawns when The Backdoor timers runs out and highlights a player's screen with red as it approaches from behind. If it touches you, it's instant death. Immediately as Haste spawns, you need to pull a Timer Level in the timer leaver room to increase The Backdoor time which causes Haste to respawn. You can track Haste's location by looking back since you can see it through walls.
roblox doors entity louie
Louie
• The Mines Friendly entity that is inside small tunnel-like holes in The Mines. If you spot these holes, dropping an item near it will cause Louie to emerge, take the item, and give you an item back of similar value. Note that he will never give you a Crucifix but you can trade one. The Crucifix is the highest value item you can give Louie. If you give him a Crucific he can give you any item in the game but it's random.

zani in wuthering waves

Zani is a 5-star Spectro Resonator in Wuthering Waves. She uses Gauntlets during combat and excels in dealing a good amount of damage. Zani has an interesting playstyle, and most of her damage is considered Spectro Frazzle damage, so building her is also simple.

This guide will cover all the Echo sets, weapons, and teams for Zani's best build in WuWa.

Best Zani build guide in Wuthering Waves

Best Echo set for Zani

Eternal Radiance

Eternal Radiance is zani's best set in wuwa
Screenshot by Destructoid

Eternal Radiance will always be the best Echo set for Zani in Wuthering Waves. The 2pcs set gives a decent amount of Spectro DMG Bonus. Meanwhile, the 5pcs set gives a Crit Rate boost when the character inflicts Spectro Frazzle on an enemy. Furthermore, attacking an enemy with 10 Spectro Frazzle stacks will increase Spectro DMG Bonus.

Celestial Light

Celestial Light is a decent alternative sonata effect for zani
Screenshot by Destructoid

If you don't have a good Eternal Radiance set, you can also use Celestial Light. It doesn't have any Crit stat bonus, but it provides a lot of Spectro DMG bonus from both its 2pcs and 5pcs set bonuses.

Main Echo skill

capitaneus and nightmare mourning aix are zani's best echo skills in wuwa
Screenshot by Destructoid

Capitaneus is the best main Echo skill for Zani as it increases the character's Spectro DMG Bonus and heavy Attack DMG Bonus by a decent amount. The Nightmare Mourning Aix is also a decent alternative since it gives a Spectro DMG bonus.

As for Echo stats, here are the best main and sub-stats for Zani in Wuwa:

Cost 4 Crit Rate or Crit DMG
Cost 3 Spectro DMG
Cost 1 ATK%
Sub-stats Crit Rate, Crit DMG, Energy Regen, ATK, Heavy Attack DMG Bonus

Best weapons for Zani

Blazing Justice

blazing justice is zani's best weapon
Image via Kuro Games

Blazing Justice is a 5-star Gauntlet and Zani's signature weapon. It is a solid weapon given that it provides a large Crit DMG bonus from its second stat. Additionally, the weapon's passive increases the wielder's ATK and the Spectro Frazzle DMG dealt while allowing the character to ignore the enemy's defense.

Tragicomedy

tragicomedy is a good 5-star alternative for zani
Screenshot by Destructoid

Tragicomedy is also a limited 5-star Gauntlet. While it is Roccia's signature weapon, it is also a good alternative for Zani since it has a Crit Rate second stat and its passive increases the wielder's ATK and Heavy Attack DMG Bonus.

Stonard

stonard is good 4-star weapon for zani
Screenshot by Destructoid

Stonard is one of the best 4-star weapons you can give Zani because of the Crit Rate bonus. However, it is a Battle Pass weapon, so purchasing it specifically for Zani is not advised, but you can give it to her if you already have it and don't have a 5-star weapon.

Celestial Spiral

Screenshot by Destructoid

For an F2P option, you can use Celestial Spiral. It is a decent stat stick as it provides a lot of ATK.

If you don't have Celestial Spiral, you can opt for another weapon with an ATK bonus.

Zani skill priority

You can upgrade Zani's skills in the following order:

  • Forte Circuit > Resonance Liberation > Resonance Skill = Basic Attack = Intro Skill

Focus on Zani's Forte Circuit first, then move to her Resonance Liberation. Once you're done, you can level up her Resonance Skill and Basic Attack for later.

