10 Anime You Must Watch Before You Die
When it comes to determining the 10 anime series to watch before you die, I tried to broaden the spectrum and focus on series that are seemingly completed or at least have a fair bit to watch. In addition, I wanted to focus on various genres from action to romance to more depressing works. While not perfect, these are series that I think will impress and appeal to the most people at once.
I also tried to focus mainly on more recent anime since many people already know about the classics like Akira, Clannad, Cowboy Bebop, and Naruto. Without further ado, here are the 10 anime series I recommend to everyone to try:

InZOI Studio and Krafton have released the system requirements you'll need to play upcoming life simulation game, inZOI. It's obviously more taxing than The Sims 4 (which InZOI Studio and Krafton do not view as a direct competitor), but time will tell how it fares with mods and extended gameplay time. [Thanks, Resetera!]
The minimum system requirements you need to play inZOI are:
You will also need an Internet connection to play the game. Again, these are the minimum requirements. A more powerful machine will let you see the world of inZOI with much better quality, as well as smoother animations and the like.
Here is a video comparing the game's graphics using different specs:
As mentioned earlier, inZOI asks more of your machine than The Sims 4, which is the latest entry in the genre-defining series. However, The Sims tends to falter after long game sessions and mods due to poor optimization. We will have to wait until the finished product comes out to see if inZOI will have a similar issue. The higher minimum specs do mean that players with much weaker machines cannot play this game, which may present another problem in its own right.
inZOI will enter early access on March 28, 2025 for the Windows PC. It will also come out for the PS5 and Xbox Series X at a later date.

Capcom will release three cute plush toys of classic monsters from the Resident Evil series. Each doll will cost 1100 JPY ($7.40) and you can get a toy of HUNK, a Licker, or a Cerberus.
These are part of the "Capcorom" line of dolls, which feature the character in question lying down on their stomach like a Tsum-Tsum. Though you can tell which doll is what creature, Capcom redesigned them to look cuter than they appear in their home game. They still retain their horror elements, though. You can see the open sores of the Resident Evil Cerberus plush, as well as the exposed brain of the Licker. These Resident Evil dolls will come out on March 15, 2025 in Japan, and you'll be able to get them in Capcom stores around Japan.
Cerberus and Licker are iconic monsters from the Resident Evil series. The Cerberus is specifically the "zombie dog" that you encounter in the first game, as the Arklay Laboratory created it. Meanwhile, the Licker is a dangerous enemy that debuted in the second game. As for HUNK, he's an Umbrella operative who's appeared in multiple games throughout Resident Evil. He usually appears in mini-games or alternate gameplay modes, rather than the main story.
The Capcorom dolls of the Cerberus, Licker, and HUNK from Resident Evil will appear in Japan from March 15, 2025.

Kadokawa released a book that aims to use Minecraft to teach children how to clean up after themselves and improve their organization skills. The book, which loosely translates to Level Up With Fun Learning: Minecraft - Cleaning on Your Own, costs 1210 JPY ($8.15), and you can find it in bookstores around Japan. There's no word regarding a worldwide release yet. [Thanks, Dengeki Online!]
The book combines charts and manga, along with familiar Minecraft characters, to make it easier for children to learn how to read about cleaning and organization. There are also some activities to "game-ify" chores and turn it into a game. For example, one of the pages shows a chart that'll let you know what type of cleaner you are based off your habits and personality. All the "type" names draw from Minecraft, such as the Slime type and the Enderman type. Another one shows a picture of a messy table, with the game asking for kids to find three "bad spots" about the table that they absolutely have to fix.

Retired competitive figure skater, Akiko Suzuki, who had worked on the choreography in figure skating anime Medalist, helped to develop the Ice on the Edge game. Aside from her recent work in figure skating media, Suzuki won multiple medals between 2007 and 2011 (including gold at the 2013 Japan Figure Skating Championships. She also appeared at the 2010 and 2014 Winter Olympics. [Thanks, Famitsu!]
According to director Yasuhara, no one on the 10-people development team knew much of anything (or had any interest) in figure skating prior to working on the game. Like how MAPPA hired Kenji Miyamoto to come up with the programs for Yuri!!! On Ice, Melpot asked Suzuki to create choreography for the characters you raise in Ice on the Edge. She also gave advice on cool moves the game could incorporate, as well as which skaters they should use for reference.
As a note, the staff did not use motion capture for any of the figure skating animations. Rather, they animated everything by hand. This is to reduce costs. However, the lack of a motion actor allowed them to include the difficult jumps and spins that Suzuki suggested.
Ice on the Edge is an upcoming simulation game in which you play as a coach to figure skaters. Similar to games like Umamusume: Pretty Derby or the Idolmaster series, you need to raise parameters and teach your figure skater moves or skills they can use in their program. Changing the skater's outfit can also alter their skills, and each song will have a specific order of elements. Your job will be to choose which techniques best match the song, while also making sure your skater has enough stamina to successfully pull off the various moves.
Ice on the Edge will come out in 2026 for the Windows PC via Steam.

