     The best Warzone UGR loadout

Are you searching for the best UGR loadout in Warzone Pacific? This powerful Warzone gun is quickly becoming one of the best SMGs in Warzone, so here's how to build your setup to get the most from it.

The UGR is a new Black Ops Cold War gun; it has a solid fire rate and high accuracy, making it a worthy contender among the best Warzone guns. You want to use the UGR at close range, but it can span a good distance due to its accuracy, although it does suffer with a low mag size. You can improve this by using Explosive Flechettes which deal explosive damage on impact - though we don't recommend using this ammo type, unless you're carrying throwing knives to finish off downed players. So what is the best UGR loadout in Warzone?

The UGR is now available to players in Warzone and it's simple to unlock, you just need to use an SMG to kill an enemy while a UAV plane is out in 15 different matches. As this is a Cold War gun, you don't need to use as many attachments as Vanguard weapons, so here's how to build the best UGR Warzone loadout.

The best Warzone Pacific Kilo 141 loadout

Looking for the best Warzone Kilo 141 loadout? There are a couple of contenders for the title of best assault rifle in Warzone, but few would suggest that the Kilo 141 is worth piling into your best Warzone loadout drop. However, if you pick the right attachments for the job then this maligned AR can perform like one of the best Warzone guns.

The base version of the Kilo 141 is a pretty solid weapon in Warzone, falling just shy of the M4A1 in Warzone in terms of DPS, but outpacing the ever popular Warzone Grau. Use our best Warzone Kilo 141 loadout to try out a versatile array of potential attachments, including a tempting 100-round drum mag. This obviously slows the AR's aim down sight speed significantly, but with a few ADS buffing attachments you can get the ammo capacity of an LMG without the abysmal 'gun ready' time.

We've got a couple of Kilo 141 loadouts for you to try out, one with the drum mag, and another Kilo build that could rival the best assault rifles in the game.

Genshin Impact Yelan team – the best team composition

Want to know the best Yelan team in Genshin Impact? Yelan is a new Genshin Impact character joining the anime game, possibly in the Genshin Impact 2.7 update, and is a five star Hydro bow user. Once you've collected Yelan's ascension materials, you should be ready to fight against the strongest opponents the open-world game has to offer.

In order to maximise your damage output using this new five star character, you need to assemble the best Genshin Impact Yelan team. Fortunately, Hydro characters are easy to pair up with thanks to their Genshin Impact elemental reactions which can be triggered effortlessly.

Since Yelan hasn't been released yet and everything we know so far is a result of the most recent beta, some of this could be subject to change. If the leaks end up coming to the full game though, Yelan has the potential to earn a high spot on our Genshin Impact tier list. Make sure you're up to speed on Yelan's abilities, and let's take a look at everything you need to know about the best Yelan team composition.

Valorant 4.09 patch notes – Chamber nerf, Fade tweaks

The latest Valorant 4.09 patch notes are here. As we've seen from the recent PBE, they feature a significant Chamber nerf – in particular, towards his Trademark ability. The new agent Fade has also received some quality-of-life tweaks, and you'll soon be able to transfer the lead of your party easier.

Out of all the Valorant agents and abilities, Chamber's Trademark trap can be one of the most equally useful and troublesome powers in the FPS game. Basically, it lets the player place a trap that casts a slow-down field on an enemy after a short countdown. Its power cost is low, making it an all-around helpful ability. A little too useful, in fact.

As Riot describes, Trademark "outperforms other Sentinel tools in both reliability and power", so the team is nerfing it. Trademark charges are reduced from two to just one, the power cost is upped to 200 from 150, and it's louder now too. "This should mean Chamber will have to make a choice based on if he wants to play selfishly around his Trademark, or place it to help his teammates instead."

Gotham Knights gameplay is more RPG, less Batman Arkham

13 minutes of brand new Gotham Knights gameplay reveals our first proper look at Nightwing and Red Hood in action in the anticipated superhero game - as well as details on the first DLC, and a play style that seems more RPG game than Batman Arkham Knight.

Three months after the release date reveal and eight months after the game was last shown off, the latest Gotham Knights trailer reveals a good chunk of both Nightwing and Red Hood gameplay - as well as the UI and various details that make it look more action-RPG than fans may expect.

While the characters move in a quick manner similar to the Batman Arkham games, they also have health bars (and health kits) and special abilities that can be activated - like a neutralising bomb that Red Hood can attach to enemies or Nightwing's cryo attack. There's also better gear to pick up and even item crafting - players gather resources by defeating enemies and can head to a workshop in The Belfry base to craft things like new skins and mods.