Best teams for Zani

zani, phoebe, and shorekeeper in wuthering waves
Image via Kuro Games

Listed below are some of the best teams for Zani in Wuthering Waves:

  • Zani + Phoebe + Shorekeeper
  • Zani + Phoebe + Spectro Rover
  • Zani + Phoebe + Ciaccona
  • Zani + Spectro Rover + Verina

Since there aren't many characters who can apply Spectro Frazzle stacks on enemies, Zani's team options are quite limited at the moment.

ju fufu in zzz

Ju Fufu is an upcoming playable character in Zenless Zone Zero and will be released in version 2.0. Her official drip marketing has already revealed her Attribute and Specialty, so most of the materials required to level her up are easy to deduce.

Additionally, recent beta leaks have also shown the normal and weekly boss materials required to upgrade Ju Fufu's Core Skills.

Ju Fufu ascension and skill level-up materials in ZZZ

Ju Fufu is a Stun-specialty Agent, so you will need the following materials to level her up in Zenless Zone Zero:

  • Basic Stun Certification Seal x4
  • Advanced Stun Certification Seal x32
  • Buster Certification Seal x30

As for Ju Fufu's skill, you can farm the following since she is a Fire Agent:

  • Basic Burn Chip x25
  • Advanced Burn Chip x75
  • Specialized Burn Chip x250
  • Hamster Cage Pass x5

Lastly, leaks from @_hiragara_ suggest that version 2.0 will add new Notorious Hunt and Expert Challenges, and you will need the new materials for Ju Fufu's Core Skills.

Where to farm Ju Fufu's materials in ZZZ

Basic Stun Certification Seal, Advanced Stun Certification Seal, and Buster Certification Seal

Basic Burn Chip, Advanced Burn Chip, and Specialized Burn Chip

Basic Burn Chip is ju fufu's skill update material
Screenshot by Destructoid

You will need Basic Burn Chip, Advanced Burn Chip, and Specialized Burn Chip to upgrade Ju Fufu's skills in ZZZ. You can farm them by completing the Heating Test challenge in Combat Simulation.

Hamster Cage Pass

Hamster Cage Pass is a skill upgrade material in zzz

Hamster Cage Pass can be farmed after reaching level 35 in the Battle Pass and from events. You will need it to max Ju Fufu's skills.

The names of the new Expert Challenge and Notorius Hunt materials are currently unknown, but we will update the guide once we have official information.

Ju Fufu is expected to be a new S-rank Agent, and banners leaks from Seele and O suggest that the Yunkui Summit member will be in the second half of ZZZ 2.0. This shouldn't be surprising since she was revealed after Yixuan and Pan Yinhu.

Golden Cheese Cookie, as shown in Cookie Run Kingdom.

Very few picks in Cookie Run Kingdom can carry your squad like the Golden Cheese Cookie, who can deal massive damage, debuff effectively, and, of course, come back to life via her Sarcophagus of Gold passive.

But as you can expect, the Golden Sovereign can be quite demanding. At any rate, here are the best Beascuits and toppings for Golden Cheese Cookie and Golden Cheese Cookie (Immortal) in Cookie Run Kingdom.

Golden Cheese Cookie's profile.

A ranged-type who excels at the middle row, Golden Cheese Cookie can work as the ideal Earth DPS via the high damage and 35% Earth DMG Received debuff, courtesy of her Brilliance of the Absolute skill. This skill also lowers the Crit of all targets by 30%, clears buffs from the enemy with the highest ATK, and deals massive single-target DMG to the enemy. Her already mentioned Sarcophagus of Gold passive allows the queen to shield the whole party before coming back to life once.

Awakening her into Golden Cheese Cookie (Immortal) replaces Brilliance of the Absolute with Radiance of the Immortal. Apart from dealing significantly more DMG and boosting your party's DMG Resist Bypass and Earth DMG by 30 and 35%, this skill will do the following:

  • Apply a -40% Crit and -45% Crit DMG% debuff to all targets hit by Wings of Eternity.
  • Its Spear of the Absolute follow-up will damage and apply both Curse and Healing Prevention to the enemy with the highest HP% before dealing extra DMG to all enemies in their proximity.

