Join us for a 5 Week Gentle Introduction to the Pilates Method.
This group class is geared towards those that want a
smaller class size (4 people only!) and a gentle flow of movement that will help lengthen and strengthen your body.
Pilates is a great way to help all of us age gracefully and strongly with its focus on core strength, posture, and the mind body connection. You can choose to join us for once or twice a week during this 5 week introduction course.