The best war games on PC

Which war games are worth your time? It's a tricky question to answer since war is sort of the default here in the world of PC gaming. Nevertheless, we've chosen some highlights from quality war games on PC for your persual, from calmer free-to-play options, to serious strategy games that cover some of history's most serious conflicts. This means a range of genres and game types, so hopefully they'll be something here for everyone below.

Diablo Immortal devs show off new zone and dungeon

Blizzard is showing off some of Diablo Immortal's zones and dungeons before lunch to drum up the excitement. Some may appear familiar from previous blogs or the closed beta, though the most recent one is entirely new. Now that we know that Diablo Immortal is coming to PC, it's worth checking out what's on the way.

The latest zone to be revealed is the Realm of Damnation. Blizzard describes it as the "personal hell" of a demon lord called Skarn, who likes to repeatedly "play judge, jury, and executioner". Little is known about him. After the defeat of the Prime Evils in Diablo II, war erupted in hell though it's left as a mystery whether Skarn grabbed land by raising an army or merely taking advantage of the chaos.

"What is clear about Skarn is his abiding interest in humanity," narrative designer Ryan Quinn says. "In just a few years, he has gathered a massive cult of followers who tempt and deceive to swell their ranks among the Western Kingdoms. The power of creation is nearly at their disposal."

The best ZRG 20mm Warzone Pacific loadout

Want to know what the best ZRG loadout is in Warzone? The ZRG 20mm is a sniper rifle designed to take out enemies from great distances, much further than the likes of the best Kar98k loadout and best Pelington 703 loadout. This weapon comes stocked with just three bullets per magazine, but each bullet is capable of downing an enemy from a single upper torso hit.

Warzone Pacific Season 3 has altered the way sniper rifles work by introducing a number of key buffs to this underutilised weapon class. The best Warzone ZRG loadout received plenty of improvements, including a huge boost to its max damage range, the ability to one-shot to the head at any range, and a head damage multiplier buff.

You will first need to unlock the ZRG to use it in Warzone and Cold War. We highly recommend pairing the ZRG with one of the best SMGs in Warzone to protect yourself against flanking attacks. Here's everything you need to build the best ZRG loadout in Warzone.

Turn-based RPGs – the best tactical RPGs on PC 2022

So you want to know about turn-based RPGs? While this list may have a lot in common with our guide to the best RPG games, tactical RPGs tend to focus more on squad-based combat and have roots in the classic tabletop RPGs of old. Games in this niche are often turn-based strategy games, though to make the distinction relevant we're focusing on games with more pronounced RPG features.

Turn-based RPGs are less about the story itself, and more about how your character(s) evolve over time as they interact with the narrative. The nature of progression and the choices you can make means that your abilities and journey may never quite be the same across multiple playthroughs, and unlike traditional RPGs there are more tools focused on tracking these changes and evolution over time. They're also about offering really robust combat mechanics and making best use of your squad as a team working towards a common goal.

Whether you're saving the entire planet or guiding a band of misfits around in a struggle for survival, there are plenty of great options available, so let's take a look at some of the best turn-based RPGs on PC.

     Elden Ring dev is

Elden Ring developer FromSoftware is apparently "actively working" on a Dark Souls PvP fix, with the goal of bringing the RPG game's servers back online "as soon as possible" - according to publisher Bandai Namco, at least.

Back in January, there was some panic in the Dark Souls multiplayer community as a new security exploit was discovered that, reportedly, could let hackers take over a user's PC - all through playing Dark Souls III PvP and having the hacker invade the user's game. Bandai Namco took action and "temporarily deactivated" all Dark Souls servers on PC, for all three games in the series, and made sure that the exploit wasn't present in Elden Ring.

Now, four months after the servers were shut down, a concerned player on Reddit got in touch with the publisher and was told that "the developers are actively working on resolving the issue" - with the goal of "re-launching the Dark Souls servers for PC as soon as possible". The bad news is that Bandai Namco still doesn't have an estimate of when this will actually happen.

League of Legends patch 12.9 notes – Taliyah update, EDG skins

The League of Legends patch 12.9 notes are starting to make their way onto the Public Beta Environment (PBE). While LoL patch 12.8 has just gone live, we already have a good idea of what Riot Games is working on next for the popular MOBA game.

While you wait for new content to populate the PBE, you've got plenty to check out in League of Legends' latest patch. Riot has overhauled Swain's kit to make him a more attractive pick in the current meta, while 18 other champions have also been tweaked. If you're looking for some more visual flair, Riot has added a lovely batch of Solar and Lunar Eclipse skins for Kayle, Sejuani, Sivir, Aatrox, and Senna.