Awakening her also replaces Sarcophagus of Gold with Immortal's Return, which strengthens her revival shield, triggers a series of self-buffs, and provides all ally ranged cookies with +17% ATK and +30% DMG Resist. Unlocking Immortal also grants you access to Golden Cheese Cookie's +25% HP to all Earth-type cookies Rally Effect.

You can awaken Golden Cheese Cookie into Immortal in Cookie Run Kingdom by exchanging 20x Golden Cheese Cookie Soulsprisms and 500 Gold while at her character screen. You can only get the Soulprisms by pulling in her Gacha of Fate variant banner. If luck is not on your side, you can also get Golden Cheese Cookie (Immortal) by selecting her as your Destruction & Abundance Chest pick (available after 300 pulls in the mentioned banner).

Golden Cheese Cookie performs Radiance of the Immortal in Cookie Run Kingdom.

As boosting her availability should be your utmost priority, the best topping and tart combination for both Golden Cheese Cookie versions is a 5-piece Radiant Cheese Chocolate paired with a Swift Chocolate tart. When equipped, this set will massively decrease her already low CD. Using a full 5-piece Swift Chocolate or mixing the above with Radiant Cheese Raspberry (or Searing Raspberry) can also work.

For your bonus effects, focus on the standard damage-related picks, aka CRIT%, ATK, and Amplify Buff. As always, getting an extra Cooldown boost won't hurt.

The best Beascuit for both regular and awakened Golden Cheese Cookie is an Earthen Light Beascuit, which pairs the usual ATK and HP boosts with a guaranteed Earth DMG increase. When looking for the remaining Bonus Effects, focus on DMG Resist Bypass and CRIT%. If you can, try to get at least two Earth DMG effects on your Beascuit to further maximize her damage.

Characters in Expedition 33

Clair Obscur Expedition 33 might have an excellent story that humanizes different elements as much as possible, but the game is certainly lacking in romance.

Like many video games of the recent past, Clair Obscur Expedition 33 has different characters who are all part of the story. While relationships do play an important factor in the grand scheme of things, you can't actually fall in love (or, rather, make characters fall in love with each other).

Does Clair Obscur Expedition 33 have romantic relationships?

The answer to this question is both yes and no. The story plays out from the perspective of four characters: Lune, Maelle, Sciel, and Gustave. You can't have romantic relationships between the characters (Maelle can automatically be disqualified for being a minor). However, these characters have relationships that can be considered romantic based on your interpretations.

It's pretty clear that Gustave loves Sophie, which is also one of the few moments of the game that broke my heart (won't discuss much as to avoid spoilers). In fact, Gustave's purpose behind joining the Expedition seems to be the loss itself.

Lune and Sciel definitely have something going on, but I am yet to reach the end of the story. While they could turn out to be more than teammates in the end, players don't have control over any of their decisions. Finally, Maelle is a teenager, and her story is the most inspiring one. Her one true goal appears to be the Expedition, and it's a beautiful one, to say the least.

Clair Obscur Expedition 33 two party members
Image via Sandfall Interactive

Clair Obscur Expedition 33 Relationship levels explained

Romance might not be present in the game, but you can have meaningful relationships with the characters. The relationships also level up based on your actions, and it's an important aspect as well. As you play the story, you will be able to level the relationship between characters from one to seven.

You can increase the relationship for the following five characters:

  • Esquie
  • Lune
  • Maelle
  • Monoco
  • Sciel

The leveling-up system is universal for all: speak with the characters at camp as you progress through the story. As you level up, you'll unlock a lot of lore, materials, and customization options for the characters. Leveling up also unlocks the Gradient Attacks; each character can learn up to three unique attacks and use them with the help of Gradient Charges.

Once you unlock Gradient Attacks, it will completely change how you manage battles, especially against harder enemies. Hence, romance or not, leveling up your relationships with the characters has a practical reason that goes beyond gathering the lore behind Clair Obscur Expedition 33.

yixuan and ju fufu in zzz 2.0

The Zenless Zone Zero 2.0 banners have been leaked. The developers have already confirmed that the new version will release three new Agents. In addition, recent leaks suggest that two popular characters may return for their first rerun.

This article will briefly cover all the new and upcoming character banners in ZZZ 2.0 as per the leaks.

