Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6: Could Happy Hamlet Be Returning?

happy hamlet

Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 6 is finally underway, and fans are loving it, but could it be made better if Happy Hamlet returned? Eagle eyed viewers may have noticed that a very similar location appeared in the cinematic trailer for Season 6. If you haven't already checked out the amazing trailer for the latest season, you can watch it below.

How would you feel if Happy Hamlet made a return in Fortnite Chapter 2: Season 6? Let us know in the comments below. In the meantime, we've got everything you need to know about the point of interest and it's possible return.

What Is Happy Hamlet?

Happy Hamlet was a point of interest location in the Fortnite Battle Royale map. The location was introduced in Chapter 1: Season 7 and was sucked into the black hole at the end of Chapter 1, never to be seen again.

The location was a large Scandinavian town that was in a snow biome at the south of the map. Happy Hamlet actually had a total of 33 chests that could appear, making it one of the best spots in the game to loot. Unfortunately, because the location was so out of the way, it meant players rarely dropped there.

Could Happy Hamlet Return In Chapter 2: Season 6?

Thanks to @HYPEX on Twitter, we can take a closer look at what could be the appearance of Happy Hamlet in the Chapter 2: Season 6 cinematic trailer. Check out the tweet below with the included screenshot from the trailer.

So, why would the old point of interest suddenly appear in the latest trailer? Well, it could be absolutely nothing and just simply an asset copied and pasted for the trailer. However, we know how Epic Games likes their teasers, so there's a possibility that the snowy hamlet makes a return during Season 6.

Would you like to see any older locations make a return during Season 6? Let us know in the comments below!

Venti Build, Team Comp in Genshin Impact – Should You Pull or Wait For The Childe And Rosaria Banner?

Venti banner builds guide genshin impact 1.4

Genshin Impact is holding its first ever rerun for a time limited gacha banner, featuring Venti, who was the featured character of the first ever banner when the game launched in September 28, 2020 – however, the Childe banner is coming right after it and players who didn't pull Venti back then, or who picked up Genshin after the huge worldwide success the game enjoyed, now face a choice, pull Venti now, or wait for Childe – here's a build, tips, and team comps for Venti to help you decide.

Venti build and tips

First, it's important to understand Venti's role in a Genshin Impact party or team comp. Venti is what most players will call a Support character. A character you quickly swap to, for using their Elemental Skill or Elemental Burst, before switching back to your main DPS character. To trigger Elemental Reactions.

As a Bow user and an Anemo user, Venti triggers Swirl reactions, which amplifies Elemental DMG. Venti's Elemental Skill / E is particularly useful for that, and for stopping enemies. It has an extremely short cool down when using the tap version. When using the hold version, the Skill also creates an air current you can ride to use Plunging Attacks.

Venti is the best character for crowd control, as in gathering enemies in a certain spot, or stalling them. Venti's Elemental Burst / Q creates a cyclone that sucks in enemies. It will also deal Elemental DMG of the specific Element it first comes in contact with. Thanks to his Elemental Burst, Venti is particularly useful for clearing some of the later floors of the Spiral Abyss, such as the infamous floor 11-2.

As for team comps, Venti works with pretty much anyone seeing the above. But having another Anemo character in your party is a good choice to trigger the Resonance boost.

As for weapons, one of the best Bow you can give Venti is The Stringless, a four star Bow. The Stringless' ability increases Elemental Skill and Burst DMG by 24%, which is a huge boost. If you've been playing for a while, you probably ended up pulling The Stringless. If you didn't, which Bow you should give Venti will all depend on which Bow you own, and what build you're going with depending on your preferences.

Lastly, as for artifacts, the simplest choice is to give Venti a Viridescent Venerer set. These are farmable in a domain, simply check your Adventurer Notebook in-game. As always though, the Artifacts' substats are what truly matters, and are the most annoying to perfect, seeing all the RNG in play. Personally speaking, rather than a better resin system or higher gacha drop prates, I'd love to have a system to reroll Artifacts substats. For Venti, I'd suggest prioritizing Artifacts with a lot of Energy Recharge to trigger his Burst as much as possible.