While patch 12.9 is still in the earlier stages of development, you've got plenty to eyeball. Riot is working on a mid-scope update for Taliyah that'll be just as extensive as Swain's rework. You've also got several new High Noon skins for the likes of Katarina, Leona, and more that make the champions look like gothic vampire hunters. If that isn't your style, Riot has also added some icy skins to honour esports outfit Edward Gaming's 2021 World Championship.

Minecraft-like Hydroneer update overhauls co-op and vehicles

Minecraft effectively spawned an entire sub-genre of sandbox games where you were let loose in a world you could shape as you like by digging, building, and crafting. If you're after a bit of sandbox escapism like Minecraft, Hydroneer update 2.0 launched yesterday - and it's the "biggest update we've ever made", according to the developers.

Hydroneer isn't as complex as Minecraft, as rather than tasking you with travelling through different dimensions, you just need to make money. Head out into the world and look for gold, sell fish you catch, and earn cash however you can manage. As with many of these building games, it starts off simple enough, but things ramp up as you buy new machinery and create your own mining operations.

The latest update, Hydroneer 2.0, adds in hundreds of new items, a "complete rework" of the codebase to make things more stable, an overhauled vehicle system - including the patch note that "trucks no longer fly off into the atmosphere" - and even the first iteration of multiplayer via splitscreen and Steam Remote Play. It's worth noting that some users are saying the multiplayer is a bit janky at the moment, but it doesn't seem to be the case across the board.

I'm not really a superhero guy, but I'd say Batman is my favourite of the bunch. He's gruff and edgy and wears a cape well. He's also dead – in open-world action RPG Gotham Knights, at least. "Gah", was my initial reaction, but that's changed to "Oh well" having seen 13 minutes of new gameplay footage showing Night Wing and Red Hood stick it to some thugs. What about four-player co-op? Nope, sorry; it's confirmed only to be two-player, as that's what Batman would've wanted.

Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising is a bit of a weird one. Originally conceived as a Kickstarter stretch goal for Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, the next JRPG from Suikoden creator Yoshitaka Murayama, this smaller, more action-focused RPG has become both an official prequel to Hundred Heroes and a kind of intermediate stop-gap designed to tide players over until the main event next year. Focusing on the back stories of just a handful of the titular hundred you'll be meeting in Rabbit & Bear Studios' spiritual successor to Suikoden (the first of which memorably had a whopping 108 recruitable party members), Rising has the air of almost required reading for players eager to return to the lavish, retro worlds Murayama built his name on.

May 2022 Nintendo Indie World Showcase Will Appear This Week

Time to learn about more indie games. On May 11, 2022, a Nintendo Indie World Showcase will appear. People can tune in to learn about games heading to the Nintendo Switch at 7 a.m. PT/10 p.m. ET/4 p.m. CET/11 p.m. JST. The official site also has the video folks can bookmark ahead of its debut. All regions will show one, with even the Japanese Twitter account noting it.

Here's where you can watch the Indie World Showcase tomorrow.

As expected, we already know about how long the presentation will last. It will be about 20 minutes long. No titles were confirmed. However, all past Indie World streams all involved at least one shadowdrop game that appeared on the eShop later that day. For example, the Chicory Switch port was a December 2021 installment shadowdrop.

We do have a general idea about some titles that could appear this time around. During the December 2021 one, games like Afterlove EP, Aliisha, and Omori could get actual release dates. In the case of Omori, physical copy pre-orders already suggested a June 2022 release window. We could also learn more about anticipated titles like Hollow Knight: Silksong. However, the April showcases also tend to offer an idea of what people could end up seeing for the rest of the year.

The May 2022 Nintendo Indie World showcase will be held at 7 a.m. PT/10 p.m. ET/4 p.m. CET on May 11, 2022.

PS3 and Vita - new updates in May 2022 removed PSN account management

The PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita received new system software updates that further reduced online account features. The updates brought the PS3 and Vita versions up to 4.89 and 3.74, respectively. However, the new versions lack several features related to PSN account management.

The new system updates removed the ability to create and manage PlayStation Network accounts from the PS3 and Vita. The updates also added a compulsory device password input for users to sign in to PlayStation Network. In the patch notes, Sony recommended that legacy console users use a PC or mobile device to manage their accounts. Its newer consoles, the PlayStation 4 and 5, also still retain the account management features.

Sony originally planned to completely shut down the PS3 and Vita's digital storefronts in 2021. However, it reversed the decision after receiving user feedback, and the PS3 and Vita stores are still available as of this writing.