As part of the Fields of Mistria March 2025 update, people could choose a pet to live on their farm, and new trailer shows off what it's like to get a cat. The video goes through the whole process, which also includes customization that lets you choose what the kitten will look like.
The trailer notes that this process begins with a "dream" that happens after the player goes to sleep one night. They will get to envision the animal first. There are then 12 cat and 12 dog options to choose from, each with different color schemes. After you choose one, you can name it and select its gender. It is also possible to select a randomized name. The pet cat then appears outside the house the next morning and walks right into the home to move in.
Like other animals in Fields of Mistria, a cat has an affection and relationship gauge affected by petting it every day. You can also choose a "job" for it. In the video, the options for a kitten are to collect forageables, stone, or wood. Once you choose one of those options, you can see the animal in the wild "working." When it arrives home each evening, it will share what it found. In this case, the video shows it returning with three stones.
Here's the full Fields of Mistria pet cat trailer.
NPC Studio often introduces Fields of Mistria features with short trailers. It's how we saw Elsie's gift advice ahead of that ability's launch. A preview of the Animal Festival, which happens every winter in-game, came up too. The Lava Caves mine biome was shown off too.
Fields of Mistria is available on PCs via Steam in early access right now, and the March 2025 patch added a cat as a pet option.

Blizzard have released a new article looking at how interior decoration will work in WoW's upcoming Player Housing system. The hotly anticipated feature is expected to arrive with the Midnight expansion, which currently has no release date but is expected to be shown off sometime in Summer, 2025.
The interior decoration system will work in two modes, which players can freely switch between. Basic mode will allow you to place objects that snap to walls or ceilings, with collision as you might expect. Advanced mode however, will allow for more freedom in decorating by turning collision off and letting players freely resize, rotate, and elevate objects as they wish.
The article includes several short videos showing work-in-progress builds of the system on both control modes. It also gives some examples of how the team has used the advanced mode, such as using paint buckets as spice jars on a kitchen shelf or a bed to make a boat's prow. Additionally, players will be able to recolor some of the interior decoration objects made specifically for WoW's new Player Housing, but legacy objects made previously may be less customizable.
Late last year, Blizzard announced the return of the Plunderstorm battle royale mode alongside a new zone called Siren Isle. More recently, we saw the launch of The War Within Season 2 which brought a variety of new mounts and delves.
WoW's Player Housing system is expected to launch alongside the Midnight expansion, which does not currently have a release date. World of Warcraft: The War Within is immediately available for PC and Mac.

The official Genshin Impact social media account announced that HoYoVerse will recast Showtaro Morikubo, who was slated to appear again in his role as the voice actor for Ifa. Though the official account did not give a specific reason, some are speculating it's because of his appearance in the reading of Inochigake no Shougen. That is based on a book that highlights the Chinese government's treatment of the Uyghur people.
The announcement from HoYoVerse only stated that it would recast Morikubo in Genshin Impact for "various reasons." It apologized for all the trouble this will cause affiliated parties and players. It asked for everyone's understanding at the end of the statement.
While there hasn't been any confirmation as to what happened behind the scenes, a lot of the interactions on the announcement have pointed to Morikubo's appearance in the August 2024 live reading of Inochigake no Shougen. This is based on the book of the same title by Tomomi Shimizu. It's about the Chinese treatment of the Uyghur ethnic group in the Xinjiang region, and it includes testimonies from Uyghurs who survived the government's persecution. Speculation online revolves around the main Chinese branch of HoYoVerse pressuring for the Japanese side to recast Morikubo due to his appearance in this reading. This is only a theory, though. Morikubo and other parties have not confirmed the reason behind his departure.
Showtaro Morikubo is a veteran voice actor and singer who first appeared in Genshin Impact as Ifa in late 2024. Some of Morikubo's more prominent roles in other media include Yosuke in Persona 4, Makishima in Yowamushi Pedal, Shikamaru in Naruto, and Okita in the Hakuouki series. He also has a singing career separate from his work as a voice actor.
Genshin Impact is readily available on the PS4, PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices.