What about Childe?

Childe, also known as Tartaglia, is also a Bow user, but an Hydro Vision user and a DPS character. Long story short, Childe can be one of the best DPS in the game with the right Artifacts, such as the Heart of Depth set. Alongside a Bow such as Rust, a four star Bow whose ability boosts ATK%.

Childe will be the five star featured character of the banner coming after Venti. This will be the second ever banner rerun, as Childe was first available in Ver 1.1.

Moreover, the Childe banner will also have a drop rate boost for new four star character Rosaria. As a four star character, Rosaria will also be added to the permanent standard banner. However, this boost will it easier to pull her. If you want to pull Rosaria, you should wait for the Childe banner.

  • NEW LEAKS: Talents, Skills, Constellations for new Cryo and Claymore character Eula

At the end of the day, keep in mind the most important is playing with the characters you like. Don't pull Venti or Childe simply because you heard guides or YouTubers say they're "broken". Pull them because you like them. Personally speaking, I believe there's objectively no point in pulling additional characters in Genshin Impact after reaching a certain amount of characters. By playing earnestly every day and farming for the right Artifacts, you can clear of all the game's endgame content with the free characters and some of your pulled ones. The only reason to pull should be whether you like the characters or not. I'd also add nothing forces you to play a "support" character as a support either. You want to make Venti into a DPS? Just do it. Remember to have fun, this is what Genshin Impact should be for.

Genshin Impact is available on PC, PS4, PS5 via backward compatibility, and Mobile. The game was also announced on Switch.

Genshin Impact 1.5 Leaks – What Are The New World Bosses And Mobs?

Yan Fei Eula Ascencion materials

The recent leaks from the Genshin Impact 1.5 Private Beta Test included not only information on new characters Eula and Yanfei, but also several details, most notably artwork of at least one new boss and new mobs. Moreover, some of the data for Eula and Yanfei suggested more World Bosses coming soon. Here's what we know, alongside our comments and analysis.

On March 16, one or more player(s) participating in the Genshin Impact 1.5 Private Beta Test leaked several screenshots, which were then shared by several leakers on Twitter.

New boss and enemies revealed in the Genshin 1.5 leaks

First we have these two artwork, one is a new Geo boss Dahak, the other is a new variant of the Abyss Herald.

Right now, the new Archon Quest coming sometime soon in 1.4 will include a story fight against the Abyss Herald Hydro. It looks like the 1.5 Beta has a new version, the Abyss Herald Electro. It's likely boss fights against Abyss Heralds of all seven Elements will be coming in the long run.

Meanwhile, the new Geo boss has a high probability to be linked with the Primo Geovishaps, and the Vishaps and Where to Find Them Event. That event has concluded, but story wise was only an intro for something bigger.

New Ascension Materials hinting at new bosses and mobs

Next up, the leaks of Eula and Yanfei in the 1.5 Beta also included information for Ascension Materials. There are several Materials listed that are not implemented in the game yet: Dragon Lord's Crown, Bloodjade Branch, and Crystalline Bloom.

  • MORE LEAKS – Eula's Skills, Constellation, Talent revealed

Both Dragon Lord's Crown and Bloodjade Branch could be dropping from new bosses or mobs. Moreover, the Crystalline Bloom looks like it could be dropped by an upcoming Cryo cube world boss, which would officially be called the Cryo Hypostasis.

That's everything we know so far. Keep in mind all of this information was not supposed to be made public, and there is no guarantee Eula, Yanfei, new bosses, and everything, will actually be included in the official launch of 1.5. Even if it does, this is content subject to change, so expect things to be different when officially implemented in-game.

Genshin Impact is available on PC, PS4, PS5 via backward compatibility, and Mobile. The game was also announced on Switch.