Regardless of the above, the company is still gradually reducing features on the legacy consoles. In October 2021, it removed PayPal and credit card payment methods which also affected the availability of CERO Z-rated games in Japan. In early April 2022, PS3 and Vita users reported a PlayStation Network bug that caused several game licenses' expiry date to revert to 1970.

Final Fantasy XIV Tea Emote

Square Enix has released a new Final Fantasy XIV emote through the Final Fantasy XIV Online Store. Players can now drink tea with the use of this new Final Fantasy XIV emote. It is available to purchase for $7.00. Purchasing the emote will grant the player the "Ballroom Etiquette - The Tea" item, which they can redeem on a single character. If a player wishes to have this emote on more than one character, they will need to purchase it again.

Additionally, Square Enix has released a short demonstration video, which shares how the Final Fantasy XIV tea drinking emote will appear in-game. The video reveals that players can use the emote standing or sitting. An example shows several characters gathered around a table drinking cups of piping hot tea. You can watch the video below.

This includes outfits previously exclusive to NPCs like Alphinaud and Alisaie Leveilleur. Other outfits players can purchase include the Omega-F and Omega-M attire.

Tales of Luminaria End of Service

Bandai Namco has announced that Tales of Luminaria will end service on July 20, 2022. The developers thank players for their time spent with the mobile title. Paid currency purchases will be suspended starting on June 7, 2022. However, consumers can use any paid currency they've acquired until the end of service. Additionally, the developers are considering creating a "digital archive" of sorts where players can look at costumes, illustrations, and designs. More information about this will appear sometime in the future.

The developers also released a separate statement concerning the continuation of the story. While the main story will not see a conclusion, and some characters will not be receiving a second episode, the developers will release a special episode instead. "Episode Final" is a story that will take place before the events that occurred in the Tales of Luminaria anime, Tales of Luminaria: Fateful Crossroad.

The title was released for mobile devices on November 4, 2021. It featured a story centering on 21 different characters, detailing the paths of their lives and how they would eventually intersect. Subsequent updates added quality of life features to the game such as waist equipment slots for attachments and Japanese and English dual audio options.

Tales of Luminaria is available for Android and iOS devices, but will end service on July 20, 2022.

Pokemon Legends Arceus Sales

Sales for Pokemon Legends: Arceus have reached 12.64 million units worldwide. This includes digital and physical sales of the title. This information comes from a Nintendo financial report, which details the sales history of the title. It goes on to mention that Pokemon Legends: Arceus sold over 11.4 million copies worldwide within a ten-week period. In February 2021, Nintendo also shared that sales for Pokemon Legends: Arceus within its first week had the title sitting at 6.5 million units.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus is a new take on the traditional Pokemon formula. Players explore zones and can capture Pokemon by directly throwing Pokeballs at them. Battles still exist in a similar capacity, but players are also tasked with avoiding dangerous attacks when approaching wild Pokemon. Additionally, it features crafting mechanics that allow players to directly create any resources they use, including Pokeballs and other consumables.

The way players collect information on Pokemon has also changed in this title. Instead of capturing a single Pokemon to fill out an entry, players need to complete extra requirements to fill out their Pokedex. These can include capturing Pokemon of a specific size or capturing a set amount of the same Pokemon.

Pokemon Legends: Arceus is available worldwide on Nintendo Switch.

According to a Nintendo financial report, Bayonetta 3 is still scheduled to release in 2022. Information about the title has remained relatively scarce since its initial announcement, with an extended trailer for the title, which included gameplay, appearing in September 2021. Shortly after the reveal of this trailer, PlatinumGames Executive Director Hideki Kamiya stated that Bayonetta 3 would remain a Nintendo Switch exclusive unless Nintendo decided otherwise.

Announced in 2017, updates regarding the development of Bayonetta 3 would appear sporadically. In 2020, Kamiya reiterated several times that the game had not been cancelled. Further updates revealed that development on the title was progressing relatively well. However, while Bayonetta 3 is expected to release sometime in 2022, a concrete release date has yet to be shared. That said, one should appear in the future, which will give consumers a clearer idea of when the title will eventually launch.

Bayonetta 3 is an entirely new installment in the series. In the September 2021 trailer, consumers are given a look at the titular character's latest outfit, along with several demons that will be appearing in the game. A majority of the trailer features a look at gameplay, with a key demonstration being a fight between Bayonetta and a demon.

Bayonetta 3 is in development and will release for the Nintendo Switch sometime in 2022.