The time and date for the 5.5 Genshin Impact Special Program is here, and we'll be able to watch details about the new additions on March 14, 2025. It will air at 5am PT/8am ET, as usual. HoYoVerse also confirmed it will appear on both Twitch and YouTube.
The 5.0 series of updates all pretty much focused on the new Natlan region and its storyline. Some of the events took place there as well, and it meant more characters from that place. This holds true for 5.5. However, one of the hosts for this latest showcase seems to be Yumemizuki Mizuki, an Inazuma character who showed up in 5.4.
We do know two of the characters who will debut in Genshin Impact 5.5 already. It's more people from Natlan. They are a master and student duo. Iansan is the Pilgrimage Victors Academy coach, and Varesa is her prized student. Both of them will be Electro characters. However, we don't know what their rank will be, so it is uncertain if they are both five-stars or if one is a four-star unit.
At the moment, two rerun banners are active in Genshin Impact. People can get the five-stars Furina and Wriothesley. Both debuted after the Fontaine region appeared, and Furina was the Archon for the region.
Genshin Impact is available for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, PC, and mobile devices, and the 5.5 Special Program airs at on March 14, 2024. The 5.5 patch is expected to arrive on March 25, 2025.

Here are the stats and effects of the new gears in ZZZ 1.7 at level 60 and rank 1:
Vivian's signature W-Engine
Vivian's W-Engine is pretty good since it provides a lot of Anomaly Proficiency bonus from both its second stat and passive effect.

Hugo's signature W-Engine
Hugo's signature W-Engine also appears to be very strong. The second stat gives a CRIT Rate bonus, while the passive effect significantly boosts the CRIT DMG bonus of Hugo's [EX Special Skill], [Chain Attack], or [Ultimate] after he deals Ice DMG to enemies. The bonus increases even more when he hits enemies in a Daze state.
The data is from the beta, so the stats and effects of the W-Engines might change upon official release of the update.

While most Elemental Swords take a while to acquire, the Fire Sword is one of the quickest and easiest to obtain. However, you'll still need to uncover its secretive Easter Eggs, especially for those not using Directed Mode. Here's how to unlock the Fire Dragon Sword in BO6 Zombies.
Table of contents
How to unlock Fire Sword in BO6 Zombies
For a brief overview of how to get the Fire Sword in Black Ops 6 Zombies, follow these steps in the Citadelle des Morts map:
All Elemental Swords require you to wait until Round 10, allowing you to pick up Stamps. Use the Stamp to grab the base version of the Dragon Sword with the compatible Statue.
![]()
You must upgrade the Dragon Bastard Sword to attach the fire element. To do this, use the tool with the Dragon Statue, which is found inside the room with the Jugger-Nog perk. The goal here is to place three flames inside the Dragon Statue. Find one of the braziers around the Citadelle des Morts map to acquire the flame.
![]()
You'll trigger a fiery state that slowly depletes your health. Use Melee attacks on zombies to replenish health. Purple-glowing zombies will spawn on the pathway back to the Dragon Statue, so ensure to target them to avoid being downed. Repeat this process with the other braziers until the Dragon Statue gives you the sword.
All Fire Sword Brazier Locations
You'll discover three braziers at the entrance of the castle and near the spawn point. Here's a sneak peek into all their map locations:
![]()
Since the braziers can be tricky to spot, let's break down all of them.
Brazier Location 1
![]()
Travel to the cannon (F4 coordinates) near the castle's entrance. Look to the left to spot one of the braziers near the oil trap.
Brazier Location 2
![]()
Head to the Dead Shot Daquiri Perk machine (E7 coordinates) to locate a brazier. It'll be to the right of the spawn point entrance. I suggest unlocking any doorways on this pathway to make the trip more accessible.
Brazier Location 3
![]()
The last brazier will be on the left side of the spawn point, hidden in a corner (G7 coordinates). It'll be near the giant Guardian statue.
Once you place down the three flames, the Dragon Statue will ignite the Fire Sword. Claim it to unleash fiery attacks on zombies. If you want to upgrade it, you must acquire the Ritual Item Ra's Ankh. For more help on this objective, check out our complete guide on the Citadelle des Morts' Main quest.