Genshin Impact 1.5 Leaks – Is Yanfei a DPS? Skills, Talent, Constellations

Genshin Impact 1.5 leaks yanfei gacha artwork mihoyo

The Chinese Private Beta Test for Genshin Impact ver 1.5 has started, and one or more players have already leaked some content, most notably regarding new characters Eula and Yanfei (previously known as Feiyan), with Skills, Talent, and Constellation info. We detailed everything below, courtesy of Honey Impact, alongside our own observations and comments as Genshin specialists.

Genshin Impact 1.5 Leaks – Yanfei Normal Attack, Elemental Skill, Elemental Burst explained

Right now, Yanfei is a four star, Pyro Vision and Catalyst user from Liyue.

Yanfei's Normal Attack / auto is Seal of Approval

With her normal / Auto attack, Yanfei shoots fireballs that deal up to three counts of Pyro DMG. When Yanfei's Normal Attacks hit enemies, they will grant her a single Scarlet Seal. Yanfei may hold a maximum of three Scarlet Seals simultaneously. Each time the effect is triggered, the duration of currently-possessed Scarlet Seals will refresh. Scarlet Seals will also decrease Yanfei's Stamina consumption. Lastly, the Scarlet Seals disappear when Yanfei leaves the field.

Charged Attack: Yanfei consumes Stamina and all her Scarlet Seals to deal AoE Pyro DMG to opponents, after a short casting time. The AoE and DMG scales with the amount of Scarlet Seals consumed.

Plunging Attack: Yanfei turns into a ball of Elemental Energy and deals AoE Pyro DMG on impact.

Overall, it looks like Yanfei's auto has a very similar gameplay scheme as Ningguang.

The Elemental Skill / E that Yanfei uses is Signed Edict.

Pressing the E button: Summons blistering flames that deal AoE Pyro DMG. The enemies hit by the flames will grant Yanfei the maximum number of Scarlet Seals.

Holding the E button: It looks like Yanfei's Elemental Skill only has a tap version, and no hold version. Again, this would be just like Ningguang.

  • MORE LEAKS – Skills, Talent, Constellations for 5 star Cryo and Claymore character Eula.

The Elemental Burst Yanfei uses is Done Deal.

Yanfei triggers a spray of intense flames rushing at nearby enemies, dealing Pyro DMG, granting Yanfei the max amount of Scarlet Seals, and applying to her the Brilliance status. Brilliance grants Yanfei a Scarlet Seal at fixed inervals and increases the DMG of her Charged Attacks. Brilliance has a limited duration, but will also end if Yanfei dies or is switched with another character.

Yanfei's Passive Talents

Encyclopedic Expertise: Displays the location of nearby resources unique to Liyue on the mini-map.

Proviso: When Yanfei consumes Scarlet Seals with a Charged Attack, each Scarlet Seal consumed will increase her Pyro DMG by 5% for 6s. This does not stack, and if the effect is triggered again within the 6s, it will overwrite the previous one.

Xiezhi's Eye: When Yanfei Charged Attacks deal CRIT hits, the Charged Attack will have an AoE Pyro DMG effect equal to 80% of her ATK. This DMG counts as Charged Attack DMG.

Yanfei's Constellations

The Law Knows No Kindness / C1: When Yanfei uses her Charged Attack, each existing Scarlet Seal additionally reduces the Stamina cost of this Charged Attack by 10%, and increases her interruption resistance when casting the Charged Attack.

Right of Final Interpretation / C2: Increases Yanfei's Charged Attack CRIT Rate by 20% against enemies below 50% HP.

Samadhi Fire-Forged / C3: Increases the level of Signed Edict by 3. Max level is 15.

Supreme Amnesty / C4: When Done Deal is triggered: Creates a shield that absorbs up to 75% of Yanfei's Max HP for 15s. This shield absorbs Pyro DMG 250% more efficiently.

Legal Cheat Sheet / C5: Increases the level of Done Deal by 3. Max level is 15.

Extra Clause / C6: Increase the max number of Scarlet Seals by 1.