ZZZ 2.0 characters and rerun banners leaked

Phase I

According to the leaks via O and reshared by Seele Leaks, listed below are the characters you can expect in the first phase of ZZZ 2.0:

  • Yixuan (S-rank)
  • Astra Yao (S-rank Ether - Support)
  • Pan Yinhu (A-rank Physical - Defense)

HoYoverse has already confirmed that Yixuan and Pan Yinhu will be released in version 2.0. Both are from the Yunkui Summit faction and will be on the first phase banners. The beta leaks suggest that the former is an S-rank Agent and the latter is A-rank.

ZZZ 2.0 will also release a new Attribute and Specialty type of Yixuan, as confirmed in her drip marketing post. It is speculated that her Attribute is a special version of Ether, similar to Miyani's Frost. Meanwhile, Pan Yinhu is a Physical character who specializes in Defense.

Additionally, Astra Yao is expected to get her first rerun banner in the first half. She is one of the best supports in the game, so you can get her if you missed her in version 1.5.

Phase II

ju fufu and caesar zzz 2.0 second half banners
Image via HoYoverse

Here are the characters who will be in the second half of version 2.0:

  • Ju Fufu (S-rank Fire - Stun)
  • Caesar (S-rank Physical - Defense)

Ju Fufu is the third new character who will debut in Zenless Zone Zero version 2.0, and is also from the Yunkui Summit faction. She is a Stun-type character with the Fire Attribute.

Caesar King is also expected to get her first rerun banner. She is also an amazing support who can provide a shield and buff the party members. Caesar can fit into many teams and is also a great option to pull for in version 2.0.

The banner order for the new characters is as good as confirmed because of the drip marketing order. However, the rerun banners are subject to change as they are only based on leaks.

genshin impact 5.6 characters

All the banners in Genshin Impact 5.6 have been revealed, and they feature some of the best characters in the game. While they are all good, you'll have limited resources with which to obtain them. You'll have to choose a character wisely.

This article ranks all the characters in Genshin Impact 5.6 banners based on their pull value and helps you decide which character to get in the new update. The characters on the Inazuma Chronicled Wish will not be included here.

All Genshin Impact 5.6 banner characters ranked

4) Raiden Shogun

raiden shogun in genshin impact
Image via HoYoverse

Raiden Shogun is still one of the best characters in Genshin Impact and can fit into several teams in different roles. You can use her as a main DPS unit in National or Overloaded teams or as a sub-DPS unit in Hyperbloom team comps. However, despite being so good, Raiden Shogun has the lowest pull value in version 5.6. This is because she is one of the oldest characters in the game, and a lot of players already have her.

You can still go for Raiden Shogun if you want her C2, or if you're a beginner. However, remember that her ascension materials are locked behind the Inazuma Archon Quest and World Quest.

3) Navia

navia in genshin impact cutscene
Image via HoYoverse

Navia is a Geo unit that can deal a decent amount of AoE damage. Playing her is easy, and she is pretty F2P-friendly. A good chunk of Navia's overall damage output comes from her Elemental Skill, so you will need good CRIT stats on her or risk a massive DPS loss.

In any case, you can go for Navia if you simply like her as a character and enjoy her playstyle. She is also a decent choice if you're a new player looking for a good damage dealer. While Navia is not the best, she can get the job done.

2) Kinich

genshin impact kinich event wallpaper
Image via HoYoverse

Kinich is also a F2P-friendly character and a good DPS unit that excels in Quicken and Burning/Burgeon teams. However, getting the most out of his kit requires plenty of practice and mastery. Kinich's main source of damage is his Elemental Skill, and he moves around a lot after casting it, so it may take a while to get used to it. Speaking of Kinich's Elemental Skill, you can also use it during exploration to climb higher locations and move around faster.

If you do not have Alhaitham and want a good Dendro DPS unit, Kinich is a good option. While he is ranked above Navia, their overall pull value is around the same.

1) Escoffier

escoffier is the best character in genshin impact 5.6
Image via HoYoverse

Escoffier is the newest Genshin Impact character and is easily the best character to pull in version 5.6. She is a strong unit that can provide party-wide healing, shred enemies' Hydro and Cryo resistances, and deal good damage. While Escoffier has some team restrictions because of her kit, you can still pair her with characters like Ayaka, Wriothesley, Neuvillette, and Furina. There's no doubt that the Fontainian chef will make Cryo great again.