The Mantles have made their triumphant return in Monster Hunter Wilds, giving you a variety of handy buffs. Towards the endgame, you'll earn the Corrupted Mantle, a Rarity 4 item that excels in high damage rates. Here's how to get and use the Corrupted Mantle in MH Wilds.
How to unlock Corrupted Mantle in MH Wilds
You can unlock the Corrupted Mantle after defeating the Gore Magala during Chapter 5-2. This fight will be a part of the 'A World Turned Upside Down' quest, where you'll have to face off against Frenzied Monsters. It'll provide you with the pieces needed for the Artian Armor Set, which requires Frenzy Crystals from this beast. If you need help defeating this monster, check out our guide on how to beat the Gore Magala.
![]()
Once you complete Chapter 5-2, an exclamation point will appear at the Smithy station. Speak to Gemma, and you'll receive the Corrupted Mantle as a reward.
MH Wilds Corrupted Mantle buffs, explained
Equip the Corrupted Mantle from your inventory to gain unique buffs from this item. According to the in-game description, it "decreases health, but increases affinity and weapon performance." That means you'll roughly gain a boost of 10% Attack and 30% Affinity for 120 seconds.
Although you'll lose health with the Corrupted Mantle equipped, you can stop this negative effect by unleashing a flurry of attacks (when the cloak glows). Weapons like the Sword and Shield will also perform a second attack to deal more damage. All in all, this Mantle makes you a devastating attack machine, quickening the pace of monster fights.
![]()
You can also use the Corrupted Mantle for high-damaging sneak attacks. This tactic allows you to defeat some large monsters in just a few minutes, perfect for those who want to farm materials quickly. If you want to familiarize yourself with this Mantle, I suggest going to the Training Area first. It'll help you see how quickly your health bar depletes and what weapons work best.

FragPunk has been one of the unexpected hits in the first part of the year, but it has had to endure some serious allegations regarding the use of AI-generated art.
Recently, there has been a notable rise in AI-generated assets in the gaming world, and not everyone is a fan of them. From movies to video games, studios have been accused of using AI-generated assets, and in some instances, there have been admissions from official sources.
In the case of FragPunk, however, I don't believe that the developers are using AI-art for in-game assets (at least, not officially) despite some of the strong allegations being made in the community.
Why is it unlikely that FragPunk uses AI
A case about FragPunk possibly using AI assets rose based on a promo art, where one of the characters is, strangely, missing a finger. This post was shared on the game's subreddit, but you'll find that many users have also claimed that this could just have been a botched attempt at creating graphics.
As someone who creates occasional edits in Photoshop, I admit that the poster (shared on Reddit) has a greater chance of being just a lazy poster creation. But what about the claims of many who have negatively reviewed the game on the alleged grounds of using AI?
While FragPunk is now rated as Mostly Positive on Steam (as of writing), it had Mixed reviews post-launch, and most of the negative comments had a similar accusation—the use of AI. Many users claimed that while they don't have any issues with general gameplay, they can't play a game that uses AI-based assets.
Here's why I think that those reviews might be, and potentially are, wrong. Steam is extremely strict about using AI-generated assets to any extent. A major studio like Activision had to use a disclaimer because Zombies has AI-based assets.
I genuinely don't believe that Bad Guitar Studio is so influential that it can convince Steam to avoid a major disclaimer. I also don't believe that Valve's employees will be unable to determine if FragPunk has been using AI-generated assets inside the game.
That said, I won't rule out Bad Guitar using AI sometime in the future to create promotional art. Yes, it's unfair, given that so many artists have borne the brunt of automated technology doing their jobs and replacing them. Regarding the case of in-game assets being generated by AI, I am willing to give FragPunk a clean chit for now. If it's good enough to convince Steam and Valve, it's good enough for you and me.
If we indeed end up seeing a disclaimer on the game's Steam page in the future, you'll also find an updated answer to the question in the title.

