Can someone please tell me what this pc is worth with everything on the list. The guy said the pc comes with everything in picture. I want a gaming pc that performs games on ultra settings in 4k at 60fps. Can it do it yes or no & how much would should this pc cost used. It's only 4 months old. Please I need advice I'm thinking about buying.