Furthermore, Skirk is expected to be released soon as a Cryo DPS unit. So, Escoffier can also be a good pull if you plan on getting the mysterious swordswoman.

Naturally, you can also skip all the characters in Genshin Impact 5.6 and save for characters in the upcoming updates.

genshin impact abyss endgame content

An interesting leak has surfaced online that hints at a new type of Abyss endgame in Genshin Impact. The leaker has also shared details about the potential enemy types in the rumored challenge and the rewards one can obtain after completing it.

Read on for more details about the leaked Abyss endgame content in Genshin Impact.

New Abyss endgame in Genshin Impact leaked

According to the leaks shared by Seele, a fairly reliable source, Genshin Impact is expected to release a new type of Abyss endgame content. Speculations are that it will only have six levels, each featuring world bosses. Furthermore, unlike the two halves in Spiral Abyss, the new endgame will have three paths, and players must complete the challenge within two minutes.

Unfortunately, the leaker did not share info on how the three paths concept works. However, they did share some details about the character selection and their completion rewards.

For levels one to four, you can supposedly use the same characters in all three paths. In addition, you can team up with your friends, so if you find the challenge too difficult, you can still use the co-op feature to complete it and collect the rewards.

However, for levels five and six, you will need 12 characters to complete the challenges, as the same character cannot be used in another team. The co-op feature also seems to be unavailable for these two levels.

Potential Abyss endgame rewards

primogem and sanctifying elixir - new genshin abyss endgame content reward
Image via HoYoverse

The leak suggests that you can obtain the following rewards by completing the new Abyss endgame content in Genshin Impact:

  • Level 1-3: Primogem
  • Level 4-5: Sanctifying Elixir
  • Level 6: Unknown

It seems you can get Primogems for clearing the first three levels, which is good since you will be guaranteed the best rewards as long as you complete the lower difficulty challenges. Additionally, you can get Sanctifying Elixirs for clearing levels four and five. This is also a good reward, given how rare Sanctifying Elixirs are. Unfortunately, the reward for completing level six is still unknown.

It is unclear when Genshin Impact will release the rumored Abyss endgame. But speculations are that it will be available after Nod-Krai is released, the next major area.

Needless to say, the new Abyss endgame info is subject to change since it is only based on leaks.

A player posing next to Cid Kageno in Verse Piece Roblox experience

Races play a big part in the damage output and survivability of your character in Verse Piece. A testament to that is the fact that Race Rerolls are used as an intermediary currency when trading. How do Races Work in Verse Piece

The Verse Piece races listed in the tier list above give you specific passive bonuses, just like traits do. Races don't increase your stats, but they can multiply your damage and give you some unique buffs. For example, the Vampire race lets you lifesteal health back when dealing damage. Also, rerolling races is a lot more difficult because in Verse Piece, you need Race Rerolls to do that.

How to Reroll Races

  • Adventure Shop location in Verse Piece
  • Adventure Shop menu in Verse Piece
  • Race storage and Race Rerolls as shown in the materials inventory in Verse Piece

You can reroll your race by using Race Reroll materials from your inventory. When rerolling, you will have to confirm if you want to reroll a Legendary, Mythical, or Exotic race. You can get Race Rerolls either by opening chests, fishing, trading, buying them from the Adventure Shop NPC, or by redeeming Verse Piece codes.

How to Store Races

To store one of the races in Verse Piece in your inventory, you will first need to expand your race storage. For this, you need a Race Storage material, which can be obtained in the same way as Race Rerolls. With at least one unlocked slot in your race storage, you can then click on the race in your inventory to switch it out with the race currently on you.

Verse Piece Race Progression

In the beginning, try to get either Reaper or Arrancar so that you can improve the damage of your Sword and Fruit. Once you get a bit more Race Rerolls, aim for either Demonic, Vessel, or Vampire. However, your endgame goals are definitely Contractor, Shadow, or Dragonic, as they are the best races in Verse Piece.