Has your Dungeon Master discussed using artificial intelligence to "optimize" your Dungeons & Dragons campaign at the table? Well, they just got a big fate stamp from Hasbro CEO Chris Cocks, who dropped an opinion that could set the stage for a bitter brawl between him and Wizards of the Coast.
Chris Cocks uses AI in Dungeons and Dragons, and he wants everyone else to use it, too
![]()
In a recent interview with Semafor, Chris Cocks opened up about his desire to see Habsro management approach game development as active fans of the properties they own, not distant observers who never sit in for game night. This is an admirable ambition; however, it didn't take long for Cocks to round back to the hot topic of incorporating generative AI into Dungeons & Dragons.
Opening up about his own experience as a Dungeon Master, Cocks proudly confessed that he regularly uses AI to generate storylines, produce artwork, and even create voices for his D&D characters. Hailing AI as a "fantastic leveler for user-generated content," Cocks enthusiastically outlined his desire to see every brand under Hasbro's umbrella incorporate AI to some extent. Some of Cocks' imagined innovations include a subscription service for DMs who want to use generative AI in their D&D campaigns and an editing tool that would let parents use AI to make Peppa Pig videos.
This news probably didn't surprise those following AI's steady encroachment into the tabletop scene. A self-described "A.I. bull," Cocks has never been shy about his unbridled enthusiasm for AI and his belief that it's being criminally underutilized. He's been upfront about his desire to integrate AI and D&D, arguing that every D&D player he knows already uses AI to "enhance" their gaming experience, so its official integration into the game's development and distribution is, in his opinion, "inevitable."
Chris Cocks' support for AI puts him at odds with Wizards of the Coast
![]()
While Cocks may be all for bringing D&D and AI together in digital matrimony, Wizards of the Coast, D&D's publishers, aren't ready to embrace the union. After a freelance artist admitted that he'd used AI to generate art that made its way into D&D's Bigby's Presents: Glory of the Giants expansion in 2023, Wizards took a no-tolerance approach to AI, banning official artists from using it to create art for Magic: The Gathering cards and posting their official stance on AI to D&D Beyond.
D&D and MTG's fanbase have responded well to Wizards' opposition to AI, but Cocks' stance could put the publisher in a difficult position later down the road. While public opinion may be on their side, that doesn't change the fact that Hasbro owns Wizards of the Coast. As CEO of Hasbro, Cocks has the power to push his AI initiative forward, even if Wizards aren't okay with it. If that happens, D&D players might get weird responses when they ask their favorite NPCs to write a poem.

Black Ops 6 Zombies The Tomb left us with another cliffhanger, hinting at a possible new location. The next Zombies map will presumably be "The Mansion," the latest area of Project Janus. Here's what to expect for the Mansion, including a potential release date and features.
When does The Mansion map come out in BO6 Zombies?
Although Verdansk has primarily taken the lead on BO6 and Warzone Season 3, Treyarch is still cooking with Zombies content. A few snippets have been shown, starting with a log from the fan-favorite character Edward Richtofen. Given that these teasers have been dropping alongside the Season 3 return of Verdansk, it's looking like the Mansion might make its grand debut on April 3.
![]()
Every Black Ops 6 season so far has dropped a new Zombies map, from Season 1's Citadelle des Morts to Season 2's The Tomb. Season 3 will likely continue this trend, but it may not arrive until the mid-season. Typically, additional maps have come around the Reloaded point, so the same could be said for the Mansion.
Everything we know about the BO6 Zombies Mansion map so far
As you might have guessed, the Mansion takes place in a large home filled with the undead. The first teaser shows this building covered in black smoke, with an outside setting similar to Citadelle des Morts' Town Square. The post teases, "Personal log. Edward Richtofen recording," suggesting he may finally be a playable character.
Considering that Richtofen has been mentioned in this post, his creation, the Wunderwaffe DG-2, could be the next Wonder Weapon. Before Black Ops 6 was released, we saw Edward holding this device in the Liberty Falls trailer, and now it seems like it'll be available in the Mansion. Nevertheless, there's still potential for other Wonder Weapons to appear, whether an elemental staff or an entirely new tool.
Another BO6 Zombies teaser goes inside the Mansion, displaying a painting of a mysterious man. Many fans believe this person in question is tied to Black Ops 4's The Order, as his clothing relatively matches the characters from this game. The Order was known for using Sentinel Artifacts, which is also a part of BO6's The Tomb. With these two hints, the Order may make a return, spreading chaos in Zombies once more.
![]()
While we're still eagerly awaiting more details about the Mansion, whispers in the community hint that this map might be on a more intimate scale compared to the others. If the rumors hold true, it could be roughly the size of Liberty Falls, though nothing is set in stone just yet. I'll update this guide whenever the official news drops.

