This week I walked through woods shining with snowbells, and my heart soared. And oh, when I saw that crocuses are out in the local park too? Absolute joy. The greatest of thanks to the park gardeners who plant those so we know that spring is coming, please, hold on just a little longer, enjoy these flowers and know that spring is coming. It's an Unforgivable Curse, one that is used to mind control a hapless opponent into doing your bidding. This is a nifty ability that causes your target to change completely, turning them into an inanimate object. As you explore the castle, you'll reach a section near the Headmaster's Office. There's a curious-looking door with many locks, but you can't seem to do anything with it. One of these can be found in the Clock Tower, a section of the castle that has mysterious mechanical doorways. Here's our Hogwarts Legacy guide to help you solve the Clock Tower puzzle so you can open the doors. Note: For more information, check out our Hogwarts Legacy guides and features hub. Hogwarts Legacy Clock Tower puzzle guide To solve the Clock Tower puzzle in Hogwarts Legacy, you're going to need the following spells: Glacius, Confringo, and Alohomora. The reason for this is due to the puzzle mechanics. Basically, there are four symbols seen just above the giant clock's hand/pendulum. The doors will only remain open if the clock stops right in front or very close to their respective symbol. That's why you need Glacius to freeze the mechanism, and Confringo in case you need to unfreeze it (though the effect will wear off after several seconds). Alohomora, meanwhile, is necessary to open a couple of locked doors.... |