That concludes our Verse Piece guide and races tier list. If you want to check out more of our VP content, then visit the Verse Piece section of Destructoid.

all monsters in retake guide

Unless you've been living under a rock, you've probably noticed the waves R.E.P.O. has been making on Steam, so much so that it even got the Roblox community riled up. Enter RETAK., a fresh game that's based on he same monster-fighting, item-hoarding and jump scare-inducting mechanics everyone knows and loves. But why waste time looking for every monster when you can just use my all monsters in RETAKE guide and impress your mates in-game?

How to Find All Monsters in RETAKE Guide

Before you dive deeper into our all monsters in RETAKE guide, it's important to note that you won't get the same number of monsters as you would in R.E.P.O. The devs have indicated there will be a plethora of updates in the future, but not all at once. After all, the game is new, so we can cut them some slack. In the meantime, you can spend time catching the following RETAKE monsters:

  • Duck (Apex Predator)
  • Reaper
  • Robe
  • Huntsman

I know, 4 monsters in the entire game isn't all that much, but it'll keep you going for at least 1-2 hours the first time, with immense replay value afterwards. Keep in mind that all the monsters are found roaming the floors and are completely randomized. For all the encounters, I'd advise using a Landmine or Hand Grenade, since they allow you to weave through objects and destroy the monster as it chases you. In particular, I like luring them to the item dropoff area and just nuking them. Let's dissect each a bit more, shall we?

How to Beat Duck (Apex Predator) in RETAKE

all monsters in e.r.p.o. guide
Screenshot by Destructoid

I first thought the Apex Predator was just a cute duckling. It followed me around, stayed close, didn't seem dangerous. But the second I touched it—barely grazed it—it changed. It snapped into this aggressive, flying nightmare. It lunged at me with brutal speed, biting over and over—three times a second, each hit taking a lot of HP. For ten long seconds, it was relentless. Then, just like that, it calmed down and went back to looking harmless.

But it didn't forget me. Once it's triggered, it goes after the one who provoked it. If the environment sets it off, it'll target whoever's nearby. It's small, fast, and can fly—so hiding under furniture or climbing won't help. When it's passive, it follows the first player it sees. It kept standing in front of me, blocking my path. Every time I picked something up, it started jumping and quacking. It was really hard to predict the attacks, so it took me 2-3 tries to completely subdue it. Never again, yikes.

How to Beat Reaper in RETAKE

all monsters in e.r.p.o. guide
Screenshot by Destructoid

The Reaper's slow, deaf, and honestly kind of dumb—but that doesn't mean it's safe. Its footsteps sound like crunching hay, and while its vision is awful, crouching isn't a guarantee. If it spots you, it goes wild—arm blades flailing as it charges. Not fast, but dangerous. It forgets you easily. Turn a corner, break line of sight, and it usually gives up. It can't hear anything—no footsteps, voices, or jumping—but it does react to the gravi-beam. Picking things up near it is a bad idea.

If you fight it, be ready. Its swings can knock items out of your hands, and even with slow reactions, it can drain your HP fast. I use it for melee and tranq practice since its patrol path is predictable. Don't try hiding under furniture. It'll crouch down and slash right through, just like the Robe. If it sees you hide or watches you grab it, you're done. Stay low, stay quiet, and stay out of sight.

How to Beat Robe in RETAKE

The Robe creeps up quietly. I didn't even hear it until it slammed into me—50 damage while crouching, 100 if you're standing. Sometimes, the physics hit hurts even more. It moves just slow enough that I can outwalk it, but if I make eye contact with that mask, it snaps. Then it sprints.

all monsters in e.r.p.o. guide
Screenshot by Destructoid

Hiding doesn't always work. It remembers where I went and isn't shy about reaching under tables or beds to pull me out. My best bet? Avoid looking at it, keep my distance, and wait. If it can't find anyone for a while, it vanishes. Fighting it isn't an option. The second it sees me—or even if something I'm holding touches it—it charges. It's like a twisted game of hide and seek. If I want to live, I don't engage. I disappear.

How to Beat Huntsman in RETAKE

all monsters in e.r.p.o. guide
Screenshot by Destructoid

The Huntsman can't see, but his hearing is insane. One footstep, a jump, a voice—anything—and he blasts his shotgun. Up close, that's an instant kill if you're at default health. He sticks to a set patrol and won't chase, so as long as I stay quiet, I'm safe. When I need to move, I toss an object to throw him off, wait for his grunt to dodge the shot, or bait him into firing and sprint past during his 2-second reload.