I have a soft spot in my heart for business-oriented games. Whether running a cafe or becoming a freelancer, something about gamifying real-world concepts makes things fun. Despite this existing in The Sims for a while, The Sims 4: Businesses and Hobbies has some interesting ideas to play with.
Building on features like retail stores and veterinary clinics from previous packs, The Sims 4's Businesses and Hobbies expansion pack kicks it up a notch by introducing all-in-one ways to create and customize your business without jumping through hoops. Some things are missing, but it's pretty solid overall.
The Sims 4: Businesses and Hobbies (PC [reviewed], PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S)
By far the most important aspect of The Sims 4: Businesses and Hobbies is, of course, making your own business. Rather than only having one or two business types, you can customize nearly every aspect of your company, from its activities to your fees and target audience. If you want to make a high-class, Michelin-starred restaurant, you can focus your business activities on cooking, eating, and drinking. If you're more into teaching, you can make an entire school and set your activities to attending classes, letting you turn your household into a family of professors, teachers, or researchers. There's even cross-pack compatibility if you want to make a cat cafe, University Commons areas, or anything else that comes to mind. Your options are nearly limitless as long as you have the creativity (and packs) to bring them to life.
Don't worry if you're not creative, though. Although you can customize every aspect of your business to fit your preferences, there are also presets to make things quicker and easier. That way, if you have an idea but don't quite know how to execute it, there's a good chance you'll find something similar to set up right away. I loved using these when I was first learning the pack and its new features, especially when I noticed how much cross-pack potential there was.
![]()
There's a lot to making a small business in this pack. Rather than just buying a lot, setting your prices, and hoping for the best, you've got all kinds of pricing strategies, customer satisfaction systems, and design aspects that all play into whether your company succeeds. Even if you have a Sim with level ten painting selling masterpiece-level art, having trash piles everywhere or being rude to your customers will annoy them, and they won't hesitate to tell you. Similarly, a mid-level character can build up their business from scratch. As long as you're friendly and keep things clean, you'll get positive ratings. It all adds up, and I'm all for it.
Businesses and Hobbies also take things a step further with features like business perks, alignments based on your behavior with your customers, and employee management. These can drastically change how you run your company, from giving your employees bonuses to setting your business' lot on fire for insurance payments. Everything has consequences, just as it should be in business. Employee and customer behaviors are sometimes finicky, but it was still fun overall.
![]()
One of the most handy parts, though, is the reintroduction of room management that originally came with For Rent. If you run a business from home and don't want customers randomly sleeping in your bedroom, you can set public and private rooms to separate these from your business's operating spaces. You can even have one massive room available to the public and a tiny house on the opposite side of the lot you live in if that's what you prefer. When I say there's limitless potential in how you run and design your business, I mean it.
You may have noticed I haven't mentioned the "Hobbies" part of The Sims 4: Businesses and Hobbies yet. This pack strongly focuses on monetizing your hobbies by creating a small business rather than introducing new ones. It doesn't expand much on new hobbies or ones that already exist. That said, we're introduced to two new skills in this pack — tattooing and pottery — with supporting lots and business presets that help you monetize them quickly and easily. These two skills might be my favorite part of this expansion, especially with how in-depth you can go with customizing tattoos and creating pottery. I do believe there was a missed opportunity to add piercings into the mix, but maybe that'll come in a base game update one day.
![]()
Speaking of tattoos, we now have custom tattoos for our Sims. I didn't realize just how great this could be until I spent some time diving into CAS a bit deeper and checked out Paint Mode for tattooing, but this may very well be one of the most interesting features I've seen in The Sims 4. Although you can always use a preset introduced in this pack or past ones, having the freedom to create your own and upload them to the gallery for others to enjoy is very satisfying.
Beyond that, the CAS additions are pretty standard, with Build Mode having a mix of functional items for your small business and generic decorative items. I was surprised how few business-related furniture items there actually were, making it feel like you have to rely heavily on other expansions and game packs to get the right feel for your business. I don't hate it, yet there were plenty of chances to add items like cash registers, clutter objects you'd find in an average shop, or even more variety in general rather than a dozen variations of string lights.
The aspect I had the most trouble with by far was Nordhaven, The Sims 4: Businesses and Hobbies's world. It's a very stylish European-styled area that I enjoy exploring, with 12 lots to customize however you wish. What's the catch, then? Four of these lots are empty, one is an unowned residential home, and the rest are a mix of community lots and other households. I appreciate there being a default tattoo parlor and pottery business to showcase these skills and the pack's small business functions, but there was a ton of potential to have small shops, extra community lots, or several residential spaces that challenge you to set up your business in particular ways. The few available lots look great and fit the vibe well, yet this is noticeably smaller than many previous packs, and one-third of the lots are empty, which raises a few questions about why this happened.
Overall, The Sims 4: Businesses and Hobbies takes pre-existing mechanics and ideas and amps them up by turning just about any activity into a paid business. The thrill of creating a business and managing your expenses while keeping customers happy is exciting, and the way this pack implements this idea works well. I had a blast playing through this expansion, even if part of it was watching my employees and customers dance rather than buying products or getting the services I was providing. Opening my business is challenging and exciting, but closing my doors for the night and venturing into the town reminds me that that's all there is to this.
[This review is based on a retail build of the game provided by the publisher.]