  • MORE LEAKS – What we know of the Housing system from the 1.5 leaks

Genshin 1.5 Leaks – Seeing her Skills and Talent, Can Yanfei turn into a DPS character?

That's all concerning the Elemental Skills, Talent, Constellations of Yanfei from the Genshin 1.5 leaks. Yanfei as a 4 star character, is definitely weaker than Eula, however this also means she will be easier to obtain. Moreover, similarly with Ningguang, Yanfei should become an incredibly powerful Pyro DPS if used and built well.

Keep in mind this is all leaked info from the Private Closed Beta Test of 1.5, and it's all content that was not supposed to be publicly revealed. Moreover. this is also content subject to change. For example,  it's possible Yanfei could turn into a five star character when officially releasing. Her weapon could change too, etc. None of this is final.

Lastly, while Eula and Yanfei are included in the 1.5 Beta, it doesn't necessarily mean they will be available in the official version of 1.5. BE sure to keep that in mind.

Genshin Impact is available on PC, PS4, PS5 via backward compatibility, and Mobile. The game was also announced on Switch, but has no release date yet.

Genshin 1.5 Leaks – What Are the Talent, Skills, And Constellation of Eula?

Genshin Eula Talent Skills

The Chinese Private Beta Test for Genshin Impact ver 1.5 has started, and several leaks have already happened, most notably concerning new character Eula, with database site Honey Impact listing her Skills, Talent, and Constellation. We have all the details below.

Eula Normal Attack, Elemental Skill, Elemental Burst explained

Currently, Eula is a five star, Cryo and Claymore user from Mondstadt.

Eula's normal attack is Favonius Bladework – Edel.

The normal / auto attack of Eula overall works the same as all Claymore characters. Eula does a five hit combo on tap. Meanwhile, Eula's charged attack consumes Stamina over time to perform continuous slashes, with the final slash dealing higher DMG.

The Elemental Skill / E that Eula uses is Icetide Vortex.

Pressing the E button: Eula does a swift slash, dealing Cryo DMG. When the Skill hits an opponent, Eula gains a stack of Grimheart, which increases her DEF and resistance to interruption. She can have up to two stacks. These stacks can only be gained once every 0.3s.

When charged / holding the E button: Eula slashes forward, dealing AoE Cry DMG to enemies in front of her, and consuming all the Grimheart stacks. Each stack will be converted into an Icewhirl Brand that deals Cryo DMG to nearby enemies, decreasing their Physical RES and Cryo RES. Multiple hits will extend the effect's duration.

  • MORE LEAKS – New character Yanfei / Feiyan design revealed

The Elemental Burst Eula uses is Glacial Illumination.

Eula brandishes her Claymore, dealing Cryo DMG to nearby opponents and creating a Lightfall Sword that follows her for a certain time. Any DMG dealt by Eula using Normal Attacks, Elemental Skill and Burst will charge the Lightfall Sword, which can gain an energy stack every 0.1s. Once its duration ends, the Lightfall Sword will explode and deal Physical DMG scaled with the number of energy stacks accumulated. The Lightfall Sword will explode before its duration ends if Eula dies or is swapped to another character.

This looks like a particularly useful Elemental Burst, and cements Eula as a high burst DPS character, focusing on Physical DMG.

Eula's Passive Talents

Aristocratic Introspection: When Eula crafts Character Talent Materials, she has a 10% chance to receive double the product.

Roiling Rime: If 2 stacks of Grimheart are consumed upon using Icetide VOrtex hold mode, a Lightfall Sword Remnant will be created and explode immediately, dealing 50% of the basic Physical DMG dealt by a Lightfall Sword created by Glacial illumination.

Wellspring of the War-Lust: When Eula's Normal Attacks score CRIT hits, Icetide Vortex's CD will be decreased by 0.3s. This effect can occur once every 0.1s.

Eula's Constellations

Illusion of Light Tide / C1: After consuming Grimheart from the Ice Tide Vortex's effect, Eula's physical DMG is increased by 30% for 6s. Each Grimheart consumed will extend the duration of this buff by 6s. With a limit of 18s.