He's clumsy on stairs and stuns himself when he trips. His shotgun can even kill other monsters, but fighting him? Not worth it. He's a tank, reacts fast, and survives explosions. If I have to take him out, I use grenades, land mines or knock him off a ledge. Otherwise, I just wait and let the blind freak patrol in peace.

Aaaand, that's all there is to it when it comes to this all monsters in RETAKE guide. It didn't take long for this experience to come to fruition, and we're eager to see how future updates will be handled. Until then, you can always check out our RETAKE codes to see if there are any free goodies to claim.

RETAKE Class Tier List and Guide

In RETAKE, every Class brings something special to the table. This game takes things up a notch with unique abilities that can boost your earnings or make tough levels a breeze. Whether you're in it for the cash or the challenge, choosing the right Class can change everything. Let's break down what each one has to offer in this RETAKE class tier list and guide.

RETAKE Class Tier List

Just because a Class in RETAKE is in a lower tier does not mean they do not have a use. Each Class is good in a specific scenario. The top classes are just good in more scenarios than the bottom class ones. For example, Speedster is always good, and Paramedic is only good if someone has already died, making it a bad Class to begin with.

Best Blue Lock: Rivals Flows and Their Strengths

Every flow in Blue Lock: Rivals has its strengths that make each one suited for specific playstyles. Below, you can find out a bit more about flows and what areas they excel in the most.

S Tier Flows

Prodigy is the best flow in Blue Lock: Rivals for one reason only: it allows you to curve your shots without the Rin style. When you pair it up with styles like Kaiser and Don Lorenzo, you are basically unstoppable on the offense. Emperor and Awakened Genius are equally strong. However, Emperor is more suited for true egoists, while Awakened Genius is more beneficial for creative players.

A Tier Flows

Soul Harvester is a fantastic flow, but we put it in the A tier because it is a tad weaker overall compared to some other flows. Dribbler is one of the best flows for wingers in Blue Lock: Rivals because of the extended dribbles you get with it. Demon Wings makes the Shidou style really shine. However, you can use it effectively with other styles as well. Chameleon reduces your move cooldowns enough for you to get to use your awakening abilities twice in the same window. So, if you are a fan of ultimate moves, grab the Chameleon.

B Tier Flows

The Wild Card is a great flow overall, but its randomness can debilitate you at times. Snake is all about stopping opponents in their tracks, and even though we put it in B-tier, it is the best flow you can get if you like to play as a defender. Crow is a balanced style that offers buffs useful on both ends of the pitch. The Trap flow is weak overall. However, if you pair it up with the Nagi style, you've got yourself a killer offensive style and flow combo.

C Tier Flows

Monster is good when paired up with styles that are all about dribbling past your opponents. King's Instinct is decent for players who like to play as center-forwards in BLR and shoot after just one short dribble. Gale Burst is useful in every position, but there are better options out there. Ice, even though a very common flow, is excellent if you like to create chances for your teammates.

D Tier Flows

Genius, while it doesn't grant you any buffs, it lets the rest of your team use their flows for longer, and that can decide close matches. It requires only about 40% of your flow bar to be used while granting the rest of your team around 120% in total. Puzzle and Lightning are not that good when compared to every other Blue Lock: Rivals flow out there. So, try to reroll them when you can.

How to Use, Reroll, and Store Flows in Blue Lock: Rivals

To use a flow in BLR, press T on your keyboard when you have enough flow bar, which will be visible on your screen. On use, the bar will either drain slowly or completely deplete, depending on your current flow.

To reroll your flow, click on the flow button at the bottom of your screen while in the lobby. Each roll costs 2000 cash or one flow spin if you have some, both of which you can get by redeeming Blue Lock: Rivals codes or by completing quests. If you want to switch between multiple flows, you can also unlock additional flow storage slots and store them.

That's it for our Blue Lock: Rivals flow guide and tier list. For more of our BLR guides, make sure to stay tuned to the Blue Lock: Rivals guides section here on Destructoid.