Fortnite Chapter 6, Season 2's v34.10 update is the community's moment to shine as we band together to take down Fletcher Kane. Rather than fighting him as a boss, though, we're robbing his vaults and stealing his gold to punish his greed.
Participating in this event lets you officially join the Outlaw Faction and gain an Outlaw Keycard. While upgrading the basic keycard doesn't do much at first, it opens access to Black Market backrooms, loadouts, and outlaw chests, among other rewards. Here's everything you need to know about outlaw factions and keycards.
How to unlock Outlaw Keycards in Fortnite
You'll unlock your first Outlaw Keycard by participating in the Outlaw Keycard community quest available during Chapter 6, Season 2. Unlike regular quests, this one is a community mission, so your progression will largely depend on other Fortnite players pulling their weight. To participate, head into any match and rob Fletcher Kane's bank vaults of all their gold.
![]()
Since this is a community event, you won't be able to unlock and use Outlaw Keycards right away. During the first 24 hours of the event, the quest bar only increased by 11 percent. Hours later, it jumped up to 20 percent, but this slow progression proves it'll take several days to access these features firsthand. You can check their progress by heading into your quest menu and choosing the Outlaw Keycard series.
How to upgrade Outlaw Keycards in Fortnite
Once the Fortnite community reaches 100 percent on this quest, you'll officially obtain a basic keycard and unlock a second set of quests to upgrade it. After completing five objectives, you'll upgrade to an uncommon Outlaw Keycard, while rarer varieties require 10 quests, 15, and so on.
The basic Outlaw Keycard lets you access Fortnite's Black Market backrooms, with Mythic and Exotic-tier weapons arriving after obtaining its uncommon version. These are among the most powerful weapons in the game, making you a nearly unstoppable force to be reckoned with. Here are the effects of every keycard rarity and their quest requirements:
The Black Market backrooms alone are worth robbing a few bank vaults to help this community quest progress. Beyond this, you'll unlock Outlaw Chests within these backrooms that hold valuable items, including a legendary item and Dill Bit if you reach the Outlaw Keycard's final tier.

Genshin Impact is introducing another round of system updates, and this time, they include an improvement to the custom artifact crafting system. Here's a detailed look at the many changes coming to Genshin in Version 5.5.
Better enhancement of crafted artifacts
The most exciting change in the list comes to the artifact crafting system. Starting in Version 5.5, after creating and leveling up a custom artifact using Sanctifying Elixirs, you are guaranteed at least two rolls across your selected substats. It's unclear if this means each selected substat will receive at least one roll or if it's possible for both guaranteed rolls to go to the same substat.
![]()
Custom artifacts created with Sanctifying Elixirs will also be marked in your inventory. This way, you can filter for that type of artifact and be extra disappointed when they still roll terribly.
Controller support for Android
Finally, Genshin Impact is adding controller support for Android devices. Both PlayStation and Xbox wireless controllers will be supported, though you'll need to double-check your device's version of Android OS.
![]()
Map improvements
You may have noticed that if you're in a separate map like the Serenitea Pot, you need to teleport to the main map of Teyvat to start tracking quests. Soon, you'll be able to track quest locations from anywhere, no matter what map they're on. A small change, but appreciated nonetheless.
In addition, if you haven't unlocked a particular world boss, the Adventurer's Handbook will guide you to the boss's nearest teleporter. This is useful for underground bosses like the Hydro Tulpa or Millennium Pearl Seahorse with underground lairs. Not all bosses will have this function in 5.5, but more will be added in coming patches.
Serenitea Pot shopping cart
When purchasing from Tubby's Realm Depot, you can now add multiple items to a shopping cart and check out all at once. Useful for teapot mains who are looking to redecorate an area.
Gift mail search box
When you receive birthday mail from Genshin characters, their letters get stored in a separate gift mail box. This box will now be searchable for specific senders or title keywords. You can now search for every birthday letter you've gotten from Xiao if you want to take a trip down memory lane.
Those are all the system updates that have been announced so far. The 5.5 special program is coming up later this week, though, so we might learn more during the livestream. We can expect a lot more information on new characters, events, and more, so stay tuned!