The Girl of Sea Foam / C2: The CD time for the hold version of Eula's E (10s) is reduced to the same CD amount as the tap version (4s).

Lawrence Pedigree / C3: Increases the level of Glacial illumination by 3. Max level is 15.

The Obstinacy of One's Inferiors / C4: Lightfall Swords deal 25% more DMG against enemies with less than 50% HP.

Chivalric Quality / C5: Increases the level of Icetide Vortex by 3. Max level is 15.

Noble Obligation / C6: Lightfall Swords created by Glacial Illumination start with 5 stacks of energy. Normal Attacks, Elemental Skills, and Elemental Bursts have a 50% chance to grant the Lightfall Sword an additional stack of energy

That's all the information regarding the Skills, Burst, Talent and Constellation for new Genshin Impact character Eula. As always, the Constellations are incredibly powerful, and will reward according whale players who pull Eula several times. Eula definitely looks like a great character if you lack a good Cryo DPS in your team. Eula is also the second Claymore user and Cryo user in the game following Chongyun.

Keep in mind this is all from leaks and subject to change. When Eula will be officially released, it's very likely there will be changes to her Elemental Skill, Burst, Talents, and Constellations.

Genshin Impact is available on PC, PS4, PS5 via backward compatibility, and Mobile. The game was also announced on Switch, but has no release date yet.

Credits to dimbreathjr for the feature image of Eula.

Fortnite Wolves: Where to Find and How to Tame a Wolf in Chapter 2 Season 6

happy hamlet

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 launched today and it added a whole slew of changes and new additions. Among other things, wolves in Fortnite are one of the biggest additions.

There have been plenty of changes to Fortnite as Chapter 2 Season 6 launched. From new characters to more fish options, the game is going crazy this season and we're totally here for it.

Fortnite: Primal added hostile wolves that, with enough convincing, can also be an asset to your team. Here's everything you need to know about how to locate and tame the wolves.

Where to Find Fortnite Wolves

Because they're so new to the game, some of the information here might be a little bit off. As new info comes out about wolf spawn points make sure to let us know in the comments. Currently, it seems like wolves tend to spawn in packs of three to four in the wooded areas throughout the map. In our experience, it seems like they tend to be in forest areas near the many mountains in the game, but because they wander around the map, they're not always so simple to locate.

Make sure to listen for barking and growling as that is a pretty clear indicator that a pack of wolves is around.

How to Tame Fortnite Wolves

Before you even start searching the island for a wolf to tame, you're going to need some food to give it. The wolves prefer to eat meat, so if you manage to kill a boar, chicken, or frog bring its remains with you on the hunt. You can also do some fishing, but that requires a fishing rod and some time that you may not have because of the Storm.

Grab some meat and start searching in the areas mentioned above. After a little searching and some luck, you should find yourself in contact with a wolf. Be careful as they'll attack you on sight. Once you've found one, drop the food on the ground near it. The wolf should come to start inspecting the food after blue 'searching' waves come out of its head. Once it starts eating, run over to it and hit the button that comes up to tame it. You'll have to be quick because as soon as it's done eating, it'll go right back to attacking you.

Once you've hit "tame," some hearts should pop out of the animal's head indicating that it's friendly to you. Your wolf has its own health bar, so keep an eye on that in battle as once it's gone, the wolf will die and cannot be revived.

Genshin Impact 1.5 Leaks – What's The Housing System And Furniture Shop?

Genshin Impact housing system

The private beta test for Genshin Impact Ver 1.5 has launched, and as usual, several leaks have been revealed – in particular, we learned that the housing system previously teased by miHoYo is included in the Beta. Alongside a new shop to buy furniture blueprints. Here's what we know from the leaks.

What's the housing system from the 1.5 leaks?

On March 16, Genshin Impact leaks sharers on Twitter published  screenshots that were leaked by one or several players of the Chinese private beta test for 1.5. Some of the screenshots most notably focus on the housing system, which will allow players to own and decorate their own house in-game.