With Assassin's Creed Shadows just around the corner, releasing on March 20, Ubisoft has finally confirmed whether the game will be supported on the Steam Deck.
Ubisoft announced on Twitter that Assassin's Creed Shadows will be officially supported on Steam Deck at launch. This means Steam Deck users can purchase the game directly from Steam, download it, and play without any weird workarounds that are usually needed to play unsupported games.
If you've preordered AC Shadows, you'll also be able to preload it ahead of release to start playing as soon as it goes live.
We don't know if AC Shadows will be Steam Deck Verified or just Playable
The biggest question remains how well the game will run on the Deck since Ubisoft said it would confirm Valve's classification later.
The PC system requirements for Assassin's Creed Shadows suggest that the Steam Deck may struggle to keep a stable frame rate at high visual settings. This likely means that players will need to turn on FSR upscaling and lower graphic settings to play at a decent frame rate.
Another concern is overall optimization at launch. If you own a Steam Deck, you know how some "Steam Deck Verified" games actually perform extremely poorly, with lags and hiccups, especially in their early days.
While the game is officially supported, it's unclear how well it will perform across all platforms at launch, especially on the Deck. Some games experience technical issues on release day, and Assassin's Creed Shadows could be no different. Until the game is available and more information comes out, there's no way to know the best settings for Steam Deck performance or what frame rates players can expect.
For now, all we can do is wait for further details from Ubisoft or hands-on reports once the game launches. If you're worried about how Assassin's Creed Shadows will run on the Steam Deck, you may want to check the game's console specs and consider playing on a device that can fully support the game without additional tweaking.

If you're hunting for Frenzy Crystals, you must find the elusive Gore Magala. Its appearance won't be available until much later in the game, tying into a specific quest. Find out how to unlock and beat the Gore Magala in Monster Hunter Wilds.
How to unlock Gore Magala in MH Wilds
The Gore Magala appears during A World Turned Upside Down Chapter 5-2. Once you reach this chapter, you must first defeat High-Rank monsters, such as Nu Udra, Uth Duna, and Rey Dau. Then, head to Iceshard Cliffs to speak to Fabius about the Gore Magala, triggering a short dialogue scene. Converse with him again to set off on the hunt, but ensure that you prepare meals and potions first.
![]()
Luckily, Fabius will fight alongside you in this showdown, helping you inflict more wounds on the Gore Magala. However, you will need to go against an additional monster, known as the "Frenzied Blangonga," during this chapter. It's not as tough as the Gore Magala, so it shouldn't take up too much of your time.
How to defeat Gore Magala in MH Wilds
To better yourself for the Gore Magala fight, I highly suggest bringing Nulberries to counter the Frenzy Status Ailment. Any time this monster glows purple, it can inflict this particular debuff, prohibiting you from healing and increasing damage taken. You can also attach the Antivirus skill to your armor to improve recovery rates from Frenzies.
![]()
As a winged creature, the Gore Magala moves swiftly around the battlefield, making it more difficult to land a hit. Its fine scales are also challenging to penetrate, so I recommend attacking its wings first. The wings are just easier to pinpoint, and they're breakable with enough strikes.
All Gore Magala weaknesses in MH Wilds
If you want to know about the Gore Magala's weaknesses, here's a few tips and recommendations:
Status Effects like Sleep, Stun, and Paralysis won't really do you any good in the Gore Magala battle. That means Flash Pods and Sonic Bombs aren't effective, but fortunately, Shock and Pitfall Traps can still be helpful. Apart from the wings, you can break its antenna and sever its tail, dealing much more damage to this beast. You can also try to target its head to lower the Gore Magala's health tremendously.
After you defeat the Gore Magala, gather its Frenzy Shards to craft the Artian and Gore Armor Sets. If you need more materials, you can participate in the Misty Depths Optional Quest. Or, you can find them roaming around Iceshard Cliffs, typically during Fallow and Daytime.