The first screenshot shows a brand new shop, which sells blueprints of furniture to craft and use in the housing system. Note that the shop uses a brand new currency. We don't know yet if players will be able to freely place furniture in their houses. Or if furniture items are automatically placed after crafting. It's also unclear how to obtain the new currency.

Next, we have a screenshot of a new feature which we'll temporarily call the bird companion. This most notably lets you teleport to the house. From that, we can speculate that the house owned by players is not on the world map itself, but on a separate map, similar to Domains.

  • NEW CHARACTER – Yanfei character design revealed through leaks

What's the release date for the housing system in Genshin Impact?

All of this is from leaks, and has no official release date yet. So far, Genshin Impact updates happened every six weeks. Version 1.4 is launching on March 17 (March 16 for ET). Moreover, all updates so far happened on Wednesdays. As such, it's possible Genshin Impact version 1.5 will launch on April 28, with the housing system.

However, keep in mind that in the past, some of the content included in the Private Beta of a specific version was not included in the official launch of said version. As such, it's possible the housing system will actually not be included in the official release of Ver 1.5. Even if it is included, don't forget all content and information leaked is subject to change. It's possible the housing system, the furniture shop, and the companion bird, will all be different in the official release.

Genshin Impact is available on PC, PS4, PS5 via backward compatibility, and Mobile. The game was also announced on Switch, but has no release date yet.

Why Was Twitch Streamer Aydan Banned From Warzone?

aydan banned

It looks like one of the world's most popular Call of Duty streamers, Aydan, has been banned from Warzone. But what was the reason? We've put together everything there is to know with the ban situation, and if Aydan will be able to play again.

Aydan was recently in the news for breaking a world record in Warzone, after racking up an insane amount of kills in a game of Quads. Aydan and his three other teammates managed to rack up a mind boggling 150 kills in a single game, but there was some controversy to go with it. The team were actually placed in a skill bracket MUCH lower than theirs, meaning they were essentially just pub stomping.

Who Is Aydan?

Aydan Conrad is a Twitch streamer and content creator who is best known for his Fortnite and Call of Duty content. After beginning his career in content creation back in 2017, he has quickly become one of the biggest names around.

Aydan has over 1 million subscribers on Youtube, and over 2 million followers on Twitch.

Why Was Aydan Banned From Warzone?

UPDATE: It looks like the reason for Aydan's Warzone ban has been revealed, the whole thing was actually a stunt by the Twitch streamer. Aydan is currently teasing potentially signing with a new esports organisation, and this was his way of keeping all eyes on him, bravo!

On March 16, Aydan was streaming Warzone and even competing in an on-going tournament, when all of a sudden he was kicked from the game and greeted with the message "Account Permenantly Banned" and could only select "Return to desktop". Of course, Aydan had absolutely no idea why he was banned, and neither did the rest of his stream.

So, when you're one of the most popular content creators around, how do you just get banned from Warzone? Well, it looks like it may have been a simple mistake. Earlier today (March 16, 2021), Raven Software took to Twitter to announce they had released a fresh ban wave for Warzone, meaning anyone that was suspected of cheating by Raven will have been instantly banned.

https://twitter.com/RavenSoftware/status/1371885092390440961

It's rare, but there have previously been reports of incorrect bans when a new ban wave is enforced. So, it's likely that Aydan was extremely unlucky and was simply banned incorrectly.

Of course, there's no official reason as to why Raven banned Aydan, and there is a possibility that he was in fact cheating to some degree. But we believe this is highly unlikely, when you stream the game to thousands of viewers, you wouldn't want to risk being caught and your career being tarnished.

What Next?

Well, Aydan didn't end his stream after the ban, he actually pulled up a game of Chess to pass the time, before moving onto the new season of Fortnite.

When you've got as many followers as Aydan, he'll likely have contacts at Raven or Activision and will have the issue resolved in due course. We'll make sure to keep you updated as the situation becomes clearer.
